“Hidden but Not Hidden” By Bible Love Notes:
“Psalm 119:11 says: “I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you.”
In this verse, hidden doesn't mean concealing God's Word. It means storing it up and treasuring it in our hearts.
If you read all 176 verses of Psalm 119, you'll discover many ways that the psalmist hid God's Word in his heart. For example:
Psalm 119:9-16: “How can a young person stay on the path of purity? By living according to your word. 10 I seek you with all my heart; do not let me stray from your commands. 11 I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you. 12 Praise be to you, LORD; teach me your decrees. 13 With my lips I recount all the laws that come from your mouth. 14 I rejoice in following your statutes as one rejoices in great riches. 15 I meditate on your precepts and consider your ways. 16 I delight in your decrees; I will not neglect your word.”
In these verses, the psalmist hides God's Word by:
1. Obeying it – verse 9. “But don’t just listen to God’s word. You must do what it says. Otherwise, you are only fooling yourselves. For if you listen to the word and don’t obey, it is like glancing at your face in a mirror. You see yourself, walk away, and forget what you look like. But if you look carefully into the perfect law that sets you free, and if you do what it says and don’t forget what you heard, then God will bless you for doing it.” —James 1:22-25 (NLT)
2. Seeking God in it – verse 10. “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” —Matthew 6:33 (NKJV)
3. Studying it with the Spirit's help – verse 12. “But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.” —John 14:26 (NKJV)
4. Reciting it – verse 13. “Let the message about Christ, in all its richness, fill your lives. Teach and counsel each other with all the wisdom he gives. Sing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs to God with thankful hearts.” —Colossians 3:16 (NLT)
5. Enjoying it – verse 14. “The commandments of the Lord are right, bringing joy to the heart. The commands of the Lord are clear, giving insight for living.” —Psalm 19:8 (NLT)
6. Meditating on it – verse 15. “Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.” —Philippians 4:8 (NKJV)
7. Spending time regularly in it – verse 16. “—”Study and do your best to present yourself to God approved, a workman [tested by trial] who has no reason to be ashamed, accurately handling and skillfully teaching the word of truth.” —2 Timothy 2:15 (AMP)
Are you “hiding” God's Word in your heart?”

"YES, GOD CAN STILL USE YOU!"
Ephesians 2:10, “For we are His workmanship [His own master work, a work of art], created in Christ Jesus [reborn from above – spiritually transformed, renewed, READY TO BE USED] for good words, which God prepared [for us] beforehand [taking paths which He set], so that we would walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us].” (AMP) When David first arrived at…

Enforcing Christ's Victory (242) – April 20 2024
Play on other Podcast Apps This program reminds us of the defeat of sickness and disease, as a result of God defeating the devil and his powers of darkness by him being disarmed (Col 2:15). The devil may still have the ability to inflict sickness and disease and other oppressive evil measures against humanity, but he has no authority to do so because of being disarmed by God in Christ, at the…

hi lovely!! how are you?? so I have a question
1- how should a woman act/behave according to the Bible? is there any part that talks about this? I only see people talking about proverbs 31
2- we know how women should behave in a marriage but what about men?
3- do you have any tips to be more conected with god and with yourself??
thanks for answering this!! I hope you have a god day 💜
hi love!! i’m doing well <3
i tend to focus on these main attributes of femininity and i find they come naturally to me so i try to embrace them instead of trying to force myself into what i feel like i need to be as a woman nowadays, which is brash, outspoken, “strong” in a certain way, etc.
modesty- I dress modestly.
"I also want the women to dress modestly, with decency and propriety…” (1 Timothy 2:9-10)
kindness- I focus on being kind.
"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud." (1 Corinthians 13:4)
"Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you." (Ephesians 4:32)
chastity- I try my best to avoid all sexual immorality and lust.
purity is a beautiful trait of femininity. to all girls reading this: you don’t need to lose your virginity. you’re not behind and you don’t need to do anything like that to be cool or experienced. your innocence should be protected, it doesn’t need to be taken away. those tv shows, singers, and movies are lying to you. promiscuity is not cool.
