I'm imagining the very unfortunate 13 year old trans boy who has top surgery and then grows more later as puberty progresses.
(I know that 13 year olds don't get top surgery unless there's something VERY weird/wrong [for instance: cancer] going on with the kid's body.)
Minors absolutely can and do get, for instance, breast implants--but only if they're cis, and only with parental permission. The fucked up thing is that a lot of medical procedures that are considered perfectly safe and uncontroversial as long as you're cis (puberty blockers, HRT, various kinds of plastic surgery) get rhetorically transformed into a big scary cloud of evil for trans people, and even transphobes who are nominally opposed to, say, breast implants for sixteen year olds certainly aren't going to spend nearly as much time, if any at all, railing against that sort of thing in public. Because all of this is a post-hoc justification for an intense disgust they feel at gender nonconformity, not actually a principled defense of anybody's rights.
This is also why you can't rhetorically pin them down on any single point. They'll lie about GCS; and when you point out that's a lie, they'll go "well, what about puberty blockers?" And if you point out that puberty blockers are pretty safe, were invented to treat precocious puberty in cis kids, and their effects are entirely reversible, they'll leap to bathrooms or FUD about nebulous issues of "women's rights," and if you try to pin them down about that, they'll circle right back around to lying about GCS, hoping any onlookers have forgotten about or missed that part of the discussion.
I have very little sympathy for people who argue so transparently in bad faith and whose pyschosexual obsessions are so nakedly on display. Books like Irreversible Damage lay bear the extent to which transphobia is almost wholly about cis peoples' anxiety about their own gender and gender expression, in the same way that homophobia is often straight people twisting themselves into knots about their own sexuality. What these people really need is therapy, or an ayahuasca retreat, or to do some yoga about it, but that would require the uncomfortable process of cultivating self-knowledge, so plan B is "make sure I don't have to be confronted with evidence that the human experience is more diverse and complicated than I have been previously willing to believe."

self care based on your chart
I talked about the signs and houses connection to body parts and many of you requested this post. These are ways to do your self-care using your chart, the signs, and planetary placements and aspects. The same concept can be applied using simple self-love practices in other areas of life too.
✧ notes
I recommend you look at your transits chart or solar return as well to better know the best self-care practices at the time. You can base your general self-care on your natal chart but the transits can tell you the best times to take action or avoid taking action on something significant.
Look for the planets placements and their aspects, mainly if in the angular houses or make many significant aspects. Like I mentioned before I got so much dental work done when saturn was in the 10th, conjunct my mc and opposite north node, it was expensive but I was able to afford it.
You can also consider the degrees if you're feeling extra, in your natal chart and your solar return. Degrees can be associated with signs, so they can be simply linked to the areas they rule.
Planets rule things related to body parts like diseases or accidents and influence certain parts of the body depending on the aspects they make. Also two planets can influence the same body parts.
✧ SIGNS
Aries/1st house - head, face, brain, eyes
— Prone to headaches so get quality sleep, wash your hair often, and do wash your makeup, nothing heavy on the head. Exercise and workout in general helps release any pent-up energy or stress. Take good care of your eyes, sunglasses, eye drops, natural eye products/makeup. Keep your brain healthy. Foods and supplements that regulate your energy levels. Head massages, soft pillows, facemasks, frequent haircuts, breathing exercises, get enough brain oxygen. Fast thinkers and can have racing thoughts, so journaling, running, meditating can help. Release anger in healthy ways.

