I was in the bathroom and bathroom, for a some reason, is ALWAYS the place where I can focus on my thoughts, get AHAA! - moments etc. I have heard many has the same so I’m not alone! :D

As I was there, I thought: “What new I could learn about myself today?” I stood up and noticed my full body reflection on sauna’s thick glass door. I instantly started to smile and giggle, lifting my arms up behind my head as I eyed my body.

I felt so wonderful, strong and happy love towards my body - for the first time EVER in my life! I am chubby more or less, I have think I’m fat and ugly for at least the last 10 years. Now? I was adoring how lovely body I have! How much I love it! Every curve! How good it looks! (My tummy and thighs have been the most “hardest parts” for me to learn to love / accept)

I also realized that my soul, unconditionally, loves this body, it’s shell. It chose it for a reason so who am I, on my ego state, to judge my soul and it’s love and liking for such a chubby body? If my soul has picked up this body type and loves this, I will love it too! I’m still learning, tho, but this few seconds lasting moment was very powerful and empowering experience!

I said to my body / to myself: “Well, I love you so much that I’m gonna warm sauna today and wash you! <3″