"It is God’s will that you should be sanctified: that you should avoid sexual immorality; that each of you should learn to control your own body in a way that is holy and honorable, not in passionate lust like the pagans, who do not know God." (1 Thessalonians 4:3-5)
"Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body. Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies." (1 Corinthians 6:18-20)
2. what i've found is that there are creepy disingenuous men in the traditional space on Tumblr. that does not negate how beautiful Christ-centered traditional masculinity & relationships really are <3
"Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her." (Ephesians 5:25)
"Husbands, love your wives and do not be harsh with them." (Colossians 3:19)
"Husbands, in the same way be considerate as you live with your wives, and treat them with respect as the weaker partner and as heirs with you of the gracious gift of life, so that nothing will hinder your prayers." (1 Peter 3:7)
3. here's some things that have helped me feel connected to God:
there’s this really helpful meditation that has helped me a lot in connecting with Jesus:
youtube
and these old fashioned Christmas songs with beautiful lyrics about Jesus' birth and really calming melodies. it helps me feel closer to Christ than ever.
making art about Jesus, singing about Him, making collages.
praying to Him and asking Him for help in being closer to Him.
keep asking questions and talking to other people about Christ, because I find that connection and honesty has helped my faith and connection with God so much.
i don’t always feel close to God. but just because i don’t feel close to Him doesn’t mean He’s not there. <3

Theology of Demons Miscellanea
"There was never any question [for the Christian] of attributing all evil to man - indeed, the New Testament has far more to say about dark superhuman powers than the Fall of Adam." C. S. Lewis, "Evil and God" in God in the Dock.
I've liked this quote for a long time, but I've recently wondered "is it true?"
At least on a statistical level, yes.
The fall of Adam is referenced three times in the New Testament - Romans 5:12-21, 1 Corinthians 15:20-28, 1 Timothy 2:12-15. By contrast, dark superhuman powers appear in Romans 8:38, 1 Corinthians 15:25-26, 10:20-22 and maybe 2:6-8*, 2 Corinthians 4:4, Galatians 4:3-9, Ephesians 2:2, 3:10 and 6:12, Colossians 2:8, 2:15 and 2:20, 1 Peter 5:8, 2 Peter 2:4, 1 John 4:1-3 and 5:19, Jude 6, and, of course, Revelation 12-13 and 20 - all without counting the Gospel exorcism narratives.
Which leads me onto my next point - despite all of this, and a stated desire to get back to the Bible, Protestant theologies in my personal experience tend to marginalise the demonic and angelic realm (excluding certain denominations like Pentecostals). Sure, they affirm their existence, but there's a discomfort with attributing anything specific to them, especially in the present day, or with giving them a prominent place in theology.
And it's not just me saying. Folklorist Jeremy Harte in his book Cloven Country: The Devil and the English Landscape (about, well, the Devil in English and Welsh folklore) says that:
"In practice, if not in doctrine, Protestant writers rejected the numberless demons that had provided their medieval precursors with such varied explanations of bad weather; they were also disinclined to attribute disasters to Satan himself, as this would abrogate from the sovereignty of God." (p.199)
Because I want to hear what some real Protestants have to say on the issue, tagging @theexodvs and @greater-than-the-sword - particularly, I want to know if you think the marginalisation of demons is a real trend in Protestant theology, and if, so, where it comes from.
My personal theory is that Protestantism began in early modern Europe, where the demons had already been driven out by the people who first converted those countries to Christianity - so Protestant theologians see demons as marginal because, in their time and place, they were.
*Saying "maybe" because that interpretation's unpopular among modern Biblical scholars, but it's what I'm inclined to and has Patristic precedent: for example, St. Athanasius identified the wisdom of the Greeks with occultism and the worship of idols (On the Incarnation 46.4)

Seek Gods approval not man's because in the end you will wish that you did after death is Judgment ( Hebrews 9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment):
John 5:44 How can ye believe, which receive honour one of another, and seek not the honour that cometh from God only?
