The Significance of Regular Drain Cleaning
Oil, hair, soap scum, and food particles can all cause drains to get blocked over time. These accumulations restrict the flow of water, leading to blockages and potential backups. Here's why regular drain cleaning is important:
Preventing Clogs:You may stop blockages from developing in the first place by arranging periodic drain cleaning services. Professional plumbers have the necessary tools and expertise to thoroughly clean your drains, removing any buildup and preventing future blockages.
Improving Drainage Performance: Slow drainage is not only frustrating but also a sign of underlying issues in your plumbing system. Regular drain cleaning ensures that water flows freely through your pipes, improving the overall drainage performance and preventing water backups.
Eliminating Foul Odors: Clogged drains often emit unpleasant odors, making your living or working environment uncomfortable. Professional drain cleaning effectively removes the source of these odors, providing you with a fresh and clean atmosphere.
Preventing Water Damage:Clogged drains can lead to water overflow, potentially causing damage to your property. Regular drain cleaning minimizes the risk of water backups, protecting your floors, walls, and belongings from water-related issues.

Taking it one day  at a time
I’ve always been one of those Christians that goes through these cycles of going to church every Sunday and being involved to completely disappearing for a couple of months. I always thought I was too sinful to go to church. Like it disqualified me from being allowed into church even though no one ever said that to me. I started my journey with Jesus at 17 years old and I had a clean slate. As I got older that changed and because I judged myself and disliked myself for the decisions I made, I thought God felt the same. I couldn’t go to his house of worship, how could I? A hypocrite could not possibly be welcome there. As time went on I projected those insecurities towards my fellow churchgoers and felt as if I didn’t belong. When that happened I would disappear for a while and hope they’d forget the person I use to be and take me as the new person I was now. A person who was really trying not to sin.
In reality, they had no idea about any of the things I had done. If they ever had suspicions they never let it show either. The truth is they loved me as my brothers and sisters in Christ. They saw me and always had good things to say to me and invited me to events with an open heart. I was the one pushing them away. I was the one putting myself out of place because I loved them too and I had allot of residual abandonment issues from my childhood. Although all of that was wrong for me to do, the worst was letting how I felt about people keep me from God. I was so caught up in the wrong things that I never opened up the bible and read it for myself until about a year and a half ago. The small church I had attended in the past was closed down and everyone went their separate ways. I was the only member of the church who attended without any family members and so felt lost and alone once again. I still wanted to know about God but I was much more wary of who I would listen to up on a pulpit. I waked away with church hurt of my own making. I didn’t want to try going to any new churches, I felt sure I would only meet the same kind of people and go through the same thing all over again.
One day someone shared a video of Elevation Church and it appeared on my Facebook feed. I watched it for a few minutes and then I went ahead and connected my phone to my living room television. I was taken in. I had never heard anyone preach like that. He was honest, he kept it real, he was funny and most importantly, the Holy Spirit told me he was telling everyone some truth. Later on I came to find out it was Lead Pastor Michael Todd from Transformation Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He had only been a guest preacher at Elevation Church. And don’t get me wrong, I really like Pastor Steven Furtick too. He also hands out God’s word like Oprah does prizes but Pastor Mike’s style generally suits me better for some reason. Anyway, I entered another cycle. After watching quite a few videos of Pastor Mike and Transformation church I stopped. If I’m being honest it’s because God had gotten me another job. I felt like I should take my blessing and walk away before God realized that I was still a sinner.
Fast forward to ten months later. My grandmother, who I had taken care of my siblings and I since our mother had passed away 14 years prior, was diagnosed with cancer a third time. They didn’t know exactly where it was but they said we can assume it’s in her brain or her lungs by her symptoms. We didn’t know what to make of it. She had beat it twice before and it should have been the third time a few years back but god heard our prayers and made it disappear. Unfortunately, it did not seem we would see that kind of miracle this time. The doctors didn’t really have any answers for us and uncertainty over where it was seemed to be the most pressing issue. They scheduled her for a PET scan a month later. A PET scanner is such a rare and in demand piece of equipment they could not get her an appointment any earlier.
We tried to go on about our lives. My younger sister was graduating from law school in a little less than a week. I was set to graduate from community college a few weeks later. We have wonderful pictures of my grandmother at my sisters graduation but we weren’t able to get any of hers at mine. She watched me go up on stage and get my degree and shortly after felt too ill to stay in such a confined space any longer. She and my younger brother left to his car. Sometime between the end of my graduation and when I got home after having dinner with a couple of family friends she had collapsed and needed to be taken to the hospital.
My brother and sister had gone with her, I would stay home with my youngest brother and trade places with my siblings the next morning so they could get some rest. And that’s how we spent the next 20 days. We took turns staying at the hospital with her day and night giving each other just enough of a break to go to work or get a few hours of sleep in our beds before going to work. None of us complained, we knew it could be the very last thing we ever did for her. And it was. However, in those 20 days we experienced mercy and grace like we had never known. At some point when she went into the hospital there was too much water in her brain and it kept her from being conscious. We thought we would never hear her voice again and see her eyes open. We lived in that fear. I remember wishing I could have God hold my hand and let me now everything would be okay. I am blessed with my best friend who told me to pray.
