[Helios & Apollo]
Quick doodle of the ketchup and mustard gang (the COLOR pallets Im a mess)
This is, I guess like,,, a teaser to my actual Apollo design? Because he has an adult design,,
I've been debating doodling little comics and scenarios and expanding the ideas I have for my silly little version of greek mythos as a family djdj
Quick Disclaimer: The Greek Gods are deities and similar that I actually really do respect. I pay tribute to Persephone even :) My art and designs are just fun little versions I like to shake around like dolls and in the concept of like one big complicated fictional family which is different than the /actual/ gods and how I view them!

idea for the child Apollo au
I was reading a short trials of Apollo AU where Apollo gets turned into a child by Medea (and Jason survives!) and am now considering having Helios claiming/adopting Apollo as his child in the Apollo kiddified AU (I don’t know if Helios would survive or not. But I think it would really anger Zeus that the Titan of the Sun was trying to steal his kid (again))

Kinda funny how Hades canon makes Hera the daughter of Hyperion and Theia and sister to Helios and Selene when in reality, Hera Selene and Helios are more bound as foster children of Tethys and Oceanus

The Sunheart Execution (A Frozen Storm short story)
[Tw for death, religious imagery and references to torture/hanging] Helio Sunheart ran through the old house, where his family had resided for many generations previously, as a brick smashed through the window just behind him. His small sweaty hand gripping tightly to his brother’s as the two boys bundled into the bedroom where little Eliana hid under her bed, crying from the shouting outside. Sol soothes her, trying to hush his two younger siblings cries as footsteps thundered closer to the door, and their father, Damien, ran in, eyes wild in panic. “Everyone, follow me!” He commanded, although his eyes were fixed on Helio, as the three children ran after their father, as men burst through the front doors of the mansion, searching for the family that had lived there for generations.
Damien lead the children down the hallway, their attackers close behind, before finally, coming to a dead end. He ushered Sol and Eliana into the cellar, before grabbing Helio’s shoulder gently, forcing his knife into the 14 year old’s clammy hands to hold. Brown eyes gazed into fire, as Helio and Damien had their eyes locked with each other, in a silent moment of father to son communication. “Helio… you must run. Run far far away from this place, never look back. I’ll… I’ll keep your siblings safe. Just please.. run away” He whispered, hugging the trembling boy before pushing him towards the kitchen window, as Helio wordlessly clambered out, running to the woods.
He climbed up the tallest tree, hiding in amongst the leaves and watching as his father’s lifeless corpse was dragged out of the house by his hair, his siblings’ corpses following suit soon after, and the old house was set aflame. Helio Sunheart could only watch in silent terror, as fat tears began rolling down his face, silently turning the knife around in his hands, watching the flames flicker high into the air as decades of lineage burned and smouldered into ashes. He sat there, as all feeling seemed to fade away, before a roaring rain eventually broke through the darkened sky, dimming the majority of the flames, and the broken, smoking remains of the house layed charred and black.
As Helio made his way into the market for the first time since the execution, he could only stop in silence, watching the rotting corpses of his family swaying faintly in the breeze, gripping his knife a little rougher, and walked away, head bowed in his grief. The only thing he knew, was that his family had been deemed ‘too powerful’ by thugs, that only desired the power that they had held, as he slipped inside a barrel which was lifted up into the belly of the Sunrise, a ship overtaken by pirates. Eventually, of course, like any stowaway, the boy was soon discovered, fighting and squirming for his life. The Captain seemed to take a liking to the feisty young man, giving him a pat on the head, questioning him for the boy’s name, as his head stayed lowered with fury and grief. Although, then again, his family was gone. He didn’t deserve their name, not after he abandoned them.
“…Helio. Helio Frostheart.”
The captain nodded, welcoming him, and as he grew, eventually coming into the position of captain, although soon found himself in several prisons. Thankfully, his crew always seemed to come back to him. Except for the night he met young Orion Stormturner in the opposite cell.

Five Nights at Freddy’s AU | FNaF 1: Child’s Play - Chapter 4
Tumblr media
Hiiii, everyone!
