Every now and then I remember the time when Bucky fought against Ursa Major in Gulag and how he won even though he was a simple human (with a bionic arm ofc but you know what I mean xD)

One of my silly little hopes is to see an adaptation of the arcs: The Trial of Captain America (or Bucky Barnes at least) and Gulag.

I always had a feeling that Seb found out about Mackie getting the shield in a shitty way. To hear him confirm it was on the day of shooting, while filming the Endgame goodbye is disrespectful as fuck toward an actor who has played that character for years and years.

Like don’t get me wrong - I fully support Mackie getting the shield. And look forward to seeing him carry it again.

But I don’t agree with how it was done. Seb/Bucky were the front running fan faves. It fucked up Bucky’s character arc. And it’s like let’s not make this weird between colleagues either. It cheapens it for both of them.

The Russos are not creative enough to warrant the diva treatment they demand, it’s infuriating.

That’s just a really heartbreaking moment that I bet my last dollar broke Sebastian’s heart a little bit.

technically I only start when Clint comes in as ronin which I think is 2006? Bucky comes in around 2008 tho iirc and they TECHNICALLY meet for the first time in Captain America 2004 #37 (38?) but they interact much more in the avengers than in captain America which is why i have so many more of it

in this series clint isnt hawkeye and bucky isn't the winter soldier YOU'RE RIGHT but imo it's my favorite because they co-captain the avengers and it's shenanigans and fun!!! plus everyone literally piles into buckys apartment and lives there for like a good CHUNK of the series!!! it's literally tower fic but it's canon, do you see how that can make a dude lose his mind and scramble to collect all of them?

clint and bucky both have ridiculous amounts of character development despite it being a team run, and unfortunately at the end its dropped to shoe-horn steve back as captain america but i will forever be a fan bc of the potential there of both the characters

their dynamic as the left and right hand of the deceased steve rogers is unfailingly interesting and how they learn to cope together despite their differences and motivations??? delicious
