Aqualad
• He loves your hair and the way it flows, whether that be tight or loose curls. He’s very much attracted to them and would like to touch them if he can when the two of you are alone, and is always inclined to help you detangle them if they ever get caught or knotted.
• He would like to be able to touch it, but after spending time with you he knows that you may not want him to if you spend a lot of time caring and keeping your curls intact. He wouldn’t want to mess your hair up or ruin your routine, so he’ll only go out of his way to touch it after asking you first or letting him know that he’s always welcome to under the right circumstances.
• He will help you style it or look for new ways to do your hair if you’re looking to change things up a bit. He also has a lot of patience, so it wouldn’t bother him if you had to borrow him for a while as you figure out how to do your hair in a new way with his help.
• Whenever he’s out getting things for himself, he’ll always ask if you need anything picked up for yourself, including hair products. He may not know what you use, but after spending a lot of time with you in private and around your things, he’ll start to naturally gravitate towards products that would work best for your kind of curls and thickness.
• He would be completely fine with you embracing your curly hair, and if you ever wanted to change it up he’s still going to support you. Whether you want to get it straightened or cut (or even permed to make it curlier) he’ll support you. It’s your hair and he really doesn’t see why you would need his input other than when he’s helping you with your hair directly.
Wally West
• Wally would be a huge fan of your curly hair and he will probably spend a lot of time looking at it no matter how it’s styled or condition it’s in. He doesn’t care how you wear it, but he loves the fact that they’re there and hopes you never get rid of them or cut them.
• Wally is always very sweet and gentle when it comes to your hair, so when the two of you are relaxing together he does hope that he'll be allowed to touch your hair. He may even mess up your hair just as a way to tease you, just as long as he knows that it won't seriously upset you.
• Wally may not be the best at styling other people's hair, his own hair is another situation. He does try his best when he plays with it, and would typically style it to have fun and to have an excuse to be with you if you allow him rather than doing it for serious occasions and events.
• He would be great at getting you any products you need, not only because he's fast, but because he won't just pick up the first thing he sees. If you give him specific instructions, he will follow them, and after only a couple of times of doing this for you, he'll probably memorise all the products you love just so he can keep them stocked up for you.
• Wally wouldn't care what you did with your hair, and he'll give you constant compliments about it no matter how you decide to wear it. If you do consider ever changing it or cutting it then he'll be fine with it no matter what you do.
Jason Todd
• Jason is a big fan of hair that he's able to appreciate, whether that be straight or curly, so having curly hair won't be a bother to him. He's the type of person to ask about it without coming across as rude and it's one of your features that he appreciates the most.
• Jason would like to be able to touch your hair, but if you tell him no then he will try his best to respect your boundaries. If he was allowed to touch it then he would most likely just spend his time playing with it a little bit when the two of you are having downtime, and would try his best to not mess it up.
• He would be happy to style it for you but he will get incredibly frustrated if he isn't used to dealing with curly hair. It's quite different to straight hair and needs more time to get the products through properly if you're using any. He'll try his best, but you can't expect him to stay completely calm through the entire process the first few times he tries to style it for you.
• If the specific product you want isn't there after you ask him to hand it to you, or go out and buy it for you, he wouldn't be the best at recognising which product would be a good alternative. He would try his best, but he doesn't have much experience with needing a specific thing in most instances.
• If you were ever going to cut some of your curls or get a new style such as having your hair relaxed or tying it up more often, then Jason wouldn't mind. He'd rather you be comfortable than have to put up with your hair getting in the way whenever you try to do something. Especially if you have a lifestyle like his, which may mean your hair is easier to grab.
Damian Wayne
• Damian doesn't really have a preference for what kind of hair you have, so your hair being curly wouldn't be important to him in any way. However, he will still appreciate it and recognise it as one of your features that he loves.
• Are they allowed to touch it - If you're generally uncomfortable by people touching your hair in all situations then Damian wouldn't mind also not being allowed to touch it. He also hates when people invade his personal space, so he completely understands when you tell him you don't want him to touch it if that is the case.
• Damian probably wouldn't be a huge fan of sitting down to help you style your hair, or styling it for you, as hair isn't a huge interest to him - he really doesn't care how you have you hair. He also may associate eccentric hair styles with his mother due to the various ways she wears it, so it all depends on how close he actually is towards you.
• Getting you products would never be a problem for him, although he may be a bid tired of getting you a lot of things at once when he doesn't see the need for so many products at once. He's sure he can find a way for you to keep your hair just as good with much fewer products, and in doing so will be saving you quite a bit of money too.
• He lets you do anything you want to your hair, so if you want to cut it, change style, or dye it in any way he will be supportive of you. Don't ask for his opinion on it though, you'll definitely get a blunt answer in return.
Bruce Wayne
• Bruce keeps his own appearance to the very basics, so if you were to have curly hair then he likes the fact that it isn't something simple that he's used to seeing every day. You hair can have variety and he wouldn't care how long it is as long as he could see it whenever you're around.
• Bruce wouldn't touch your hair if the two of you were in public or if he knew that you had spent a lot of time working on it to make it look perfect. However, if the two of you were relaxing in private together he would like to be allowed to touch or play with your hair at least a little bit.
• Bruce knows nothing about styling curly hair, so it might not be a common thing for him to do even if you do ask him to. He's a very busy man and he would like to learn how to style it, but if it was for an event he would prefer for you to do it yourself or he'll pay for someone to do it who really does know how to work with your hair type.
• Bruce doesn't even go out himself to get the products or treatments he may need to look after his own hair so it's very unlikely that he would ever do it personally for you to. He would get someone to pick them up for you if you knew exactly what you needed, or they would already be there ready for you as soon as the last batch ran out.
• Bruce is always going to be brutally honest with you, so if he genuinely thought you suited the style you were considering to change to then he would encourage you as much as he could, and if he thought you wouldn't suit something then he'd going to be honest with that too. You're almost always able to trust his judgement.

Shampoo & Conditioner: Pantene
Treatment: Split-end treatment from the hair salon (Wella)
Styling Products: Finesse mousse
- How long have you been growing your hair?
About 5 years, I think? During that time, I’ve cut it a little.
-How often and where do you get your hair cut?
About once every three years. I have wavy hair, so I don’t get perms. I'm currently in the process of growing it out, so if I think the ends are looking a bit messy, I go get a trim. Any hair salon is fine. I just find a stylish, modern salon while walking around town.
-What do you do after washing your hair?
Basically, because my hair is long, it’s tough to dry (laughs), so I let it air dry. But it tangles quite a bit, so sometimes I do dry it properly with a hairdryer, making it about half and half.
-Do you usually tie your hair up or leave it down?
I tie it back in a ponytail.
-If you dye your hair, what do you use?
Powder hair rinse. The colors I use are blue or platinum.
-Advice for your stage hairstyle.
