Here's a little something eclectic: some obscure and less popular Disney characters. How many can you recognize?
Horace Horsecollar, specifically his incarnation from the never-made TV series Maximum Horsepower. This series was proposed in the 90s for the Disney Afternoon, but was never greenlit. It's too bad; I think it would have been a really fun series. Here's the original pitch reel by Tad Stones (creator of Darkwing Duck).
Gopher, from Winnie the Pooh. Prior to his cameo in 2023's Once Upon a Studio, Gopher's last animated appearance was in 2005 in Pooh's Heffalump Halloween Movie (and even then, it was only archive footage from 1996's Boo to You Too!). Gopher's only other appearances were in the Kingdom Hearts games. I'm not sure why Disney used him less and less, but it's nice to see he wasn't entirely forgotten.
Stinky Pete (The Prospector) from Toy Story 2. Pete was never exactly my favorite character as a kid, but some time ago I heard that there was an old character interview where Pete claims that he's happy with his new owner Amy, and really enjoys her decorating his face. I think it's the most adorable thing ever and I'm glad I finally got around to drawing it. (I've tried to find this interview, and I could have sworn I saw it years and years ago, but the only one I can find is this one where he's his child-hating self from the movie.)
Gurgi, from The Black Cauldron. I loved him as a kid, and that feeling never went away as I grew up. He is a brave and loyal friend and deserves all the munchies and crunchies in the world.
Buzzy, from the former EPCOT attraction Cranium Command. I unfortunately never got to experience this attraction (or even EPCOT in its prime). The attraction closed in 2007, and sat abandoned for years. The animatronic of Buzzy was reported missing in 2018, with little explanation of what happened to him. Here's a couple of fun videos on the subject. #JusticeForBuzzy
Terry and Keiko (the video chat friends) from the 1994 Jeremy Irons iteration of Spaceship Earth in EPCOT. I don't expect many people to recognize these characters, as they were removed in 2007. They weren't even moving animatronics, just still figures. But I think their friendship is super adorable, and it's neat to imagine technology that can instantly and accurately translate your dialogue into a foreign language. You can see Terry and Keiko here (at 12:23).

pull off your skin...
images for a scrapped (?) analog horror-style mini video exploring an AU where mickey is an animatronic inhabiting disneyland's toontown alongside his friends as new technological meet-and-greet characters.
only problem is, mickey doesn't know he's a robot living in a theme park. def would have truman show vibes, as mickey slowly comes to realize his true nature. i'm not too sure where the plot would go from there, i've been toying with the idea of an oswald "personality" living in mickey's brain (giving him lore dumps that poor mick really doesn't want to hear rip), mickey trying to get his friends to understand what's going on, as well as mickey being abducted buzzy-style by an urban explorer.
idk! i just wanted to get my thoughts out there, rather than fussing about it being "just right", yknow? anywayz, sorry about the wall of text :'D.

Before the latest update how many people guessed that Sonic wasn't exactly normal after being deroboticized? Cuz it seems like some ppl just had no idea.
some people! for my own sake i'm now going to hold your hand and list all of the clues that point to something Not being right with sonic leading up to the reveal.
In part 2, Eggman says this about the Roboticizer: “It’s been awhile since I was able to use this technology. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to wipe off the dust, Sonic!”
Then, in part 3, he says this: “Perhaps this old machine has held up better than I thought. How fortunate for you, Sonic… since the alternative would’ve been much uglier.”
Then, in part 4, there's a whole laundry list of clues, starting with when he gets thrown back into it: The Roboticizer, with someone now inside of it, activated. A bright white light filled the room, and Rouge had to cover her eyes with her arm to keep from being blinded. She and the badniks flinched at the horrible noise emanating from the machine, a noise that sounded like rusted brakes, metal on metal.
Next, this: Rouge set her jaw. She ignored the black smoke pouring out of the cables hanging from the ceiling and flew into the tank.
And then, when Rouge sees Sonic's eyes for the first time: [Sonic] pried his eyes open. Looked at Rouge. She looked back at him, her own eyes widening a bit.
And finally, this whole exchange at the end: Sonic turned toward the buzzy bomber floating by his shoulder, and said, “Be right back.”
The wasp robot circled his head, buzzing indignantly.
Sonic gave it a lopsided grin. “Hey, that’s not true! Who else is gonna watch the door, huh?”
Rouge pocketed her hacking gear and glanced over at Sonic and the buzzy bomber. She frowned, but didn’t say anything.

