And here’s a bloodborne crows headcanons drawing no one ask for!

Yeah I headcanons that some characters used to have some pet crows but it’s mostly a references for my fic verse too.

So I don’t have names for all the crows but I have a couple of ideas already. If you have ideas too pls share I’m listening.

Let’s begin with Cainhurst! 🛡️

📚🦉Ok Beltran from the cut content! Not sure he’s still alive during old hunters time but basically I imagined he was the (first?) crow master of Cainhurst.

🐦‍⬛⚔��Vledemyr my oc, my fav cainhurst knight! The current crow master. (Maria & Annalise’s cousin too) He was the one in charged of them before he become captain of the royal guard, he actually have lots of them (and they all love him a lot) but his very first crow is Corvus, the crow on his shoulder.

👑🕊️Ok so Annalise was offered an Albino crow, because she’s the princess and future Queen you see. *Check notes* hm Yuki is a possible name but idk either smt Japanese or slavic who mean snow or fit with cainhurst aesthetic idk.

👑🐦‍⬛ Ah Charles (oc based on the cainhurst portrait too, king consort when Annalise was Queen). So when he marry her and was crowned he was offered a baby leucistic crow (that’s why it’s brown, it’s a loose of melanine like albinism bur not complete the the eyes aren’t red or the skin pink for exemple), he was so confused about it like you can see XD probably except a hound or smt (in his dream he would have wish for a lion but there’s no lions at Cainhurst since like 60+ years or smt)

🐦‍⬛🌕🐦‍⬛Maria have 2-3 crows (the ones at the research hall you know 😢 minus the one with the guidance rune that belong to Ludwig like you can see) As for the names I was hesitating between Hugin & Munin (Odin’s crows) or Phobos & Deimos (Mars’moon) for the 2 crows siblings (well I hc Maria study astronomy so… heheh also her third one is the one German is holding x) yeah missing a leg I know. Ok also after Maria passed away the crows escape from the research hall and freak Gehrman out! They wanted to say to him hello or called his named and because crows can mimics sound and voices they took Maria’s voice 💀 he thought he was going crazy for a few mins before he found them… but really it annoyed more Laurence XD the crows really went to harass him (they know what’s up. Or didn’t take well he put them in cages or smt, or you know because of Maria. It got to the point Laurence almost wanted them dead 💀

Fortunately Gehrman managed to made them go with the very first official hunter of hunter, he passed to him the mercy blade as well.

💣🔥 Ah this one well when we first got into the hunter nightmare there’s a hunter before a gate right? Behind there’s a crow and I noticed the crow attacked the beasts but the hunter and the bird never attacked each other (only the hunter or beast) that’s why I now headcanons that many old hunters had crows too like this one.

🗡️🌕Ludwig & his crow with the guidance rune. One day the old hunters found many dead crows in the forest, not a good sign… Ludwig managed to recover a baby crow an care for it (he was so panicked at first he asked Maria for help so many times XD)

(Coming out of the bushes): Hello, dearest. I came with another concept for Revna, our Mighty Bear in disguise!

It’s Kratos’s time to meet Revna. Do you think that he would see Revna as a mix of Björn and Faye? Would he be the first one to get sus of Revna?

Man I really imagine that Thor and his family are trying to pretend Revna isn’t Björn but they get so protective of her when Atreus and Kratos tries to approach her xD

How would Heimdall reacts when he discovers that Revna is Björn?

Broken Truth (Looks at you): What were you doing in the bushes? You know what, never mind. Not my business. Let's see what treat I have been giving this time. (Reads the ask and smirks) Kratos meeting Revna? That should be interesting. Now, let the words weave together.

"Listen, you two; I want you both to head to Midgard and get something for me - there is a rune stone that holds incredible power and I want it for a certain reason. Go there, get it, and bring it back to me; come back home in one piece." Odin said from the other side of the table as he wrote something down in his book, Thrud and Revna on the other side listening and nodding to his words; once he was done writing, he gave them a map and told them to be on their way.

"At once, All-Father," Revna said as she walked away from the table with Thrud behind her, they were silent before they looked at the map to examine the location. Thrud placed the tip of her index finger on the large 'X' on the map.

"This is where we're going to find the Rune Stone; doesn't look like there are any villages or settlements around.

"There is one." Revna placed her finger on a patch of trees and snow, a few clicks away from the Rune Stone. "This is the Cabin that belongs to the Ghost of Sparta and Loki."

"How do you know where the cabin is just by looking at a map? You haven't been there for almost a full year." Thrud asked as she raised an eyebrow.

"I used to travel with Magni and Modi along with Baldur sometimes, I know all about the area and where the cabin was if I ever wanted to find my way home or in this case, avoid it," Revna explained.

"Aren't you smart?" A voice came behind them, and they turned to see that Heimdall was behind them, tossing an apple up in the air and catching it in his hand. "I heard that the All-Father is sending you little birds on a mission of great importance and you are going near the Cabin of the Jotunn and the Ghost of Sparta. I would have been funny if Little Bear Björn went instead of you, Raven Girl."

"Lord Heimdall, it is a pleasure to see you again." Revna said as she turned to look at him and gave him a bow, but Thrud stopped her from bowing too deep, causing her to look at Thrud.

