Mr. “I don't feel a thing/I am not human” proceeds to show anger which is a human emotion. The contradictions with Sukuna are still persisting with Yuuji since with all others, he never had that issue. He never acted the same with others like he did and does with Yuuji. After all, the way he responds to love (to admiration) is by killing. He doesn't know what to do nor how to feel with Yuuji.

Still, something that is bothering me a lot is that for someone who is clearly very intent (and yes, that means emotionally invested) on killing everyone just because of Yuuji, it's pretty clear that he's obviously feeling and not incapable of feeling. Now, we can also speculate that he's afraid of being shown pure compassion (the kind Yuuji embodies) after years and years of being feared and being admired for his strength, standing on a pedestal away from everyone's hands. It would be obvious considering how he came into the world and what he did to achieve the status he's proudly wearing now. He's been seen as a monster, as the King of Curses, as a curse for a lot of years. Never as a human.

After all, Sukuna is someone who had survived a lot of years alone, persisted through the Golden Age of Jujutsu and is still persisting in the modern era. Untouchable, unreachable. Unseen and unknown.

And maybe he wants it to remain that way?

Yuuji is asking the right question. Why me? Why invest yourself? Why all that hate? Does it have an answer? He can only feel pity because all that anger is seemingly empty of reason. Sukuna gives no answer for why, only claims that he understands what Yuuji is telling him but feels nothing. Yuuji can't understand that even if he wanted to, which is why he separated them from others and trapped them in this domain in the first place. He still wanted to know why, even if Sukuna is someone he loathes and he admits it to his face.

Now, considering that Sukuna had unusually obliged Yuuji's request and went on a walk with him, with no threats nor attacks which is again quite unusual, and yet only lashed at him when he realized that Yuuji was feeling pity for him– we can conclude what gave Yuuji the idea to give chase, to try and reach him (someone who ruined his life and talk with him despite everything because it's true that Sukuna was there when he was the loneliest, dwelling inside of him and keeping him company), and why he's feeling pity, why he's compassonate towards him.

Yuuji thought there was something hiding behind that hate. Something about him, perhaps. So he shows him a lot of his life (something he never did with anyone btw) and even shares some of his past with him, creates memories with him also, and says that to him, this is what humans are all about. He shows him a different view, hoping it'll change his mind, prompt him to talk.

But that fails. After all: You can admire a blooming flower, but you can't ask it to understand you. Both of them are vastly different from each other, and even if they had rubbed off on each other slightly, they still persist on being who they always were without changing themselves for each other. They're unable to understand each other nor the ways they change each other quite subtly. Yuuji had changed a lot, went from being adamant on not killing to reducing himself to nothing but a curse killer (a cog in the machine) only to embrace that his life is worth something in the end and Sukuna had embraced emotions (even if denying it) when it came to Yuuji, started seeing other people's viewpoints and kept indulging Yuuji even if he was pathetic by his standards. He went all that way to crush his ideals and now is going his way to kill everyone Yuuji loves. He cares, your honor, even if he claims he has no reason behind it.

What's funny to me really is that Yuuji went through all that and wanted to have a conversation with him (he claims he was frantic, meaning he really really wanted to talk) before it really was too late.

He said, “I can kill you but... you can also live if you come back to me.” If anything it just proves Yuuji does actually care about him, even if it isn't said out loud. After all, he took him through his hometown, made memories with him and bared parts of himself he never showed to anyone else and is still giving him a chance. He had Sukuna fish, he had him shoot arrows. Had him be a human and not a jujutsu sorcerer. That cannot be hate.

Just how Sukuna's hatred towards Yuuji is unexplainable, Yuuji's pity towards Sukuna is as well. And that's something only the two of them have. Something nobody can understand, not even them.

Imagine Ace lives. Imagine Sabo gets married. The Whitebeard Pirates and the Strawhat Pirates (honestly, probably the Heart Pirates SOMEHOW end up there as well) are all invited. This moment is just with Ace and Sabo feel like these two deserve it. Maybe I will do a version with all three, soon. But for this, there are two ways this could go. Here is first.

Sabo is ls standing in front of the mirror, looking at his reflection. He is wearing a blue and black suit. He is fidgeting with his tie, before looking at his reflection again. This boy is NERVOUS. He hears a knock on the door frame, and sees Ace leaning on the door frame with his arms crossed, wearing his orange hat, black slacks, a white shirt (with the top few buttons undone because...come on, it's Ace) and his red necklace. He grins, walking into the room, probably commenting something like ‟Ya know you're getting married. Not executed, right?‟ Sabo probably rolls his eyes, laughing bit. But that is when Ace sobers, and walks over to stand in front of him. He puts both his hands on Sabo's shoulders, and looks him in the eyes. Then he tells Sabo how proud of him he is. That he is so, so, so grateful both to and for him and Luffy, and that he thinks his little brother and best friend has grown into a wonderful man. Ace hugs his brother tight.......