Worlds for a Hypothetical Mario Game
B’Rambling Fields
Grasslands + slight forest theme— Your standard world 1 grasslands, but with just a bit more of an edge. In the latter half of the world, thorn hazards start cropping up. This is foreshadowed by an abundance of roses and thistles in the first half.
Boss: Larry. When you defeat him, you cut through a final wall of thorns and move on to…
Sunset Shore
Beach/water theme— The sun is setting on this beach, giving everything a nice rosy (Wendy-like) color. The first half is a mixture of beach and underwater levels, and then in the second half you reach the place where the tide comes in and it’s all underwater from then on.
Boss: Wendy. When you defeat her, you swim onward and finally make it to the other side of this body of water, coming ashore in…
Beast Land
Forest/swamp + cave/mountain theme— A forest filled with dank caves, giant trees and craggy rock outcroppings. All the enemies here are animalistic; no Koopa Troopas, Lakitus, Shy Guys, or anything else that seems to have too much going on behind the eyes. It’s all Chain Chomps, Swoops, Spinies, Buzzy Beetles, Wigglers, etc. (Monty Moles are on thin ice.)
Boss: Iggy. You fight him at the base of a mountain on Beast Land’s edge, and continue up it to…
Quake Mountain
Desert + cave/mountain theme— The gimmick here is that you get no fire flowers or other “weaponizable” power-ups, and most of the enemies aren’t damaged by jumping (Thwomps, Bullys, that sort of thing), so you have to just evade them. In some instances, you must lead them off ledges, onto switches and scales, or into pits to be used as a platform. Shortcuts can be found in the secret cave system.
Boss: Morton. After defeating him, you climb higher and the air starts getting colder, until you find yourself in…
Sorbet Hill
Ice theme— A higher part of the mountain. Very whimsical, the snow is all multicolored and flavorful. There’s probably gimmick levels based around sledding, ice skating and snowball fights.
Boss: Lemmy. Fought at the mountain’s very peak. After defeating him, you stand there for a moment before suddenly being swept up by the…
Hurricanebow
Sky theme— Super stormy and gale-force, but with rainbow colors whipped up in some of the tornadoes and stuff. A lot of very fast paced and/or unforgiving levels.
Boss: Roy. When you defeat him, the storm dissipates, and out of the clouds comes…
Koop Deck City
Airship/technology theme— A giant, industrial-looking flying city built on a network of interconnected airships. Contains some maze-y and puzzle-y levels, as well as a lot of pipe and conveyor belt travel, some “riding” levels (a la DK mine-carts or NSMB spine coasters) and various Mechakoopas, Bob-Ombs and Bullet Bills.
Boss: Ludwig. After defeating him, you jump off the ship and plummet down into…
Smokeshadow Valley
Ghost/darkness + lava/fire theme— Smoke covers the sky, casting what isn’t on fire into darkness. Some smoggy, low-visibility levels, a few encounters with Boos and Bones, as well as fortresses, lava pits… everything you’d expect from the final world.
Boss: Bowser. When you defeat him, the smog clears from the sky and you go save/retrieve/thwart whatever needs saving/retrieving/thwarting. Thanks for playing!