The way I curl my hair for the stage is something I’ve developed on my own. There’s a trick to the way I curl it so if you want to try practice it. Master your own curling method! The key is to use a curling iron. You definitely can’t do it with curlers (laughs).
-Hair Care Message
Hair is a long-time friend. For a woman, hair is life (laughs). Hair that smells good is the best!!

-How long have you been growing your hair?
About 4 to 5 years, I guess? But I sometimes cut my bangs and the sides myself.
-How often and where do you get your hair cut?
I go to the salon when I get a perm, but otherwise, I do everything myself. I cut it whenever it starts to bother me.
-Reason for getting a perm.
I didn’t want to use spray to make my hair stand up, so I got a perm.
-What do you do after washing your hair?
I towel dry it well and try not to use the hairdryer too much. It damages the hair you know. Then I just apply some light mousse and that’s it.
-Do you usually tie your hair up or leave it down?
I tie it up because I have a lot of work. On my days off i leave it down though. After all you shouldn't tighten your hair (laughs)!
-If you dye your hair what do you use?
I bleach it and drop it to blonde before using hair dye. A long time ago, I used to put in red, but as I dyed it black over time, it naturally turned into the right shade...
- Advice for your stage hairstyle.
If you grow your hair and get a perm, you’ll get my hairstyle.
- Hair Care Message
Hair is a woman’s life. No matter how beautiful your face is, if your hair is damaged, I can’t handle it (laughs). Having beautiful hair is a pretty high point for me (laughs)!!

Black Hair Care myths BUSTED!
Tumblr media
Since I’m fighting off the plague and have nothing else better to do but lay here pitifully, I’ve decided to talk about hair again after my last two posts on shampoo types and curly hair care , only this time focusing on Black folks’ hair and the misinformation lots of us grew up on.
Now, because I know the gowrls like to tussle (and Mercury in Microbraids along with an eclipse is upon us), lemme just say this: if you’re absolutely happy with your hair care routine, then this post isn’t for you.
This post is only for people who are curious and want to evolve and simplify their hair care routines.
OKAY LEGGO:
The hair typing chart is garbage.
Tumblr media
Everyone and they mama should be familiar with this chart. So many of us use it to determine what type of hair products to buy that work best for our hair type.
Unfortunately, the chart is pseudo-science.
Tumblr media
All hair types need the same basic care (shampooing/conditioning at least every week), and products that claim to cater to a specific hair type is just a marketing tactic. This chart also promotes texturism; Oprah’s stylist literally made up the type 4 category to say that the only thing to do to tight curls is to straighten or loosen them. 🥲
Products can’t give you the kind of curls you want.
I touched on this a bit in my first hair post, but it bears repeating here: Curl “activators”, Shea butter, raw oil blends, creams, leave-in conditioners, texturizing shampoos… all of them are finessing you, beloveds. If your hair isn’t holding defined clumps of curls immediately after shampooing, then your hair is likely chronically dehydrated and needs to be detoxed.
We’re kinda raised to product chase because we’re told that the way our hair grows out of our heads is bad and needs to be fixed, and the $2.5 billion Black hair care industry is always eager to offer us placebos for our coin. We see someone with the hair texture and length we want and we immediately ask “what products do you use??” as if the answer is in a bottle when it’s really just genetics. 🤷🏽‍♀️
Greasing/oiling your scalp does not moisturize it, get rid of dandruff, or make your hair grow faster.
Tumblr media
As a kid I remember my hairdresser using a fine toothed comb and “breaking up” the dandruff on my scalp before applying Sea Breeze to soothe it. Every single time, the dandruff came back worse. 😩 If I put oil on my scalp, it would take only a day before build up and large yellow flakes would rain out of my hair. But I thought because my scalp and my hair needed moisturizing that I couldn’t go without oils.
Well, I was right on one thing; my scalp and hair def needed moisture. But I wasn’t gonna get moisture from anything but water, and at the time I was avoiding water like the plague because I always had a fresh silk press or perm and I didn’t want my hair “reverting”.
If you have a scalp condition or chronic itchiness, you are very much making it worse by adding any of that to your head. The only solution is to wash your hair, loves. Yes, you may have to choose between looking “laid” and what’s actually good for your hair and scalp, but them’s the breaks.
The hair growth oils that line the shelves at Sally’s? Literally snake oil. Same goes for hair vitamins, biotin, MSM, rice water, JBCO, egg white/tea rinse/fruit or food products, African Black soap, rose water, etc. Nothing topical, save for specific medicated prescription drugs from a dermatologist, can make hair grow. Save ya money, hunny!
Co-washing and water-only washing doesn’t get your hair clean.
Conditioner is incapable of doing what shampoo does. You’re just gonna add layers of build up on your hair doing co-washes. Water-only cleansing is like never using soap in your laundry and expecting your clothes to be clean. 😬 Only putting shampoo on your scalp and carefully avoiding the length of your hair is the equivalent of white folks not washing their legs in the shower. Don’t do any of this.
I actually do not know where the myth started that Black folks hair is somehow too fragile to handle shampoo, a thing that is specifically formulated for hair. 😅 If shampoo is drying your hair out, you need to make sure you’re using the right kind of shampoo, not ditching shampoo altogether. If you need help, I touched on shampoo basics here!
Using a spray bottle to “refresh” your hair doesn’t do what you think it’s doing.
Tumblr media
Tiny water droplets from a spray bottle only sit on the surface of your hair, even more so if your hair already has product in it. If your styles aren’t holding until your next wash, you may need to re-examine what you’re using, how you apply it, and how you set it. If you need to refresh a style or get moisture, nothing less than washing your hair will do.
Finger detangling or using a wide toothed comb or denman brush isn’t doing the job.
I know we’ve been raised to think that because our hair is tightly coiled, that we have to treat it with kid gloves. But we actually do more harm to our hair by not detangling correctly. Detangling is the act of getting shed hair out from your head so it doesn’t wrap up in your healthy hair and cause breakage. A wide toothed comb can’t do that, and neither can your fingers. A denman brush is ONLY supposed to be used to hold tension in the hair when blowdrying it straight. What you want is a Felicia Leatherwood brush and to use that bad boy in the shower right after putting conditioner on sopping wet hair, trust me.
Protective styles don’t exist.
Buns, braids, wigs… all of them look fantastic when done right and it doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t wear them. But they are all just alternative styles; nothing is being protected. I know a lot of us love the low maintenance that having these styles provide, but I want us to examine why they are thought of as low maintenance: it’s because folks are less likely to wash their hair/detangle while having them.