And pray I did. I prayed, knowing I had to let God do His will and so I asked that He would please just let us talk to her one last time. See her eyes look at us and remember who we are. That I could hold her hand one more time and feel it squeeze mine. I wasn’t asking God to let me keep her, I had the feeling it was her time. All I asked was that he please let us tell her goodbye. After everything was said and done I found out my siblings had done the same, even my brother who had said he didn’t believe in God, had prayed for the same. That’s exactly what God gave us. The surgery to place a drain in her skull had gone well and she regained consciousness. When she did it felt like a miracle, a small one we knew had to be cherished while we had it. During the week she recovered at the nursing home she was discharged to recover we continued taking shifts to stay with her. My grandmother was never alone. We shared more laughs with her, looked into her eyes more often, held her hand for longer, sang with her, gave her any food she wanted, we did everything we could because we knew her recovery was a result of God’s mercy towards our family even if it did not last for long. On day 10 she went back to the hospital with a horrible headache. Everyone called off of work again and met my younger sister and grandmother at the hospital. This was it. The doctors hadn’t outright said it but they didn’t give us too much hope either, it wouldn’t have been fair. She was gone three days later.
We were lucky. We could let her go knowing she was going with God. Through that experience, though I still mourn my grandmother, I know how real God is. He showered us with his mercy, to let us really be with her for a little while longer. I was proud that my faith had grown enough to let God be God even if it hurt. Most importantly, I learned I had a wonderful father who heard me and loved me and postponed his plans to show me His mercy is real. I will never forget that and as many times as people let me tell this story I will tell it because it glorified Him and his work.
Now it is nearly a year later and the church hurt hasn’t entirely gone away. With the stay-at-home orders going on right now though it doesn’t seem to matter much. I went through multiple hobbies before I decided to watch another Transformation church video. I thought it would be one and I’d be done. One turned into two and two into three and I got to the point where I’m watching one most nights of the week. I’m falling in love with God and His word and I can’t really keep it to myself anymore. I still make mistakes but because I know God, I know they do not disqualify me from getting his love. He won’t look at me and then look away in disapproval. God loves me. So much so that He sent His one and only son to the cross just for me. I will continue to delve deeper into the word of God and prayer and try to keep myself from sinning. I still slip up here and there and I have to remember that God has already forgiven me and it is not a reason to run away and hope I’m avoiding angering Him. I will continue to take it one day at a time as a Christian woman in progress and hope that what I write will ring a bell in someone and let them know that God loves them too. He doesn’t expect us to be perfect, Jesus already paid the price for our sins, all we have to do now is go to Him with open arms and accept the gift He has already given us with each and every single one of us in mind.

ponybro and d. Tucker Winston for the hcs post💅👀💯♨️😘💯
I’ll post the Dally ones later…have some Pony feels
What does their bedroom look like? ⁃ his side of the room is very clean. clean clothes folded and put away, dirty clothes in the hamper to be washed ⁃ his desk is very tidy. everything has its place ⁃ his trash can has lots of crumbled papers in it of bad ideas
Do they exercise, and if so, what do they do? How often? ⁃ he’s on the track team ⁃ so nearly every day
What would they do if they needed to make dinner but the kitchen was busy? ⁃ complain
Cleanliness habits (personal, workspace, etc.) ⁃ everything is very neat and tidy ⁃ he’s not very creative ⁃ everything has its place
⁃ and he showers every day in the morning ⁃ he takes forever ⁃ and Darry yells at him all the time
Eating habits and sample daily menu ⁃ he always takes the time to make himself a small meal when he’s hungry ⁃ he would rather eat five small meals a day than three big ones - except dinner is always big ⁃ he washes the dishes after he’s done ⁃ and hates it when his brothers don’t clean up after themselves
⁃ peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are so simple yet he loves them?? they bring him back to a pure, simpler time ⁃ he eats them with Johnny all the time and makes “PB&J” jokes constantly
Favorite way to waste time and feelings surrounding wasting time ⁃ just walking around Tulsa ⁃ it’s not safe alone so he’ll bring Johnny or even Two cause Two-Bit is always making him laugh
Favorite indulgence and feelings surrounding indulging ⁃ he loves buying that sweet, sweet merit, getting him outta Purgatory
⁃ okay but he freaking loves chocolate ⁃ don’t let him near it okay ⁃ he also love romance novels, especially where the underdog gets the girl
Neuroses? Do they recognize them as such? ⁃ it’s the 60s so no ⁃ but he does have separation anxiety so every time Darry or Soda work late, he gets super anxious and can’t relax and he needs Two-Bit to calm him down
Intellectual pursuits? ⁃ modern!Ponyboy would be a mathlete   ⁃ is chess club a thing?? well he started it if it isn’t ⁃ he’s always busy with sports and other clubs that it makes him go crazy ⁃ but he always sleeps well, especially after a good run
Favorite book genre? ⁃ young adult novels and historic fiction ⁃ stuff like Gone with the Wind is his shit ⁃ he freaking loves the Chronicles of Narnia
