I have got two request that have been WIPS for a week and a half. Just spent 15 minutes writing a BSD thing that is more words than what I have written for those two requests COMBINED. I need to get it together.

No judgment if youre into NSFW and stuff -

But its really hard for me on Tumblr sometimes because I just want to scroll through some fanart and oneshots and headcanons without being jumpscared by a VERY explicit post. I tried the NSFW filter, but I dont use iphone or apple so it wont let me do it for some odd reason.

I just - thats really the one thing that bothers me a bit about Tumblr. Again, no judgment if thats the kind of stuff you read. Its just that PERSONALLY It makes me so extremely uncomfortable, so sometimes I feel like Im being ambushed constantly.

So I was watching an anime called "91 Days" recently (finished it last night).

So it takes place during prohibition, and the main character and his best freind use their brew to climb the ranks and gain the trust of a mafia family, and the family then uses that same brew tp negociate with other powerful families and groups, and gain advantages. I probably explained that poorly.

Anyway.....

Anytime the characters negotiated with that brew, all I could think was :

Take a drink...

One sip and you'll understand

I have veryyyyyy mixed feelings about the How To Train Your Dragon live action. I really think it is WAY too soon to be adapted. The original came out in 2010, and the the franchise concluded with the third movie and the Homecoming special in 2019. In the trailer, some of the backgrounds look a bit odd/the lighting does not match with the actors, which is common, but also strange for this movie in particular because apparently so much of the set was practical and they shot in Ireland....so that is a little jarring/disappointing. The casting seems a bit off. No hate to Mason or Nico at all. I hope they do end up doing very well!

However I will say this. Toothless is....he looks....just PHENOMINAL. I was speechless. Goosebumps. I am not lying when I say that might be some of the best damn CGI I have ever seen. Credit where credit is due.

I probably will end up watching this movie, if only for Toothless, and although I might not agree with them, I wish no hate upon the cast and crew <3

All the Soukoku fans out there probably know *Partners in Crime* by the band Set It Off. BUT. The album that song is off of, *Cinemeatic* is AMAZING, and SO MANY of the songs fit BSD. One of the ones that jumped out at me was Dad's, and it reminded me of Oda and Dazai. Platonicly.

Did anyone else notice a slightttt parallel between when Jayce killed Viktor and Mikasa killing Eren? Can anyone see my vision???

Sick Strawhats

Just a general headcannon that back on Drum Island, Chopper used to not like the taste of medecine. So what did Dr. Kureha do? She falvored it. So even to this, day, Chopper flavors all the medicine he gives the crew.

Luffy

Sore throat and scratchy voice

Feels “icky”

Tries to drink the entire bottle of medicine

Cold flashes, shivering under a blanket

Complains/whines a lottttt, OR he passes out alseep

My guess is that he goes between being drained of any and all energy and just feels gross, or he hates just laying around and whines, no in between

Zoro

If you know what a barking cough is, this made is the DEFINITION

Coughs up a lung every 5 minutes

Hates feeling “weak”

Sanji laughs at his congested, nasaly voice, but still makes him soup

Tries to still train, but Chopper throws hands and gets really, REALLY upset, so he stops

Chopper force feeds Zoro strawberry flavored cough syrup.....

Sleeps it off

Naps when Zoro is sick are like death

Has to breathe thorough his mouth

Nami

Takes full advantage of Sanji’s doting

Drinks a lot of tangarine tea with lots of honey

Probably is still working on her maps in bed

ONLY trusts Robin and maybe Franky with the navigation

Likes to be really warm with a lot of blankets or a big, soft sweater

Usopp

The worst nasal congestion imaginable

Runny, stuffed up nose

Can���t breathe out of his nose

His throat hurts

All of his energy is completely GONE

Gets bad aches in his arms and legs

Sanji - (Sanji dose’t GET sick, but we can imagine)

It is either one of two ways

Either Sanji has that Mom strength where he just pushes through it and carries about his day with a short nap in the middle of the afternoon

Or this man is DOWN for the count

Fever

Alternates between hotflashes, and shivering under a pile of blankets in fetal position

His voice sounds like the 4Kids dub

Either wears gloves while cooking, or washes his hands RAW beforehand to make sure he won’t  get any of the crew sick

If he’s not better in a few days, the crew takes him hostage and forces him to let THEM take care of HIS, which is something he’s not used to, so he probably gets a little emotional (he deserves it)  

Chopper

Awwww, Chopper

If he does get sick, he feels guilty

Poor baby is sniffling, sneezing, coughing

Robin and Sanji dote on him

He knows to drink lots of fluids and try and get a lot of sleep

Recovers somewhat quickly

Robin

Is prety chill, but Chopper dotes on her, and she thinks it’s sweet how worried he is

Reassures him she is fine

Drinks a lot of tea

If it’s really really bad, she’ll get a headache  

Spends a couple days in bed reading and sleeping it off

Franky

.......okay when he coughs, it sounds like there is metal rattling around inside his chest...which there kind of is

But it freaks everyone out, especially Chopper

Actually, Frank dosen’t really get sick

If/when he does, he usually takes a long nap and then a shorter one later, drinks more cola thank usual, and he’s good to go 

Brook

He gets a runny nose

At least he would if he had a nose YOHOHOHOHO (I’m sorry, please forgive me)

EVERYBODY STOP IN YOUR TRACKS, I JUST HAD A THOUGHT.

Okay okay okay so hear me out. X indicates treasure right?

Luffy got the X scar on his chest. Because Luffy is Ace’s treasure. Luffy is Ace’s  little brother, the important person in the world to him. The little brother he helped raise, who he inspired, the little brother that was one of the first to love him when Ace himself did not think that was possible.

A lot of people discuss how Marineford was Ace finally accepting the love he realized so many people had for him. His last words for Luffy were to thank him and all the others for loving him. Luffy got that scar in the whole ordeal of trying to save Ace. Ace died, but, Luffy came out of that event with a physical indication of what he was to his brother. That X is a physical representation of what he was to Ace, who left his mark on the world in the form of the love he gave and earned. Most of all, his brother. So that X Marks Luffy’s chest as one last reminder from Ace how his brother loves him. I hope that makes sense.