Any style that discourages you from weekly hair washing cannot be protective. It instead promotes hair neglect. Yes, I know, it can cost thousands of dollars for those waist length box braids or sew in, but you paid for the labor that goes into those kinds of styles, not the ability to keep them in for as long as possible. Not touching your hair for weeks on end means you’ll have dehydrated hair with mad buildup to get rid of. And btw, that type of damage to the hair cannot be fixed in just one visit to the salon. For as many weeks as you go without washing your hair, you need that many weeks out of an alternative style with frequent washing to help it recover.
Dry hair is determined by its behavior, not how it feels.
Tumblr media
This one has a lot of folks tripped out because logically, we should be able to just touch our strands and know that it needs moisture. Unfortunately, so many of us don’t know what our actual hair feels like without it being slathered in products, so the moment that we stop using them we think our hair is “dry” when it’s really just how our natural hair texture may feel. It’s def not easy in the beginning to let go of the familiarity a nicely oiled head of hair presents. 🥲
So, how do you know if you have dry hair? If it can’t hold a curl pattern without manipulation, is hydrophobic (if water doesn’t completely flatten hair to your scalp when you wash it, it’s not absorbing), is extremely difficult to detangle, breaks off easily, etc.
You don’t need to rinse your hair in cold water.
Only reason you should even consider it is if you have vivid color in your hair, but… lemme tell y’all sumn.
Years ago when I started dyeing my hair, it was typical for a permanent black hair dye to act like a semi-perm and wash almost completely out or turn grey in a few weeks. Now that I have a much better hair regimen that keeps my hair in the best health it can be, my semi-permanent fashion colors last for months until I decide to touch it up again. And I absolutely do not relish being cold in the shower, so I just use hot water.
The health of your hair matters more than any gimmicks or products you can use to fix a problem.
Long hair/shiny hair is not an indicator of health, it is an indicator of genetics.
I want DESPERATELY for us as a people to break the shackles of thinking that the only hair that matters is long and thick, or that someone who has long hair is an automatic authority on hair care.
If you want an idea of how long your hair can get, then look to your family. If your mom or dad don’t have hair touching their waist then it’s highly possible you were not blessed with the DNA to get your hair waist length either. And that’s okay! You aren’t any less valid. It will just save you a LOT of heartache to learn to embrace your hair the way it naturally is rather than to run around buying products and chasing haircare trends in hopes that a miracle will happen. Not to mention, I’ve seen a lot of folks with long hair but they ain’t had a trim in years and it absolutely shows. 😬
A lot of folks do not have shiny hair, that is once again due to genetics not hair health. Matte hair has a different surface texture and that’s absolutely fine! Only manufactured beauty standards glorify long and shiny hair.
Speaking of hair length…
Shrinkage is not your enemy.
Tumblr media
A general rule is that the only hair length that matters is how you regularly wear it.
My hair stays comfortably at the nape of my neck now that I wear my curls 100% of the time. If I pull it taut, then it’ll reach mid-back. But I don’t plan on straightening my hair ever again to show that mid-back length, so… 🤷🏽‍♀️ I have short hair because that is how it lays without manipulation. And that’s fine.
Shrinkage doesn’t scare me because it’s what healthy curly hair DOES. If my hair springs like a coil and retains shape, then I’m doing something right! I have always wanted long hair, I won’t deny that. But if I have to stretch my natural hair in any way in order to GET that long hair, it’s not worth it to me. I’ll just wear a wig for a hot min if I wanna whip my hair back and forth.
Air drying your hair isn’t better than diffusing it with a hair dryer.
Another thing we’ve been told is that heat damages our hair and that air drying is best. That’s not necessarily true.
DIRECT heat can damage your hair (flat irons, blow outs, pressing combs). INDIRECT heat (hooded dryers, a diffuser attachment on a handheld dryer) does not. In fact, diffused heat sets your wash and gos/twist outs way better than air drying. It cuts down on frizz and ensures your style will last through the week.
Also, it’s better to dry your hair completely rather than wait hours for it to air dry and then maybe sleep on wet hair. Fun fact: Leaving your hair wet for too long can cause mold to grow in your hair! 😱 And if you lay a wet head on a pillow, the bacteria transfers to your pillowcase and you continue to sleep in that until you wash the pillow!
You can’t “lock moisture in” your hair.
Water evaporates. It’s what it’s gonna do. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Putting leave ins or oils on your hair in hopes that water stays in your strands longer isn’t a thing, despite what a lot of us have been told. The only thing you’re gonna be left with is greasy, dehydrated hair if you don’t wash it weekly.
Avoiding getting a hair cut will not grant you healthy or long hair.
Hair grows an average of half an inch per month, regardless of race. The belief that “Black hair doesn’t grow” is rooted in anti-Blackness. 😅 If you’re not seeing growth, then it’s most likely that your hair is simply breaking off faster than the rate of growth, or you have an underlying health issue that needs to be addressed by a doctor.
I know I used to hate hairdressers who seemed “scissor happy” because I was always chasing length, so I would often only tell them to “dust” the ends if they do anything. Now, I will grab my clippers and cut inches off my hair in a heartbeat if my hair starts looking raggedy. Clinging on to scraggly hair because it takes “so long to grow” doesn’t do you any favors, trust me. 😭 Take better care of your hair and you will retain length a lot easier, and that includes getting quarterly haircuts.
Porosity does not matter.
Tumblr media
How many of us did this whole “put a strand of hair in a cup of water and see if it floats or sinks”? Well, what if I told you that it means absolutely nothing for everyday hair care? 😭 Porosity isn’t even a static state, so many things can change it on a dime!
The only time porosity matters is if you are getting a color service and that is only for your stylist to determine. And you will never see a stylist worth their salt putting your hair in a cup of water to figure it out. Also, a lot of “low” porosity hair is just product build up.
Using home remedies to address hair loss concerns doesn’t work.
No, it doesn’t matter that your grandma did black tea rinses regularly to stop her hair from shedding. It doesn’t matter what women in India do with their hair, either. This may be a hard pill to swallow, but it’s perfectly okay to evolve past things that aren’t truly helpful even if it’s a Black culture staple.
Please don’t be afraid to go to a dermatologist. 🥺 There’s even a Black Dermatologist Directory to reference if you don’t wanna go to just anybody. Yeah, it may seem pricey, but Dermatologists have the training to cut through the guesswork, pinpoint what the problem is and save you a LOT of time and pain. You don’t wanna fuck around and make your hair loss WORSE by doing psuedo-chemistry in your kitchen.
“Do what works for you” doesn’t have the mileage you think it does.
Tumblr media
When people don’t want to hear that their current hair practices aren’t really helping them, they default to “Well, it works for ME!” or “Everyone’s hair is different!”
Nobody’s hair is so different that it doesn’t need a weekly wash with shampoo. Nobody’s hair is the magical unicorn that grew 4 inches in a month because they used JBCO. Your hair is not “built different”, and believing that it is will lead you to spending money on things you don’t need. Doing what works for you only comes after you have nailed the basics of healthy hair care, and it only varies in like… if you prefer to use styling foam to set your wash n go as opposed to gel. Or using one brand’s shampoo over another. Not “my hair likes butters and oils and staying in protective styles for months on end and is doing just fine, and you telling me otherwise is anti-Black”.