Your body can be just as picky, so be mindful of the food you consume, of any allergies or foods that are hard to digest. Get your digestive supplements and enzymes, do your research. Choose gut-healthy foods and the best times to eat for you. Go for a nature walk, exercise to release any pent-up stress, cardio or pilates. Get indoors plants or plant them yourself. Spend time with pets. Make your own natural medicine that works for you, even if as simple as tea. Read a book, journal to organize your thoughts, keep your space clean. — Go out and wander around, exploring new places, foods, and random things will light you up, you know it. Find a diet that works for your energy levels, protein rich foods and shakes, citrus and greens, simple nutritious meals. Watch out for any leg injuries. Go out for running, do leg exercises, muscle building, any outdoors sports. Write a bucket list, update your wishes list, go for mini solo adventures, speak to the locals when you travel, learn new words, find authentic travel souvenirs. Listen to a podcast or watch a documentary, keep a positive outlook on your future, positive environment and self-talk.
Capricorn/10th house - bones, joints, knees, skin, hair
— Can get caught up in doing or not doing things, so allow yourself to both be active and rest when you need. Find foods and supplements that are good for bone strength and joint health, calcium and magnesium rich foods, going out and getting your vitamin d is good for both your skin and bones. Going for morning runs, muscle building workouts, chiropractic-approved exercises and stretches, any leg sports. Invest in skincare and dental care. Write down things like goals, tasks list, and self development notes. Watch things that motivate you and light you up, acknowledge how far you’ve come.
Aquarius/11th house - ankles, calfs, achilles, circulatory system
— Can be very future focused, so do protect your hopes and find an outlet to express them but enjoy the present as it is. Add water-rich foods to your diet, foods that help the blood flow like fatty fish, avocados and other circulation boosters or supplements. Exercises that improve circulation like jogging, cycling, cardio, dancing, swimming. Find ways to express your ideas of the world and fantasies, music can put you in that creative energy, meditation, talking to a friend. Take a long bath, light some candles, write down your ideas, your hopes and dreams, your thoughts and what you're grateful for.
Pisces/12th house - feet, toes, pineal gland, lymphatic system
— Can also be spacey and future focused so any self expression activities can help that energy flow. Choose foods that help maintain your body fluid balance, water-rich foods, leafy veggies, omega 3 rich foods, and supplements that boost lymphatic drainage. Avoid foods that drain your lymphatic system. Find hobbies that light you up, listen to music, paint, be creative. Nature walks, swimming, cardio, cycling, dancing. Taking frequent baths and soaking your feet in soap and epsom salt water can release stress from the feet area, grounding activities, reflecting, journaling and writing down your hopes and thoughts.
✧ PLANETS
Sun - heart, head, spine, spinal cord, eyes — can influence vitality, heart function, headaches, fever, eyesight.. etc
Moon - stomach, breast, lungs, blood circulation, body fluids — can influence colds, blood flow, dehydration, stomach issues.

You're so good at yoga and pole dancing, AND you come from Real Winters. So, question: how do you feel about ice skating?
Oh man, when I was a kid I adored itI used to take figure skating lessons, though I never got particularly good (I hadn’t yet developed the temerity to keep practicing until something stopped being impossible, haha). I haven’t gone in ages, though!
Also, fun fact: despite being from a place with Real Winters, I mostly learned to skate in an indoor ice rink in a mall (insert joke about selling ice to Alaskans here). I happened by that mall when I was visiting home last year, and…uh…

I can only assume it was meant to be dyed pink for breast cancer awareness, but I had a good giggle over all the children’s hospital jokes that came to mind 😂😂

'I had a diagnosis of Lyme disease, Babesia, and Bartonella that had gone undiagnosed for 30 years,' she said.
'And after ditching a plant-based diet that was actually slowly killing me, I was getting stronger and able to handle the treatments for Lyme.'
In April 2022, she started treatments for Lyme and Babesia using a relief kit from the homeopathic brand Desbio for 30 weeks.
Then, in October 2022, she started treating Bartonella as well for 30 weeks. She finished the treatments in March 2023.
'I still have Lyme flare-ups, but I'm doing yoga and hiking regularly,' she said.
'I could barely hold a knife to chop a vegetable, and now I'm feeling good and even helping others by using mild carnivore coaching with reiki to reverse their symptoms too.
'I've gone from being at death's door to being given a new lease of life and I'm determined to help others.
'I am seeing life with a new light of hope and enjoying being out of bed and out in nature with my loved ones. I have more strength, vitality, and energy now than I ever did or could imagine me having ever again and all of my chronic neurological and digestive issues are in remission.
'I have made it my mission to turn my pain into purpose and I believe that this journey through illness happened for me and not to me.
'We may think plant-based eating is the answer but actually our bodies may need meat due to our health issues. My body did and I'm so glad I listened to it.'

T!
Your animal is toads.
There's an absolutely delightful and bizarre tradition that toads can grant power over horses. A person can become a toad-man (or, presumably, toad-woman or toad-person) by preparing a charm from a toad. This charm requires burying the toad in an ant's nest, then washing the carcass down a stream until all the bones are swept away, except one. The charm must then be carried to the stable for three consecutive nights, and the person who does the carrying must fight satan on the last night. Once defeating the devil, they will become a toad-person and have power over horses – and, for some reason, pigs.
Toads were also the "Have you tried Yoga? :)" of the old English folk medicine world. They could be dried, powdered, boiled, crushed, eaten whole, ripped apart while alive, or just rubbed onto someone as a cure for everything from breast cancer to nosebleeds. Powdered road was particularly prized as a preventative for sickness in times of plague because, according to Sir Kenelm Digby, it sucked all the bad stuff out of the air into it (this is not a direct quote).

