So yesterday, I went to Motor City Comic Con!

I got to meet Alessandro Juliani (L Death Note and Julian Princess and the Pauper) AND Brad Swaile (Light Yagami)!! They are both so insanely kind and lovely!! Under the cut, I did make a printout of a mini comic for Alessandro Juliani, it was such an honor to give it to him!! :D

I channeled ALL of of 2007 for this, and I am so proud XD

I usually refuse to watch dub with anime cause they’re pretty much always bad (looking at you AOT) but Death Note is the one anime I never watch unless it’s the dub lmao it’s just too iconic. both Brad and Alessandro were just so good as Light and L

It's Brad Swaile! He did voice acting of anime; such as Maxwell (Hamtaro), Ace (My Little Pony) Light Yagami (Death Note), Mano the eunuch (Like the Clouds, Like the Wind), Kimba (The New Adventures of Kimba the White Lion), and Lan Hikari (Mega Man Battle Network)!

I will always think the English dub for Death Note far succeeds the sub lmao. and yeah I know everyone talks about Alessandro as L which yes he was so so great, but Brad Swaile was literally insane for his performance as Light especially in that last episode. the laugh ??? 🤣 he ate and left no crumbs