Galatians 1:10 For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.
2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself (approved unto God), a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
1 Thessalonians 2:3 For our exhortation was not of deceit, nor of uncleanness, nor in guile:
1 Thessalonians 2:4 But as we were allowed of God to be put in trust with the gospel, even so we speak; (not as pleasing men), (but God), which trieth our hearts.
1 Thessalonians 2:5 For neither at any time used we flattering words, as ye know, nor a cloke of covetousness; God is witness:
1 Thessalonians 2:6 Nor of men sought we glory, neither of you, nor yet of others, when we might have been burdensome, as the apostles of Christ.
John 12:43 For they loved the praise of men more than the praise of God.
Colossians 3:23 And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;3:24 Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.3:25 But he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done: and there is no respect of persons.

Thoughts on Today's Verse We approach the Lord as the holy and almighty God to be worshiped in reverence and our Abba Father, whom we approach as loving children. Rather than needing long, ornate, and lofty prayers, God wants us to speak with him about the most basic everyday issues and needs of our lives, trusting that he hears us and responds to our spiritual and physical requests by doing what we need while aligning us to his will and blessing us with his grace.
The Thoughts on Today's Verse are written by Phil Ware.

STAND FAST IN THE LIBERTY
"STAND FAST THEREFORE IN THE LIBERTY BY WHICH CHRIST HAS MADE US FREE, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage."
Galatians 5:1 (NKJV)
Comment: The admonition in our text, the above passage of the Bible, is; "STAND FAST THEREFORE IN THE LIBERTY [freedom] BY WHICH CHRIST HAS MADE US FREE" (Galatians 5:1 NKJV).
How do you stand fast or firm in the liberty? The liberty being talked about is the salvation received through faith in Christ Jesus (Romans 10:9,10). Liberty from Sin. Liberty from the works of the law, the ritual practices, and dos and don'ts found in the old testament Judaism. Liberty from idolatry. Liberty from sinful habits or practices you were entrenched in.
Whatever you have been rescued or delivered from, do not go back into it again: "BUT NOW WE HAVE BEEN DELIVERED FROM THE LAW, HAVING DIED TO WHAT WE WERE HELD BY, SO THAT WE SHOULD SERVE IN THE NEWNESS OF THE SPIRIT AND NOT IN THE OLDNESS OF THE LETTER" (Romans 7:6 NKJV).
a. Do not go back into sins that you have been delivered from (Colossians 3:5-9).
b. Do not go back into idolatrous traditions and customs that are contrary to the Bible, which you have forsaken (Colossians 2:20-22).
c. Do not go back into whatever would ensnare or entangle you in a bondage (Ephesians 5:3,4).
Stand in the liberty or freedom of God (Galatians 5:1).
Note: You stand in the liberty by reading, studying and pondering on the Bible (Joshua 1:8). Not only that, you live your life according to the principles found in the Bible (James 1:22,25). Daily intake of a Bible passage and the practice of It, is the foundation of whatever you would become in God. It is the basis or the bedrock or the principal component for your communion with God.
a. You build your relationship with God through fellowshipping or communion. b. Your intimacy with God is strengthened when you have a good and working communion or fellowship with Him.
c. You also pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17). Of course, prayer would become part of your life If your Word intake and the fellowshipping with God is intact or unwavering.
Stop deceptions (Ephesians 4:25; Colossians 3:9). Do things according to the Bible. If these basic principles are not done, as a believer in Christ Jesus, your relationship and fellowshipping with God would be hampered.
If you practiced what is shared in this piece, you are standing fast or firm or strong in the liberty by which Christ has made you free.
Peace.