Breastfeeding Bliss: Unveiling the Magic of Lactation
Breastfeeding is often referred to as one of the most beautiful and natural experiences between a mother and her child. It is a magical journey that not only provides essential nutrition to the newborn but also fosters a deep emotional bond between mother and baby. The act of lactation is a fascinating biological process that involves a complex interplay of hormones, physical sensations, and the miraculous ability of a woman's body to nourish and sustain life. Let's delve into the world of breastfeeding and uncover the incredible magic behind lactation.
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/65b4531b17c8a6ecca19529ec31174fd/4cb9ab1227152750-89/s540x810/25b8ac4c24f8d6936a083c2ff8883e6f219e7b4c.jpg)
At its core, breastfeeding is a remarkable symbiotic relationship that has evolved over millions of years. It begins during pregnancy when a woman’s body undergoes significant changes to prepare for nurturing her baby. Hormones, such as prolactin and oxytocin, play a crucial role in this process. Prolactin, often referred to as the “milk-making hormone,” stimulates the mammary glands to produce milk, while oxytocin triggers the let-down reflex, allowing the milk to flow.
The act of breastfeeding itself is a sensory experience like no other. When a baby latches onto the breast, a cascade of sensory feedback occurs. The mother’s body responds to the baby’s suckling by releasing oxytocin, creating a wave of relaxation and euphoria known as the “love hormone.” This surge of oxytocin not only promotes milk flow but also enhances the bond between mother and baby. The sensation of warmth, closeness, and rhythmic sucking triggers a sense of calm and contentment for both mother and child, often referred to as “breastfeeding bliss.” The same emotions also develop at the tie of mother baby massage in Noida.
Breast milk, often hailed as nature’s perfect food, is a marvel in itself. It is a living fluid that adapts to the changing needs of the growing baby. Colostrum, the first milk produced in the early days after birth, is rich in antibodies and immune-boosting properties, providing the newborn with essential protection against infections. As the baby grows, the composition of breast milk adjusts to meet their nutritional requirements, offering a balance of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, and minerals.
Beyond its nutritional value, breast milk contains a plethora of bioactive components that science is only just beginning to understand. It is brimming with antibodies, enzymes, hormones, and stem cells that contribute to the baby’s overall health and development. Breastfeeding has been linked to a lower risk of various health conditions for both mother and baby, including allergies, asthma, obesity, and even certain types of cancer. The magic of lactation lies not only in its ability to sustain life but also in its potential to shape a healthier future for generations to come.
Breastfeeding offers benefits that extend far beyond the realm of physical health. It fosters a profound emotional connection between mother and baby, creating a sense of security, comfort, and love. The act of nursing provides an opportunity for skin-to-skin contact, eye contact, and gentle caresses, all of which contribute to the development of a strong bond. This bond strengthens the foundation for the child’s emotional well-being and lays the groundwork for healthy relationships in the future.
However, it is important to acknowledge that breastfeeding is not always a straightforward journey for every mother. It can come with its own challenges, including latching difficulties, low milk supply, or discomfort. It is essential for mothers to have access to professional support like lactation consultant, education, and resources to overcome these hurdles and achieve their breastfeeding goals. Every breastfeeding journey is unique, and every drop of breast milk is valuable, regardless of the duration.
In addition to the wonders of breastfeeding, postnatal yoga offers a fantastic way for new mothers to reconnect with their bodies and embrace the transformative journey of motherhood. Practicing yoga after childbirth can help women regain strength, flexibility, and balance while promoting overall well-being. It provides a gentle yet effective way to adjust to the physical changes that occur during the postpartum period. Postnatal yoga sequences are specifically designed to target areas that may have been affected during pregnancy and childbirth, such as the pelvic floor, abdominal muscles, and back. These gentle stretches and poses not only aid in physical recovery but also contribute to mental and emotional healing, allowing mothers to find a sense of calm and inner peace amidst the demands of motherhood. Postnatal yoga classes often create a supportive community of like-minded women, providing an opportunity to share experiences, gain guidance, and build lasting friendships. By incorporating postnatal yoga into their breastfeeding journey, mothers can enhance their overall sense of well-being and find even more bliss in the magical moments of lactation.

