I'd like to add that Diablo 3 established angels in general are recognized by humanity as paragons, and Cain says all humans regardless of culture believe so (which might have been retconned in 4). Of note is the fact that most depictions of angels in 3 are on Zakarum propety, oddly enough. Evidence thereof is present within the Tristram Cathedral, which notably features a staines glass of Imperius

Kingdom of Westmarch also has a large depiction of Tyrael in one of its churches but I can't find a high-quality image. What I think is interesting is that Neyrelle in 4 seems completely unaware of who Tyrael is, despite his suposedly revered status. This led me to a headcanon that Zakarum acknowledges the five main angels, while Cathedral doesn't.

I drew a little clip inspired by the game's look "Guardian Angels".

I feel like Tyrael is constantly brushing up the favorability of humans, but because of The Reapers, the favorability of humans towards angels has decreased again (it did in D4), and I'm curious to see how the storyline will be set up in the future.

Lorath talks about how there's multiple portrayals of Inarius as the paragon of righteousness he once was. There's no depictions of Lilith at all, despite her role as co-creator of humanity, and Lorath finds that omission unsettling.

He makes a point to emphasize that this is not because he thinks she is worthy of worship, but because the blatant omission of truth robs the Cathedral of their credibility and it is a danger to ignore that half of humanity's ancestry is demonic.

The Cathedral of Saint Mary one of the three 13th century High Gothic cathedrals is Spain.

Construction began in 1226 under the rule of Ferdinand III and the last Gothic contributions were made in the 15th century when, in 1493, the vaults of the central nave were finished during the time of the Catholic Monarchs.

The structure of the building is greatly influenced by the French Gothic style of the 13th century but adapted to Spanish taste.