Sexual Orientation? And, regardless of own orientation, thoughts on sexual orientation in general? ⁃ asexual and biromantic ⁃ like I’ve said before, he feels bad that he doesn’t have a sex drive ⁃ by the time he’s 15, the guys (Dallas, Soda, Two-Bit and Steve) will openly talk about how often/much they get laid and Pony just gets real quiet cause he has no interest ⁃ cuddles and movie dates for him please ⁃ but he doesn’t really care about others’ sexualities as long as they’re good people
Physical abnormalities? (Both visible and not, including injuries/disabilities, long-term illnesses, food-intolerances, etc.) ⁃ as he gets older, one leg grows a bit long than the other ⁃ it’s only like half an inch ⁃ but it causes back pain and he hates it
⁃ he’s allergic to jerks
Biggest and smallest short term goal? ⁃ biggest: getting his homework done and turned in ⁃ smallest: getting another pack of cigarettes without Darry noticing
Biggest and smallest long term goal? ⁃ smallest and pettiest would be running the fastest mile Will Rogers High School will ever see, breaking every record set and setting the bar too high for every incoming student ⁃ biggest would be getting into a good college
Preferred mode of dress and rituals surrounding dress ⁃ he loves his jeans and converse and plain t-shirts
Favorite beverage? ⁃ he hates coffee at 14 but grows to love it ⁃ but he loves sparkling cider don’t tell anyone ⁃ and he’s constantly drinking water
What do they think about before falling asleep at night? ⁃ the book he’s reading
Childhood illnesses? Any interesting stories behind them? ⁃ one time, he got really sick and nearly died ⁃ being the baby, everyone was worried about him ⁃ Soda cried; Darry thought he was gonna die; the usual
Turn-ons? Turn-offs? ⁃ turn ons? he’s fourteen ⁃ turn offs? arrogant people and people who curse (yet he swears all the time)
Given a blank piece of paper, a pencil, and nothing to do, what would happen? ⁃ probably write story ideas down. ⁃ he’s at a point where he gets an idea and tries to write a book out of it but never finishes it
How organized are they? How does this organization/disorganization manifest in their everyday life? ⁃ he’s the most organized in the gang ⁃ it drives everyone crazy ⁃ He hates a mess so Ponyboy cleans everything but when the gang tries to find something of theirs, it’s not where they put it ⁃ it’s a lose-lose situation
Is there one subject of study that they excel at? Or do they even care about intellectual pursuits at all? ⁃ he’s obsessed with his grades ⁃ he wants straight As ⁃ but after losing his parents, his focus has dropped immensely ⁃ he’s the best in English ⁃ he loves to read and his writing is excellent. Mr. Syme actually saves Ponyboy’s work for last because it makes up for the apathetic assignments
How do they see themselves 5 years from today? ⁃ in college, on lots of scholarships ⁃ maybe even a book out
Do they have any plans for the future? Any contingency plans if things don’t workout? ⁃ he wants to go to college for English ⁃ he wants to be either an English teacher or an author ⁃ but if he can’t go to college, he’ll settle for a librarian
What is their biggest regret? ⁃ not telling his parents how much he loved them
Who do they see as their best friend? Their worst enemy? ⁃ best friend? either Two-Bit or Johnny ⁃ Two-Bit always cheers him up, constantly making him laugh ⁃ Johnny listens and understands, never reminding Pony that he has it worse
⁃ his worst enemy is Bob but he’s trying to be more empathetic to the Socs ⁃ it’s not really working ⁃ it’s not until the Soc vs. greaser thing dies out that he sees everyone as equal
Reaction to sudden extrapersonal disaster (eg The house is on fire! What do they do?) ⁃ grabs his favorite book or the story he’s writing and runs
Reaction to sudden intrapersonal disaster (eg close family member suddenly dies) ⁃ he goes into shock. completely numb and raw, unable to process anything ⁃ he refuses to believe it. he’s in the denial stage a lot ⁃ and it takes years for him to get to the acceptance stage ⁃ losing Johnny and then Dallas made him angry and miserable for about seven months
Most prized possession? ⁃ the letter Johnny wrote him
Thoughts on material possessions in general? ⁃ though poor, 14 year old Ponyboy is very materialistic ⁃ by the time his brain has fully developed, he values virtues over everything
Concept of home and family? ⁃ his concept of home and family has been thrown off since his parents died ⁃ and after Steve and Soda left for Vietnam, he’s a mess ⁃ from ages 14 to 16, he doesn’t wanna make new friends or anything because he thinks everyone will end up leaving and/or dying
Thoughts on privacy? (Are they a private person, or are they prone to ‘TMI’?) ⁃ shares about his day but nothing more ⁃ he hates it when people overshare, especially dirty stuff
What activities do they enjoy, but consider to be a waste of time? ⁃ smoking ⁃ bowling
What makes them feel guilty? ⁃ nothing. Pone thinks he’s perfect
Are they more analytical or more emotional in their decision-making? ⁃ he thinks he’s analytical but he’s more emotional than me
Would they consider themselves a Type A or Type B personality? ⁃ he’s more type A than anyone
What recharges them when they’re feeling drained? ⁃ Pepsi or cigarettes
Would you say that they have a superiority-complex? Inferiority-complex? Neither? ⁃ Neither cause he hates how Socs think they’re better but they’re not and he’s still trying to figure that out
How misanthropic are they? ⁃ he hates society and how horrid it is. he hates Socs but truthfully, he doesn’t think he’s all that great
Hobbies? ⁃ pity parties
How far did they get in formal education? What are their views on formal education vs self-education? ⁃ he really values his education and worked his ass off to get to college ⁃ he prefers formal education but has he’s learned a lot from his brothers and his gang, stuff they can’t teach in school
Religion? ⁃ grew up Baptist ⁃ but now he’s questioning whether or not God is/was real ⁃ Jesus was a pretty great guy but who’s to know if He was holy or not?
