from east to west - uses LIRR Babylon branch, goes below grade for the bit between Lynbrook and Valley Stream, curves off just west of Valley stream to go underground and serve Brookville and Springfield Park before connecting to AirTrain at Federal Circle and going above ground onto strengthened AirTrain tracks. Enters a lengthened platform at Howard Beach-JFK and continues over the station elevated along first the belt parkway and Fountain Ave, then along Flatlands Ave with a stop near the L terminus at Rockaway Parkway. Intersects with the potential Nostrand Ave line extension at Flatbush and Flatlands, then intersects various BMT lines and the FBD. final connection being at Bay Ridge and 95th. Then goes under the Narrows to run underground through Staten Island, with an infill transfer station on the SIRR at Narrows and Mosel. crosses underwater into NJ, connecting to the terminus of the HBLR then returning above ground to run with wide station spacing above Broadway (don't need many stops when light rail is like 2 blocks away). returns below ground to go through Jersey City, making PATH connections at Grove St. and Newport. Then in another Hudson tunnel it enters Manhattan to connect to the 1 and 2 at Houston St., make a new station at 5th Ave and Washington Square before terminating at 14th-Union Sq. connecting to the 456 6 express, L and NQRW. Headed North by Jimmy Poling Via Flickr: A Tri-Rail commuter train departs the Fort Lauderdale Airport/Dania Beach Tri-Rail station with Brookville BL36PH 818 pushing on the rear. While the Brookvilles are the newest operating locomotives on the Tri-Rail roster, their wraps are saying otherwise. Each of the Brookville's noses are fading terribly and have been for quite a while now. As for the sides of the locomotives, they appear to be holding up just fine. Although I personally like the Florida themed scheme, a Brookville and rotem set on Tri-Rail is the equivalent of a GEVO on a CSX train, way too common and boring to shoot, but hey the light was good.

Outdoor Wedding Venues Dayton Ohio
Are you considering an outdoor venue for your wedding in Dayton Ohio? There are quite a few options to consider, from arboretums, ranches, and estates, to lakeside venues and more. Here are some of the factors that should be considered when choosing your wedding and reception location.
Do you want to use the same facility for your wedding and reception? Just make sure that they have facilities for both.
What type of ambience are you shooting for? Do you want to be surrounded by nature, flowers, a lake, a manicured landscape? Do you want to hear the gentle calling of birds, livestock, or other animals? Whatever you prefer, just ensure that the facility meets your expectations.
What type of experience do you want for your guests? Do you want a large open space where your guests can roam? Do you want them to have activities available for them, like boating, outdoor sports, etc. Each outdoor venue provides a different experience, match them to your expectations.
youtube
What about the weather… This is something you can’t predict. Depending upon the season, it can be snowing, extremely cold and/or windy, hot and humid, rainy, etc. It is best to ensure that the venue that you choose has options in case of bad weather.
The Wolf Creek Retreat at Elm Lake Estate might be a great option for your wedding. It is located just 12 miles west of downtown Dayton, Ohio, and is a completely unique wedding venue unlike any other in the Tri-State area.
The venue consists of 30 densely forested acres, with a 4-acre lake, a mile and a half Wolf Creek which runs through the property and miles of hiking trails.
The Wolf Creek Retreat has an atmosphere of a magical fairyland....it is nestled away and appears like Brigadoon once you cross the bridge to the Lakeside venue.
There is a concession stand from 1910, that now contains the bar and restrooms. Inside your guests will find it filled with items from the 1930's: one of which is an authentic working re-lined Coca-Cola cooler, perfect for stocking your wedding beverages.
You will be able to walk through the French doors across the new deck and onto the hillside beach by the lake to make your grand entrance to the wedding venue.
Lakeside offers a 40’ x 72’ open-air massive upscale barn pavilion type building under which the tables and chairs are situated.
There are Bride and Groom changing rooms inside the fabulous Chapel and indoor restrooms created from the old hayloft.