As your local 35+ yr old on Tumblr I have other tidbits for you:
• Your body goes through natural hormonal changes just about every 7-10 years, like it’s a whole new puberty. This will include allergy changes! Myself for example, at 27 i suddenly became deathly allergic to strawberry 🫠. Get a scratch test every few years just to make sure.
• If your family has ever had breast cancer? Make sure to take a mammogram when you’re 35-40. Cis men should also get their chests checked, anyone can get this cancer. Tiddy is tiddy no matter the size.
• Glasses or not if you’re in front of a computer screen all day for work, school or gaming, protect your eyesight and get light filter glasses to wear. Your vision will worsen over time so it’s best to keep up with it now.
• TAKE. DAILY. VITAMINS. If you’re prone to seasonal depression, check your B12 and D levels, taking these will help. Omega3/Fish Oil pills help with brain fog. If you’re at the doctor for a checkup ask for blood work so you can get supplements.
• If you’ve worked retail and your leg hurts with a sudden jolt from standing in one place for too long, that’s your sciatica nerve. Make sure to do some light stretches and get new inserts for your shoes to help with cushion and posture.
• Just do some light “yoga” on the daily to keep circulation going all over. Leg lifts, back twists, little things you can do if you’re standing idle. You don’t have to go to the gym for everything. Also if you’re at a desk all day, make sure to stand for awhile to take a break from the screen and get your blood flowing. Little walking in place does wonders, trust me.
Facts about your body after you turn 25, AKA things I wish someone had told me:
you will get hair in fun new places. this is normal and fine.
these places include (but are not limited to) if you don't already have them: your asscrack, your back, your ears, and moles. it's fine.
some of you, dick or not, will also lose hair. this is normal, but also if you have ovaries maybe get this checked out for PCOS.
your acne will probably change. some people get better. some people get worse. it's fine.
your nails will probably get an infection or a fungus at least once in your life. this is fine. (but also let your doc know).
how you gain and lose fat and where you do so will change. this is fine.
how you smell will change. this is fine. (fishy or rotten smells mean doctor time though)
if you have a prostate: it gets harder to pee. prostates enlarge as you age (get this checked regularly). this is fine.
if you do not have a prostate: it gets easier to pee but not in a good way. as in as you get older, your pelvic floor muscles tend to lose some of their strength. this makes it harder to keep pee in. this is fine.
all breasts and pectorals eventually sag, with the rest of your body. this is fine.
a decent percent of the population will experience a cyst at least once. some of you will make up for the rest with multiple. this is fine, but keep them checked out by a doctor. (sometimes this is a condition! get checked for that too!)
almost half of everyone gets hemorrhoids. it's a good idea to just expect them since your chances of getting them get higher the older you are. your toilet will look like a murder scene. definitely get your booty checked out BUT this is almost always perfectly normal. just eat more fiber. "but I already-" eat more fiber. and maybe suck it up and buy some hemorrhoid cream, you'll thank me later.
yes, this means you will probably need to make an appointment for a doctor to see your butthole. it's okay. not only do they really not care but 1. they've seen weirder that day and 2. they'd far rather you see them now than later when it's been going on for forty years and now it might be colon cancer. it's okay. consider it a rite of passage.
adults need more sleep than children. don't believe the myth that you need less than they do. that is capitalist propaganda to make you give up more of your life to the work grind, comrade.
vitamins and medicine, something you are more likely to take as you get older, sometimes make the toilet turn weird colors. it's okay.
if you still have your tonsils and get those little stones and get sore throats more than once a year you should plan on getting those suckers out before the tonsils cause an infection and go septic. if you're getting stones at all you should get those reevaluated every year, especially if the stones are bigger than a needlehead (or get bigger over time). it's gross and yucky. I don't care. get them looked at before you end up in the hospital.
you'll probably need to add foot support to your shoes if you don't already do. this is fine.
your body changes. sometimes it can feel sorta weird and upsetting that it isn't what it used to be. that is okay, and it is okay to be upset. just know that this is normal, it's normal to be upset or not upset, but don't let it hinder your quality of life. trans or cis, there is a certain level of acceptance you just gotta give your body and forgive your body for as you get older. it's okay.
it's okay. I promise.

