Got one of those fancy fitness watches to track my steps and whatnot. Well it does this too I guess which is nice! Checked it today and was like: ah, good old sleep apnea.

Smart Watches

Smart Watches come in all different shapes, sizes and styles. Some smart watches answer phone calls, include headphones, send you notifications from your texts, and social media, take photos, count calories, allows you to listen and control your music and so much more. 

These watches allows you to do a lot of things away from your phone and I personally love this. These watches do connect to your phone via Bluetooth and works that way. 

To me, these smart watches do exactly the same things that apple watches and fit bits do and are honestly cheaper. 

I love my little watch because it allows me to calculate how much I work out and walk and just does all the things I need including calling people and everything away from my phone. It also calculates the heart beat and the oxygen and sleep

monitor along with heart related things such as blood pressure and heart beats.  A lot of them are water proof so be sure that you're getting one that is.

Each one comes with its own app so you can customize it the way you want to and I personally love this. These are 100% customizable and worth it. They are great at checking your heart to make sure things are going good and just over all worth it. The one that I have you can customize the lay out of the way your apps are and change up a lot of things which is great. 

You can even upload an image to the home screen of whatever it is you want by using the app and hitting dial in settings and hitting DIY dial. Not all watches are set up this way just certain ones. You are just going to have to play with the settings and just check out the app for yourself to learn how to use it and set it up to be honest, that is how I learned it. The bands, you can replace with any other band that fits it which is nice so if you cannot put it on with the bands that you have you can easily go find bands for it.

Okay so it's obvious that this would never happen, but just imagine you SOMEHOW manage to escape from the 141, no way you're getting more than a few days before they find you again

you're right that slipping through their fingers would never happen. as if they wouldn't have shifts to keep an eye on you. and cameras. and dogs. but if you somehow did, this time they're lacing their fingers together and making a prison with em.

i personally love the idea of them being really really tolerant of your outbursts. they get it. this is all very different for you, no doubt hard to handle. so they take your punches and kicks and bites with incredible grace. at the end of the day, you're better off with them, no matter how resistant. but then you make your grand escape and decide that they've clearly been too nice. they've given you everything you could ask for; a bedroom fit for royalty, your favorite foods stocked full, their unconditional love and attention.

but that ends when you decide to bite the hand that's fed you. if you're gonna act like a runaway dog, then they'll treat you like it. (depending on who's decided to make you a permanent part of his life, this punishment could last from a half hour to days 🥲)