Husbands, in the same way, treat your wives with consideration as a delicate vessel, and with honor as fellow heirs of the gracious gift of life, so that your prayers will not be hindered. 1 Peter 3:7
And Adam said, "This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh." Genesis 2:23

If Prosperity Gospel is "true Christianity" and the people telling people to give them money so that God will bless them are "True" Christians then how come these scriptures teach against it?
1 Corinthians 5:11: Do not associate with anyone who is guilty of greed
Proverbs 13:11: Dishonest money dwindles away, but whoever gathers money little by little makes it grow
Proverbs 14:31: Whoever oppresses the poor shows contempt for their Maker, but whoever is kind to the needy honors God
Colossians 3:5: Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry
Proverbs 28:25-28: A greedy man stirs up strife, but the one who trusts in the Lord will be enriched
Luke 12:15-16: Watch out! Guard yourself against all kinds of greed. After all, one's life isn't determined by one's possessions, even when someone is very wealthy
Proverbs 15:27: Whoever is greedy for unjust gain troubles his own household, but he who hates bribes will live
Generations of Christians look at Bible writers raking rich people over the coals and go, "...but they clearly don't mean me!"

Run to Win
“Don’t you realize that in a race everyone runs, but only one person gets the prize? So run to win! All athletes are disciplined in their training. They do it to win a prize that will fade away, but we do it for an eternal prize.”
– 1 Corinthians 9.24-25 (NLT)
As Christians, we all have a race to run. There’s an appointed course set before each one of us. We must be determined to win our race and keep the faith to lay hold of our heavenly prize – the inheritance of eternal salvation and the victor’s crown of righteousness (2 Timothy 4.7-8).
This does not contradict the fact that we are saved by grace through faith, for the Bible says in Romans 6.23, “For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God [that is, His remarkable, overwhelming gift of grace to believers] is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” However, it is the responsibility of the believer to “work out (cultivate, carry out to the goal, and fully complete) one’s salvation with reverence and awe and trembling (self-distrust, with serious caution, tenderness of conscience, watchfulness against temptation, timidly shrinking from whatever might offend God and discredit the name of Christ) (Philippians 2.12).” Although it is not in our own strength that we must work out our salvation for God empowers us, we still must be diligent in keeping the faith to ensure we will not be disqualified as Paul warns (Philippians 2.13, 1 Corinthians 9.27, 2 Corinthians 13.5, Galatians 5.7).
But how can we run our race effectively? How can we run to win? Here are 7 essential keys to run your race.
1. Keep your eyes on Jesus
When we fix our eyes on Jesus, we maintain focus. Everything in this world is a distraction that can take us off course, but when we keep our eyes on Jesus, we stay spiritually minded. Colossians 3.1-2 states, “Keep seeking the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your mind and keep focused habitually on the things above [the heavenly things], not on things that are on the earth [which have only temporal value].” We gravitate towards the things we focus on. If we keep our eyes on the things of this world, we will only value temporary things. However, if we keep our eyes on Jesus – the Author and the Finisher of our faith, He will perfect our faith in Him and by this faith, we have the victory over the world (Hebrews 12.2, 1 John 5.4-5).
Jesus is also our example. When we look to Christ and see how He endured the cross “for the joy [of obtaining the prize] that was set before Him” and triumphed, we can take courage to persevere in our trials and not become faint in our minds because Jesus has overcome the world and He lives on the inside of us (Hebrews 12.2-3, 1 John 5.4-5). John 16.33 states, “I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have [perfect] peace and confidence. In the world you have tribulation and trials and distress and frustration; but be of good cheer [take courage; be confident, certain, undaunted]! For I have overcome the world. [I have deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered it for you.]”
We are victorious when we keep our eyes on Jesus!
2. Strip off sin and every unnecessary weight
In a race where “endurance and active persistence” are vital, any burden or weight in the race would slow the runner down or make them stop progressing altogether (Hebrews 12.1). It is easier to run free. Galatians 5.1 says, “It was for this freedom that Christ set us free [completely liberating us]; therefore, keep standing firm and do not be subject again to a yoke of slavery [which you once removed].” Sin is bondage. It is a weight that will keep us from going forward by easily entangling and tripping us up.