If you have unexamined hatred of your natural hair texture, then nothing in this long-ass post will hit for you. If a large part of your identity as a Black person is rooted in product chasing, protective styles and taking an entire business day to wash your hair, then a lot of this will offend you. I’m really sorry for that, and I am not here to argue with anybody. I’ll just tell you “if you like it, I love it” and go on about my business.
For everyone else, I really hope this post helps to shed some light on hair care and set you on a better journey that gives you more time and more confidence in your styles! 🥹

Achieve Perfect Hair: The Best Keratin Hair Products You Need to Try
Keratin has become a buzzword in the beauty industry, especially when it comes to hair care. This protein, which is naturally found in your hair, skin, and nails, plays a crucial role in maintaining the strength, elasticity, and overall health of your hair. However, with the constant exposure to heat styling, chemical treatments, and environmental pollutants, the natural keratin in your hair can become depleted, leading to frizz, breakage, and dullness. That’s where best keratin hair products come in designed to replenish and fortify your hair, these products can help you achieve the smooth, shiny, and healthy hair you’ve always desired.
In this article, we'll explore the best keratin hair products available on the market, tailored for different hair types and concerns. By the end, you’ll have a comprehensive guide to help you select the right keratin products for your hair care routine.
The Importance of Keratin in Hair Care
Before diving into the best keratin hair products, it’s essential to understand what keratin is and why it’s vital for your hair.
Keratin is a fibrous protein that serves as the main structural element of your hair. It acts as a protective layer, shielding your hair from damage caused by external factors like UV radiation, pollution, and chemical treatments. Additionally, keratin helps maintain the strength and elasticity of your hair, preventing breakage and split ends.
Over time, however, your hair’s natural keratin can break down due to various factors, including:
Heat Styling: Frequent use of flat irons, curling irons, and blow dryers can strip your hair of its natural keratin, leaving it brittle and prone to damage.
Chemical Treatments: Coloring, perming, and relaxing treatments can weaken the hair’s structure, depleting its keratin content.
Environmental Factors: Exposure to sun, wind, and pollution can cause your hair to lose its natural keratin, leading to dryness and frizz.
To counteract these effects, best products for curly frizzy hair are formulated to replenish and restore the keratin in your hair, providing strength, smoothness, and shine.

How to Incorporate Keratin Hair Products into Your Routine
To get the most out of your keratin hair products, it’s essential to use them correctly and consistently. Here’s a simple guide to incorporating keratin into your hair care routine:
Start with a Keratin Shampoo: Use a keratin-infused shampoo to cleanse your hair and prepare it for conditioning and treatment. This helps to remove any buildup and ensures that your hair can absorb the maximum benefits of the keratin products.
Follow with a Keratin Conditioner: After shampooing, apply a keratin conditioner to lock in moisture and add a protective layer to your hair. This step is crucial for keeping your hair smooth, shiny, and frizz-free.
Use a Keratin Hair Mask Weekly: Once a week, treat your hair to a deep-conditioning keratin mask. This will provide intensive repair and hydration, keeping your hair strong and healthy.
Apply a Keratin Serum or Leave-In Conditioner: After washing your hair, apply a keratin serum or leave-in conditioner to protect it from heat damage and environmental stressors. This step also helps to detangle and smooth your hair, making it easier to style.
Finish with a Keratin Hair Oil: For an extra boost of shine and smoothness, apply a few drops of keratin hair oil to the ends of your hair. This will give your hair a polished, frizz-free finish.
Conclusion
Achieving perfect hair doesn’t have to be a daunting task, especially with the right keratin hair products in your arsenal. Whether you’re dealing with frizz, dryness, or damage, incorporating keratin into your hair care routine can make a world of difference. From best shampoo for damaged hair and conditioners to masks, serums, and oils, the best keratin hair

HAIR TIPS
🎀 when it comes to retaining length, wearing stretched styles (twist outs, braid outs/braid waves, flexi/perm rod sets) are imperative. I mostly wear braid outs almost exclusively now. With curly hair, the longer your hair gets, the more tangles and knots that will occur when wearing hair in a shrunken state too much. I usually lightly spritz my hair, add conditioner, use a little serum or grease, and then braid my hair. Sometimes I’ll add flexi rods at the ends so the ends will be curly.
🎀 easy/low maintenance styles help with cutting time in regards to doing your hair, it also helps with retention because you’re manipulating your hair less. I recommend twist/braid outs or rod sets because they can last a few days to a week, you’re still able to have access to your hair and moisturize when needed, and they don’t put harsh tension on the hair. A wash and set once a week (like our grandmas and aunties) will help that hair grow
🎀 using an old t-shirt (instead of a towel) to dry hair cuts down on frizz, tangles, and dryness. It soaks up excess moisture without drying the hair out too much.
🎀 wet, curly hair is weak and fragile. I personally don’t style or detangle on wet hair, but damp or 70% dry. Damp styling allows the hair to absorb product better versus when your hair is soaking wet. With soaking wet hair, product doesn’t absorb as much because the hair is full of water. However, if you primary “wet” style, you can use less product since the water dilutes it. Also, if a product is water based, you can use it on dry hair (or add a little water to your hands and run it over your hair before applying product).
🎀 I don’t personally believe in brushing wet, curly hair. Some people do wet style with brushes (wet brush, denman brush, tangle teezer , etc), but I found it to be damaging to my hair. I feel like it rips the hair out, and thins it over time leaving you with splits and mild breakage. If your hair is fragile or fine, I recommend raking product through the hair instead of a brush, or using the “praying hands” method.
🎀 if you have curly hair, putting your hair in a low ponytail after washing can help stretch the hair if you don’t have the time to twist or braid. Drying the hair in a low ponytail or 1-2 braids keeps single strand knots at bay
🎀 if you wear wash and go’s, water and conditioner are your best friend. Conditioners can be good moisturizers and stylers (especially if you haven’t found your holy grail
Product yet) however, You have to wash more frequently with a wash and go, because product typically evaporates after 3-4 days. Every day = more shed hair, so try not to go more than 5 days with the style.
