“The Legend of Vox Machina” Show Gets Prequel Book Series

Critical Role, Dark Horse, and Amazon Studios have announced a prequel book series based on The Legend of Vox Machina animated series. The Legend of Vox Machina: Whitestone Chronicles will be a series of interconnected stories written by Marieke Nijkamp, in collaboration with the cast of Critical Role, with art by Tyler Walpole.

The Legend of Vox Machina: Whitestone Chronicles - Ripley is the first book of the series and will focus on Doctor Anna Ripley and her choices after the de Rolo family and Whitestone are taken over by the Briarwoods.

The Legend of Vox Machina: Whitestone Chronicles - Ripley will go on sale in 2024.

The All Star season for the Briarwood El Camino Little League 12U All Stars came to a conclusion with a 2-0 loss to Sunnyvale National. While Briarwood had hoped to advance through the District 44 round-robin pool play and into the elimination tournament, the team came up a smidge short. However, despite the season ending, the Briarwood 12U squad showed some serious skill on the mound and with the gloves in what was a nail-biting pitcher’s duel to wrap up the season.

This one was first published about a month ago on my Patreon. I tried to imagine what kind of portrait would Delilah and Sylas commission a painter to decorate Castle Whitestone have they defeated Vox Machina. I love how they weaponize their sexiness alongside their sheer lack of empathy for everyone but themselves and their evil god to obliterate their enemies. Relationship goals, really.
