No medical evidence to support Lucy Letby’s conviction, expert panel says

Lucy Letby is the victim of “one of the major injustices of modern times”, it has been claimed, after an international panel of experts found no evidence she had murdered or harmed any of the babies she was accused of attacking. The panel concluded that the 17 newborns whom Letby was charged with harming had suffered a catalogue of “bad medical care” or deteriorated as a result of natural causes at the Countess of Chester hospital in north-west England. Letby’s new barrister, Mark McDonald, said a report by 14 leading experts had demolished the case against her and was “overwhelming evidence that this conviction is unsafe”. [...] One barrister close to the case claimed the report was so “gamechanging” that Letby could be released from prison on bail if the court of appeal believed there was a real possibility of her convictions being quashed. [...] Dr Shoo Lee, a retired Canadian neonatologist who chaired the panel, said they had found “so many problems with the medical care” of many of the babies and nothing to support the claim they had been attacked. A 31-page summary report gave alternative causes of death for four of the seven babies Letby was convicted of murdering, alleging that poor care contributed to each death. “In summary, ladies and gentlemen, we did not find any murders,” he said. It said there were numerous problems in the care of the babies, including a failure to properly carry out “basic medical procedures, delays in their treatment and the misdiagnosis of diseases”. Lee said the Countess of Chester’s neonatal unit was overworked, had plumbing issues and was staffed by “inadequate numbers of appropriately trained” clinicians. “If this had happened at a hospital in Canada, it would be shut down,” he said.

anothee infamous example of this is in the timeline where kim got shot and jean claims: "kitsuragi is barely clinging to his life!!" despite the fact that jean had visisted kim in the hospital before knows that his condition is stable. To continue putting blame on harry for kim getting shot he also conviently does not mention the fact that kim was upset at JEAN and not harry

Jean choses to emphasises different things depending on circumstances.

Harry's evasive answer gets Jean annoyed so he is emphasizing *his* suffering and harry being *fired* to make him feel additional guilt.

In the second case Harry tells the truth so Jean is more reasonable. Now its *everyones* payslip. He still wants Harry to feel guilt but now its a lot less drastic.

There is also a line when jean claims that "harry is the reason why we have to take sensitivity trainings" and like.im sorry but this is such a fucking bullcrap. harry is the main reason?? really? what about mack and chester? lets be honest the reason why they are taking these trainings is because cops in their precinct are fucking assholes including jean

Oh! You wanna know about the blue man and lady? Sometimes when they think I won't remember or that I won't notice they help me. Like when I fell asleep outside while it was raining and they brought me an umbrella. Or bringing my cousin to live with us for the summer which helped get Tootie to leave me alone. I remember him having been my teacher, and still stalking me and messing with me after I stopped being his student. I remember my human parents not finding it weird. But, I guess it would require them to care to you know notice how it was weird. He tore the place apart looking for my fairy godparents. He had this remote control that wouldn't stop beeping every time it got near me. This made Crocker mad. He tugged at me questioning if I was hiding them on me. But the machine was beeping at me. The beeping made him even more mad. He yelled about it being broken because I'm not fairy magic and he threw it at the wall. Then Crocker grabbed me and shook me while he yelled questions at me like where they were and what did I do. But I didn't know what he was talking about. He didn't stop asking questions, where my goldfish were, or where my green or pink things were. I didn't own anything green. And the pink wasn't the right pink he was looking for. He tried finding purple too. But I didn't have any purple things either. Crocker got scary. Asking what I had done with them. What did I do? That I had fairy godparents for all these years and how he had been so close to catching them so many times, so close to stealing them from me. I was his only trail to fairy godparents and he was mad that I had ruined everything. I did ruin everything. But, I don't know what I did. I think I broke a rule. The crazy man found a drawing I had done, it was the picture of a pink lady fairy, a green male fairy, and a purple baby fairy. On the back of the drawing said "Fairies are real" I think Crocker wanted to keep the picture, but a strange blue man appeared with police officers. While the police dealt with Crocker. The man gave me the picture back. It wasn't the last time I saw the strange blue man or his wife, a blue lady, but they never tell me who they are. According to Chester and AJ I just imagine them up. My human parents came home and were mad. Going on that they thought I was old enough to be left alone, but they were wrong. They started going on about how they were going to start hire Vicky to make sure I don't cause more trouble. As they ranted, I just looked down at the picture Crocker stole and I saw it. I knew that the humans pretending to be my parents weren't really my parents. The picture was my real family. I must have been a changeling, that was why my human parents never loved me. HAPPY 42ND BIRTHDAY TO HRH THE PRINCE OF WALES, WILLIAM ARTHUR PHILIP LOUIS ♡

On 21 June 1982, Prince William was born to Diana and Charles, then known as Prince and Princess of Wales in St Mary's Hospital, London, at at 21:03 BST. He was born during the reign of his paternal grandmother Elizabeth II and was the first child born to a Prince and Princess of Wales since Prince John's birth in July 1905.

The little prince's name was announced on 28 June as William Arthur Philip Louis. Wills was christened in the Music Room of Buckingham Palace by the then Archbishop of Canterbury, Robert Runcie, on 4 August.

William studied at Jane Mynors' nursery school and Wetherby School in London before joining Ludgrove. He was subsequently admitted to Eton College, studying geography, biology, and history at the A-level.

The Prince undertook a gap year taking part in British Army training exercises in Belize, working on English dairy farms, and as part of the Raleigh International programme in southern Chile, William worked for ten weeks on local construction projects and taught English.

since im bored in hospital bed and also im an adult with free will here are my solangelo headcanons that are living in my mind 24/7 and are canon to me:

Will is a very stable vocalist, talented with high notes especially. But a bit lacks music creativity, which is why he was never serious about music career.

He likes doing Linkin Park covers with Austin who is more of a producer + Mike Shinoda here, while Will covers Chester Bennington.

I believe that at some point small baby Will went viral with Country Girl cover (wasn’t hard to accomplish, his mom is famous after all).

Will is into cunty k-pop mainly 2nd and 3rd gen ggs, and likes shinee.

Chiron, Mr D and cabin 7 are totally okay with Will sleeping in cabin 13 almost everyday, or with Nico sleeping in cabin 7. Mostly because Nico has healthier sleeping schedule when he’s looked after.

Both of them enjoy Maneskin but are also bitter about lack of italian songs in recent years.

Will is often being teasingly asked by other campers if he had already done his duolingo today. Italian duolingo obviously.

Nico bears very unhealthy amount of religious trauma, because of growing up in catholic country in 1920/30s.

Solangelo both join New Rome University at some point, Will is studying medicine and eventually wants to become trauma surgeon. Nico probably chooses some interdisciplinary major connected with latin, history, philosophy and literature.

They share very cool apartment there (their friends are jealous). They also have a black cat which cocoa puffs eventually formed into.

Nico kinda read all Dante Alighieri’s works for fun (in original). And has big classics collection.

Nico is a very fast runner and awesome fighter in evening and at night, since he’s doing small shadow jumps that are so small that no one is really able to spot them. And he doesn’t controll them.

It was hard for Nico to believe that Will really finds him attractive. He gave up with this “he’s faking” allegations, only when he realized Will used(?) to have a celebrity crush on Avril Lavinge, Andy Black and generally tons of emo edgy people and characters.
