Ask anyone who knows me and they will tell you that I have great maternal instincts. That may be what makes me a good teacher. I treat all my children (yes, they are mine for a majority of the year) as though they are my own. They are sweet, frustrating, passionate, and annoying all at the same time, and that's why I love them so much. Some of them even call me "Mom" either on purpose or on accident. Every time they do, it warms my heart and brings me such joy.

I tried (and failed) to conceive a child for almost a decade. I finally came to terms with that, and decided to pour all my desires to create life into my writing. The result of all that passion was my play Basic Glitch, which premiered in 2019 at the Broadway Bound Theatre Festival. I was invited to do an Encore! performance of Basic Glitch for the 2022 Broadway Bound Theatre Festival and I am so excited to explore this world once again.

I may never have children of my own, but I can still find joy in creations, whatever they may be. You can increase my joy too by donating to the Basic Glitch Indiegogo Campaign. Meet our Scenic/Graphic Designer, Abigail Harris! Abigail Harris is a NYC Transplant, a Houston, Texas Native, and lifelong theatre lover. An actress, scenic artist and designer, singer, and all around Theatre artist, Abigail enjoys being a jack of all trades. Most recently, she finished stints as a Scenic Charge Artist at both Playwrights Horizons and Theatre Row. Abigail graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi with a BA in theater and a minor in Studio Art. She got her first taste of theatre acting in a school play in the first grade and was instantly hooked. From there, her love for the artform only grew. Abigail firmly believes that it is our job in the theatre as storytellers to show people that they are not alone in a world that can be so lonely.