The Wolf Creek Retreat at Elm Lake 10798 South Wolf Creek Pike Brookville, OH 45309 (937) 307-6533 elmlakeohio.com

Justin Noe Real Estate at Heart of Florida Realty
With years of experience investing, buying, and selling homes across the country, my dream is to share my knowledge and expertise with others who are on their way to meet their own real estate goals, whether buying, selling or investment properties. I am the husband to my beautiful wife Lina and a father to our four sweet daughters. I am also an active-duty Marine Corps Warrant Officer (with my retirement date set for early 2023 after a 20+ year long career). I am a real estate investor and co-founder of Twin Pillars Investments, Brookville Investment Group, Real Estate Co-Op and an active real estate agent at Heart of Florida Realty in the Nature Coast area. I grew up in Brooksville and joined the Marine Corps at 18. My military career continues to be an adventure that provides me with more opportunities than I ever envisioned. In fact, while on assignment in California I met my wife Lina, and we began building our life together. Our journey moved us to six different states, across the country four times, and put us in fourteen different homes! Each of our four daughters were born in different states before we settled down in my hometown Brooksville, Florida. To say that I know first-hand the impact and importance of having a helpful and knowledgeable real estate agent during any sort of transition period is an understatement. What really helped our family feel more at ease over the years of moving was working with people who genuinely cared and took pride in the work they were doing. I am looking forward to being that same sounding board and built-in support system for you. My commitment to you is that I will leverage the values of hard work and integrity that both my parents and the Marine Corps instilled in me. The knowledge and leadership I have developed over the course of my 20-year long career and the experience in real estate accumulated over those same years will be at your convenience. Analyzing deals and tough negotiations are some of my favorite parts of real estate. I am always working to be up to date with the most current real estate market trends in the local Nature Coast area and around the country. Florida’s Nature Coast area is a dynamic market with so many great and different things to offer! Whatever your dream home is or what investment property you are looking for (long term, short term, or a flip) there is something for you here! Maybe you are dreaming of a house on the beach, a river house on one of the natural springs, land with acreage for a farm, vacant land to one day build on, a great community with sidewalks, community pool and a golf course, a vacation home, or maybe a historic downtown fixer upper where you can walk to shops, restaurant and yoga - it can be found here! Whether you are you are thinking of selling your home and relocating in the area, coming from out of state, buying your first home or looking to add a profitable property to your rental portfolio, I'm excited to help you narrow down areas and places that best fits your lifestyle and needs. If you have any questions, make sure you reach out to me! Check Out my You Tube channel, my Instagram page, and subscribe to my website so you don't miss out all the new and exciting things going on here at Justin Noe Real Estate. Read the full article

Benefits of Photo Booths In A Corporate Event Party
The Benefits Of Party Photo Booths For Business-Related Events
Do you have an upcoming conference, office party, convention, or other type of corporate event? If so, you may want to consider renting a photo booth. Although it may sound strange, party photo booths actually can provide your business with a number of benefits when they are used in the right way. Here are some of the many advantages that they offer:
1. Unique networking opportunities. One of the challenges of attending a corporate event or conference is that you may not know a lot of people. Even if you introduce yourself, it can still be hard to form real connections with people. This is one area where photo booths really shine. They make it easy for convention goers to relax and get to know each other in a way that is extremely fun. Dressing up in silly costumes and having your photo taken is a fantastic icebreaker that can really tear down walls between people.
2. Unconventional marketing techniques. Although it may sound strange, photo booths provide a truly unique way to market your business. The photos that are printed from the booth can be overlaid with your company logo. Seeing your logo in the corner of the image can remind people about your company every time that they look at it.
Additionally, some photo booths are equipped with social media functionality. That means that guests can instantly share their photos online. If these photos are branded with your company information, it is a fantastic way to spread the word about your business.