"Don't bow to him, you're just as important as he is, Revna." Thrud said as she glared at Heimdall, who just frowned at Thrud.

"Oh, and how is that possible?" He asked with a smile.

"With your all-seeing eye, you really can't see when something is right in front of you, Heimdall Haven't you noticed that Björn hasn't been around ever since Revna appeared in Asgard?" Thrud smirked at the sight of confusion on his face. "That's because Revna is Björn but a witch turned him into a female. The All-Father is working on a way to turn him back."

"What?!" Heimdall yelled as he looked at Revna, who nodded her head, "It's been you this whole time, Little Bear? Why didn't you tell me?"

"I didn't want to bother you, Lord Heimdall." Revna said with her gaze turned to the ground.

Heimdall looked between Thrud and revna before he turned on his heel and walked away with his mind on so many things; he may have tolerated Revna but he secretly liked Björn as a nephew. Thrud looked at Revna and pulled her away to the center of the ground before Revna activated her power and teleported to Midgard in a cyclone of unkindness.

[To Midgard]

The ravens dispelled and their vision began clear - they were surrounded by the trees and their feet were embedded in the snow and before them was a large closer of a dark purple stone with a lavender hue. Revna walked over to the stone and used her sword to break the chunk of the stone with one swing, causing it to fall to the ground with a light thud. Revna knelt to the ground and gathered the stone in her arms before placing it in her satchel and looking at Thrud with a smile and a thumbs up. She rose to her feet and walked over to Thrud to teleport again when the bushes began shaking and a man walked out.

A Large Man.

With ashy grey skin that was scarred and a red making on the left side of his body. A long brown beard with no hair on his head and dark golden eyes.

"What are you two doing in my lands?" The man asked.

"Ghost of Sparta," Thrud said as she pulled out her sword and stared at Kratos who pulled out his axe ready to defend himself but Revna got in between them and held her hands out.

"No! There is no need for this." Revna looked between Kratos and Thrud before turning to face the Ghost himself. "We are not here to fight, Ghost of Sparta, we are simply here for an object. We found it and now we are going to leave."

"You are from Asgard. Do you know my son - Björn?" Kratos asked Revna who shook her head.

"I've heard of Lord Björn but he has been rather busy while I have been working for the Thunder Family." Revna said but Kratos looked t her with narrowed eyes.

"Your eyes. They look like my son's. Are you certain you haven't seen him?" Kratos asked again as he put away his Axe and Thrud put away her sword. Revna opened her mouth to speak but Thrud placed a hand on Revna's shoulder and shook her head.

"Don't. We have what we came for. Let's get out of here, Revna." Thrud said and Revna nodded. She looked at Kratos again before she called her ravens again and they disappeared in a cyclone of unkindness. Leaving Kratos there alone.

"Faye...Why does that woman look like you and I? Why does she remind me of our son that left us? I must find out more about his Revna character, she might be the key to getting my son back." Kratos wounder before he turned and walked away from the site.

It'll be a very short tattoo tour (I say knowing full well I'll take forever explaining everything about those dang doodles on my skin :'D xD). Here it is :3

I have two tattoos :3 this picture show them pretty nicely :D

The first tattoo I got is the one on my shoulder (I got it back in March):

It's Flapjack from the Owl House holding a brush in his mouth - a concept I commissioned my good friend @isi-daddy to draw last November ^V^

So the story about this one is both complicated and simple: My grandmother passed away last year around October 17, two days after the season 3 premiere Thanks to Them premiered. I am not sure if you have watched this series and/or don't mind spoilers but let's just say that this red cardinal made an impact on me that was only solitified when my grandmother passed. My mind begun to link her and Flapjack so she kind of got a spirit bird with her to the afterlife. And so I decided that I wanted Flapjack as my first tattoo :'D later I learned that there's an american folklore saying that if you see a red cardinal (the species Flapjack is) when you've lost somebody it is your loved one visiting you - and so I accidentally now have my grandmother with me all the time in form of a cardinal on my arm :'D the brush ... it's a silly story I have of my grandmother accidentally hitting out a tooth from my mouth with a hairbrush when she tried to help me brush my hair when I was younger x'D

My second and to date most recent tattoo is from October ^V^ It's on my left lower arm:

It's the old nurse run Ansuz which is said to be Odin's rune and the rune for wisdom, inspiration, language, communication, mental stability and music amongst other things (all meanings here)

I have wanted this tattoo for a while (12 years) and it has quite a lot of meaning not only what I've aleady mentioned. It also refer to my heritage as a nordic person, my love for mythology and the possibly most nerdy meaning of them all ... it's an old 'A' so to me it also symbolizes my autism, asexuality and aromanticsm x'D

I chose the font so it would sort of resemble the font that käärijä, the finnish rapper I'm obsessed with, uses for his logo:

This is because I got the tattoo only two days after seeing Käärijä live in the same city (Berlin) :3

So yeah I don't have a lot of tattoos but I make up for it in meaning x'D

I have lots of ideas however the three most clear ideas being the post-op chest tattoo (x), the concept of the three birds (x), and the paidaton riehuja 'whatever' shirt-flag (x) :3

Very fond of every single Thor and Loki interaction in Portal to the Past but this one's special djsfbhsd

“It reminds me of you, Brother,” Thor explains, beaming as he turns, holding the chick so Loki can see he is being careful.

