Warm up with a bowl of Rocio’s Albondigas Soup, perfect for a rainy day! 
Rocio Albondiga Soup
Ingredients: 3 pounds lean ground beef or turkey 1 can tomato sauce 5 cloves fresh garlic, chopped 1 tablespoon black pepper 2 tablespoon chicken bouillon 2 cups rice 2 eggs 16 oz frozen corn 2 large zucchini, French fry cone, #3 1/8 head cabbage, slicer cone, #4 4 large potatoes, French fry cone, #3 1 onion, stringer cone 6-8 cups water Handful of whole cilantro
  Pan: #Saladmaster 10qt Roaster 
 Directions Add water to 10 qt on high flame and begin boiling, While waiting for water to boil, In large bowl add meat, rice, eggs, garlic, onions, sea salt, pepper , ½ tomato sauce and hand mix. Start forming meatballs (albondigas), add to water & cover. Then wash & cut up all vegetables (not peeled) on Saladmaster machine (see cones noted above), once the albondigas are floating turn heat down to medium and add all veggies, rest of tomato sauce, bouillon, and cilantro.Medium click Low – It’s all you need to know!
Once meat & rice are cooked all the way through, SERVE & ENJOY a Health Soup!