3. Corporate image development. These days, most companies don’t want to be thought of as staunch and old-fashioned. Instead, there is a growing trend for companies to be viewed as fun and interesting. All you have to do to see this trend in action is to look at companies such as Google or Amazon to see how they woo their employees with entertaining activities and relax work environments.
Renting a photo booth is a great way to tap into this trend, helping to create a fun, youthful image for your company. This can be especially important if you work in the tech industry or in other fields that cater to a youthful audience. Breaking the traditional mold of boring corporate events can help solidify your company as a fun and interesting place to work or do business.
4. More memorable events. If you want people to remember your event, it is important to find a way to make it unique. A photo booth can do just that. By giving people an opportunity to put on silly costumes and take candid photos, you can help them remember your event for many years to come. As an added bonus, they even get a photo that they can take with them that will last for years.
These are some of the many benefits of party photo booths for business-related events. If you want your next corporate event to be a success, you may want to consider renting one of these booths to keep your guests happy and entertained.

Roofing Contractors Long Island, NY
Exactly What Anyone Must Recognize Before Consulting With A Roofing Contractor?
You’ll get the best from a roofing service contractor if you have a checklist of what you need to ask a roofer. The next information will assist you to produce a roofing company checklist so you’re not puzzled with a bad service when all is said and done.
Roofers must have a good reputation. You may inquire further about it, however some people might just lie regarding their experience. It’s best to ensure they are wait quite some time before they can be hired therefore you have plenty of time to search them up. Have they been capable of making past customers happy or are they always being described in the negative manner? People may say they can be great in your face however their work experiences will tell another story a lot of the time. Anyone who is new needs to be avoided until they already have some reviews or otherwise some references under their belts.
Prior to getting a roofing contractor, it can help to be aware what to ask them. You have found out a tad bit more in terms of employing a roofer which means you don’t waste money. Never employ someone until you know that they are capable of doing what you’re paying them for.
Ask the roofer the things they will charge. Don’t hire anyone until you’ve gotten a value from several contractors. In the event you don’t compose a list of who charges what, then you might never know if what you’re paying is really a fair price or otherwise not. THE WOLF CREEK RETREAT AT HISTORIC ELM LAKE is located just 20 miles northwest of Kettering.
The Retreat is a completely unique wedding venue unlike any other in the Tri-State area. Our densely forested 30 acres, with a 4-acre lake, a mile and a half of Wolf Creek running through the property and miles of hiking trails have been enjoyed by customers for over 100 years.
Our venue provides a unique environment for an Outdoor Wedding Kettering OH. With our outdoor facilities, you can offer a space for your guests that will make them feel comfortable. Your guests will enjoy this outdoor venue that boasts “fresh air and plenty of room”.
The Wolf Creek Retreat has an atmosphere of a magical fairyland....it is nestled away and appears like Brigadoon once you cross the bridge to the Lakeside venue.
When you and your guests cross the flower-laden foot bridge you will walk up to the chapel. Inside to the left you will see the bar area, in the corner, made from a huge resurfaced worktable. Plenty of room for your liquor bottles and serving supplies. Just at the end, a completely refurbished Coca-Cola cooler to house all the ice, pop, beer, water, or tea you may need for your party.
You will be able to walk through the French doors across the new deck and onto the hillside beach by the lake to make your grand entrance to the wedding venue.
The wide-open beach area allows your guests to spread out and enjoy the scenery.
There is always a breeze that comes across the lake keeping things comfortable and fresh.
Lakeside offers a 40’ x 72’ open-air massive upscale barn pavilion type building under which the tables and chairs are situated.
As the Pavilion has open walls - with curtains in case of rain - there is less chance of close contact with other guests, an important safety feature. There are BRIDE AND GROOM CHANGING ROOMS inside the fabulous Chapel and INDOOR RESTROOMS created from the old hayloft.
The Wolf Creek Retreat steam cleans and also sanitizes with a bleach based cleaner between every event.
