Hi! I've had a difficult day and I urgently need some cute agere headcanons from my new hyperfixation!

I really don't know how it occurred to me but I haven't been able to stop thinking about them two, they are so cute <3

•Bill was very vocal about his regression even within the club because he was afraid to rejection, one time he unconsciously fell in front of the club after a fight with Josh, Jerry quickly comforted him by assuring him that everything would be okay.

•Josh and Pete didn't say anything about it, remaining neutral due to their little interaction with Littles but they are more patient and kind with Bill when he is in their headspace.

•Bill usually regress to 3-5, he is very bratty and usually pouts and tantrums when he is told no to something

•When he feels frustrated he usually seems more tired and less bratty, when Jerry realizes this he picks him up and makes him take a nap.

•jerrey is a very patient caregiver and never gets angry even when bill breaks a rule

•When Bill regresses, the club cancels things they had planned, because Bill's regression is usually unconscious, although Josh and Pete tend to be a little angry at first for canceling plans, then they manage to do something that Little Bill can enjoy with them.

•Once they wanted to go see a movie that they had been waiting for months but Bill fell and they had to cancel it. Bill felt bad and during his regression he was quieter than normal. The club consoled him and gave him cuddles and caresses, making Bill feel comfortable. felt better (in the end they were able to go see the movie.)

Very strongly. I feel very strongly about him. So you can have some headcanons.

🪬 Veryyyy protective of you (mainly cause he knows abt all the weird going’s on in Gravity Falls)

🪬Keeps you in his lap while updating his journal on new things he finds

🪬Occasionally he’ll let you add a few little notes on your opinions about the creatures to the page, you get your own special glittery gel pen Mabel let him have

🪬Keeps an extra paci on him just incase!

🪬He’s always prepared for you to randomly regress

🪬Ford is really good at coaxing you into regressing without you even realising till he’s slipped the soother into your mouth and calling you a handful of gushy pet names

🪬Likes rules, he has a set list of rules that he doesn’t like to make exceptions on

🪬Although there will be things he’s okay with bending the rules on

🪬Nap time is not one of them, he prefers for you to stick to the nap schedule because that way you’re not cranky

🪬Bedtime he’s willing to bend the rules on because he knows no matter how hard you try to stay up with him you’ll end up asleep in his lap either way

🪬Other than that he’s a very much no nonsense cg

🪬He loves to play make believe with you

🪬He’s very good at acting like a damsel in distress if that’s what you need

🪬Quite fond of tea parties, not so fond of getting up off the floor afterwards because his old man joints do NOT appreciate it

🪬Will let you apply makeup to him, does not mean he will enjoy the whole process

🪬If you’ve had a bad day he likes to get you to regress before you sleep specifically so you can go to sleep without having to worry about your day

🪬Snacks! Snacks galore

🪬Will cut up a hundred and one apples for you if you want that many

🪬Healthy snacks are what he’d prefer for you to have but if you outright refuse it he won’t give it to you and he’ll compromise

🪬If you’re a baby regressor he is very happy to bottle feed you. Seeing you all snuggled up in his arms with a bottle in your mouth has him melting.

Cringe culture is dead. Introducing … Regressor Bill Cipher headcanons!

(May contain TBoB spoilers)

Vent regressor flag and general age regression flag (couldn’t find the source, but is that really needed?)

(Regressing while drunk, general unhappy/vent regression, unhealthy coping, mentions of a psych ward (Theraprism), panic attacks, memory issues, Bill-typical violence (non-graphic))

-I hesitate to call it regression. Being a demon with no technical physical form, and also unfamiliar with human customs, he’s not a typical regressor at all. It’s also due to the fact that Bill doesn’t allow himself to feel things and the blurriness tied to his childhood memories.

-When he’s feeling mentally “smaller”, his triangle form will shrink to accommodate.

-Sleep comes to him easier when he’s small. Bill loathes it.

-Point blank, Bill’s regression is a 80/20 split from angry to sad.