🎀 a lot of curlies use gel. If you use gel make sure that it doesn’t dry out your hair, and make sure to keep it away from your hairline. Using gel can make your hair crunchy, which is a gel cast that helps curls set. If the hair is too hard you can use an oil or a serum to break that cast. Also, most gels can be reactivated with water, so you don’t have to apply more gel on top of gel. Just reactivate and style your hair like you want
🎀 Silicone free conditioners can be good for cowashing, but they can lack slip and protection from the elements. If your hair is fine and doesn’t like heavy products, silicone free may be best for you. Conditioners WITH silicone can build up if used too much, but they provide slip and a protective coat over the hair to protect it from the elements . And if you’re a curly girl, silicone is important because it cuts down on frizz and weighs the hair down. If you do use conditioners with silicone, make sure you shampoo once a week or every two weeks

hi dream. I forgot my anon name because it’s been a while lol. over time, I’ve completely let go of manifesting. I don’t believe in it. I hope it’s okay to still ask for advice despite that. I’ve been trying to figure out how to solve my problems on my own now without wishing & hoping, you know? so I wanted some advice. it’s pretty light lol. it’s about my hair. for some reason, my natural hair is really ugly. at least, on me it is. it’s naturally curly but it just doesn’t look right. however, if I get it permanently straightened like I used to, it hurts really bad, I actually gets bruises on my scalp from it…. but at least it would finally look pretty. (also, just in case someone takes it wrong. natural hair is beautiful. just not on me. my hair specifically is NOT it. 😭 I’m only speaking for me. in fact, seeing other natural haired people inspired me to try & keep my hair but I just can’t handle it now). what do you think I should do to solve it? endure the pain once or every two months to get a perm? or keep trying until I figure out how to finally make my natural hair look good? the problem is, my hair will keep looking terrible until I figure it out. it even looks bad in a ponytail. It even crossed my mind to shave my head but my mom said it would be a regretful decision. I don’t know. hair is a big part of appearance so I was trying to glow up but it holds me back.
I’m also struggling with body hair 😒. everything burns. I got a free laser hair removal device, the problem? it hurts. even shaving causes my legs to burn. I’ve avoided shaving because 2 weeks ago, I tried it & my legs burned really bad. I still felt it 2 days later. do you have any recommendations on body hair removal ? it feels like hell on my legs lol but I have to do something because I’ll be wearing shorts for things I do, starting next week. 🥲
I guess I’m on a glow up journey now. it almost feels relieving because my life is kind of in my hands now. I’m trying to give myself a chance without all the bs that used to float through my mind.
I think my name was 😵‍💫 anon or 😵 anon. I hope summer was fun for you. It has been so eventful for me, even today. I’m just learning to take each day at a time. I can only control what I can do now.
hiiiii 😵‍💫 anon!! its always a pleasure to hear from you again~
i say def dont mess around and get any more perms, its totally not worth it as it causes you physical pain. really, its kind of about getting used to the hair u naturally have and learning how to work with it, and finding out what products work best for you help as well. at the end of the day your hair isnt ugly, you just see it that way on yourself. which is a pill you probably wont want to swallow, but its just your perception of it. which is fine, you dont have to like it.
tbh for body hair removal, ive really loved and enjoyed waxes. maybe try the natural sugar wax at home and see how it goes for you!
im glad that youre choosing to do things that feel good to you, thats the most important thing!!
where im living now, winter just passed and im really happy for it. i like winter, but i can only bear it for so long. im really happy its spring now here~
taking each day at a time is all you can do, and its the best thing to do. i know things will look up for you 😵‍💫 anon! choosing to focus on making yourself feel good is always the best way to start

Laser Toning: Benefits & Important Considerations
Tumblr media
How Laser Toning Works?
Tumblr media
Laser toning uses a Q-switched laser, which heats the skin without causing damage to the superficial skin layer.
The laser beam penetrates the skin’s deeper layer (the dermis) to stimulate collagen formation. Collagen is the major protein in skin, giving it radiance, strength, and suppleness.
Increased collagen production tightens sagging skin, reduces pores, and eliminates wrinkles and fine lines.
Laser toning also reduces melanin production in a different area and corrects pigment irregularities, minimizing hyperpigmentation problems such as dark patches. These moisturize and renew the skin, resulting in a more even tone and a brighter glow.
Benefits of Laser Toning
Tumblr media
Minimizes And Removes Wrinkles And Fine Lines
As we age, we appear older than we are because of the fine lines and wrinkles around our mouths and eyes. Laser toning significantly reduces these lines. By penetrating the skin’s deeper layers, the laser beam increases collagen production, enhancing the skin’s elasticity and softness and minimizing fine lines and wrinkles.
Reduces Spots and Acne Scars
Laser toning can fade acne and scars that have grown over time. The acne is removed using a Q-switched laser, penetrating the superficial layer and breaking down the pigments left behind by the acne or pimples. Acne scars can be repaired when the beam penetrates the deeper layer of the skin, which stimulates the synthesis of collagen and fibroblasts.
Provides Even Skin Tone
Nobody likes to deal with discoloration and uneven skin tone. However, a low-frequency Q-switched laser can permanently remove and fragment melanin from the skin, resulting in shiny, clean, and evenly toned skin.
Removes Freckles
One has already experienced enough irritation from the red spots on the face, especially in the sun. The laser beam targets and eliminates the first and second layers of skin or the superficial and deep layers. This prevents discoloration and promotes the formation of new, youthful, and radiant skin.
Requires Less Time
The process of laser toning is easy, secure, and efficient. Each session lasts between twenty and thirty minutes. One would need several treatment sessions (four to twelve sessions) depending on one’s condition. As a result, laser toning doesn’t take up much time or interfere with one’s hectic routine. One can get back to work right away following the session.
Very Little Pain
The process of laser toning is safe and involves little to no pain. There is no discomfort involved with the treatment. However, one can experience tingling when the beam touches the skin. There is no pain since the skin layers are not destroyed during the non-ablative laser treatment.
Delivers Lasting Outcomes
Laser toning yields more durable results than home cures or topical creams. The effects of toning often persist for a few years, but three to four annual maintenance sessions are needed for long-lasting effects. Laser toning offers a permanent solution for minor pigmentation or modest skin markings.
Considerations and Precautions for Laser Toning Treatment
To achieve the best results, avoid exposure to direct sunlight for at least two weeks before undergoing laser toning treatment.
Avoid direct sunlight after laser toning. For those who can’t avoid going outside, apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 to the treatment site every two hours.
Gently cleanse the skin in the treatment area twice a day.
Apply the post-laser skin repair and skin-soothing lotions the dermatologist indicates for faster and more effective skin regeneration.
Avoid skin irritants such as scrubs, retinoids, and glycolic acid products.
Use moisturizers and skin-lightening creams as directed to prevent pigmentation and keep the skin moisturized.
Always use gentle facial cleansers and facewash with a neutral pH to maintain optimal skin health.
During the recovery from the laser treatment, avoid hair treatments such as perming, bleaching, straightening, coloring, and facials.
Avoid sunbathing at home or going to the beach for at least 4 weeks before the laser toning appointment.

Hair Botox - Can You Get It at a Salon?