Sorry for not updating on Wednesday, I got busy that day with work!
When we last left off, Mike had just stood up to the animatronics and was confused why they were acting so... human.
What do they have to say to him?
Enough of my blathering, here we go!
Pizza divider I used can be found here!
Tumblr media
Mike’s blue eyes scanned the dark room ahead of him as he stepped into Freddy Fazbear’s pizzeria once more, having already locked the door behind him. The night guard looked up at the stage as he took his coat off, with the night having been a little cold.
There was no movement yet from the stage, but Mike could see Freddy, Bonnie, and Chica up in their places, seeming to not see him yet. The human pursed his lips together as he started up at the robots.
It had been about a month since Mike had stood up to the animatronics in the hallway, and the events of that night had replayed in his head over and over since then. The guard still hadn’t been able to grasp what he had been told or what he had witnessed. It was baffling, strange, even. The animatronics had shown such human emotions in that moment, and Mike wasn’t sure whether to make heads or tails of what he heard.
Mike had gone home that day and told Jennifer of what happened and what he saw, and he remembered she was just as shocked and just as confused as he had been.
It had been a month now, and Mike still thought over and over about what happened as he made his way to the office of the pizzeria. What did he say or do that had struck such a nerve in Freddy and the others? Was it how angry he was? Was it a specific word he had said that set off their programming in some way?
Mike made his way to the office and sat in his chair, speaking his thoughts aloud after a moment. “But… if it was their programming, they wouldn’t have acted so… lifelike. They acted so human in that moment, and… I just don’t get it. Are they robots? Or… or androids, or something? Like those old sci-fi movies? I don’t… I don’t understand.”
Mike sighed and picked up his tablet after another second of thinking, running a hand through his bangs. “I don’t get it. I don’t.”
“Then why don’t you ask us?”
Mike’s heart leapt into his throat again as he looked down at the tablet. He could see that it was set to the stage, and Bonnie’s red eyes were looking into the camera. He blinked in surprise, holding his breath. “...Can… you can hear me?”
Bonnie nodded. “Of course, I can,” he could hear through the speaker. “We’ve always been able to hear you all the way in the office, Mike.” She put her guitar down on the stage as she kept her gaze upwards.
The night guard found himself watching the rabbit step down from the stage and look into the lens of the camera. He waited for Bonnie to begin walking towards the left hallway, but instead, she just… stood there. And looked up as if staring into Mike’s eyes. The man found this a little unnerving, but before he could finally speak, Bonnie did.
“So… do you want to know what happened?”
Mike’s blue eyes narrowed in confusion. “What do you mean?”
Bonnie looked behind her, as if looking for someone’s approval to say something. Then, she returned her gaze to the camera lens. “I know Freddy almost crying confused you. We all know it did. Especially since… I can’t remember the last time Freddy got so emotional.” Bonnie put a hand to one of her arms. “I know you may not understand what happened… and we didn’t either, at least for a moment. But… do you want to know the truth?”
Mike blinked. “The truth of what?”
“The truth of why we’re like this, and why we kept trying to hurt you.” Bonnie looked away again, before walking towards the tables of the main party area. “If you want to know… come to the dining area. We’ll tell you.”
The human frowned a bit as Bonnie walked away, switching the camera so it was on one of the tables in front of the stage. He could see her stand at the end of said table. Mike quirked a brow in confusion again. “...How do I know this isn’t a trick,” he asked her through the speakers. “How do I know you won’t just stuff me into one of those suits in the backstage room? How do I know you’re telling the truth?”
The rabbit sighed softly. “You don’t… and I know that,” she said quietly. “But, it’s your choice, Mike. You can come into the dining room, or don’t. I know Freddy would have me do otherwise, but… I won’t force you to come. Just… think about it, okay?”
Mike’s slight anger subsided at seeing Bonnie take a seat at the end of the table when she finished speaking, and he looked up at the wall in front of him in thought. Bonnie sounded very genuinely… concerned for him, and the way he reacted to them a month ago. And even the idea of Bonnie being concerned for him was a little baffling. That rabbit robot was always the one to make him mad, so this was such a strange change of pace for him.