🐝 fitting the emoji: "Not The Bees!" :D
Ah yes, this was another episode of the Ironworks sitcom, "Where's the Chief?"!
The episode starts out with Lucia Junius, who for REASONS WE WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND, is entrusting some sundry maintenance of her very expensive and beautiful custom champagne white Magitek Reaper mount (nickname: "Sweet Judy Green Eyes") to Garlond Ironworks. Basically it's chilling out in their hangar in Mor Dhona, awaiting some incredibly basic services like an inspection, an oil filter change, a chassis cleaning and total hoovering of the seats, etc. So what could possibly go wrong with this?
Yeah, that's probably what Lucia said to herself too. Anyway.
One morning, Wedge heads into the hangar to start work on the Reaper when he hears a strange thrumming noise—yes, a rather buzzy sort of sound, definitely some kind of buzz, coming from inside one of her rear leg panels... 🤔 Unsure what's up, Wedge runs back into the workshop to fetch the first person he sees for help. Unfortunately, the first person he sees is Nero Scaeva, breakfasting on his usual black coffee and leftover cigarette butts scrounged from the smoke room ashtray.
I mean, if Wedge had gotten like, Biggs or Lilja or Jessie or even Phil the Intern, the problem would definitely be resolved in a very sensible way within the span of like five minutes, and then we probably wouldn't have much of a sitcom, would we? Anyway.
He takes Nero out to the Reaper and asks if he knows what the problem is. Nero goes to press his ear against the panel, but soon the dead giveaway comes flitting out of a small hole drilled into it: A BEE! Wedge begins to panic, but Nero begins to think in a more rational way, and by rational I mean he's definitely thinking about how he can press this bizarre situation to his advantage, and by advantage I mean "making this month's rent before he gets kicked out of his flat and has to sleep on Garlond's couch for the next several months".
He knocks the can of bug spray right out of Wedge's hand and orders him not to say a word about this to anyone—especially Lucia. That's right, Sweet Judy Green Eyes is about to become Garlond Ironworks's newest Honey-Moneymaker! 🐝🐝🐝
Anyway, this scheme lasts for a highly improbable amount of time... long enough for Nero to turn the Reaper into a high-tech bee motel with the finest Scaev-Tec™ honey tapping technology (patent pending). Liquid gold! At least at the Mor Dhona weekend farmer's market. And whenever poor Lucia asks when she's going to get her ride back, Wedge just gives her some lame excuse, as Nero is giving him a cut of the honey profits just to keep his mouth shut.
WELL SOON ENOUGH CID GARLOND COMES BACK FROM WHEREVER HE WENT and naturally this is when the scheme falls apart: He demands that Nero and Wedge clear out the bees and get Lucia's mount ready for its scheduled maintenance. However, Cid's return coincides with the arrival of Dr. Flowering Tussock, a famous Sharlayan entomologist who has heard all about this famous "Mor Dhona Honey". She is especially intrigued by this story as to her knowledge, most of the bees native to the Mor Dhona region were extirpated during the Calamity. She investigates Nero's little sweatshop and confirms that the honeybees living within are indeed 100% native Mor Dhona honeybees and thus a valuable scientific specimen! She offers a frankly obscene amount of money for the mount, but Nero very begrudgingly "does the right thing" and explains that the mount isn't theirs to sell... SIGH.
However, when Cid tells Lucia the whole ridiculous story, she just laughs it off, saying it took so long for them to get her mount back to her that she already got herself a new scooter anyway—far more practical for the narrow streets of Ishgard! She gives her permission for Dr. Tussock to remove and rehome the bees (free of charge, naturally!), and to do whatever they like with Sweet Judy Green Eyes.
No more bees. No more honey. No more money. No more not sleeping on Cid Garlond's couch.
When Nero hears the conclusion of this story, he is so vexed he eats a cigarette butt.

Design has shifted more toward manufacturability and appearance than functionality, when it should be a balance of all three. Arguably, it’s nearly impossible for corporations to avoid participating in the trend cycle as long as consumers have an appetite for more — whether it’s a predilection for cooler clothing or whatever new incremental yet buzzy technology just came out. At the same time, the blame does not lie on consumers’ shoulders; corporations are responsible for creating and stoking the “new and more is better” culture we have today. Perhaps if companies took the first step and made their products feel timeless both in form and function, there’d be less demand for new things and a decreased pressure for speed. But major corporations will almost certainly never go for that, and it’s unlikely the majority of consumers will unlearn current buying habits. “A better iPhone would be one that I can use for 20 years and keep upgrading,” Bird says. “But that’s not how we define better, right? Nobody wants an iPhone 14 because it will last for 10 years. They want it because it has a fancier camera or whatever.” Even if you do want to hop off the treadmill of constantly buying and keep what you already have, companies have made that harder too. Your goods probably have a shorter life span than they did years ago, and if you want to repair them — especially tech — you’ll come up against major barriers.

"I did not."
It's a straight-forward answer. The process of opening the AI core and removing its memory storage was simple. There was no reason to tamper with technology that was about to be decommissioned.