“It’s so fluffy,” Thor reasons, bringing the chicken child to his face and rubbing its softness gently against his cheek. It feels very soft.

So many people discussing and working on Loki: the Rewrite for sure, that was very fun :')

13. Did you start any new projects?

Many which I was not supposed to XD My favourite one is a lowkey horrorish Tesseract/Loki fic I plan to finish before posting (this is special because I usually post multichapters as I write the chapters).

What pokémon would the Isu have!

This is most certainly connected to our ongoing “Pokemon AU” where… we mostly just focused on Desmond’s Pokemon team because it’s clear who our favorite is. XD

So… this won’t be complete teams and I’m just going for the Pokemons I kinda know (disclaimer: I’ve only finished 1 Pokemon in my entire life: Red and I used to remember the Pokemon rap for Gen 1 but not anymore XD)

Also a few legendaries here because the Isus are an ancient powerful race and they’re self-centered and arrogant enough to have legendaries.

Let’s start with the Capitoline Triad we know:

Minerva:

Because they’re the main Isus we know from the Desmond saga games, they will have the first legendaries, the Kanto legendary birds. For Minerva: Articuno, mainly because of Articuno’s Galarian form becomes Psychic type (which can be a reference to how she used Ezio to contact Desmond)

Absol: @saberamane mentioned in our discussion of which Pokemon Desmond could have that Absol has the whole 'sensing disasters' thing and tries to warn people which Minerva did try to do by leaving a message to Desmond via Ezio.

Gothitelle because it can predict the future and, apparently, can see the lifeline of its trainer (more reference to Minerva’s part in Desmond's life)

From @zero-saito: Zygarde since they are observers of nature and calamity

One of Athena’s most known symbols is the shield so… maybe Zamazenta or, if you don’t want her to have another legendary, Shieldon

Noctowl: Another symbol usually associated with Athena is the owl

Legendary Kanto Bird: Zapdos, Tinia is also known as Jupiter and Zeus, so he gets the thunder type legendary bird.

Aegislash (Aegis is the name of Zeus’ shield BUT Aegis is also usually associated with Athena/Minerva as well but Minerva already has a lot of Pokemons so yeah. Aegislash can be either Minerva’s or Tinia’s)

These Pokemons are related to the animals Zeus turned himself into for… sexy times: Tauros (bull) and Swanna (swan)

Juno:

Legendary Kanto Bird: Moltres because the Galarain form becomes Dark type which does have a Pokedex entry of “Victims become burned-out shadows of themselves.” which can be applied to Clay.

Quaquaval: Apparently peacock is a sacred animal of Hera

Okay, so these next ones are based on Juno and Aita’s Olympos Project so these Pokemons can be Juno’s and/or Aita’s:

To that one FGO silhouette with the guy who has a headband, a spear, a staff on their back and a bird on their left shoulder:

PLEASE DON'T BE ODIN !!! Last year's surprise with the whole Caster Cu thing was already so mind boggling that my soul dispersed from my body!!! (because my prediction turned out to be 50% correct) but the spear gives me very powerful gungnir feels and i mean the bird is a bit SUS as well.

I personally don't think they are a Gilface, but fate series does do crazy stuff that i just cannot prepare for XD LMAO SPEARGAMESH!?

but i have one query. the character's coat reminds me of romani's for some really strange reason? the lapels are so similar to romani's ones..

So............ Episode 39 is a fever dream xD I think the writers were high. It’s probably better enjoyed while high as well, if you’re not eight years old. Bahahaha.

But HEY they really went for it. They were like, this is the concept, we are not backing down, YOU’RE GONNA LIKE IT OR ELSE. Man. Ballsy.

I can’t say whether this episode was Good or Not Good - I think it’s more in the liminal zone of “you wish you could forget but never can” memedome. Lol

It’s a Jou ep and we can say, for sure, that the episode certainly embodies Jou’s potential *cackles*

First Tailmon lectures the kids on the importance of taking a break to rest. Basically, Tailmon is me. Hey, writers, are you reading my blog? Lol.

They pull up to what turns out to be a Digimon burger restaurant. The fact that Palmon didn’t know what burgers until they went to the simulated human world is dealt with pretty much by saying she just doesn’t get around much lol.

They find many Digimon enjoying burgers made by the Digimon after my heart, Burgermon.

The Squirtle Squad is there too.

Taichi also is me.

Sora comments on how this place reminds her of a place from home, to which Mimi responds that she’s never been there as she usually travels by plane ??????????????????????

I know she’s rich but does she take a plane to the grocery store xD

The kids st down to enjoy some burgers, all except for Yamato, Koushirou, and Hikari, who didn’t listen to Tailmon’s lecture and are still working. Even Tailmon doesn’t take her own advice.

Jou suddenly notices something strange. He stands, glasses shining.

Meanwhile, Yamato’s group realizes Komondomon is very dirty when he accidentally creates a small sandstorm out of his fur. They meet another Komondomon who is sparkly and bishie and find out there’s a car wash service by Lunamon nearby, so they take Komondomon to get washed.