Superstitions or views on the occult? ⁃ so superstitious ⁃ runs away from ladders and black cats, hates the number 13, if he spills salt he has to throw it over his shoulder (and make a huge mess and get scolded by Darry)
Do they express their thoughts through words or deeds? ⁃ words ⁃ he’s a poet and he knows it ⁃ his words are beautiful, and his rhymes are so creative ⁃ even when he’s fake deep, he can move just about anyone with his writing
If they were to fall in love, who (or what) is their ideal? ⁃ someone simple but complex. he hates complicated; it gives him a big headache ⁃ someone he can rely on ⁃ someone empathetic and understanding and caring. someone genuine. someone who’s been through similar situations as he
How do they express love? ⁃ through words, especially love letters and poems ⁃ he also likes planning really overdramatic things but never goes through with them because he doesn’t like too much attention ⁃ he wants attention but doesn’t want to be the center of it
If this person were to get into a fist fight, what is their fighting style like? ⁃ he thinks he can fight anyone ⁃ but then gets scared when they make a move and calls for Darry ⁃ and Darry beats their ass with his superman muscles
Is this person afraid of dying? Why or why not? ⁃ of course he is ⁃ he’s terrified he’s gonna die the way his parents did ⁃ he could get is permit at 16 but he didn’t get it until he was 18 and a half ⁃ he’s terrified of driving and doesn’t wanna die

In some ways, what Donald Trump didn’t say on Saturday night in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at a rally that was billed as his big post-pandemic return to the campaign trail, matters more than what he did. In more than ninety minutes onstage, not one mention of the murder of George Floyd. Not one mention of the murder of Breonna Taylor. Barely a mention of the hundred and nineteen thousand Americans killed by COVID-19, or of the tens of millions thrown out of work, facing uncertain futures for themselves and their families. This is the President who was, just a few weeks ago, supposedly considering a big speech on race and unity. Instead, on Saturday, Trump did a cool twenty minutes on his experience of walking down a slippery ramp after delivering the graduation speech at West Point last weekend. He also bragged about the stock market; called COVID -19 the “kung flu”; accused Representative Ilhan Omar, who was born in Somalia, of wanting to turn America into a failed state “just like the country from where she came”; and said that he instructed a military officer during negotiations with Boeing not to put anything “in writing,” because he wanted to potentially skip out on paying a multimillion-dollar order-cancellation fee for new Air Force One planes.
A long spring of pain has just ended in America; on the first night of summer, Trump both proved incapable of addressing that pain and confessed that he has contributed to it. From the moment COVID -19 emerged, Trump has done his best to downplay the disease. “I like the numbers where they are,” he said back in March—a sentiment that then became government policy. More recently, Trump has become fixated on a peculiar, circular argument about testing. “If we didn’t do any testing, we would have very few cases,” he said in May, an assertion as inane as it is inarguable. On Saturday, Trump took things a step further, telling us—bragging, really—that he’d discouraged government officials from trying to get a full picture of the outbreak. “I said to my people, ‘Slow the testing down, please,’ ” he said. Within minutes, Trump’s aides were trying to clean up his mess, saying the President had been “joking.”
That we have a President whose priority is denying reality is a public-health catastrophe. But what did he even want his supporters to take away from this confession? Campaign rallies play a special role in Trump’s life and his politics. These events are where the legend of his connection to his base was born. White House reporters often tell us that Trump’s aides think of these events as Presidential mood enhancers: when things are tough, Trump can blow off a little steam and enjoy the fawning of thousands of fans clad in merchandise bearing his name. But Saturday’s event, which was supposed to make a big show of the country bouncing back by attracting a capacity crowd to a big indoor arena, was a logistical nightmare for Trump’s campaign. Public-health officials in Tulsa begged the President not to hold the event, and the campaign, though it didn’t require the use of masks, made attendees sign health waivers in order to secure tickets. On Saturday, news came that a half-dozen campaign employees who worked on organizing the rally had tested positive for the coronavirus.
The rally was originally scheduled for Friday, which was Juneteenth, the holiday that commemorates the end of slavery in America. In 1921, Tulsa was the site of the Black Wall Street massacre, in which white residents of the city killed hundreds of their black neighbors. The legacy of that event continues to inform the relationship between the city’s black residents and the police. Following an outcry about the date of the rally, Trump was forced to move the event by a day. The crowd that turned up on Saturday could hardly fill even the lower half of the nineteen-thousand-seat B.O.K. Center. A separate, outdoor event where Trump was slated to speak was scrapped for lack of an audience. Trump’s campaign tried to blame the media and protesters for scaring people off, but protests in Tulsa on Saturday were small. (“We had some very bad people outside,” Trump said early in his speech—an echo of the way he once described white-supremacist marchers in Charlottesville, Virginia, as “ very fine people.”) Meanwhile, teen-agers on TikTok were claiming that they’d helped to kneecap the event, by making thousands of phantom ticket requests online—out-trolling a President who has made trolling his chief political strategy. There’s just no escaping the interconnected crises facing the country right now, even at a Trump rally. Waivers or no, the red “Make America Great Again” hats had to compete with blue and black face masks.
The over-all effect of the event was to show a campaign and a candidate struggling to figure out what to say. “We will make American great again—again!” Mike Pence said at the end of his introductory remarks. “Keep America Great,” the slogan that Trump had worked up for his reëlection bid, seems to have been scrapped. Trump filed for reëlection the day he was inaugurated, in 2017—his governing style is one of permanent campaigning, and he has never stopped running for President—and yet he billed Saturday’s speech as a kind of campaign launch. “We begin our campaign, we begin our campaign,” he said. Clearly, he was hoping for a kind of reset, at a moment when his poll numbers are cratering.
