Just made more sense for it to be Johnny and Aisha's cat, timeline wise. I simplified it bc I originally had the lines "Jeez. Can barely talk to the Saints but I'm talkin' to a fuckin' cat." and "Listen little dude, I don't really do cuddles, so..."

My Boss is like a severely neglected, angry 15/16yo at this point, so the cat just coming up to her with immediate affection is quite significant to her.

I tried posting this and more photos yesterday, but you know how tumblr hates to work properly.

Jackie, the cat that taught me to like cats, left this planet last night.

However, I'm sure he will still be haunting the porch intimidating dogs on the sidewalk and hoping to get pets from delivery drivers and customers picking up their orders.

We are very sad, but we knew this was coming with the progression of his kidney disease. Jackie has had a long and wonderful existence and has touched the lives of so many of our friends, housemates, and houseguests over the years. He's appeared in numerous zines and shared porch chats with many folks who have visited from all over the world.

He's been our #catboss since moving the shop back into the house during the pandemic and I'm so happy to have had these years working from home to spend more of it with him, even if he kept stealing my chair.

If you had the pleasure of meeting this handsome and distinguished creature, you were lucky.

The catboss lounges upon his throne as though he were the high lord of flatulence. Considering how much he produces, he may well be. He should probably consider switching to be the poison gym leader instead of ground, considering the toxic environment his ass creates.

Hi Percy!

…I’m like 99% sure I was the dumbass that went “Percy, Girlboy” and there’s technically context??? I have the horrible habit of calling friends/mutuals ANY variation of girlie or girlboss (I have a friend that uses cat neos and kit gets called “catboss”)

Thing is, I also feel bad sticking to a specific set of pronouns when I know whoever I’m talking to uses more than one… so because I had no clue if you’d prefer me staring it as girlie or dude/man I just…. Went with the secret other option?