Should Mike actually believe she wanted to talk to him? Mike did stand up for himself instead of hiding, afterall, so this must be a little strange for all of them. The night guard thought a few more moments.
If he did go into the dining room, one of two things would likely happen. He’d get stuffed into a suit and bleed to death, or… he might get some answers as to why the animatronics acted the way they did. It was something Mike asked himself for the past year now, and he may just have the chance to find out the truth.
Looking back down at his tablet, the man could see Bonnie still waiting for him. Perhaps it was madness or something of the like setting in finally, but Mike found himself turning off his tablet and setting it back on the desk.
*****
Bonnie fiddled with her thumbs as she looked down at her hands, and she frowned nervously. She looked up for a moment to see the camera was still aimed at her, but Mike hadn’t spoken to her again since she told him to think about her offer. It made her uneasy. Maybe she had scared him off and he was going to stay in the office for the night. Bonnie really didn’t want to make the guard think the worst of her… but maybe it was too late for that.
“Are you really going to make us talk to him, Bonnie?”
The rabbit looked up to see Chica staring her down from the stage, a glare in her purple eyes. Chica had never had a good temper and Bonnie’s idea seemed to be aggravating her mood. The rabbit huffed and furrowed her brows. “Yes, Chelsea. I want Mike to understand where we’re coming from and why we did what we did. After what he said to us and with how emotional it made Freddy, he deserves to know the truth, and we deserve to tell someone our story. We’ve been holding onto this long enough without telling anyone.”
Foxy made a loud swear from the cove, and Bonnie and Chica turned to look at him.
Why should we have to tell ‘im anything, Bonnie?! The lad made his point clear and that he hates us! We shouldn’t have to tell him about the–”
Soft footsteps from down the west hallway had Foxy stopping short. The fox, chicken, and rabbit animatronics turned to look down the hall as the sound of boots approached them. Bonnie made a noise, as if holding her breath for a moment.
Mike finally made his way to the end of the hall, and he felt himself frowning in discomfort. The three animatronics just staring at him made him more uncomfortable than usual, and he felt a slight uneasiness at the growl Foxy let out. Mike moved his gaze away from the pirate fox and the chicken that were quite clearly glaring at him. His blue eyes moved to Bonnie, and the look in her red eyes took a little of the weight of his shoulders. Mike sighed softly. “Hi, Bonnie.”
Bonnie managed to get a small smile out. “Hey, Mike.” She looked up at Chica. “Stop staring at him like that, Chelsea. That’s rude.” When the chicken robot glared at her, the rabbit returned her gaze to Mike and asked, “Do you like pizza?”
The human blinked in surprise at the question, before slowly nodding. “Yeah… yeah, I do.”
“What kind?”
“...Pepperoni and mushrooms.”
Bonnie nodded and asked Chica, “Can you make a pizza for Mike, please, Chelsea?”
The chicken animatronic looked like she wanted to protest, but she kept her mouth closed, narrowed her eyes at Mike, then moved towards the kitchen.
Mike felt like he was having a fever dream right now. The animatronics were right in front of him, talking to each other in a civilized, human way, and Bonnie had just asked him what his favorite pizza was. This felt very, very surreal, and Mike wasn’t sure if he should pinch himself to make sure he wasn’t dreaming.
Bonnie suddenly pulled out a chair for Mike, right next to her, and she patted the seat. The guard hesitated for a minute, before slowly walking towards her.
Bonnie could hear deep snarls coming from Foxy, and she shot him a glare and responded with, “Felix, that’s enough! You either be civil, or I’m shutting you in the backstage room!”
That seemed to stop Foxy’s growls and he grumbled under his breath. Bonnie softened her expression as Mike reached the table and sat down ever so slowly. When he was finally in his chair, Bonnie smiled at him.