When Trump did speak of the coronavirus, he spoke of it not as an illness (a topic which always unnerves him), nor as an economic calamity for many, but as a force which robbed him of a key campaign talking point. Without the pre-pandemic unemployment numbers to tout, he spoke of judges, military spending, tax cuts for the wealthy, and deregulation. He barely mentioned his two big campaign promises from 2016, building the wall and draining the swamp—both now reminders as much of what he hasn’t done as what he has. He took some shots at Joe Biden, attacking him from the left in one breath (“America should not take lectures on racial justice from Joe Biden”) and from the right in the next (“Biden is a very willing Trojan horse for socialism”). Another President might have something to work with here, facing a candidate with Biden’s record of backing “tough on crime” legislation in the Senate at a time when people are in the streets protesting against police violence and systemic racism. But Trump is the President who, three years ago, encouraged police officers to rough up people they arrest. He’s the President who, three weeks ago, tweeted, “When the looting starts, the shooting starts.”
In Tulsa, Trump seemed to be enjoying himself. He was doing his arm flaps and his struts and his small-mouthed yelling like it was the summer of 2016. (He even took some shots at Hillary Clinton.) But the past few months have made his limitations more visible than ever. He’s been unable to shout down a virus, or to make protests a wedge issue. What will Trump be able to campaign on in the months ahead? The public has sided with the people demonstrating in the streets. Polls show that large majorities of Americans believe that racism is a major problem in the country. This is a change. And, as much as it is an accomplishment of the Black Lives Matter movement, it might also have something to do with the special, public abuse that the man in the White House has unleashed these past five years on black people, Muslims, Latinos, and Asian-Americans. (Not to mention women, the disabled, and gay and trans people. The list is long.) Meanwhile, on Saturday, even before Trump was finished giving his speech, people were sharing clips on social media of MAGA -clad fans in the audience, yawning as their President rattled on.

Find The Best Plumbing Company in your area
The plumbing companies are businesses that give plumbing administrations to private and business clients. These administrations might incorporate the establishment, fixing, and upkeep of plumbing frameworks like water radiators, restrooms, fixtures, and lines. Plumbing organizations may likewise offer administrations, for example, channel cleaning, sewer line fixing, and crisis plumbing administrations.
Plumbing crises can occur whenever, day or night, and approaching a 24-hour handyperson can have a significant effect. Plumbing issues can go from little issues like a cracked spigot to substantial problems, such as a burst pipe or a supported sewer line. No matter the seriousness of the case, it's essential to have a dependable handyman whom you can approach when you want them the most.
This article will examine the significance of having a 24-hour handyman, how to see it as one, and the advantages of utilizing a pipe organization.
Why You Want a 24-Hour Plumber: -
Plumbing crises can occur whenever and frequently happen beyond standard business hours. If you have a burst pipe around midnight, holding on until the morning to call a handyperson could bring about critical harm to your home. Having a 24-hour handyman accessible implies that you can get help when you want it, regardless of what season of day or night it is.
Tumblr media
Instructions to Track down a plumber who provides all time service
Finding a 24 hour plumber is simpler than you could suspect. Begin by looking online for neighborhood handypersons who offer day-in and day-out administrations. Search for organizations that have great audits and appraisals from past clients. You can inquire whether they know any dependable full-day and night handymen in your space.
Advantages of Utilizing a Pipes Organization: -
While there are a lot of free handymen out there, utilizing a pipes organization enjoys a few benefits. Plumbing organizations usually have different staff handypersons, which implies they can rapidly answer crises. They also approach the most recent apparatuses and gear, allowing them to analyze and fix issues.
One more benefit of utilizing a pipes organization is that they regularly offer a more extensive scope of administrations. Notwithstanding crisis plumbing administrations, they may provide routine upkeep and establishment administrations. This implies that you can involve a similar organization for all your pipes needs, which can set aside your time and cash over the long haul.
All in all, approaching handyman is fundamental for any property holder. Plumbing crises can occur whenever, and having a solid handyman you can approach when you really want them the most can have a significant effect. tim headcanons: fucking long ass edition im so sorry
again this is under a read more so @ mobile users....im sorry
What does their bedroom look like?
he shares a room with curly, so it looks like a tornado ripped through the room and only destroyed curly's half. his is nice and neat
Do they have any daily rituals?
this isnt really daily, but if he wakes up really early or comes home super later (like early hours of the morning) he'll most likely see his mom in the kitchen and they'll sit at the table and talk until someone else comes in. its the only time she acts like herself & not hanging off their stepdad and tim cherishes those times!!! but he never tells anyone abt their conversations
Do they exercise, and if so, what do they do? How often?
i can see him going to a gym every now and then, but mostly bc his buddy works there. they'd lift weights and goof around so hes not rlly into working out, he knows to stay fit tho
What would they do if they needed to make dinner but the kitchen was busy?
it depends on who was in the kitchen. if it was his stepdad he'd just leave the house and go out for dinner because he avoids him as much as he can. if it was angie he'd get her to make him something, but if it was his mom then he'd ask if shes eaten anything and would probably end up making somethin for the both of them
Cleanliness habits (personal, workspace, etc.)
hes SUPER organized. like with everything. it drives him insane that curly's such a slob
Eating habits and sample daily menu
for breakfast he usually just has coffee. but he gets fast food a lot (no one knows how he stays in such good shape) but if he doesnt go out to eat he'll just get food from his friends houses
Favorite way to waste time and feelings surrounding wasting time
he loves to play pool and card games!! he tries to avoid wasting time though, he always feels like theres something he could be doing to give his gang more power & respect
Favorite indulgence and feelings surrounding indulging
again i dont know what this means but every now and then he will indulge in a big ass chocolate milkshake and no one can stop him
Makeup?