Jou’s indignation over the not eating of the fries turns out to be because, sometimes after cram school he sneaks off to a burger restaurant and eats fries and just has a moment for himself before he goes home. His special time with fries keeps him sane in a cold, cruel world.

Burgermon: Selling fries is a net loss for us because no one eats them.

Taichi: But you don’t sell anything, it’s all free.

Then Hikari’s like “quit being so lazy!” and the others are like “you literally told us it’s important to rest” and Hikari’s group is like “KOMONDOMON NEEDS A BATH ALL PLAY AND NO WORK MAKES JACK A DULL BOY” and Taichi’s like “but my name is not Jack”

Gomamon tries to help Jou cheer up by reminding him of his image as a leader. Tailmon is surprised... but accepts her new leader lmao.

There’s a running joke from this point about the word suberu (滑る) which means both to slip like in the tub and to flunk an exam. So, for Jou, it’s the equivalent of a curse word lol. Mimi is the number one offender, the little witch bahaha.

Potemon has gone to cry over not being able to be a cannibal anymore, until he is consumed by potato rage. His eyes glow red and he evolves to...

... Jagamon, another potato Digimon, but larger. He is a Perfect level WHAT. Does that mean Potemon was Adult level??? Or he was so upset he just jumped two levels in single go without any extra help from Millenniumon?? i think this guy might be the real Big Bad y’all

Burgermon and Lunamon bravely rush out to stop Jagamon, but then, when rescued by Taichi, instantly agree to turn tail and run bahaha.

Not to be outdone, Yamato rushes in to save this little guy, Pusurimon, who looks up at his hero with eyes full of wonder.

Taichi then asks Yamato to lead the evacuation which pretty much means “stop stealing my fans”

Meanwhile Birdramon... helps???... Blimpmon...

Jou realizes that Jagamon is Potemon and begs the others to help him save the little potato head.

Taichi notices that Lunamon’s bubbles are peculiarly strong for bubbles and stop the potato bombs from exploding. I mean, he and everyone else figures it out just by using their eyes. Jou then instantly takes over and starts giving orders like he’s a got a shrewd plan.

Jou: I have a plan!

Mimi: What is it?

Jou: Use the bubbles to stop the potato bombs from exploding!

Mimi: Funny, that was my plan too!

Jou... What a coincidence!

Tailmon receives Captain Jou’s orders and promptly evolves to Angewomon. She shoots her arrow into Zudomon’s hammer and tells Jou to infuse it with his strong feelings.

(A quick not funny aside - now we know Angewomon can do this. It makes perfect sense for both her abilities in 99 Adventure and the abilities we’ve seen from the holy Digimon thus far this season. Bit of a strange way to have it confirmed but xD)

Jou does just that, infusing Zudomon’s hammer with his passion for fries and the deep connection he felt with Potemon as potetomo “potato friends.” Then he freaking picks it up, leaps into the sky which has suddenly become dark and stormy even though it was blue five seconds ago, and slams it into Jagamon’s skull.

Jou: I AM THOR, SON OF ODIN, AND THIS IS MJOLNIR! YOU WILL RESPECT THE HAMMER!

Mimi: I THINK THIS MIGHT BE OVERKILL!

But it works. A swift blow to the head and Jagamon is back to his normal potato-loving self. We all just accept this.

They now have a surplus of potatoes, thanks to Jagamon’s power to spontaneously generate them. Never mind that they also EXPLODE. Apparently that does not affect how delicious they are to eat.

I figured at some point someone would say the reason the fries were being discontinued was due to lack of potatoes, and the arrival of Jagamon would solve all their problems. But if they ever did say anything that, I missed it. Was a bit odd.

So, YEAH, bonkers episode. But Jou is the hero we all want to be in our hearts. And everyone loves fries. Which makes this the most relatable episode yet lol.

Did I like it? No, not really. But I think that’s because I am not eight years old xD I do appreciate the Jou-related humor though. Def can’t say this episode was boring! And, among other things, nearly everyone got to talk do stuff - only Koushirou and Takeru didn’t have much of a role this time. And the joke with Tailmon accepting Jou as her leader was pretty funny and cute and I hope it sticks. And I really did love the way Jou relied on Mimi at the end - it was just silly, not meaningful in any way, but it was funny and my Joumi heart enjoyed it :P

Next episode, again, won’t air till 3/21, and it looks to be a Sora episode. (Last week I surmised that ep 40 would kick off the next big arc, but I had totally forgotten Sora hasn’t had “her episode” yet. Sorry Sora ;_;)

The preview looks light-hearted, though perhaps not quite as silly as this week.

TS4 Werewolves - Rant Alert

I got this one comment that sent me off on a whole tangent, so I decided to reply to it separately.

Dang Murf, that's very impressive! Really makes me wish Sims 4 had werewolves. I'll definitely try porting the Skyrim model to TS4 if they ever add them.                    

Y’all know TS4 is my trigger -- wtF is EA even doing over there? That Tiny Living Stuff Pack was a JOKE, like....seriously? o_O For as much money as they’re swindling y’all for TS4, EA’s Sims team is creatively BANKRUPT. ZERO innovation, intuition or inspiration.

