Still no leads on Martin. It feels like we are running in circles. Elias mentioned that he'll take care of the missing persons case, which surprised me. Doesn't this seem like something his family should be doing? I don't wish to pry but I'm rapidly running out of ideas on where he could be. John hasn't been replying to my messages either.

On a lighthearted note, I can't tell if Tim has changed a lot since taking in the cats or if I just hadn't noticed how different his life had become since we ended our ... Very brief relationship. I'm saying this because I now have a much more insight on him due to several "cat updates" per day. Especially of Skrunklys shenanigans.

simon grunts as he feels a sandpaper rough tongue lick at his eyebrow. dark, curling tendrils of unpleasant dreams fading under the persistent repetitive motion.

“gerroff, cat.”

there’s a pause as tiny pinpricks knead at the thin cotton t-shirt covering his chest before a tiny yet surprisingly hard head bumps the bridge of his nose.

“mrrr?”

simon stretches slowly and a small displeased “meep” sounds off near his hip as his lower back twinges.

“olright, ‘bab meat.”

two creaky purrs fill the space, reminding him of the sound of shitty two stroke engines as they rumble and buzz in and out of sync with each other.

he breathes deeply to dislodged the weight on his chest and cracks open a bleary eye when it shifts before settling again. two phosphorus yellow eyes blink slowly in response.

“should ‘ire you f’detainment purposes, kidder.” simon murmurs, using the knuckles of his hand to brush over a furry cheek.

cat purrs harder and tilts her face so on simon’s next pass he catches the edge of her jaw and bony jut of her chin, exposing her delicate neck and the soft dark fur that covers her throat. the show of trust still makes his heart squeeze a little in his chest. cat has come a long way from the hissing and spitting flea ridden stray kitten he found years ago.

there’s a pause in the purring by his hip and the click of teeth as kebab meat yawns before the mattress dips as the orange cat oozes his way up simon’s side to bury his face in his armpit.

a wheezy chuckle rumbles out of simon’s chest as he lazes in bed, his hooded eyes slowly closing. he’ll get up in a minute or two. cat and kebab meat will want breakfast at some point.

Autumn fluff with König

He LOOVES hot chocolate. I mean come on, you can't tell me this guy doesn't have a sweet tooth.

I feel like König never celebrated Halloween. Since he was bullied he wouldn't want to go outside and ask people for candy, especially since he'd have to do it alone.

Secretly wants to go trick or treating but he thinks he's too old for it.

Would gladly go with you if you wanted to tho (he'd be so scared to actually knock on doors but he wouldn't show it).

He'd decorate his house. He'd carve pumpkins, maybe put a skeleton on the porch. Since he never got to celebrate, he wants to make sure other kids can enjoy the holiday.

He likes to watch movies with you while cuddling and eating snacks.

You need to go use the bathroom? No, you need to cuddle with him. You can go later.

Gives you leaf bouquets. He carefully picks up the prettiest leafs and arranges them. He got so nervous the first time he brought you one. (ITS SO CUTE PLEASEE–)

You'll never be cold with him around, he's literally a human radiator.

Would bake cinnamon rolls with you. If you wanted frosting on them, half of it would be gone the moment you turn around to do something else.

CatDad!König’s heart would squeeze so hard for a little, itty-bitty kitten. this man would wage wars to keep this tiny baby alive and well - it can barely walk straight and it’s his pride and joy, “Ja, this is my baby— ah, I have pictures, hold on.”

a continuation of my catdad!simon riley thoughts absolutely inspired by this ask

catdad!simon who nearly an entire year later is outside the building to his flat finishing off a cigarette and holding a takeaway kebab when he hears the most pitiful meow and sighs.

catdad!simon who looks down and blinks twice because there is a teeny tiny orange kitten trying to scale his jeans to get to his kebab meat.

catdad!simon who detaches the little sod with a gruff "piss off, you thievin' git" but drops a strip of his doner kebab on its head anyway.

catdad!simon who scoops up the little thing after sharing a few more chunks of his kebab with it and brings it inside his flat.

catdad!simon who greets Cat at the door with a fond "hiya sweet'eart" as she winds her way around his legs yelling at the top of her lungs for her own dinner.

catdad!simon who laughs when Cat finally catches on that her Dad has brought an Interloper into the house and puffs up like a halloween decoration.

catdad!simon who sets the kitten up in the bathroom while Cat hisses and growls from the other side of the door. catdad!simon who gets aggressively scented by Cat when he finally comes out before she sits glaring at the bathroom door for the rest of the evening.

catdad!simon who takes the kitten to the vets in the morning and is greeted by the same bubbly vet tech from the last time he came in with a surprise kitten.

catdad!simon who tells the vet tech that the kitten is called "Kebab Meat" when they ask for its name.

catdad!simon who learns that Kebab Meat is a little fella and walks out with another pamphlet on neutering his pets, some flea treatment for Cat and a pamphlet on "introducing your kitten to their new home!"

catdad!simon who has to teach Cat not to treat Kebab Meat like a catnip mouse after Kebab Meat gets bunny kicked across the kitchen floor.

catdad!simon whose camera roll slowly fills up with pictures of Kebab Meat and Cat cuddling up together on his sofa.

catdad!simon who realises pretty quickly that Kebab Meat has Cat wrapped around his little paw as she'll open doors and cabinets for him if he sounds pitiful enough.

catdad!simon who ends up falling asleep on the sofa most evenings with Kebab Meat on his stomach and Cat curled up on his chest.