just like curly he is all for makeup sex
Neuroses? Do they recognize them as such?
nope none
Intellectual pursuits?
he's actually really smart, and if he wanted to then he could have gone off to college. he's always loved leading his gang tho so that is his main priority
Favorite book genre?
the only thing he ever reads is the newspaper (their stepdad usually steals it after he reads it and they never see it again, so tim always makes sure to take the comic section out and save it for curly)
Sexual Orientation? And, regardless of own orientation, thoughts on sexual orientation in general?
hes straight but he doesnt really care about people sexual orientations. ya like who ya like and it doesnt affect him
Physical abnormalities? (Both visible and not, including injuries/disabilities, long-term illnesses, food-intolerances, etc.)
he has that big ass scar on his face, so there's that. hes also SLIGHTLY allergic to cat fur
Biggest and smallest short term goal?
biggest: buy a new leather jacket that DOESNT have rips in the sleeves smallest: get their house cleaned up bc all the beer bottles and broken glass on the floor is starting to give him a headache
Biggest and smallest long term goal?
biggest: officially lead the toughest gang in tulsa
smallest: get curly and angela through high school
Preferred mode of dress and rituals surrounding dress
basically just t-shirts and jeans. he rolls the sleeves of his shirts up and he keeps a comb in his back left pocket. he might be wearing a leather jacket, but he'll probably just have it slung over his shoulder
Favorite beverage?
coke
What do they think about before falling asleep at night?
his gang and how to make it better. it literally consumes his mind. he probably thinks abt curly too & if he'll ever be tough enough to be his second in command. tim really wants him to but deep down he knows that curly just isn't like him
Childhood illnesses? Any interesting stories behind them?
tim got REALLY sick when his dad took him fishing when he was young. he puked all into the lake and they ended up not catching any fish the whole weekend (which tims dad jokingly blamed on him) it was embarrassing at the time but eventually they were able to laugh it off
Turn-ons? Turn-offs?
turn ons: hickeys, confidence, tight jeans
turn offs: he hates clingy and it will definitely end up driving him away if a girl tries to lock him down
Given a blank piece of paper, a pencil, and nothing to do, what would happen?
a mean game of tic tac toe that probably incorporated gambling
How organized are they? How does this organization/disorganization manifest in their everyday life?
very organized!! its how hes so successful in leading his gang. he knows how to keep things in order and he plans things out
Is there one subject of study that they excel at? Or do they even care about intellectual pursuits at all?
he was very dedicated to graduating high school (mostly out of spite that no one thought he would do it) but he never really cared about his classes. he did what he had to do and then got out of there
How do they see themselves 5 years from today?
still a gang leader, hopefully more respected. (can we talk abt how tim sees himself as still living and curly has just kinda accepted that he probably wont be.,,...no.,,,,.....ok)
Do they have any plans for the future? Any contingency plans if things don’t workout?
once again his life revolves around his gang. he doesnt see it not working out, so he doesnt plan for anything else
What is their biggest regret?
he has two ok: one is not going on that last fishing trip with his dad. he'd gives almost anything to spend that one weekend with him again. the other is not being hard enough on curly and not toughening him up as much as he could have. he knows his brother is tough, but hes also got a soft side and tim hates it bc he knows it'll ruin his brother
Who do they see as their best friend?
his second in command, danny!!! theyve been friends since elementary school and hes the one guy tim can always fall back on
Their worst enemy?
the leader of the river kings most likely. they're his gangs biggest threat
Reaction to sudden extrapersonal disaster (eg The house is on fire! What do they do?)
he'd definitely be the one to fix the problem, even tho he most likely didnt cause it. he'd be calm about it though and just kinda move on
Reaction to sudden intrapersonal disaster (eg close family member suddenly dies)
if it were angela, curly, or his mom dying he'd lose it in anger. i dont see him as sulking or mourning over their death, he'd just get super angry and destructive
Most prized possession?
his dads old fishing hat !! he keeps it tucked away in his closet, but he never wears it
Thoughts on material possessions in general?
he doesnt care about them since he never really had them growing up
Concept of home and family?
tim is very family oriented and would do almost anything to protect them (except his stepdad, but tim doesnt consider him family. and half the time hes protecting his siblings and mom from their stepdad anyway)
Thoughts on privacy? (Are they a private person, or are they prone to ‘TMI’?)
VERY private. he doesnt share anything too personal bc he doesnt wanna give someone the power of having something to hold against him
What activities do they enjoy, but consider to be a waste of time?
he loves movies and could watch them all day, but he'd end up feeling too unproductive
What makes them feel guilty?
nothing he literally has 0 feelings
Are they more analytical or more emotional in their decision-making?
analytical by far !!! he likes to think of the long term effects on a decision
Would they consider themselves a Type A or Type B personality?
type a
What recharges them when they’re feeling drained?
relaxing with his friends. while he loves leading a gang he still likes to just chill w the guys like they did in high school. it reminds him of better times
Would you say that they have a superiority-complex? Inferiority-complex? Neither?
superiority complex for sure. in his eyes he is The Best
How misanthropic are they?
its not that he doesnt like humankind, its just the rich people. they look down on him so he does the same. he could get along easily with other greasers as long as theyre not in a gang and threatening his streets
Hobbies?
cards, pool, drinking
How far did they get in formal education? What are their views on formal education vs self-education?