EA just takes popular concepts/crazes like the Tiny House Movement, Baby Yoda, and Harry Potter, and waters it down to the barest of minimums: tiny homes with huge AF Murphy beds instead of bunk beds or convertible futons/sofa-beds; a decorative Baby Yoda you can’t even interact with; no school of magic sims can go to (and no magic for kids YET). I’m so tired of them!

People keep comparing RoM to TS1′s Makin Magic, and I keep going WHERE? I said in my initial trailer reaction for RoM that it made zero frikkin sense for the RoM magic land to have that perma-nighttime full moon, without even bothering to have werewolves in the so-called realm of magic.

RoM would’ve been the PERFECT chance to add werewolves. What better way to have a magical pack than to also introduce werewolves as the local denizens of Glimmerbrook’s forests. Missed opportunity, EA. (－‸ლ) 

They could’ve added a werewolf household living in the woods, that your sim either befriends or gets bitten by, so your sim goes to the Magical Realm to either find a cure for lycanthropy (for the werewolves or for THEMSELVES if they’re bitten and are gonna turn in a couple days), or wolfsbane poisoning if one of the wolves is made sick by the brand new harvestable Wolfsbane *cough cough!* (Wolfsbane comes in the Vampires GP, but they could‘ve totally made more types of Wild Wolfsbane, Yellow Aconite, Purple Monkshood, etc.).

Either one would give your sim a REAL impetus and incentive to go learn magic and talk to the RoM residents and mess with potions & alchermy. Which is another reason I said (I’ve BEEN saying) I wanted HEDGE WITCHES, who could do HERBOLOGY. U_U

The RoM Game Pack NEEDED to be its own Expansion -- it wasn’t a realm at all; it was a Diagon Alley ripoff and everybody knew it. HELLO, EA! Part of worldbuilding is creating a EFFING STORY that gives your game a FRIKKIN PURPOSE. EA didn’t go the distance at all; they did the mere basics of adding magic to TS4, with a lot of style but not much substance. But ironically they did the same with the mermaids, which did get their own EP, and everyone agrees that TS4′s Island Living was worse than TS3′s Island Paradise, so wtf. (－‸ლ) 

But I doubt werewolves would get their own Game Pack like the Vampires & Spellcasters -- EA would do Faeries/Elves before wolves, I suspect, cuz faeries are in a sense easier. Wings, mushrooms & flowers, glittery magic, LOTR-esque art nouveau inspired furniture, etc -- everyone knows the standard faery.

But if TS4 werewolves got a pack all to themselves it would force EA to effing give a crap about lycan culture & lore, and the complexities of things like pack dynamics (alphas, betas, omegas, etc), moon cycles, transformations, lupine physiology & locomotion; diet & hunting (adding new flora & fauna), etc.

While heavy in gameplay expansion, with werewolf-specific abilities, interactions & animations, what other stuff could you stuff into a werewolf stuff pack? Y'all saw how in TS3 the Supernatural EP didn’t give wolves a single bloody thing other than their CAS stuff -- for build/buy mode wolves got ZILCH. We didn’t get busted furniture or shattered windows or blood splatters or more fur patterns -- NOTHING. Everything in build/buy mode was for witches & faeries--all wolves could do was tear the crap up with their claws.

And even their CAS stuff was lackluster - no hairy skins, makeup or tails, but we got body hair & face sliders, claws, fangs, etc.

I like TS1's werewolf design from Makin Magic the most, since their heads/skins looked like wolves.

TS2′s was the biggest downgrade in terms of the LOOK of werewolves, in that it was just a skin.

If EA does do wolves for TS4, I’d hope they make it so the werewolves look like effing WOLVES. At least let them turn into animals, like the ones in TS2 PETS. (WHY TF was TS2 the only time Sims had ACTUAL magical pets!? >_< TS3 has dogs! TS4 has dogs! DO IT ALREADY.)

Considering the cartoony PG13 angle EA insists on keeping TS4, I don’t imagine they’d EVER make wolves look like @camkitty2​’s amazing werewolf mod at MTS:

And certainly not the scary Skyrim werewolves that I converted.

Or even the ones from EA’s other property, Dragon Age (which are effing ugly, IMO).

(The ugly anthropomorphic bipedal version, btw, not the more wolf-like version.)

TBH, If TS4 did werewolves at all I BET YOU MONOPOLY MONEY the template EA’d use would be a lot like Bigby Wolf’s design from the Wolf Among Us video game:

Bigby goes through 4 phases, from man to gradually being an actual wolf in his 4th phase/Final Form. His 3rd phase has a face that not really wolf-like so much as Jekyll/Hyde; beastly enough that you pretty much know Oh that’s a werewolf they’re doing, without it actually looking like any animal.

It’s big and scary with muscles & claws & hair, but cartoony enough that it’s not drastically different from a regular sim. EA’s wack enough to pull something like that, rather than going the extra mile to give us the kind of Skyrim-esque werewolves many simmers want.

Or the full-shift magical WOLF that I personally want.

Don’t get me wrong; Bigby has a great design for Wolf Among Us, made by AA developers Telltale (who do The Walking Dead video games). But Electronic fArts is a AAA developer, with billion dollar budgets, massive teams & bookoo resources. But by god EA’s the laziest AAA company around; just the kind of twats to do AA level work with AAA finances, as we’ve seen in TS4 and TS3.

