When Young Sanjay Dutt 'Proposed' to Saira Banu: A Heartwarming Memory
On Sanjay Dutt's birthday, July 29, yesteryear actress Saira Banu shared a delightful story from his childhood. Taking to Instagram, she reminisced about the time when a young Sanjay “proposed” to her, capturing the sweet bond they've shared over the years.
Tumblr media
Saira posted a touching photo of Sanjay with her late husband, the legendary Dilip Kumar, and wrote, “@duttsanjay has always been like family to me. From Ammaji to Aapaji, to Sahib, and to me, we’ve watched him grow from a tiny toddler into the remarkable person he is today.”
Saira and Dilip Kumar enjoyed a close relationship with Sanjay’s parents, Sunil Dutt and Nargis Dutt. She recalled, “When Nargis Aapa would come to our house for functions, he would accompany her – this cute, good-looking kid… Nargis Ji would then shake his hands and say, ‘Chalo, Saira Ji ko bolo tum kya bolte ho mujhe? (Tell Saira ji, what you keep telling me)’. And then Sanju would look at me and say, ‘Main Shaila Banu se shaadi karunga’ (I’ll marry Saira Banu) in a cute little voice. So adorable! I believe Sharmila Tagore and I were Sanju’s top favorites.”
She concluded her heartfelt note with, “Many hands make light work. We’ve all cherished being part of his journey. He holds a special place in my heart. With all my love and blessings, I wish him a very happy birthday.”
Sanjay Dutt, who turned 65 on Friday, was recently seen in a cameo in Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan. He will next appear in filmmaker Prem’s multilingual pan-India film KD – The Devil, where he is introduced as ‘Dhak Deva’.

After working with Ranbir Kapoor, Karan Johar believes Ranveer Singh's energy was a "cultural shock" for him; he calls him "most indispensable" in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.
Ae Dil Hai Mushkil was directed by Karan Johar and starred Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
Karan Johar, who just released Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, praised Ranveer Singh on set for his energy and passion. Working with Singh, according to Johar, was a "cultural shock" after working with Ranbir Kapoor, who is known for his more controlled enthusiasm.
Tumblr media
"No one brings the kind of energy to a film set that Ranveer Singh does," Johar said. "And before this, I had worked with Ranbir (Kapoor), who actually used to come to the set with a very calm, composed energy during Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. It was a cultural shock for me."
Johar continued, "Then I realised that all the hard work he (Ranveer) puts in, all that enthusiasm and passion he brings, is solely and purely to enhance his performance. I haven't seen this kind of energy before, and I won't see it again, but I knew one thing: he was the most indispensable character in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. There would be no Rocky Randhawa if there wasn't Ranveer Singh."
In terms of the film, RRKPK has earned more than Rs 100 crore at the box office. Aside from Ranveer and Alia Bhatt, the film's ensemble cast also includes Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, and Shabana Azmi.

कब छोड़ता है ये रोग जी को,
दिल भूल जाता है जब किसी को,
आदमी मुसाफिर है, आता है जाता है,
आते जाते रास्ते पे यादें, छोड़ जाता है ...
Translated, and edited..
Human beings are mere travellers,
In their journey, they come and they go,
Leaving behind a trail of beautiful memories,
Some get you high, some get you low..

I’m trying to remember two Bollywood movies I watched when I was a kid. If anyone knows the name please let me know because apparently I don’t know what to search when looking for them.
First movie: Amitabh Bachchan from what I could remember (obviously there were other actors and actresses). Basically, I only remember the ending. The kids all come together and regret being so nasty to their parents (Amitabh Bachchan is the father) and I forgot what leads them to this realisation.
Second movie: Salman Khan main actor. He gets ambushed by a gang and they smash his head against a piece or a block of metal and he loses all his memory of everything (I think) and the girl he loves and he stays at a mental institution or hospital or something. She visits him and tries to make him remember or something of that sort. I think they beat him up because of the girl I’m not 100% sure. I think his family is rich….Ohhh and he was riding his motorcycle.
Anyways those are the things I remember and I really want to rewatch these movies so I could understand what happens in them. Please, help me find these movies so I could be in peace.