The grin she wore threw Mike for a loop and made him raise his brows in shock. She seemed so much… nicer, like this. Bonnie had always been the first one off the stage and the first one to make him angry every night, but this was strange. Granted, it wasn’t completely unwelcome, but Mike could feel Foxy’s one visible eye still glaring at him as he stuck his snout out of the curtain to Pirate’s Cove.
There was a very small moment of silence in the air, before the rabbit looked down at the human guard. “Are you comfortable,” she asked.
Mike frowned. “...Physically, I’m fine. Mentally… I’m not.”
Bonnie lost her smile and knitted her face in concern. She took a hand and held it out to him, slowly, but it still made Mike flinch. Bonnie set that hand on the table and looked down at the human’s big blue eyes. “If you get too uncomfortable, at any point, let me know. I’ll walk you back to the office, okay?”
There was another beat of silence, before Mike nodded and answered, “Okay.”
The guard looked over as Chica walked out of the kitchen with a pizza on a large platter, and she set it down on the table Mike sat at. It looked really good, and smelt like it had just come out of the oven. He marveled at it for a moment. “...Chica… you made this?”
“Yeah, what about it, Michael?”
“It’s really pretty. It looks good.”
Chica’s purple eyes widened a bit, as if she had never heard those words spoken about anything she had made.
The robots watched Mike take off a slice and take a bite, before his blue eyes seemed to light up. “Holy shit… this is great! I love this, Chica!”
Chica seemed to smile without realizing as she put a hand to her chest. “Oh… thank you.”
“Enough with the theatrics, Bonnie. What did you want us to tell him?”
Freddy’s voice finally rang through for the first time since Bonnie had walked off the stage, and everyone looked up to see him standing with his arms folded over his chest, blue eyes glowing ever so slightly in the dark. He looked anything but happy, and Mike could see how tightly narrowed his gaze was. The guard wanted to glare back at him, maybe say a few snappy words, but Bonnie suddenly moved closer to Mike, as if… protecting him.
“Well, Fredrickson,” she answered with audible irritation. “I think Mike here had a misunderstanding when it came to our intentions. I think we should clear things up, because we’re clearly not on the same page.”
Mike took another bite of his pizza slice as he watched Bonnie talk, and the scoff Freddy gave in response made him gawk a bit.
“Why should we tell him anything, Bonnibel?” Now it was Freddy’s turn for that irritation to be heard.
“Because, Freddy! I finally realized what Mike meant about being stuffed into the suit! I checked that recording the old guard left behind and listened to it!”
“And?”
“Scott told Mike that the robots think he’s an endoskeleton and we’re trying to put him back into the suits backstage.”
Freddy’s eyes widened in surprise and his folded arms fell back to his sides. “...He said WHAT?!”
Mike almost choked on his current slice of pizza after hearing the surprise in Freddy’s voice. He swallowed and asked in disbelief, “Wait, that wasn’t what you guys were trying to do this whole time?!”
Freddy snapped his blue eyes to meet the same colored ones Mike had, and he shook his head. “That’s what he told you?! Why would you believe that?!”
“My guy, that’s what I was told by the old nightguard, so why wouldn’t I believe that?!”
“Because it’s not true!” Freddy stepped down from the stage and looked at Mike with shock. “The robots aren’t even programmed to do something like that! We’ve searched their programming in the time we’ve been here, and they–”
Mike held up a hand to stop Freddy. “Wait, wait, wait… you… you are the robots. What do you mean?”
Freddy went silent at Mike’s question, before sighing and shaking his head. “Ah. I see what Bonnie meant now.” When the human looked confused, Freddy finally took a seat at the table, gesturing for Chica and Foxy to do the same. “I guess they gave you more of the runaround than we originally thought they did.”
Mike could hear the fox and the chicken animatronics sit, but he couldn’t tear his eyes away from Freddy after he said those words. His heart began to race, and he couldn’t help but ask, “What runaround?”
“Mike… we’re not the robots… we’re not the animatronics. We’re… we’re possessing them. We’re spirits, and we’ve been stuck in these animatronics for twenty years. We’re the spirits of four children who went missing in 1980.”