When you hear the word “Botox,” your first thought is probably wrinkles and aging skin, but there's a new trend in beauty that uses the same ingredient for hair: hair Botox. This treatment is applied directly to your hair strands, and it's said to smooth frizz, make your hair look fuller, and reduce thinning. But how does it work, and can you get it at a salon?
The first thing you should know about Hair Botox is that it does not use any of the same ingredients as traditional Botox, which is a neuromodulator. Instead, it uses keratin, a protein that naturally occurs in your hair strands to add strength and shine. Many salons offer hair Botox, and you can also buy the product to apply at home.
To prepare for your appointment, it's important to avoid heat-styling tools like blow dryers, flat irons, and curling irons for at least a week before the treatment. This helps prevent damage and ensures that the product penetrates your strands effectively. Also, you should always wash your hair with sulfate-free shampoos to preserve the results.
Before applying the treatment, your stylist will shampoo your hair thoroughly to remove any residue or product buildup. Then, they will apply the botox hair treatment near me to your strands and leave it on for 60-90 minutes. After the treatment has set, your hair will be rinsed and blown dry. The treatment is safe for all hair types, but you should avoid it if you've recently had your hair colored or permed.
You can expect the results of hair Botox to last from four to six months. The longevity of your results will depend on how often you wash your hair, the amount of heat styling that you do, and the condition of your hair. To maintain the results, it's best to get regular touch-up treatments.
The keratin in hair Botox works like mortar, filling in thin and damaged areas of your strands to give them structure. It's an effective way to repair damage caused by environmental factors, heat-styling tools, and chemical hair treatments. Getting a hair Botox treatment every three to four months is recommended to maintain your healthy, voluminous locks.
Hair Botox is a great option for those with fine hair who want to minimize the appearance of thinning strands. It's also a good option for those with damaged, coarse, or curly hair that's lacking shine and volume. Depending on your hair type and level of damage, you may need to undergo more frequent treatments.

Omg! I saw you briefly mentioned Tomorrow in an ask and I just finished the show. I have so many thoughts about it and not sure if they’re all good but I would love to hear your opinion about the overall show (especially the distinct costume design of each character and the set design!!). For a show that navigated some heavy material — it was full of such bright color and fun fashion decisions! Unsure if you talk about shows but I thought to ask because you always provide such interesting and thoughtful critiques.
THE COSTUME DESIGN IN TOMORROW!!!!!! it's soooooooooooo good it was one of the things that kept me watching bc yes there some glaringly obvious problems with the script. the production/set design are excellent too, especially for jumadeung. literally framing it as a company is a.....choice, but visually framing it with art deco style architecture a la the chrysler building is a smart way to keep it feeling outside time, because our brains still interpret art deco as a relatively modern style because of its scarcity and association with wealth, but in reality art deco is approaching it's centennial in just a couple of years.
ok i'm gonna talk about some major plot beats so spoiler warning for anyone who hasn't finished the show or cares about that kind of thing.
tbh i actually think the best costume design was in the scenes with all the team leaders because they were so quick and so infrequent but each of them had such a clear signature that tbh i spent like five minutes stopping and starting that first intro scene where we see everyone just to try and pick up all the little details.
other than that though, they do such a good job with koo ryeon, joong-gil and ryung-gu and interpreting how very old/essentially immortal characters would interpret clothing and what they would be comfortable in. jun-woong is fine, but the show itself kind of acknowledges by the back half that really he's the vehicle for the rest of their stories, so imo his design choices are all intentionally wallflower-y. but koo ryeon, joong-gil, and ryung-gu all share some key character traits: they're all extremely loyal, dedicated, defensive, AND they all lived their formative lives pre the invention of the zipper and stretch fabric. i know this sounds like a very weird point to make, but trust me on this one, i'll get to it. and all three of these characters embody all of these traits in their clothing. many of the creature comforts that we associate with fashion are very very modern, think within the last 100-150 years. zippers? the 1910s. spandex/lycra/synthetic stretch fabrics? 1958. hell, even the concept of sportswear and leisure clothing only started cropping up in the mid 1800s. for a lot of cultures and for long periods of history, clothing consisted of a lot of layers and a fair amount of internal structure, by virtue of fabric being a solid weave. for a significant portion of their lives, all three of these characters were wearing anywhere between two and probably five layers at all times, with koo ryeon and joong-gil for about 250yrs longer and also with much more intricacy due to their higher class. clothing plays a very big part into how someone presents themselves to the world, and it can be a protective measure. this might be a bit difficult for some to understand for some, especially in our modern 'comfort first' fashion culture, but the structure and weight of a lot of layers and the rituals around getting dressed a specific way can be both a defensive mechanism and also a physical comfort. you see it with older generations and their likelihood of wearing older styles/styles that were 'on trend' in their youth; think grannies who still get their hair permed and put on lipstick every time they leave the house, or someone like my grandfather, who never stopped wearing the same style of highwaisted slacks and dress shirts from the early 60s. and i think it's a very fair trait to extrapolate to characters who 1) have had particularly traumatic lives, 2) have spent a very long time wearing the same thing, and 3) have a textually noted extended/different understanding of time.
let's start with joong-gil, who exclusively wears a three piece suit post-becoming a reaper. this means he's wearing at least three well structured layers, and i'd be willing to bet that he'd be the type to wear a singlet/underlayer as well, which brings that total up to four. he's also frequently shown wearing an additional jacket (five layers) and gloves, another further barrier. given the fact that jumadeung appears to have 'westernized' aesthetically when korea was freed from japanese colonial rule***, three piece suits were still standard business attire. and he's very strict about his own dress code, he's either in white shirt and three piece or a black shirt and three piece. obviously this is also a physical manifestation of his discipline and dedication of the 'rules', as we can see that when he deviates from that uniform it is as a specific character point for him. the most notable instances of this are in the last episode, where he's wearing a turtleneck (but still a waistcoat) when jun-woong goes to try and reason with him, and then again later in the episode when joong-gil is taking his punishment in his shirtsleeves. and then for a third time at the very end of the episode, where his black three piece has been exchanged for a grey one, signalling his softening and the merging of his two selves (his pre-reaper self that wore mostly lighter colours, and his post-reaper self that wore mostly black).
unsurprisingly, koo ryeon is also a very defensive dresser. all the same observations from joong-gil apply here, but with koo ryeon instead of her being a dedicated rule-follower, her dedication manifests as rule-breaking in order to achieve her goals; as you can see she wears a lot of colours in counter to joong-gil's monochrome. but i think the most interesting of her visual 'rule-breaking' is that she doesn't particularly follow the convenions of 'feminine' coded dressing. this is most noticable in when the rm team goes on 'assignment' in different workplaces, where ryeon will wear nearly identical suits to jun-woong and ryung-gu (interestingly, it's pointedly not her wearing men's clothes, she's always wearing a 'female' version even if the cuts are virtually identical. you can tell bc the button closures are opposite). she also dresses very 'modestly', she doesn't show any skin at all and more notably, she doesn't wear anything form fitting. she favours boxy and bulky shapes with a predominance for longer lines and wider shapes on her lower body. now there's two reasons to speculate for this: the first is the same as for joong-gil, that she's very used to layers and a specific silhouette, especially considering that the shape of female hanbok is not even close to being form-fitting and has heavy skirting. and the second is that her trauma is directly tied to people's perception of her femininity. literally the reason ryeon died is because she was stigmatized for 'using her femininity to get out of an adverse situation' even though we are explicitly shown that that is emphatically not the case. thus her rejection of more western feminine silhouettes is directly related to how she wants there to be no question that the reason she is so accomplished at her job is purely because of her skills, and not for any other reason.