Severance actress Dichen Lachman is going ape. Lachman, who plays a key role opposite Adam Scott in the buzzy Apple TV+ show, has joined the chest-thumping cast of Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes, 20th Century Studio’s latest Planet of the Apes movie.
The new Apes movie is set many years after the conclusion of 2017’s War for the Planet of the Apes. Many apes societies have grown from when the Moses-like Caesar brought his people to an oasis, while humans have been reduced to a feral-like existence. Some groups have never heard of Caesar, while others have contorted his teaching to build burgeoning empires.
In this setting, one ape leader begins to enslave other groups to find human technology, while another ape, who watched his clan be taken, embarks on a journey to find freedom. A young human woman becomes key to latter’s quest, although she has plans of her own.
The screenplay is by Josh Friedman, Rick Jaffa & Amanda Silver and Patrick Aison.
Shooting is underway in Australia with Freya Allan, Owen Teague, William H. Macy and Kevin Durand among the key players.
It is unclear who Dichen is playing.
The Kathmandu, Nepal-born actress played a black market dinosaur dealer in Jurassic World Dominion, which grossed over $1 billion dollars when it was released last year. She also voiced General Atitaya in Disney Animation’s Raya and the Last Dragon.
In Severance, Lachman played a wellness counselor with an unusual connection to the company worker played by Scott. The show was renewed for a second season with Lachman due to return.
Lachman is repped by Gersh, Management Production Entertainment, and Ginsburg Daniels.

2 Unlimited - "Tribal Dance (No Rap)" 1993 Eurodance / Tribal House
This video from Belgian-Dutch dance project 2 Unlimited quite literally showed them stepping up their game here, as they'd decided to wander their way through the arcade, moving on from their fantastic pinball-themed "No Limit" video in 1992, to this more technologically advanced, and also *super cringy,* videogame-themed one in "Tribal Dance" for 1993. And this single, like all of their other previous hits, would take Europe by storm too, but it would also mark the group's final, decently-sized hit in the States as well, managing to hit #7 on the Billboard dance chart.
Now, something I've talked a lot about in these lengthy posts over the past few days is how Americans primarily came to be accustomed to 2 Unlimited's work in the first place. MTV rarely aired any of the group's videos, so if anyone had ever heard their music in the early 90s, it was most likely by way of attending a sporting event, where people were guaranteed to hear at least one big and dopey 2 Unlimited song blaring out from an arena's loudspeakers.
But those sports venues would only end up becoming half the equation, really, because while 2 Unlimited's run of hits in the US would pretty much cease by the autumn of 1993, there was also an enormous enterprise that was on the horizon that would manage to keep the group's four American hits pumping hard into the early aughts too. And it was this silly, yet genius concept that would allow people to take the sounds of the arena with them on the go wherever they went. So, in the middle of the summer of 1995, New York's Tommy Boy Records and the worldwide leader in sports, ESPN, would unleash upon the masses the first volume from their legendary, multi-platinum-selling series, Jock Jams.
youtube
And the starring act of Jock Jams would be none other than 2 Unlimited, who were the only group to appear on each of the series' first four annual volumes, and also held the honor of kick-starting each one of those releases into very high gear too. So, while other Eurodance acts like Haddaway and Corona managed to have a huge US hit in the early 90s, and then struggled mightily to stay relevant, 2 Unlimited's American fame would actually increase because of this extremely popular series that uniquely managed to extend the shelf lives of songs that they had already released years prior. And outside of going to a sporting event, the group's music was not easy to find either, so Jock Jams ended up, quite successfully, filling that void for them too. Plus, while the tunes from the arenas originally stocked the Jock Jams tracklists, there's no question that a quarter-century later, one of the biggest reasons why 2 Unlimited has managed to stay in constant arena rotation to this day, is because of the warm and fuzzy feelings that a lot of folks tend to have for Jock Jams.
And why I'm bringing all of this up now is, basically, for two reasons: one, "Tribal Dance" was the last 2 Unlimited single to ever appear on a Jock Jams release, which pretty much marked the end of their unprecedented Eurodance relevancy in the States; and two, I owned the damn Jock Jams CD that had that song on it, and I wore it the hell out!
But what's more is that I think this tune might be, embarrassingly, my favorite 2 Unlimited single of all time too 😅, because the large, loud, imposing, and very Belgian-and-Dutch-made melodies that had led some of their prior hits, like "No Limit" and "Twilight Zone," could get very grating very quickly; but the buzzy lead horns on this one were far more subdued, and even though the song was still a bit intense, and, like all of their other tunes, also dumb as hell, it had a way of making the whole track feel far less clunkier than some of their more immediate singles.
But as my main exposure to this ridiculous tune came via Jock Jams, Volume 3, it also happened to have an added wrinkle to it that the main version simply didn't; and it was the boisterous, New York-bred hollering of legendary ESPN college basketball personality Dick Vitale, who laced the quieter instrumental portions of "Tribal Dance" with some of his very own catchphrases, like, "Let's do it, baby, let's do it!" So, whenever this, my favorite 2 Unlimited song, ever manages to enter my head, I can always count on good ol' Dickie V's wacky voice to come along for the ride with it 😂:
youtube
They got the rhythm tonight! They're in the zone!
Now, while I've been assembling this post, I've also been racking my brain trying to remember another song that this one kind of sounds like too. And i hadn't been able to quite put my finger on it until just now: it's a novel, instrumental piece of brassy tribal disco from 1981 called "Papa's Got a Brand New Pigbag," by UK group Pigbag.
youtube
This one's also received its fair share of burn at arenas too. And while 2 Unlimited didn't sample from it at all, I can't help but think that they at least drew inspiration from it, given that "Papa's Got a Brand New Pigbag" is a classic early 80s dance track with tribal drums and a chorus of horns on it. And those horns also sound a little bit like the synths that were used by 2 Unlimited to craft the lead melody on "Tribal Dance." Plus, a couple years after "Tribal Dance" came out, dance legend Paul Oakenfold would release his own take on "Papa's Got a Brand New Pigbag" too, as Perfecto Allstarz, and that song would later be featured on Jock Jams, Volume 5 in 1999.
Now, if you're an American, chances are that, while you may be familiar with "Tribal Dance" as a song, you've never actually seen the music video for it. And let me tell you, it is a fucking trip back to the absurdity of 1993, folks. This video definitely has not aged well, as the backup dancers for this incredibly stupid song are loinclothed and face-painted like tribal Africans. But besides that, the concept of the video being an arcade videogame, in which nothing beyond dancing ever really happens, just seals it in that phenomenally so-bad-it's-good territory. And in addition to the smattering of terrible, low-tech shots that try to place rapper Ray Slijngaard and singer Anita Doth inside of a videogame themselves—sort of like Nick Arcade used to do—it's these very funny and large text overlays here that really do it for me:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I mean, how can you not love this unbelievably goofy shit? Look at what MTV was hiding from everyone, man! Imagine this coming on right after "Creep"? What a different world we could've been living in right now!
And one last thing I'll say here before I sign off is that it's nice to hear Anita really come into her own on this one. While she always provided the catchy choruses, I don't think anyone in America really knew how much power there actually was in her voice. Out of the four 2 Unlimited singles that ended up succeeding over here, this was the only one where she was given the opportunity to really flex her chops, by unwaveringly holding that one note for a pretty long time when she closed out her own parts.
The Tribal Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaance

KEY POINTS
Cargill, the largest privately held company in the U.S. with $165 billion in 2022 revenue, is investing for the long game in plant-based food and a world which it forecasts will need 70% more protein over the next three decades.
The agribusiness giant got into the market later than buzzy startups including Beyond Meat and Impossible Foods, as well as traditional rivals Tyson Foods, Hormel Foods and Smithfield Foods, but it is growing its alternative-protein portfolio including lab-grown beef, chicken and fish made from animal cells.
Tumblr media
The plant-based protein boom has stalled, with buzzy startups humbled and food giants retreating, but Cargill forecasts 70% more protein consumption over the next 25 to 30 years. "That protein has to come from somewhere," says its chief technology officer and head of R&D, Florian Schattenmann.
The plant-based protein boom has stalled, with buzzy startups humbled and food giants retreating, but Cargill forecasts 70% more protein consumption over the next 25 to 30 years. “That protein has to come from somewhere,” says its chief technology officer and head of R&D, Florian Schattenmann.
Cargill
Cargill is hardly a household name among consumers — even though it’s the largest privately held company in the U.S., with $165 billion in revenue in its fiscal year 2022. The 158-year-old Minneapolis-based agribusiness giant produces a slew of branded and private-label meats and food ingredients and offers a wide range of agriculture-related products and services.
In the last few years, flying somewhat under the public radar, Cargill has also become a formidable player in the plant-based meat industry, which has come back down to Earth after its meteoric rise about a decade ago, when venture-capital-backed disruptors Beyond Meat
and Impossible Foods came on like gangbusters. Traditional meat companies, including Tyson Foods, Hormel Foods and Chinese-owned Smithfield Foods, jumped on the bandwagon, and the marketplace was soon flooded with faux beef, chicken and sausage.
Strategically, Cargill joined later in the game, and is now positioning itself to win the food fight that its competitors started.
In February 2020, almost a year after Beyond Meat’s IPO, Cargill introduced private-label plant-based patties and ground products for global retail and foodservice markets. Later that year, the company came out with a branded line — called Crave House, featuring plant-based burgers, ground, meatballs and sausages — for those same markets, as well as e-commerce channels. Additionally, Cargill began marketing several plant-based protein ingredients, made from soy, pea and wheat, to food and beverage manufacturers worldwide.
“We are a unique player,” said Florian Schattenmann, Cargill’s chief technology officer and head of research and development. “We have everything from the ingredients to the final meat-processing and distribution, and don’t play in fancy brands. That’s our strategy. I wouldn’t say it’s tempered, but deliberate and thoughtful, knowing where our strengths are and not overbuilding in watching the market.”

