There are still many Sonic games that are stuck on older consoles, making it difficult or impossible for many newer fans to (legally and/or officially) find and play these games.

So instead of re-releasing Sonic 1 again for the 50 trillionth time, I think it's important that Sega begins re-releasing and preserving more of their titles from the 2000's, and they should put them all on PC.

Yes, even Shadow '05. Yes, even Sonic '06. Yes, even Sonic Battle. Yes, even the Storybook games. Yes, even Sonic Shuffle.

All of these games deserve a second chance and to be preserved, especially considering that Sonic games have continuity and many things in the newer games keep referencing things that happened in the older games that nobody can buy anymore.

A lot of newer Sonic games have storylines that assume you are a longtime fan who already knows who's who and what's what. And while that's all good, newcomers or returning players have no idea what's going on. Therefore, all these older games (or at least the important ones) should be preserved and re-released for a new audience.

Sega, Sonic Team, Iizuka-san, PLEASE do this.

I found an old NES display case I had when I was a kid, so I hung it on my wall, along with some other classics I have on display! I'm not a huge fan of having a ton of stuff out on display, so I only put out a few things at a time. Enough to give my space character, but not so much that it ends up looking like I'm running a store. (I also have one of my copies of Romance of the Three Kingdoms there... because I really like Rot3K, and I needed something sturdy to hold up that side of the display)