and ryung-gu! more similar to koo ryeon in style than joong-gil, but again they all share that propensity for numerous heavy and obscurative layers that echoes a more traditional style of dress. because ryung-gu is younger (literal age wise but also i'm pretty sure he died younger as well) there's a little more flexibility in his materials and cuts, and because he's of a lower class than koo ryeon and joong-gil, he tends towards less formal shapes too. although i would not describe koo ryeon as a 'formal' dresser, she wears a lot of blazers and two piece suits, as well as heavy wools and fabrics that are generally associated with business and formalwear. ryung-gu however, almost exclusively picks his shapes from garments that have a working class or blue collar origin; lots of jeans, informal but still structured jackets like bombers and denim jackets, and a fair amount of casual sportswear, practical wear, and synthetic fabrics. and although ryung-gu is framed as being rebellious like koo ryeon, unlike ryeon his rebellion always comes as an active response to something that upsets his internal or external systems. as a child he is dutifully and lovingly reverent of his mother, she's the centre of his world, and even as a reaper he isn't shown to have any real issues with authority. sure he clocks out right at eight hours, but that's not being rebellious, that's just following the rules to a technicality. it's only when his mother is taken from his life and he loses that external structure that he actively 'becomes rebellious', and even then i think rebellion is the wrong word; it's actually just self destructive behaviour that is 'morally' grey according to the wider societal system. when his story arc finally concludes and he has his mother back in his life (sort of), he visually sheds some of his more 'rebelliously' attributes by cutting and redying his hair to the 'standard masculine' haircut and showing up to work in a suit and/or less flamboyant patterns and garments. but he does still keep the same number of layers and shapes as he did before.
---
***when japan surrendered in 1945 it ceded all its territories to the us, so really korea was actually just colonized again. you can see in the korean war vet episode that in flashbacks joong-gil is wearing a western style suit as a reaper, which would have been between 1950-53, but in the comfort women episode he's still wearing hanbok, which would have been at the earliest 1930ish. also it would makes sense logistically as jumadeung is supposed to mirror the 'real' world. i also think this is where the framing of it as a 'company' comes from as well.
#OK I HAVE TO STOP NOW THIS IS WAY TOO LONG#non kpop questions#if more ppl start asking me about shows and stuff i might start a general media analysis tag#tomorrow#netflix tomorrow#tv#this show had like a TON of problems but i think the heart of it was really good and it was probably necessary?#like the fact that it was extremely empathetic is very important but also. it wasn't realistic at all#and also it was relatively kind to character stereotypes that don't normally receive kindness? like fat characters#AND the fact that ryung-gu is explicitly a recovered addict and still framed sooo empathetically is a huge deal#esp for a country with massive drug stigmas still#but the fact that christian morality is SO deeply baked into just the concept of the show is big oof. like huge massive very large OOF#anyways. here's my very long essay on defensive dressing and how immortal characters arent just gonna dress in the latest trends#text#answers#also further point about ryeon. i think the reason we rarely saw her as a reaper in the period between when jumadeung 'westernized'#and the present is bc it would be a huge betrayal of her character to dress her in something 'traditionally' feminine from that time frame#but they couldn't feasibly dress her as more gender-nonconforming because it would have pretty much instantly coded her as a lesbian#which i think they were actively trying to avoid#OH I FORGOT ABT JOONG-GILS CAMEL NUMBER IN EP5#thats an important character beat for him tho too so it still fits the pattern#since its the first time he makes an effort to try and see a different perspective. even if it doesn't actually work and he regresses lol#anyways these three characters are sooooooo interesting and unusual and i really like all of them#yes ryung-gu is my favourite and no its not just bc he cries pretty! i have real reasons!!

She gets nasty with you by, talking over you, attacking you with her love bites in public, ignoring you when you want her attention, killing everyone in the damn place for talking or looking at you, and cutting you with her knife. The cuts usually are on your thighs, stomach, and arms. She would mark your face, but, that area is for her slaps. Though, don’t worry she would kiss all the tears away and makeup if you wear that. Just...let her love you lol.
🌸 If you have a side job, she will stand in the corner of the store and watch you. Her posture tenses up when someone gets near you. God forbid someone tries to hit on you...at least 5 bodies are dumped in the dumpster at the back of the building. She won’t even collect their blood. Only the tastiest and worthy blood enters her. So...I hope you can handle her trying to suck onto you like a CapriSun lol. Even when you are working. Might need to knock her in the head to stop her.
🍡 Now, is you won’t allow her to be in the building you are in, that’s fine. She will follow you either way. Behind a counter? She is outside the door and staring at you with a hoodie that says ‘Thot Destroyer’. Getting some fresh air? Cool, she’ll stand on top of a building and stare down at you. Taking a shower?.........where are your clothes?
🌸 She has a tracklist of being a pervert, so, yeah, she will take your clothes to admire your body as you search for a new set of clothes...which is all under her butt. But, you don’t need to know that :].
🍡 Insecure about your body? Oh hell no! Not on her watch! “WHAT?!- DID SOMEONE SAY SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR BODY KITTEN?!?- OH HELL NO-” If you have slang in your vocabulary, she will take that crap and slander a bitch until all their insecurities are popping out. She will drag that bitch by their roots (anyone can get it) and disfigure their asses. Just to throw their asses outside with no dignity and missing limbs (if that’s what you want honey) or slowly and painfully end them.
🌸 No one is making you insecure? So, your thoughts are making you insecure? "Well, when are those thoughts gonna show up for these rounds?". She is kidding of course. She would make sure to praise you every day and 24/7. Feel ‘too fat’? She will encourage you to wear tight underwear and kiss all your fat! Suffocate her with your thighs, please! PLEASE. Discolorment on your body? She will spoil you in products that will help ease that insecurity while making sure it does not hurt your gorgeous melanin!
🍡 Now for the educational bit! Japan isn’t free from colorist ideas and racism. So, you need to be honest about your experiences with being black in Japan. She will educate herself on black culture and history, if anyone tries to deny the damage colonists have created, bastards are gonna be laying cold on the floor. She isn’t ignorant to how shitty black people are treated, especially if you are dark-skinned, just know she isn’t gonna be a ‘savior’ for black people. She will be an ally, she will respect your culture, and hit people with true history!