But in Christ Jesus, we are free. In Christ, we have the power to overcome sin and temptation. In Christ, we have the victory. We must strip off sin and anything hindering our effectiveness in the race so we can endure and succeed (Hebrews 12.1).
3. Let go of the past
You can’t move forward while looking backward or you’ll remain stuck. Stuck in a mindset. Stuck in guilt. Stuck in regret for your past mistakes. When you look back, it won’t change your past. It will only keep you from moving forward. Philippians 3.13-14 states, “Forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the [heavenly] prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” Forget your past. Forgive yourself. Fix your eyes forward so you can move forward.
2 Corinthians 5.17 states, “Therefore if anyone is in Christ [that is, grafted in, joined to Him by faith in Him as Savior], he is a new creature [reborn and renewed by the Holy Spirit]; the old things [the previous moral and spiritual condition] have passed away. Behold, new things have come [because spiritual awakening brings a new life].” In Christ, who you used to be is gone and passed away. Take courage. You are not defined by your past anymore. You are a new creature. You have a new life. All things concerning you are made new because of Christ Jesus. Run your race in the freedom of this truth!
4. Follow the rules
We must be doers of the Word of God to excel in our race. 2 Timothy 2.5 states, “And if anyone competes as an athlete [in competitive games], he is not crowned [with the wreath of victory] unless he competes according to the rules.” The only way to win a game is to know how to play. Likewise, we cannot be ignorant of the instructions and commandments in the Bible if we want to win our race or we will never succeed. We must obey God and His commandments.
Psalm 119.32 states, “I will [not merely walk, but] run the way of Your commandments, when You give me a heart that is willing.” We must know, understand, and rightly apply God's Word to our lives. Once we do, we won’t take tentative steps but run purposefully in our race.
5. Be zealous
When a person walks for the duration of their race, it doesn’t express urgency, passion, or a desire to win. When you run, it communicates love and a zeal for the things of God. Your running is the exclamation point on what you believe! Romans 12.1 states, “Don’t be slothful in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord.” Keep your zeal for God and love Him with all of your heart. We must not be cold or even lukewarm, we must hotly pursue the Lord with all our hearts to attain our eternal prize (Revelations 3.15-16).
6. Have a vision
There must be a vision to stay on the appointed course set before you. Vision sets your eyes above your current circumstances to the destiny God has planned for you. Proverbs 29.17 states, “Where there is no vision [no redemptive revelation of God], the people perish.” When people have no vision, they die because there is no direction and no revelation from God for their lives.
Psalm 32.8 says, “The Lord says, 'I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you.'” When you trust God and surrender to His plans and purposes for your life, He will guide you and direct you to the best pathway. Once you allow God to lead and guide you, you can run into your destiny without fear of a misstep. Habakkuk 2.2 states, “Then the Lord answered me and said, ‘Write the vision and engrave it plainly on [clay] tablets so that the one who reads it will run.” You are not aimless or uncertain when you have vision. You are confident in your success because God directs your steps.
7. Be consistent
Consistency is necessary to endure your race. 1 Corinthians 9.25, “Now every athlete who [goes into training and] competes in the games is disciplined and exercises self-control in all things.” A runner benefits from the consistency of training, exercising self-control, and buffeting their body to win the race (1 Corinthians 9.27). Likewise, we must exercise spiritual disciplines to endure the race, such as reading the bible daily and praying in the Spirit. We must buffet our body by crucifying our flesh and we must “walk and live [habitually] in the [Holy] Spirit [responsive to and controlled by and guided by the Spirit]” (Galatians 5.16, 24-25). When we are consistent in our spiritual discipline and training, we can endure the length of the race set before us because we have equipped ourselves to persevere. When we are consistent in our spiritual discipline and training, we are setting ourselves up to win!