he graduated high school! he values self education more though bc he's taught himself everything he needs to know to be successful
Religion?
atheist i guess. i dont think he believes in god but he also just doesnt think about it
Superstitions or views on the occult?
not superstitious at all
Do they express their thoughts through words or deeds?
deeds. words are pointless to him bc he knows most people will think he's just bluffing
If they were to fall in love, who (or what) is their ideal?
he would never.,,,...but i guess if he did it'd be with someone who could calm him down. in his eyes the whole world revolves around the gang, so they'd have to make him see that theres more to life than that. i can see him falling for someone innocent and kind and non judgemental. opposites attract u know
How do they express love?
very weird and awkward ways.....like he doesnt really know what hes doing (because he doesnt) he'd give mumbled compliments and hold your hand only if you're in private and try to take you somewhere nice but hes dressed too poorly and so people look at him and he gets annoyed and yall end up leaving but hey its the thought that counts right
If this person were to get into a fist fight, what is their fighting style like?
he fights very smoothly. he moves quickly and thats always his advantage
Is this person afraid of dying? Why or why not?
nope. he thinks he's invincible

Don’t Speak Part 2
“I am talking about you and that asshole brother of mine,” he narrowed his eyes at you, flicking one finger back and forth between you. “I am talking about you and I.”
——
You froze. You were stunned and you hoped that maybe if you just ignored what he’d said, maybe he would forget.
“I have been playing nice, y/n. I really have. Trying to pretend like nothing happened, but you know what? I am done.” Dean nodded his head in agreement with himself. “I am done pretending.”
He left then - as quickly as he’d entered your room, and twice as ungracefully. Blinking was the only movement you could manage for several minutes. You said a short quiet prayer before drifting off to sleep, hoping by some miracle that this would all go away.
The next morning, Dean was making breakfast when you woke up. “Bacon is ready and your juice is on the table where you usually sit. Pancakes will be done in a minute.” He turned away from you and scraped the last of the batter onto the surface of the sizzling griddle. You stared at his back, baffled and unable to move.
“Dean?”
He spun around and grabbed a plate off of the counter behind him, not looking at you as he went back to his work.
“Dean.” Your voice was stronger this time and he stopped, his shoulders sagged, but he still refused to turn around.
“What?”
“Are we going to talk about last night?”
He whirled around, his mouth set in a grim line and an unreadable emotion filled his eyes. The muscles in his forearms twitched as his nostrils flared. You took a shaky breath and tried hard to steady your nerves.
“What do you want me to say?” His words had an edge and he drew each one out, as though he was trying, and failing, to remain calm.
You opened your mouth, but the words didn’t come. This was exactly what you’d been dreading since you and Sam had gotten together. Obviously Dean had tried to gloss over it again, but damn you and your need for closure.
“Do you want me to apologize? Because I’m not going to.” He placed his hands on the counter in front of him and sighed. “Look, I probably went about it all wrong. Hell, no probably about it. But I meant what I said. I am sick of pretending that I am ok with this whole fucked up situation.”
“I didn’t know you were pretending. I thought everything was fine, Dean. If I’d known there was something that needed to be fixed between us…”
“There’s no fixing it, y/n.” He pushed himself up from the counter and turned his back to you again. He flipped the pancakes onto a plate and switched the griddle off before he tossed the spatula into the sink angrily.
“Dean, I don’t understand what is happening here.” He whirled and crossed the room in a few short strides before he stopped in front of you.
“What don’t you understand?” he growled. “I didn’t hear from you for months after you left. Then when I finally see you again, I find out you’ve been screwing my brother. And that isn’t enough, no you have to go and move in and I’m left to watch you two together every fucking day. And every day I pretend like it isn’t eating me up inside. But I can’t do it anymore.”
You stared at him incredulously, anger vibrated through you until it felt like every nerve was on fire and you’d explode.
“You didn’t hear from me!? I didn’t hear from you either! Last time I checked phones worked both ways. And we both left, Dean. We both went our separate ways. I was a one time, wham, bam, thanks for the orgasm event. I thought it was what you wanted.” You ground your teeth together in an attempt to get your emotions in check.
“I did!” He shouted and it startled you. His voice was soft when he spoke again. “I thought I did. I thought staying away was best for you; I thought it might keep you safe. I am tired of people I care for getting hurt. But then when Sam told me about the two of you…I thought I could get past it. But I was wrong.”
“Dean, you’ve had plenty of time to say something before now and you said nothing. Why? Why now? What’s changed?”
“The case Cas and I worked in Tulsa this past week. It was a witch. She cast a spell on me, a truth spell.” Dean sighed as his eyes dropped to the floor. He rubbed at the back of his neck. “It made my deepest most suppressed thoughts bubble up and once that shit’s loose, you can’t shove it back down.”
You were speechless again. Dean’s admission had knocked the wind out of you and the last several months flashed through your mind, now viewed through a very different lens. The silence had grown as you stood and neither of you moved. Neither of you knew what to say. Dean cleared his throat. The sound shook you from your thoughts.
“Look, I don’t plan on telling Sam or trying to come between the two of you in anyway. But I just…I can’t be your friend any more. I can’t be that close to you anymore with these thoughts and…and…feelings…” he cringed at the use of the last word.
If you’d thought his words before were a blow, these had been a kick to the face and you cursed yourself as tears poured hot and wet down your cheeks. Dean swallowed hard and reached his hand out as if to comfort you, but you recoiled from his touch.