🌸 Now, back on insecurities, creams that 'lighten your skin' is very common in Asia. So, she would not shame you if you did that or is considering doing that, she will however compliment you. Not for brightening your skin, but for being black. She will praise your culture and make sure to buy things that are very prominent in your community. She will encourage you to start embracing that melanin! You do not have to pay for your thickness, big lips, beautiful big eyes, and THAT SHINE. My dude, that glow on dark skin...welp, she is jealous!
🍡 She will definitely do your hair for you! No matter how long it may take, she will make sure your hair is healthy and moisturized! She will order products from amazon for your hair type if you are going natural, like puffballs, afros, braids, and etc. However if you have your hair relaxed or permed, she will buy the best products for your hair, things that strengthen your hair definitely. Wear wigs? Cool! She will try some on with you! Praise you, no matter what others think, you are beautiful/gorgeous/breathtaking with and without the wig.
🌸 Though, she will need to be reminded to not harshly brush your hair, since your ears are big and blends into your hair (and well it hurts as well!). She will be mindful but will mess with your ears, you will need to bite her hands to get her to stop!
🍡 When she is allowed to bathe you, she will fill the bathtub with bubbles and terrorize you! She will scare you by popping out of the water without your acknowledgment, pull your fluffy tail, and tickle you into submission so she can mess with your big ears. So, lock your bathroom door! But, even then, she will wait in a bathroom counter just to bathe with you, soooo, you do not have a choice.
🌸 Anyway, she goes by the rule, “Talk shit, get hit.” Soooo, yeah, lol. She does not play when it comes to you, no matter how different you are to her, she will love you regardless! You two are always ready to fight for each other, so you two are quite the dynamic! Plus, fashionable! Even when blood stains your clothes, beauty cannot be hidden, love.
🍡 Now for some chaos! You two steal from everywhere! Malls, houses, banks, and grocery stores of course! Toga tends to overfill her bra with snacks for you and her (even if you don’t want to eat something, she will ‘gently’ force food down your throat). She likes to get you thicker, even if you are skinny, she will want some type of change in your body, even if it just shows in your face. Also, she will make sure to get supplies for periods as well, if you have those.
🌸 If you two are unfortunate enough to have devils disguised as the uterus, you two will cry, stuff your faces, force a lot of water into your system, and holding heat pads against each other! Even if you don’t have that, she needs you! The girl throws up, cries, and can faint when on her period. So, cuddle her, make her food (something is southern please! She likes southern food from America! Grits, biscuits with gravy, and sausage please!) even cover her in kisses, she will pay you back when the pain stops :)
🍡 When you two are working in the LOV, you two create a lot of fun. Stealing Tomura’s game systems to throw them in the nearby garage bin, cock blocking Dabi, hooking Mr. Compress up with multiple people (even if they are married 👀), and being degenerates in public while cosplaying with Spinner. When Tomura tries to end you two, Toga whips his ass lol. You’ll jump in of course (don’t worry, Tomura won’t actually kill you two, you two are too valuable to the team. Also, he loves his team! He will kill for you two! He loves y’all too much 🥺). Dabi will laugh his ass off while recording the scene, Spinner’s jaw is on the floor, but he is chuckling silently, Mr. Compress breaks it up, but he does watch for a while and poorly hides laughter. So, Tomura now sits in the corner of the bar and complains under his breath, if Toga looks at him, he turns away and tenses up. Toga is a baddie honestly!
🌸 For softer days, you and her whip Tomura’s ass while playing games (he will use cheats to prevent this! Do not say anything though, he is a brat and will dust your controller right there and then). Next, go to the arcade with Spinner, you two always compliment him to ease his insecurities. When someone says something about his appearances, you and Toga plan a homicide. Now, being lazy with Dabi is rare, but fun. You all chat about random stuff, even if he taunts you two, he does still listen and care (he is trying!) about you two. Finally, Mr. Compress is the person who takes you two out for dinner. Toga eats like a pig, but you and Mr. Compress wipe her off and scold her. She has a tendency to swipe both of you two's food, so be careful, and she does bite if you try to take it back!
🍡 You two made a nighttime routine, which will include cuddles, kisses, and a lot of talking. She can not shut up until you fall asleep, she usually talks about the future and how much she loves you. She is considering repurposing her life because she wants you to be able to reach your dreams without her criminal record weighing you down. Even though you have a criminal record as well, she is willing to do anything just for you to go get a high school diploma and go to college. No matter what it takes. She wants you to be happy, successful, and healthy. Hopefully, you two can change together. She would not look bad in a doctor’s coat, and you would not look bad with a diamond ring on your finger...

Hair Botox - Find a Salon Near You
When it comes to smoothing out frizzy strands, there's a new kid in town called hair Botox. And it's making a big impression on beauty bloggers and salon-goers everywhere. The treatment is similar to how actual Botox smooths out fine lines and wrinkles, except there's no needles involved, and it targets the hair strands themselves rather than the scalp. In fact, the entire process is fairly simple and completely painless.
It works by sealing in moisture and nourishing ingredients, which helps to iron out any frizz and restore your locks to their former glory. The most popular ingredient is keratin, but hair Botox can also contain other vitamins and minerals such as vitamin E, caviar oil, collagen complex, and antioxidants, according to Cosmetic Dermatologist Michele Green, M.D.
Your stylist will start the process by washing your hair with a special shampoo to prep the strands and encourage them to absorb the treatment. Then, they'll apply the product and wait for anywhere between 20 to 90 minutes. After that, they'll rinse it out, dry your hair, and straighten it using a flat iron. Some stylists will even choose to leave the product on while they're blow-drying and straightening in order to help it penetrate the strands more thoroughly.
Once the strands are completely dried, they'll be ready to show off. The result is a sleek, shiny head of hair that's tangle-free and super smooth. Botox hair treatment near me lasts for up to a few months, which makes it ideal for people who suffer from dry, damaged hair, or have to deal with hot and humid weather. And unlike other straightening treatments like a Brazilian blowout, which can contain formaldehyde, hair Botox is 100% vegan and doesn't permanently change the texture of your strands.
While the results of this treatment are amazing, it's important to know how often you should get a hair Botox treatment done. "I don't recommend getting it more than every two to three months as it can over-process the hair," pro stylist Kayla Ciambrone tells Women's Health. It's also best to avoid it if you recently had your hair permed or colored, and you should always wait at least 72 hours between treatments.
In addition, it's important to stay away from heat tools after your appointment if you want the results to last as long as possible. If you do have to use a heated tool, it's a good idea to invest in a heat-protection serum. And, if you're prone to allergic reactions, you might want to talk with your dermatologist before booking an appointment for hair Botox.