Each of these keys is necessary to win the race. Therefore, we must not be neglectful to do what is required of us. Finish strong! Keep the faith! Run to win and you will receive the eternal prize!

READ TIME: 7 Minutes & 16 Seconds

THOUGHTS:
======================
I have spent the later years of my life building this relationship with God, and one thing I noticed that always is an issue is time. Time is no one’s friend, but when we put our time into what we should do, we can see its manifestations. Many people feel that the more we do something, the more we enjoy it, and our flesh hates to pray, read the word, and do anything that will help us connect with him.
2 Peter 3:8 But do not overlook this one fact, beloved, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years and a thousand years as one day
This right here should make us feel good because it says just one day is like a thousand years and imagine as you build this connection with him and every day, you're talking to him, he’s so grateful that he sees our days as a thousand years. But to us, one minute feels this way. Have you ever noticed that if you are on the phone watching Instagram, time goes by so fast that you don’t even realize what’s happening? You don’t realize the time that has passed, and you don’t even mind it because you're watching reels, right? But the moment you say I’m about to read my word or I’m about to pray, here comes the figuring for it or how long it’s going to take because our flesh wants us to sin. It wants us to do anything but anything godly, but the Bible tells us this about time.
Ephesians 5:15- 17: Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil. Therefore, do not be foolish, but understand the will of the Lord.
It tells us to make the best use of our time. Many of us don’t. We use our time in the worst way and don’t factor in how to draw closer to God. The Bible tells us to draw closer to God, and we must do this daily. It says to do this because the days are evil. It says don’t be foolish; make sure you understand God's will. Do you know the Lord's will? Do you know what to do to have him tell you, his will? All we must do is ask.
Proverbs 27:1: Do not boast about tomorrow, for you do not know what a day may bring.
This brings us to our other point: because we don’t know when our time is, we must be careful with it; we can’t boast about the next day or the next month or year because we don’t know our time that’s why the time, we got we must use it by seeking God.
Many don’t seek him; we seek him periodically but not faithfully. God doesn’t want us to seek him when we need him; he wants us to seek him daily because we desire to; he wants us to desire to use our time for him. Do you carve out time to be with him? Do you make sure you save time to make him a priority? What is a priority in your life?
Colossians 4:5 Walk in wisdom toward outsiders, making the best use of the time
It tells us again to make the best use of our time; it’s okay to relax, and it’s okay to want to watch some shows, but we can’t expect God to grow us if we haven’t put anything in to grow the seeds that are planted, we are eating anything of the spirit to grow the things of the spirit the only thing we have done things that’s of this world that’s why the appetite of the world can’t die because we are still feeding it, we have to stop feeding it and learn to feed the spirit man.
Our daily activities are about Instagram, Netflix gossiping, etc. Still, when we start making our daily life of the holy Word, and we start meditating more, and we start worshiping more, we are growing the things within us, this craving for the lord; we must let the things of this world the appetite for it die. That’s not easy to do if we all being transparent it’s hard to do because we are all so curious about what’s happening around the world or in our own lives that we don’t allow our craving for this world to stop; we don’t allow our minds to stop processing while we even pray.
So, how do we handle our time? We must do it wisely; we must handle our time with God with care, every day we have this opportunity to do something different, which is focusing more on God; our time is so precious we don’t know when our time is up that’s why we must live like it’s our last and spend it with him.
***Today, we talked about time, and some people have a problem with managing their time, some people have a problem with making God a priority. Still, no matter what happens, God has given us the space to do what we want, but what will you choose, whether it's time with him or watching Instagram reels? The more we feed our flesh, the more it will grow, but the more we give ourselves away to God, the more our relationship with him grows; it’s about time.
Matthew 6:33 But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you
Do you seek him first? The word tells us when we take our time and seek him, everything else will come; everything will be available to us, but if we seek this world first, that’s what we will receive. Many people want to know how to be powerful in God, and we do this when we give God our time. If today you feel that you haven’t given him a lot of your time, go to him and express your feelings and wait for him to show you how to give more time to him; make him a priority today. ©Seer~ Prophetess Lee

Advice for intimacy within a marriage when it’s not what you want it to be ❤️
When intimacy in marriage has been low and infrequent, it’s important to approach the situation with biblical love, understanding, and grace.
