Hello my dears, New day, new horrendous Chrome UI update. 🎉🎉🎉

Fear not, even while they removed the flags from the settings which permitted to disable it in previous waves, and really want you to use their new UI, and really do act like a bully who just doesn't accept the word 'no'— there's still a way to disable it :)

Basically you right click the icon of the chrome wherever you usually use it, this guide will be for taskbar, under the cut other locations if you need :)

1.CLOSE ALL CHROME WINDOWS!! 2.Right click the chrome icon on the taskbar:

2.right click the chrome line again and click "properties"

3.inside the tab "shortcut" on the target/destination line, you must add the disabling of the new update in the following manner:

You will see this written: "C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" you will need to add, with a space, this: --disable-features=CustomizeChromeSidePanel It'll end up like this: "C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --disable-features=CustomizeChromeSidePanel 4.Apply and it's fixed, cheers :)

If you have Chrome pinned to the start menu, open Windows Explorer and navigate here: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs When you find the Chrome icon, repeat the six steps. If you have Chrome on your desktop, you do the same, repeat the six steps.

the internet was cut off and i ran out of data so i asked my brother if i can connect to his hotspot and downloaded dol on my phone,,,,,,,,,

On a related note, does anyone know how to fix a very specific problem where I can't access my downloaded files on Tumblr or EZGif???

A word to the wise:

If you sign into Instagram from Microsoft Edge, Chrome, and alternate extensions, that's fine.

If you sign into Instagram from Microsoft Edge, Chrome, alternate extensions and Firefox? The overlords will suspect you're a bot account; and terminate.

-Signed, a person who just got her account back; and just got it "pending" again.

P.S. It's (apparently) a notorious 50/50 if your Instagram account is reinstated-- so, be forewarned.

So, something is very fucked up with the subs on IQIYI, replaying the subtitles from the beginning of the last episode.

HOWEVER

It just makes it look like Payu and Prapai roleplay being Rain as part of a weird game in the garage.

And I'm okay with that

I'm ready to tear my hair out, I want to comfortably use Docs without staring into a flashbang, can someone recommend a functional dark mode for using google docs? All the extensions I've looked at just darken the page and makes the text unreadable so then the whole document has to be edited to change the font (pain in the ass) and/or does not function on the google docs selection page, like the list of my documents is still fuck off bright so it is irritating to move between documents

#kee speaks #i really just want something that is easy click and it does it #cause when i used extensions on chrome there was a 'dark reader' or something but it would change EVERY site i opened #so then it fucked with other stuff and i'd have to toggle it back and forth #exasperating the whole flashbang feeling cause i'd always forget #and the extension had a really stupid automation thing that would get reset every time the extension or the browser updated #whatever i already had a migraine last night and i'm on the verge again but i want to write so i just need some help having things be dark #firefox or chrome i don't give a fuck at this point #i'm so annoyed that this isn't something that is built in to these sites yet #like google settings and search and such can all be dark mode #but not docs or sheets??