The Great Depression, too, changed the very nature of consumerism. The economy desperately needed stimulation — and consumer goods were one way to do it. It was around this period that advertising heavyweight Earnest Elmo Calkins laid out a selling strategy that came to define purchasing habits for the next century: “consumer engineering,” or how advertisers and designers could artificially create demand, often by making older objects seem undesirable. Real estate broker Bernard London is often credited with coining this process as “planned obsolescence” through his 1932 paper that suggested the government put a lease on products’ life. “That’s when manufactured products started to be sort of done in season for the cycles and fashion,” Bird says.

Could No-Code AI Platforms Replace Traditional App Development?
Tumblr media
Imagine a future where AI-driven no-code platforms like Buzzy dominate the app development landscape. Could no-code solutions entirely replace traditional app development, or is there still a need for custom coding and specialized developer skills?
Scenario: In this future scenario, platforms like Buzzy make it possible for anyone to create complex, fully functional apps without any coding knowledge. Designers, entrepreneurs, and business owners can build apps directly from their concepts or Figma designs, using AI to handle the technical aspects. Traditional development processes are replaced by AI automation and intuitive design interfaces, enabling rapid app creation.
Analysis:
Potential Benefits:
Accessibility: No-code platforms make app development accessible to everyone, democratizing technology and allowing non-developers to bring their ideas to life.
Speed and Efficiency: The ability to create apps quickly without waiting for developers can lead to faster project iterations and reduced time to market.
Challenges:
Customization and Scalability: No-code platforms may face limitations when it comes to highly customized features or scaling complex applications. Would businesses still need traditional developers for unique, large-scale projects?
Quality Assurance: Ensuring code quality and optimizing for performance may still require the expertise of traditional developers to meet enterprise-level standards.

From Concept to Launch: Leveraging India's Full Stack Development Expertise for Mobile Apps
Tumblr media
Mobile apps are everywhere. From shopping to banking to entertainment, apps have become a part of our daily lives. With millions of apps in the market, creating one that stands out requires skill, creativity, and technological expertise. This is where India's full-stack development companies come into play. They offer a one-stop solution for mobile app development, covering everything from concept to launch.
Why Outsource Software Development to India?
There are several benefits if companies choose to outsource software development in India. Firstly, it is cost-effective. Indian developers offer high-quality services at a fraction of the cost compared to their Western counterparts. Secondly, India has a vast pool of talented developers well-versed in the latest technologies and methodologies. This makes it easier to find the right expertise for any project.
The Process of Mobile App Development
Idea Validation: It all starts with an idea. However, not all ideas are worth pursuing. Full-stack developers can help validate your app idea by analyzing market trends and potential competition.
Planning and Strategy: Once the idea is validated, the next step is planning. This includes defining the app’s goals, features, and functionality. A detailed plan helps ensure smooth development and that the final product meets the business objectives.
Design: The design phase focuses on the user interface and user experience. Indian developers are known for creating intuitive, engaging designs that ensure a pleasant user experience.
Development: This is where the app is built. Developers work on the front-end and back-end parts of the app, ensuring that all features function well and the app is stable.
Testing: Before launching the app, it undergoes rigorous testing to identify bugs or issues. This step is crucial as it ensures the app functions perfectly in real-world scenarios.
Launch: After testing, the app is ready for launch. The development company can also support app store submissions and handle initial user feedback.
Maintenance and Updates: The job isn’t done with the launch. Mobile apps require regular updates and maintenance to stay relevant and functional. Outsourcing this task to an Indian development company can be very beneficial.
