In another world, younger Wittebane makes it through the portal, hand in hand with a witch.

"Our Love Is God" is one of my TOH AUs that I wish I could draw more of. As it was stated, it is about Philip becoming friends / falling in love with a witch and then running away with her into the Demon Realm. And, of course, that means that Caleb is the one that gets left behind.

Will Caleb ever find his brother, who was so blatantly kidnapped by the Devil's Hag? Well, I hope to answer that in my future doodles. Because I doubt anyone would read about it.

Well, who was the witch that changed the fate of Philip Wittebane? Camila! Yes, yes, this is a Camilip AU! But Manny is also a part of this universe. Childish and cozy slowburn that leads to inevitable angst.

Okay but consider:

Luz having to deal with her mom dating Belos

Okay, listen: Luz is really happy that her Mami has found someone, and that she's putting herself out there again since her dad died. It's great to see. She just wishes it wasn't the guy who tried to kill her several times.

Like sure, he's been 'reformed' more or less, and he's essentially been 'de-fanged', somewhat, but Philip Wittebane is still a smug, creepy motherfucker. As much as she wants to be happy for her mother, the idea of Camila dating him of all bachelors is quite unsettling, to put it lightly.

Even worse is imagining them in bed together. Ugh. It makes Luz wanna be sick - not that Philip isn't good-looking, but the notion of him getting his centuries-old, conniving hands over her mom is torturous. So she keeps an eye on the man, making sure he's not gonna try anything. Even if his curse has been cured, he still has to be the same trickster who tried to kill her.

... right? I mean, her mother doesn't seem to think so.

Camila wanted to take back Luz`s book from the trash, because she knows how much it means to her dauther. But she intread witnesses an owl taking the book in question with them in the bag of trash to some old house. Camila runs after it and enters the Demon realm...

But she later caught by the Emperror guards next to the Edas market place. The human is.. definetly something that Emperor would want to see.

In short: The AU where Camila proceeds to beat Belos with de la Chankla until he is not evil anymore.

And Collector is Bill Chipher level evil chaos child. (That posseses Philip in s3 at one point.)

Camilip week Day 5 - Baby/Babies

Hear me out: Belos created Vee, and in most stories that would make him her father. Camila adopted Vee, becoming her mother. Therefore Vee is canonically their daughter.

Actually, I meant ears. You know, things on the sides of the head that allow you to hear sounds. Humans have rounded ones, witches and demons have pointed ones.

Oh shit. Sorry pal. I guess that's what I get for being a horndog.

But yes, it's rather benign what Philip does, bringing a hand up to casually stroke the human ladies' ears. It's off-putting and creepy, and especially from the former emperor, but one could simply rationalise that he simply thinks it's normal. He's been defanged, more-or-less, and he could simply be showing affection, or just being the misfitting creep that he's always been.

Whenever Camila's washing the dishes, Philip will touch her ears in the middle of a conversation, or towards the end of one. The mother's simply too taken aback and charmed to point it out.

Conversations with Luz - friendly or spiteful - are usually capped off with a friendly, oddly sensual rub to the ear, and a folding back of a wayward strand of hair. Luz is usually red-faced at the prospect.

Vee's the least quiet about it, intentionally shying away from the man who put her through hell, even if indirectly. She hisses and snaps at Philip he he even attempts it. Still, he finds away. He even suggests Vee stay in her human form for longer~

The once-human especially derives satisfaction from it when he does it in front of the witches. Amity's face makes the odd slap to the face so worth it.