Bigby’s 2nd phase is basically what TS3 did for werewolves, with the scrunched up brow/nose, pointed ears, hairier face, etc.

This kind of werewolf design is fine, but it leaves A LOT to be desired, especially if it’s the only form you see in certain werewolf franchises. It reminds me too much of how Teen Wolf makes werewolves -- basically as hairier vampires from Buffy (which makes sense). But come on EA, go the distance; go FULL WOLF SHIFT or go home.

In Eastern Europe werewolves ARE vampires/witches -- they’re connected to nature magic, druids & wicca, neopaganism, etc: magic runes & symbols, stones & metals, scyring, bonfire festivals (having Celtic holidays would be so cool!), enchanted woods & nemetons & ley lines, the effect of moonlight on water #TuckEverlasting style, shamanistic sacred animal totemic power and such. Tap into that tribalistic Slavic, Norse & Celtic lore on werewolves, EA, you effing COWards!

In TS1′s Makin Magic and TS3′s Supernatural, witches and werewolves came in the same pack, and had gameplay elements tied to each other -- in TS1 it’s the Beauty & the Beast charm that magical sims can use, and in TS3 werewolves can be used as witches’ assistants to Gather harvestables/collectables used in alchemy potions. So for TS4, having werewolves in RoM would’ve made SO MUCH sense. Hell, they could’ve fit into the Vampire GP, too -- why was wolfsbane even IN that pack? o_O

So if TS4 adds werewolves, I hope they add something NEW to the lifestate, and do more research into other portrayals & iterations of werewolves.

Everyone knows about Norse Berserkers (were-bears), but less attention is given to the Wolves of Odin, the Ulfhednar/Ulfhedinn (werewolves). A lot of Nordic neopagans are into them nowadays.

A werewolf GP would make it so EA would have to flesh out werewolves -- if they live in the woods, give them woodland build/buy mode CC. Let them live OFF THE GRID as technophobic naturists, cuz electronics like tvs, PCs & radios hurt their sensitive eyes & ears. They could be more modern, sure, but it would be so much cooler to have sims who only use well water and hot springs and compost toilets and woodfire ovens.

Bring back hobbies/skills like bone/woodcarving, gem cutting, basket weaving & looms, soap/candle-making, pottery, horticulture, tree-cutting/tree-hugging, animal husbandry (could you imagine werewolf shepherds? XD), sparring, (arm) wrestling, boxing, hunting, bird watching and more. Basically: fullblown medieval-rustic hunting lodge aesthetics: animal pelts, antlers, mounted taxidermy, COME ON, EA, stop being boring!

Jack is the Chaos Child and has fucked up eyes that see quintessence so he's literally staring into your soul. Doc I'd the least maimed, only has a split eyebrow, and the Team Mom. Yama has a peg leg, white hair running down the center of his head. Kai has an artificial hand(possibly his left but I forget) and the sides of his hair is white because why not?(need part 2)

Hmmm...how would Jack and Slav get along? Slav more or less “sees” (well, predicts mathmatically) Realities, while Jack sees Quintessence, and both have Much To Be Desired in the personality department (but sound completely fun to write and read.) What immediately comes to mind is Jack working with Quintessence Experiments or, idk, bomb defusing (since Galra Tech is highly volatile and Quintessence-Heavy), or something regarding being a “secret weapon” with the Druids&Komar.

For Hoshi and Sora, what about them working a perimiter/survailence, or taking over Survival Training, or...idk Botany. There have to be tons of alien plants to play with in addition to making Terran Ones more Space Tolerant. (Heck. Plants as bioweapons, in addition to GMO Foodstuffs/Fresh Foodstuffs.) Or, working in mechanical engineering. A lot of that is probably still done outside, wearher permitting. I initially thought about them doing Test Flights, but idk how that’d play with Hoshi’s clausterphobia—even if the roof is glass and he’s the one in control. (It’s hard to imagine a Clonebro who doesn’t have an Itch for piloting to some degree, or trying to find Workarounds to scratch that itch. Maybe paragliding instead?)

Odin and his birbs would be invaluable with survailence, or perhaps transmitting messages. Does his bond with the birds work similarly to Narti’s Bond with Kova? But...a lot of survailence is honestly just sitting behind a desk and studying cameras, which drives almost anyone stircrazy. Birds aren’t exactly incogneto or efficient in the modern era, and with their Range it’s prolly better suited for Internal Survailence and “I don’t trust technology”. (Which depending on how Sanda fits in, can’t really blame him. And there’d be some sort of Fallout and overhauling. But after that?)

...and I can just imagine Shiro’s puppy whining at Yama and Kai actually cooking something Edible&Tasty. Why’d they get to have the Successful RamenCup gene?!? xD

Jiro’s definitely suited to administration work, but I just don’t really see him doing well as a teacher. Shiro’s kinda a Professor Lupin, while Ryou’s definitely a Miss Frizzle. But Jiro strikes me as someone who’s not quite patient enough to Teach beyond 1:1 with The Right Student...vs a full classroom or lecture hall. Canonically he adapted himself to handling coordination (which Coran repeatedly struggled with on that large a scale), even though he struggled with Adaption when a plan fell apart and wasn’t the best at Charming large groups (Allura with negotiations) or Inspiring a Team (Shiro as a battle captain, and honestly unsurpased with maintaining moralle off the field)...and is honestly a better tactican than Shiro with planning an attack because he’s so elbow deep in the details.