For men, Ephesians 5:25 calls husbands to love their wives as Christ loves the church, which means leading with patience and prioritizing her emotional and spiritual well-being. Intimacy often begins outside the bedroom for women, so investing in emotional connection is essential. Spend quality time with her, listen to her concerns, and affirm her with kind and uplifting words, as Proverbs 18:21 reminds us of the power of our speech. Prayer is another vital tool—pray with her to strengthen your bond and for her privately, seeking God’s guidance and wisdom. Serving her selflessly through small acts of kindness, such as helping with daily tasks, can also rekindle affection. When discussing sensitive topics about intimacy, communicate gently and without blame, as Ephesians 4:29 encourages words that build up rather than tear down.
For women, biblical intimacy can grow when a wife shows respect and affirmation toward her husband, as outlined in Ephesians 5:33. Many men feel loved through respect, so encouraging him in his strengths and expressing admiration can make a significant difference. Proverbs 14:1 reminds wives to create a peaceful home environment, which fosters emotional safety and openness. Simple gestures, like physical touch outside of intimacy or shared moments of connection, can help rebuild closeness. Try giving him a massage after a long day at work, or scratching his head. If there are barriers such as stress, physical discomfort, or unresolved conflict, it’s crucial to address these issues openly and lovingly. Colossians 3:13 calls believers to forgive and reconcile, which may be necessary to move forward. Prioritizing time together, whether through date nights or shared activities, helps deepen the bond. Additionally, prayer is a powerful tool—pray for your husband and your marriage, asking God for wisdom and strength to love as He intends (James 1:5).
For both spouses, 1 Corinthians 7:3-5 emphasizes the importance of meeting each other’s needs and not withholding intimacy except for mutual prayer. Biblical intimacy thrives on mutual love, sacrifice, and a willingness to serve one another, as seen in Romans 12:10. If intimacy remains a challenge, seeking counsel from a trusted pastor or Christian counselor can provide guidance, as Proverbs 15:22 reminds us that plans succeed with good counsel. With prayer, patience, and a commitment to selfless love, intimacy can be restored, bringing joy and unity to your marriage.

Colossians 1:22 Once you were alienated from God … but now He has reconciled you by Christ's physical body through death to present you holy in His sight, without blemish and free from accusation.
Romans 5:9-10 Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God's wrath through him! For if, when we were God's enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life!
1 Corinthians 9:25-27 Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever. Therefore I do not run like someone running aimlessly; I do not fight like a boxer beating the air. No, I strike a blow to my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize.
1 Peter 1:7 That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:
Philippians 3:21 He will take our weak mortal bodies and change them into glorious bodies like his own, using the same power with which he will bring everything under his control.
Colossians 3:3-4 For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ who is our life appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory.