Sabo probably makes a comment thanking Ace for actually putting on a shirt for once, breaking up the serious moment as the two pull away from the hug with teary laughs. They hear a crash in the distance, and figure the Strawhats have arrived and Luffy is trying to get into the food. They laugh, and Ace leaves to check on Luffy, smiling at his brother before leaving the room.

Here is the second.

Ace is SHOCKED for a good moment before he hugs his brother back. ‟What are you thanking ME for?‟ And Sabo thanks him for everything. For being his friend. For being his brother. For him and Luffy helping him forge his own path apart from the nobles. For helping him realize it was possible for him to be free. For helping him fight for that. For encouraging him to follow his dreams both when they were kids, and now. For welcoming him back into their lives so openly when he lost his memory and regained it. Ace's  mind, even now is still getting used to the fact that he deserves to live, and that he has people who love him....so his mind takes a moment to process and accept what his little brother just told him. Was Sabo talking about HIM? His little brother, the right hand of the Revolutionary Army? The chip-toothed, raspy-voiced boy who had grown into a strong, compassonate, intelligent man...thanking HIM. And a few tears fall as he hugs his brother tight ‟Damn sap...you're gonna make me cry ‟ while Sabo lets out a teary laugh against the firefist's shoulder. They break apart, and both take a deep breath, before they hear a crash in the distance. They figure that it's Luffy, trying to get into the food early, and they laugh again before Ace comments that he should go check on their little brother, leaving Sabo with a last pat on the back of brotherly encouragment and a huge, genuine, smile.

I'm not even famous and there are people trying to cancel me here. For my Hellaverse mutuals and friends, if you ever see people saying that I condone harrassment against Alastor fans or people that shipp Husk/Alastor, please know it's bullshit. I never harrassed anyone over fictional characters or shipps and I don't condone it either. I admit I had a beef against Alastor fans some months ago and honestly? That was also bullshit, there's nothing wrong with liking Alastor or shipping him with anyone. Personally I don't like shipping him but that's just me.

Also. I never said Vox was a straight man. I never said his color had to do with his sexuality, it's incredible how people take things out of context without any remorse, this was my post. Calling me biphobic for things that I've never said is ridiculous. I've also been accused of acephobia, which is also not true. I'm pretty sure I said some dumb shit about "respecting aroace characters by not shipping them" in the past and I cringe a lot by remembering it lol. If anything, I'm not acephobic and I don't care about shipping Alastor. End of story. Still on the dumb accusation things, I've been accused of... *sighs* being okay with whitewashing Imps. I'm not against shipping/pro shipping, and again, I dont condone harrassment, but I have "creepy proshippers dni" in my profile, specifically about pedo and incest apologists, like real apologists (not people that understood the difference between ficton and reality, actual apologists), some creepy ones that I've encountered on Twitter and I dont to engage with them because I'M uncomfortable with their content. Simple. I don't hate people that are proshippers and I know actual proshipping means shipp and let shipp (no problem with that). This is why I specifically putted pedo and incest APOLOGISTS. Not people that like media and are okay with shipping, I'm talking about APOLOGISTS that genuinely defend real life crimes disguised as "proshipping" (if you never encountered one of those, good for you, but unfortunately I've seen some). I literally NEVER said Angel Dust shouldn't leave SW, wtf, aknowledging there are other ways to represent sex workers (ex: showing Angel's work before Valentino on a compassonate light, or showing other sex workers with different experiences, like Ozzie's employees for example) isnt accusing anyone of being a SWERF. Just for you know, there are different types of SW that arent prostitution or porn. Just saying. Angel is a fictional character, many narratives can be written with him. And as we know he is a sexual person that likes naughty stuff, if he ever tried different types of SW that were safer and good for him, great. If he doesnt and just wants to leave, great too. I don't control what the show writters will do to him and I don't want to. I literally NEVER, EVER, accused someone of being a SWERF for wanting Angel to leave Val and his industry. What a ridiculous thing to claim, seriously. I have also matured a lot about this topic and I'm more careful with the things I say, I think some of you should do the same before making shit up about me. Saying some takes about Angel and his relationship with his own sexuality and SW can be rooted in swerf rhetoric if you're uneducated about the topic isn't saying "if you want Angel to leave his work duel to his TRAUMA you're a mean swerf". Fucking christ. That's like. Basic interpretation. No, Viv isnt a fucking swerf and I never accused her of being one. I literally defended her when she was accused of hating sex workers.