-I do mean angry. You thought his usual pettiness and emotional issues were bad? They’re heightened by ten. He hasn’t caused universe-destroying incidents yet, though.

-Bill being regressed rarely ever impedes on his ability to harm others. He’s gotten very good at ‘separating himself’ from it. Though his deal-making is often sloppy.

-Dissociation. That’s it, that’s the note.

-Thankfully for everyone around Bill and himself, his fits - and regression as a whole - only last a few hours. He’s never regressed for a day, though he has regressed multiple times in a short span of time.

-His speech stays mostly intact, but he can slip up and use more childish phrases or demands.

-He still really loves silly straws.

-He tends to regress more than usual when drunk. Bill will absolutely whine and sob and cling to the ‘safest’ person. He regressed (mostly) after his and Ford’s “breakup.”

-The Henchmaniacs have many times been concerned by this.

-If Bill, for once, thinks he needs to regress, he’ll chug a lot of alcohol to ‘do the trick.’

-He gets scared of his own fire powers. Goes into panic mode if he sees any flame at all, really.

-Doesn’t think he needs or wants a caregiver, which is true sixty percent (60%) of the time.

-Calling him “Billy” will either make him attach himself to you or try to kill you, no in-between.

-Bill has memory gaps. He gets confused as to what part of his life he’s experiencing and it’s caused him a great deal of stress.

-Almost all of the Henchmaniacs (usually Pyronica) have had to listen to him cry. Bill never manages to tell them what he’s crying about.

-“I wanna go home.”

“…I thought we already were home, boss?”

“NO!” *cue tantrum*

-Ford managed to unintentionally make him positively regress once. Bill had no clue what to do with this information and shoved it away.

-Even if you know him very well, he hides his regression exceptionally and you’d be unable to tell ninety-nine percent (99%) of the time.

-The Theraprism isn’t ill-equipped to help regressors, but Bill never lets them. He refuses to take the medicine even with the silly straw and has had multiple panic attacks and resorted to attempted murder at the prospect. The staff will leave him to his own devices if it’s a particularly bad day.

-Bill draws lots of red and blue triangles on the bad days.

-His regression has never once been happy or enjoyable. That he can remember, at least.

-The Axolotl was his caregiver at some point, however. A long time ago, when they were friends. Rarely ever did the two meet, but Bill was genuinely the happiest when he was small with the Axolotl.

Kids Online Safety Act (KOSA) 2022.

definition from sentate: “the kids online safety act (KOSA) empowers kids and their parents to take over kids’ online experiences to protect their health and well-being”.

now, if you’re from the UK or any other country that’s not revolves around the US, you may not have an idea of what’s going on- like i did.

one of my anon’s sent a message to me last night, it was the 🦈 anon to be specific. and the message read “if KOSA gets passed, goodbye, you were my favourite blog.”

now when i first read the message i thought they were talking about another blog for a second, and i was a little confused. then, i decided to google what KOSA is.

KOSA is a bill that tried to get recognition back in 2022 that is focused on monitoring the internet of children. now, in 2023 it’s been re-introduced with some terrifying adaptations.

if the KOSA (2022) bill was to be accepted then:

-> filters would be installed to wipe the internet of anything that deemed ‘inappropriate’ for minors, which would silence them from accessing materials regarding suicidal prevention and LGBTQ+ content.

-> it would KOSA the power to shut down websites that discuss race, religion, sexuality- basically retract free speech and only allow access to content they approve of.

-> age verification and parental monitoring tools will be expanded and enhanced which are not only invasive, but can silence innocent victims of abusive environments for reaching out and finding help.

this whole bill is a sick and twisted way of trying to silence the younger generation, and attempt to stop them from seeking out the truth in the government’s lies and to have a voice in this world.

Dude they're bleeding, just stop" bill says concerned. He digs in a bag, and pulls out a black paci with gloomy bear. Rodrick was a bit reluctant, he didn't want to get made fun of.
