How to Get Free Credits for ClassPass
The great thing about ClassPass is the free trial, and the even better thing is the 20 free extra credits you get when you sign up using a friend’s link, which gives you 48 FREE credits total! Click here to use my link to get the Free ClassPass Credit bonus The above link is my “friend link,” so you’ll be added as Candy’s friend. Vote for Me on Ms Health and Fitness!
I never thought I’d say this, but
yes, I have entered a contest for a cover on a magazine! While I just completed my first ever professional photoshoot, this endeavor is totally different–and very much so. Even though incorporating more fashion and love for clothing design as an art has been absolutely phenomenal for me, health and wellness still hold a very warm and cozy place in my heart. I am

Challenge 3: class pass
You finished serving your bond during the COV-19 years. You soon left behind your iron rice bowl career (a story for another day) and that gave you plenty of time to live in the present and to reflect. That also meant, it gave your mother the ammunition to make you exercise as ‘I’m busy’ didn’t cut it. End result is you started to tag along to tag along with your mother as she went for yoga classes. You weren’t very active at the start, perhaps once in 2 weeks
then it became a regular once a week. You even start to feel guilty when you did not do yoga at all since coming to Australia.
Everyone tells you, just lay out a yoga mat and do it yourself, and perhaps do it more than once a week at that! You have many excuses, the most crucial and truthful is the logistical problem of having no space in your tiny apartment.
At some point, Google or Samsung, SOMEONE basically overheard your conversations. For soon you saw advertisements on Instagram and reading apps about ‘Classpass’. You decide to give it a try, cheapskate you is drawn to the 2-week free trial.
You go for your first yoga session. You take it easy – a 45min Yin Yoga class. You go for your second, you take it easy again – a 60min Yin Yoga class. See the progression!

(Pictures from MOVE yoga studio - nice place with lockers and showers available)
Feeling you’re on a roll, you used up your last free credits for a Aerial Yoga 101 class. You probably overdid yourself there, but it was going at 50% off AND the credits you were using was free anyway! You think to yourself, ‘I can do this!’. It sounds fun, and the receptionist said even 70-year-olds can do the class. You mentally think “I bet that 70-year-old is fitter than me”.
Anyhow, maybe Classpass is worth signing up for. Reviews are a mix bag, from raving about how great it is to raving about how shitty it is. As for now, those free classes are good. Just the walk to the gym, clocks in some of your exercise time. Meaning, you’re meeting the challenge of exercising and being fitter. This couch potato is on the roll! Maybe you’ll soon be Couch F(r)itters. Let’s see how this resolution goes

For the unaware (just like yourself)
Classpass is a subscription that gives you credits/month. These credits can then be used to pay for lessons in many gyms/studios. So rather than stick to one gym, you have many to choose from and naturally a greater variety of classes and timings. It exist in many cities and Melbourne has a couple of yoga studios on it.

the day tadashi signed up for @murroyilodel's dance class
Tumblr media
“Why ballet?"
“Why not?”
Life has so many things to offer, and Hiro can hear it in Tadashi’s voice --sweet and melodic like the wind chimes that summer sways with its breeze-- that his heart has so much space for it all. Tadashi’s answer was simple, yes, yet, it carried enough for Hiro to understand that his big brother’s spirit knows no bounds. Every day was a wonderful new adventure for someone as brave as Tadashi. Hiro can’t stop that, but he doesn’t stop being his annoying little knucklehead.
“You’re weird.”
Tadashi entertains Hiro’s comment with an eyeroll. And as he fastens on his helmet, his aunt cries out:
“Wait wait!”
“Yeah Aunt Cass?”
He sticks his cheek out for a good luck kiss as he looks up to the sky expectantly. Instead, it’s worrying about what truly matters:
“How much does it cost?”
Oh Aunt Cass.
The wonderful thing about the modern world is how it is inclusive of all classes of people; it wants everyone to have a slice of it. Tadashi subscribed to a membership that provided him access to health and wellness sites like gyms, spas, yoga zones, and dance studios. It gave him a chance to try a bit of everything. (It feels good spending well-earned money on activities he knows he will enjoy!) And today, he enrolled himself in a ballet class.
He drives to the heart of the city, forever enchanted by how much opportunities and experiences it can share to the people that visit. From their small, antique businesses, to the intricate, modern, architecture, this eclectic array is what makes this, the central part, so magical in a modern way. Out of all the buildings here, Tadashi parks his bright red moped in front of a charming studio.
He doesn’t know how far in other students are or how obvious he will stick out like a sore thumb, but that doesn’t stop him from entering through the doors. Tadashi can’t explain it, but it welcomed him.
He peeks into the door, so not as to disturb the class, even if he is punctual. Like the rest of his peers here, everyone dressed casually and comfortably, appropriate for today’s workout. Whether he is surrounded by first-time guests who want to try everything like himself or loyal students was up for interpretation. What remains consistent is the instructor, whom he assumes is the one wrapping up behind her desk. The young man walks in her orbit.
Tumblr media
“Hello! Instructor Esmeralda? I’m Tadashi Hamada! I’m excited to try out your services with this gym membership that I got! I enrolled for today's class."
Polite and lively, Tadashi can’t contain a smile for what’s to come.
"There’s so much opportunity here, isn’t there?”

Shilling for Pilates
First of all, should you try Pilates at least once? 100%. You didn’t hear it from me: View this post on Instagram A post shared by Cassie (@superfitbabe) My Pilates journey actually began four score and seven years ago with Blogilates–I followed her workouts for the vast majority of my youth, combining her videos with gym cycling and strength training, then eventually sticking to solely

How’s your day so far?
I just got ClassPass, so I tried it out and went to a long reformer Pilates class early this morning (I really enjoyed it). I took myself to Whole Foods and enjoyed some mango and watermelon, I went to the Grove to look around, and now I'm back at my hotel. I have a lunch event, so I’m getting ready for that now, and I have another dinner event tonight at 6:30, so I’m going to rest before I have to get ready and keep in contact with everyone I’ve met. I’m tired, but what is youth for if not exchanging a bit of fatigue for time spent with new friends and exciting experiences in a new city?

Today I went to my first spin class ever with the free month of classpass I got. Are they always so LOUD? I know I sound like an old, but you can seriously damage your hearing with that level of decibels. I saw one woman looked like she was wearing ear plugs and I almost walked out in the beginning to ask the desk if they had any. I know they’re trying to be motivating but it was just too loud for me sans ear plugs. Otherwise the class was awesome, difficult, and I sweat a lot.