May you not judge by their past those who have harmed you previously, nor anticipate the future by what has gone before, but let God show the truth of what is now, for even as you are not the same person you once were, so God can work in other hearts, as well, to bring repentance, growth, and maturity. Genesis 44
May you remain faithful in your promises to the Father and committed to the responsibilities He gives you, for He will reward you richly in times to come and in ways you can't imagine. Just as Jacob's son, Judah, child of Leah, pledged his life as surety for his brother, Benjamin, child of Rachel, when going to Egypt, and offered himself as slave in place of Benjamin, even so in later times, though all others deserted, the tribe of Benjamin remained with the tribe of Judah. Genesis 44
May you know the comfort of God and the forgiving grace of Jesus Christ once you have humbled yourself, and become mindful of and tender towards others. In that place of mind and attitude of heart you will find, shut off from the world, the loving and welcoming presence of the Spirit, no longer the stern taskmaster or threatening overlord that tested your reaction and tried your heart to show you His work which has been accomplished in your life. Genesis 45
May you realize that God is the Lord and has the right and authority to use the events in your life to His purpose when you claim Him as your God, for then you can forgive others of their words and actions, knowing that it was used for His will to bring you where He has planned, with the abilities you need to do His work, just as Joseph knew, because of his brothers' rejection, they needed his acceptance. Genesis 45
May you walk gladly in the grace of the Father and the forgiveness of His Son, giving that same grace to others and sharing that same forgiveness with those who trespass, especially with the members of the household of God, all the more so as you see the day of the Lord approaching. Genesis 45
May you recognize that what you have is a gift from God and value what you receive, stewarding it as an expression of your thanks, not consuming it to excess but making frugality the basis of your liberality. Matthew 14
May the compassion of God move your heart when you see the needs of others and cause you to reach out unhesitatingly with what He gives you to meet their needs. Matthew 14
May you recognize that the provision of the Lord, though it appears scanty and poor when viewed from the perspective of the world's wants, will satisfy every need when you receive it in faith with praise. Matthew 14
May you trust God enough to take steps out of your comfort zone and beyond your understanding when you feel the nudge of the Spirit, bringing what you have to him, though you know it is not enough, but allowing Him to break what you value so it can be multiplied in His blessing. Matthew 14
May you go so far as to ask God to call you into impossible situations, experiencing His miraculous power and deepening the intimacy of your relationship with Him as you trust Him with all your hopes and depend on Him for all you need. Matthew 14
My child, I am changing you. I am doing a work in you that alters your very being. I am transforming you from the inside out. My work is not always obvious, nor is it immediately visible in many cases. I am working in your nature, recreating you to bear My Name, to show My image, to be My witness, not just in conscious word or deliberate deed, for that can be done by purposeful act of will. My work is in your spirit, in the wellsprings of your being, not within reach of your reason or understanding, so that no one can glory in it. Understand, My child, that while these changes equip you for eternity and prepare you to live in My presence, these changes also remove your value in the world. No longer can you draw strength from the life you once lived, nor will you have pleasure in the things you once valued. Do not try to retain that which you once had lest you risk losing that which I have promised to you. Realize that I am removing from you what the world values and building in you that which has eternal value. Consider the tall, stately trees of the forest. Their sturdiness is used by men to make buildings for commerce and ships for conquest. But the vine cannot be used in this way. It bears refreshing fruit, but can become a downfall if misused. Even so is your life in Me. Your strength, which is in Me, is of no benefit to the world. Your life, which is from Me, cannot further the goals and purposes of the world. The fruit you bear, though attractive and refreshing to all who partake, can be misunderstood by those who reject Me. Do not be surprised when others do not find you delightful, or seek out your company, or invite you to join them, for to those who perish you carry the dreadful smell of death and doom. It is only to those in whose spirit I bear witness with yours that you carry the attractive aroma of life. Know that this is My doing and rejoice in it, yielding and submitting to the work of My spirit within you.
May the Lord arm you for battle when you pursue the spiritual foes He sends you against, overtaking them and refusing to turn back until they are destroyed, crushing them so they can not rise but fall beneath your feet and are trampled in the mire by the strength God has given you and the strategy He leads you in. Psalm 18
May you exalt the Lord, Who is your Rock, and God, Who is your Savior, with praise for avenging you upon His enemies, death, hell, and the grave, and subduing spiritual powers beneath you, saving you from the spiritual wickedness that strives against you, even as He exalts you above the foes who have been defeated and rescues you from violence. Psalm 18
May you praise the Lord among the nations and sing praises to His name, for He gives you great victories and shows unfailing kindness to His anointed. Psalm 18
May God guide you in the way of wisdom and lead you along straight paths, so when you walk, your steps will not be hampered and when you run you will not stumble. Proverbs 4:11-12
May you hold on to godly instruction and not let it go, for if you guard it well, it will be your life. Proverbs 4:13
