Some outfit exploration for my OC Chime, a Tibetan nomad! She's the best lil guy for me to play around with the concept of lengthy braids that can be wrapped around your neck. Technically a women's chuba (Tibetan robe) goes down to one's feet, but Chime only has access to the one from her childhood, so it's easily mistaken as men's :D (oh, and the gas mask? don't worry about it<3

baristas and line cooks and register workers and servers and all service workers are PEOPLE WHO CAN AND DO GET SICK.
- sincerely, a cafe worker who is immunocompromised, needs to be healthy for an upcoming procedure, and whose coworkers pretty much are all sharing a flu

#gfdi. my heartrate is 100 bpm#i was like lemme check if i have covid by any chance (from spending 3 hrs in the hospital on tuesday)#to make sure i dont infect anyone when i go to Sports Practice tmrw#and im having a VERY suspicious physiological response to the methylphenidate i took half an hour ago >:/#i noticed this happened back on christmas break when i was asymptomatic EXCEPT for elevated heartrate when taking my meds#for like 1.5 weeks. and THEN i got an absolutely terrible fever with a heavy dry cough for a few days. no positive test tho#but still it was fucking sus#mine

Sighh. Trying to figure out if I'm going to project onto Night again for this next drabble....
#spotatalk#trying to think what Night's reaction to being ACTUALLY sick would be#because I genuinely think Ccino took such good care of him and Dream (plus the whole Paradise Kingdom thing) that he's never been sick#before. like. with a cold.#so when he wakes up after a long night running a fever and coughing and wheezing and his throat feels like it's trying to#choke him out itself and his msgic is weak? he 10000% thinks he got poisoned and is like. inconsolable for a solid hour#before everyone reassures him it's just a cold#actually. i like the idea that it's Cross who's experienced the same Allergy/Cold double-punch combo before and manages to calm him down#I just think Night's track-record states that he hates having to be out of the race because. he trusts the others but. he doesn't want to#burden them. and Ccino cares for him but he also has the duties of the castle and he's choosing to stay and-#y'know all the sadness and worry between his fitful rests are consuming him. Cross ends up being his solution because (since he doesn't have#his mask yet) he doesn't have tasks to be doing in Night's wake and Night logics his way into feeling less bad about wanting the attention#(and ofc Cross wears soft clothes and Night likes his general aura and also he's the one least likely to tease him and accidentally hurt his#feelings- the whole nine yards lmao-#okay post over. minor lore post following shortly lol-

I AM DONE 😭😭 Exam week is behind me, I am literally sobbing, I am exhausted beyond repair, but it is done!! Five more days of work and then I (hopefully) shall have my life back-
#I wanna draw so bad - but I also want to sleep for 14 hours straight#also I should probably really not work next week I landed myself both once at the doctors office and once at the hospital last week#when I said 'I will finish this week even if it kills me' my body was like. 👀 I can do that#but honestly that was my own stupidity also#I could take this to the educational route but let me just say if you do have an infected wound anywhere go 👏 to 👏 your 👏 doctor#that being said I have at least one exam finished with 100% (which wasn't THAT hard) and I can talk about autoimmune responses and then-#I cough and I die#academia yes but absolutely no common sense#i'm still having a fever tho#I wanna sleep till next year