Top 5 Lifestyle Changes to Reduce Your Breast Cancer Risk
Breast cancer remains one of the most common forms of cancer globally, affecting millions of women each year. However, research shows that making certain lifestyle changes can significantly reduce your risk. These modifications, supported by leading health institutions like the best breast cancer hospital in Delhi, including Action Cancer Hospital, can empower you to take proactive steps towards better health. Here are the top five lifestyle changes to consider:
1. Maintain a Healthy Weight
Being overweight or obese, especially after menopause, increases the risk of breast cancer. Excess fat tissue raises estrogen levels, which can fuel the growth of certain types of breast cancers.
Tips for Achieving and Maintaining a Healthy Weight:
Adopt a balanced diet: Include plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins.
Exercise regularly: Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous activity weekly.
Monitor your weight: Keep track of your weight and body mass index (BMI) to ensure you're within a healthy range.
2. Stay Physically Active
Regular physical activity not only helps maintain a healthy weight but also directly reduces breast cancer risk. Exercise helps regulate hormones, including estrogen and insulin, which can affect breast cancer development.
Effective Ways to Stay Active:
Daily routines: Incorporate walking, cycling, or yoga into your daily schedule.
Join fitness programs: Many reputable hospitals, including Action Cancer Hospital in Delhi, offer wellness programs that promote regular physical activity.
Set realistic goals: Start small and gradually increase the intensity and duration of your workouts.
3. Limit Alcohol Consumption
Scientific studies confirm a link between alcohol intake and an increased risk of breast cancer. Alcohol can raise estrogen levels and damage DNA in cells, contributing to cancer development.
How to Reduce Alcohol Intake:
Set limits: Stick to no more than one drink per day, or eliminate alcohol altogether.
Substitute with healthier options: Enjoy sparkling water, herbal teas, or non-alcoholic beverages instead.
Seek support: Join social groups or online communities that promote sobriety and healthy living.
4. Adopt a Nutrient-Rich Diet
A diet rich in nutrients plays a crucial role in reducing the risk of breast cancer. Certain foods are known to possess cancer-fighting properties and promote overall health.
Key Dietary Recommendations:
Include anti-inflammatory foods: Add cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, kale, and cauliflower to your meals.
Consume healthy fats: Opt for omega-3 fatty acids found in salmon, walnuts, and flaxseeds.
Avoid processed foods: Limit intake of sugary snacks, fried foods, and high-fat processed items.
Embrace plant-based eating: Incorporate more plant-based meals into your routine to lower cancer risk.
5. Avoid Tobacco and Reduce Environmental Toxins
Tobacco use and exposure to harmful environmental toxins have been linked to an increased risk of various cancers, including breast cancer. Eliminating these risks can greatly benefit your health.
Steps to Minimize Exposure:
Quit smoking: Seek professional help or use cessation programs to stop smoking.
Avoid secondhand smoke: Ensure your environment is free from tobacco smoke.
Limit exposure to chemicals: Use natural cleaning products and avoid pesticides and plastic containers with BPA.
Additional Preventive Measures
In addition to these lifestyle changes, early detection through regular screenings is vital. Leading healthcare providers, such as the best breast cancer hospital in Delhi, recommend routine mammograms and self-examinations to identify potential issues early. Action Cancer Hospital offers state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment facilities to support your journey toward a cancer-free life.
Conclusion
While genetics and uncontrollable factors play a role in breast cancer, adopting these five lifestyle changes can significantly reduce your risk. By maintaining a healthy weight, staying active, limiting alcohol, eating a nutrient-rich diet, and avoiding toxins, you take charge of your health and well-being. For expert guidance and care, consult with the best breast cancer hospital in Delhi, such as Action Cancer Hospital, renowned for its comprehensive approach to prevention and treatment.

Blood pressure monitoring: Detects hypertension risks.
Blood tests: Measures cholesterol, glucose levels, and vitamin deficiencies.
Cancer screenings: Essential for early detection of breast, cervical, or colon cancers.
Regular screenings combined with advice from your doctor ensure your body remains in peak condition. Make these tests part of your health routine and track results in a dictionar sanatate for easy reference.
3. Adopt a Healthy Lifestyle
A healthy lifestyle is your first line of defense against illness. Here’s how to incorporate healthy habits into your daily life:
Balanced diet: Focus on fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. Avoid processed foods and excess sugar.
Regular exercise: Engage in at least 30 minutes of moderate activity daily to boost immunity and cardiovascular health.

Influenza vaccine: Annual flu shots are essential, especially for vulnerable groups.
HPV vaccine: Prevents cervical cancer and other HPV-related conditions.
COVID-19 vaccine: Protects against severe complications of coronavirus.
Hepatitis vaccines: Safeguards liver health by preventing hepatitis A and B.
Talk to your doctor about the vaccines you may need based on your age, health history, and lifestyle.