“Y/n.” His voice was a hoarse whisper. You shook your head and turned to head back to your room. You slammed the door and flopped on the bed.
You and Dean dodged each other the following few days. You both hid out in your rooms. You’d been mostly successful, having only passed him in the hallway. Neither of you made eye contact or spoke a word.
Sam called every night to check in and every night after you hung up the phone, you would let the tears roll down your cheeks. You missed him. At least in the past when he’d been gone, you’d had Dean to talk to or watch movies with. Not this time. You felt so alone and the pain was almost unbearable.
After four nights of crying yourself to sleep you’d decided you needed to bring in the reinforcements. You sucked in a mouthful of air to steel your nerves and  gripped the doorknob. You flung open the door and stepped out determinedly into the hallway. This was your home too, and you were done pussy-footing around. If you wanted a drink before bed, by God, you would have a drink before bed.
As you made your way to the kitchen, the sound of dishes rattling made you pause. You shook your head and lifted your chin. Dean was drying the last glass and he placed it on the shelf beside him as you rounded the corner. You saw his shoulders twitch once as your footsteps echoed off the tiled walls, but he said nothing. He reached into the sink and pulled out the drain stopper as the sound of water being sucked back through the pipes filled the room. He wrung out the dishrag, before he scrubbed it across the surface of the counter. He folded it neatly and laid it next to the sink.
You walked to the shelves behind the door and retrieved the bottle of rum you’d stashed there. You glanced sideways at Dean as you made your way to the fridge in search of the Coke. His back was still to you, as he placed his palms on the sides of the sink and rested his weight into them. His head drooped down between his shoulder blades. You grabbed a can from inside the door and shut it again before you set it on the island along with the rum.
The only thing missing was a glass. You took a deep breath and turned to get a glass from the shelf just as Dean spun around. You both froze. Your eyes darted everywhere around the room except for each other. You moved to your right just a Dean took a step that mirrored your own. He stepped to the other side as you did the same. You sighed in unison and forced your eyes to meet his. His tongue darted out from between his lips nervously and he raked his teeth across his bottom lip. He looked away and flung an arm to one side as a signal for you to go first.
As you approached the shelf, you groaned. The glass you wanted was on a shelf just out of your reach. You puffed your cheeks out and winced.
“Hey Dean?” Your voice was weak and you clenched your eyes shut as you turned toward him.
He didn’t say a word as he came to stand next to you. He knew exactly what you needed and reached above your head.  He held the glass out to you and you saw the muscle in his jaw twitch as he waited for you to take it.
“Thank you.” Your hand closed around the tumbler and your fingertips brushed against his. He jerked his hand back. Your grip faltered and the glass crashed to the ground. The sound rang out through the otherwise empty bunker.
Frustrated, you reached down trying to collect the larger shards. Your balance shifted and you started to fall forward. You caught yourself with one hand against the jagged edge of the broken glass.
“Shit!” Dean’s fingers wrapped around your wrist as you cried out in pain. He pulled your palm closer to examine the cut. “I’m sorry, y/n.” His voice was calm, but filled with guilt.  You jumped as his fingers feathered over your skin to assess the damage. “I don’t think you need stitches; let’s get you washed up.”
He guided you to the sink, fidgeting with the taps until the water was just the right temperature. Then, gently, he placed your hand under the running water. Your blood swirled with the water in the sink, briefly tinting it pink. He grabbed a clean towel and pressed it gingerly against the cuts. His gaze flicked up to yours.  He darted his eyes away and released your hand.
“I think you just need a bandage. There are some in the first aid kit. I’ll take care of cleaning this up.” He turned and you placed your good hand on his arm. He flinched as his emerald eyes shifted to meet yours again.
“Hey, I heard a crash. Is everything ok?” Sam’s deep timbre startled both of you. You dropped your hand and turned toward the sound of his voice.
“You’re home!” A wide smile split across your face as you practically leapt into his arms.
“It’s good to see you too, baby. What happened?” He pulled back to inspect your hand.
“I dropped a glass and cut my hand, no big deal.” You shrugged.
“Well, let’s get you fixed up, huh?” His large hand closed around your small one as he led you out the door and down the hallway.
—-
Having Sam home made everything feel okay again. You fell back into your usual routines, and you hoped the change between you and Dean wasn’t too obvious.
“Did something happen last week? While I was gone?” Sam’s breath tickled your ear as you lay against him, your fingers traced lazy circles through the sparse patches of hair on his chest. You blinked, grateful your face was turned away from him.
“Hmm?” You hummed and placed a kiss just above his heart. You looked up at him questioningly. His hazel eyes shone with concern and he reached to tuck a loose strand of hair behind your ear.
“I don’t know. Dean has just been acting strange since he got back from Tulsa. I just wondered if he mentioned anything to you about what happened on that case.”
You sighed inwardly as guilt twisted your gut. You hated this. You knew you shouldn’t keep secrets from him, but what good would it do if you’d told him that night so long ago? There was no happy ending here.
“He mentioned something about a witch.” It isn’t a lie, exactly, but a little voice in the back of your head reminded you that omission was betrayal. You placed your ear to Sam’s chest again and listened to the sound of his breath. He wrapped his long arm around your shoulders and adjusted the blanket over you.
“That could do it. He hates witches.” Sam sighed. “I just worry about him. That’s all.” He planted his lips against the top of your head and reached to turn off the lamp on the side table. “Night baby.”
You stared into the pitch black room, wrapped in the arms of the man you love and you hated every fiber of your being.