I can’t really see Shiro ever sitting behind a desk vs at the very least doing something more hands-on, even if for a time it’s running drills or teaching a class...while Jiro managed (even if he’d rather be doing something more active). He’d also be invaluable at trouble-shooting the flaws in a plan or design (especially after Naxxela, and several other mistakes he made while Haggar’s control over him was at it’s tightest). But when there’s a Call to Arms? Yeah let him fly after the BattlePlan is hammered out and the paperwork’s caught up.

Guess I see him as someone who “tag teams” with Shiro and Allura to free them up to do what they do best...then absolutely needs some way to decompress and have the freedom to be “let off the chain” when there’s an active attack, or an imminent attack. (Or...heck. Even something as simple as a supply run to stretch his legs.)

But More Tolerant of the administrative paperwork or not...he’d still get pretty cranky without realizing it. (And need his butt forced to take a weekend vaccation before he accidentally chews someone alive verbally. And then running around putting out fires via apologies and trying to find other ways to repair those working and/or interpersonal relationships. He *sorta* seemed to be getting there with learning to take care of his needs before Disaster, but he still kinda has Shiro’s Trait of self-neglect “for the greater good”.)

As for attaching the Legendaries to the Isus, I think the safest bet is for the Capitoline Triad we are most familiar with to be attached to the legendary birds of Gen 1.

Of course, Tinia (Zeus/Jupiter) would have Zapdos.

I would suggest Juno to have Moltres while Minerva would have Articuno, mainly because of their Galarian Form where Articuno becomes Psychic type (which can be a reference to how she used Ezio to contact Desmond) and Moltres becomes a Dark type (as a reference to how Juno was the darkness looming behind Desmond’s every step).

Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina can be the Pokemons associated with the Capitoline Triad that had been in charge of the creation of humanity as a reference to how these three Legendaries are sometimes called the Creation Trio by fans?

Odin’s a bit hard to pinpoint though since he’s not part of any real trio that I can remember… unless we count the three major characters of the Asgard memories as Odin, Tyr and Loki then they can have the Legendary Beasts with Odin getting Raikou, Tyr getting Entei and Loki getting Suicune. Eivor, Sigurd and Basim getting those Legendaries could be a ‘hint’ of their true identities (but would also mean Basim would have an idea on who Odin’s Sage truly is)

Ok but.... Pokemon. What if pokemons were real and everyone would have they own team (maybe not 6, but 2/3). I MEAN GHOST TYPE WOULD BE SO GOOD. Also i cannot unsee at least one assassin having Nickit! It's pokedex entry has written that they are very silent and It erases they own tracks with swipes of its tail. THAT IS STEALTH. Also thievul can marks they targets with scent that help them stalks it. Like the bird in newer games. (Sorry for my english!)

I am totally unqualified to make Pokemon teams for AC characters as I have only finished one Pokemon game: Red. I am soooo unfamiliar with all the Pokemons (hell, I don’t even know what gen we are now???). I mean, I played Black, X, and Let’s Go Eevee but I never finished them. XD

So all I can offer you is this:

Whatever Pokemons Desmond gets, he must have an Eevee that does not evolve at all. This is to represent his endless possibility. The only possible Eevee evolution I think we should allow is Sylveon because we all know he’s going to spoil that Eevee. Two other possible Pokemons he could have are a CastForm that forever stays sunny whenever near Desmond (and is really more like a pet and doesn’t go to battle) or a Solgaleo. Just… give him a sun-themed Pokemon for the irony.

Going with the Eevee idea, his ancestors all have one specific Eevee evolution. Edward would have a Vaporeon, of course. Altaïr would either have Espeon (a reference to the psychic-like powers of the Apple) or a Jolteon (pokemon.com has Jolteon as the fatest of the Eevee evolutions). Ratonhnhaké:ton would have Leafeon or Jolteon if Altaïr has Espeon. Ezio would have Flareon (because I am mean and making this a Cappadocia reference, sorry Ezio). Haytham would have a Glaceon or an Umbreon. (Or, if we’re killing off Edward anyway, give Haytham Edward’s Vaporeon)

Altaïr would definitely be the cover-all basis type of trainer so, yeah, he’d have 6 Pokemons of various types (some even dual types).

Considering Nickit’s habit of stealing, I can see Edward or Ezio having a Nickit.

Honestly, all of them having a Thievul might make sense. Like they’re an unknown shadowy organization that’s known for (1) wearing hoods, (2) having Thievul and some kind of (3) Ghost-type Pokemon on their team.

I think Mary should have a Gardevoir and that Gardevoir stays with Edward after her death (I mean, if Mary dies in this one. I’m not saying we should kill Mary, just saying…)

Evie and Jacob having Nidoqueen and Nidoking would be funny. Like… their father gave them the Nidorans as their starter Pokemons. Even funnier is if Evie has the Nidoking while Jacob has the Nidoqueen. Or, if you want them to have newer Pokemons, they both received a Charcadet when they were young and Jacob’s evolved to Armarouge while Evie’s evolved to Ceruledge. Just, they should have one Pokemon that’s like different evolutions of the same Pokemon (or opposite of the other’s Pokemon).

I think Shay should have a Froslass as a reference to how Rogue lets you travel to icy parts and how the last parts are set in an icy location (not counting France).

I can’t explain why but I think Arno should have a Greninja and they’d be a tag-team.

Of course, Eivor gets a Corviknight.

I honestly like the idea that Desmond, Altaïr, Ezio, and Ratonhnhaké:ton all have an Alcremie because someone got them to twirl around and strike a pose to evolve their Milcery… who records the entire thing. (I’m betting it’s Edward. It has to be Edward)

Minerva appears as a Gothitelle. Hell, she could be pretending to be Desmond’s Gothitelle. Idk, Gothitelle can predict the future (or just the lifespan of the trainer?), it sounds right that Minerva is Gothitelle or something.

I have this conundrum. I kinda like the idea of Altaïr, Ezio, and Ratonhnhaké:ton having distinct Pokemons related to one another. Now, my first thought would be they would each have Kanto starter Pokemons to show how they’re the first main characters of Assassin’s Creed. Or, you know, they would have the legendary birds of Gen 1 instead to show their legendary status. But, at that point, I thought, why not just give them the Raikou, Entei, and Suicune setup from the Detective Pikachu AU? At some point, my brain goes why don’t they just have a Deoxys each with Desmond having a normal form, Altaïr getting the speed form, Ezio getting the defense form and Ratonhnhaké:ton getting the attack form?

And that’s when my brain gave up and went “Fuck it, give Desmond Arceus. Lol.”

New Primals & Some Dungeons

Hi guys! Nana has reached level 53 and has cleared more content, and is still in the ARR portion. Someone asked if we’ve reached the banquet, and unfortunately, not yet, but we’re getting there.

Leviathan was definitely something new, and she looked a little lost, trying to follow my character across the boat. She did get hit by things a few times, but all went well in the end. 

Next up, we tackled Haukke Manor hard, which I felt was good for her to experience because of the boss mechanics at the end. Up until this point, she hadn’t been too concerned with taking care of the adds. I don’t think it’s been something that important before this, whereas fellow party members can help pick up the slack. I normally don’t explain much unless I see some issues, but I did this time. I noticed she was trying to get the adds early on, but she may not have seen the others, so she stayed locked on the boss. I don’t think she maneuvers the camera around too much since the games she’s used to playing don’t rely as heavily on that or at all. The first attempt was a flop though, so I explained the mechanics again, and since she was mostly familiar with the fight, she knew what to expect. I know it’s old news, but watching her dodge visual aoes on the ground still makes me smile. She still does really well with that. Anyway, as the adds came out, she moved onto those, and everything went great this time! Dungeon cleared!

Next, we had Pharos Sirius. I was a little nervous about this one, but still curious to see how she’d handle things. First boss was add city! I was so glad we picked up Haukke HM before this. Our party was a bit rusty with this dungeon, so some of us were still trying to remember things as we went. We wiped the first time, being overwhelmed by all the adds, but I noticed her focusing on trying to take those down. Since the yellow aoe bit in the center was something new, she wasn’t avoiding it though, but regardless, we cleared it! For the 2nd boss, the mama Zu, I did warn her not to touch any of the eggs or mama bird would get angry, and she did just that and did not target them... but, lol.. She went ham with her quick nock and kept getting slammed by the boss as the debuffs stacked on. I was confused at first as to what was happening till I saw half the eggs were gone. She enraged the Zu enough to finally kill her just before we beat it. xD; When we reached Siren, I gave a brief explanation, aaaand it went just about perfect. Whenever adds came out, she was on them. :]

We also beat Stone Vigil hard (before the others), but I actually can’t remember anything from it. ;o; I didn’t update soon enough so the above is by my fuzzy memory.

Sometime later, she had unlocked more. We knocked out Odin, Ramuh, and Hullbreaker Isle. 

With Odin, it went pretty fast. I had to gather some from a PF, dangling the “unsynced” bit to make the wait less. (She doesn’t like to wait in queues long).

Ramuh was similar to our last boss of Haukke Manor HM, and adds were missed, so it was a wipe. xD; She adjusted though and it was downed.

Hullbreaker was one she seemed to like. She said it was beautiful. She got caught in a few bear traps, and at one point, we took a turn and she got lost and continued on without us. Poor Nana was defeated by an angry Nanka. After reviving her, we avenged her, and continued on. There wasn’t much to note on the worm and gorilla bosses, but the last boss was a little tricky. With the water spouts? she just relied on following us, which worked out alright for the most part. When the cyclones were placed in the area we were all standing, I had to just shield and heal through it, but we survived the explosions.

After clearing those 3, she said she had Qarn hard and Ultima to do, but we realized Qarn wasn’t unlocked yet, so she went to continue that quest to get it. By the time we got there, it was late and she decided it was time for bed.

Sorry if this update wasn’t as interesting. I was struggling to remember things and may have left some things out... D8 I’ll have more screenshots and stuff next time.
