You know, in a perfect universe, Peter Parker and Mary Jane would be married with Mayday, Benji and Annie all being there kids and Kaine, Ben Riley and Jessica Drew being Peter clones/siblings and happy along with Peter retiring as spider man and being a science teacher with Miles taking up the mantel. Just saying.

Bio
Anna-May "Mayday" Parker is the daughter of Mary Jane Watson-Parker and Peter Parker, the retired (mostly) superhero known as Spider-Man. Since her birth, Mayday has grown up with the mantle of "Spider-Man's daughter" and all of the attention + expectations that come with it. Despite not inheriting her father's powers, Mayday aspires to make the world a better place like her father has through more down-to-earth means.
At least, that's the public story.
The truth is, Mayday has been crawling all over walls and ceilings since she was a baby. Since she can remember, she's grown up admiring her dad and surrounded by all manner of heroes. Being publicly recognized as the daughter of a superhero isn't easy, and Peter knew that would be the case since the moment he decided he was gonna reveal his identity to the world during the Superhero Civil War. So he devised a plan: while the Parker family couldn't hide their daughter as Spider-Man's child, they could hide the fact that she had powers to begin with and give her the chance at a normal life.
To that end, Peter build an inhibitor chip that Mayday wears as a bracelet. While she has it on, her powers are nullified and she passes as a regular human. When taken off, Mayday has access to all of her powers and abilities. In Peter's eyes, the least he could do was give her daughter the opportunity to decide which type of hero she wants to be (one with a public or a secret identity).
Thus, Mayday lives a double-life:
During the day, she's a regular high school student. Popular with her peers (in part due to her dad's identity), a student council president, the top basketball player for her school and dating a caring boyfriend, Mayday is a thriving teenager.
At night (and some weekends), Mayday trains. She wants to be a hero like her dad and Peter agreed to train her years ago, under the condition that she wait till after high school graduation to go out as a superhero. Thus she is mentored regularly by her dad, the current Spider-Man Miles, and Daredevil.
Despite this arrangement, Mayday also inherited her father's inability to NOT help people, so she has several times used her powers in secret without her father's knowledge to protect civilians and fight criminals... an endeavor aided by her little brother, who in such occasions is the "guy in the chair" for her big sister.
A charismatic, headstrong, energetic and hot-blooded teenager (as well as a not-so-secret geek); Mayday waits and waits until the day she is finally given real web-shooters and can join the ranks of the superhero community with her father's blessing... and she already has a suit in mind!

Group affiliations: None
Powers and Abilities
Enhanced strength, dexterity and agility, even more agile than her dad (can regularly lift around 6 tons, more with exertion)
Spider sense enhances her agility, speed and reaction time; also warns her of danger. Mayday's spider sense is stronger than her father's, meaning she knows EXACTLY what the dangers are and from where (sometimes to the point where she can sense dangerous events minutes or hours before they even happen). Due to training from Daredevil, she can also use her spider sense to guide her and fight while blind.
Can cling to any surface and climb/run up walls. Mayday can extend her sticking abilities to people/objects within a radius around her as long as there's connecting materials to them. She can also reverse her sticking ability to push objects away from her and add force to her jumps.
Trained in combat by her father, Miles and Matt
A bracelet made by Peter that functions discreetly as a web-shooter (to be used strictly for self-defense)
Very knowledgeable on a variety of science and technological topics
Pretty good artist/drawer
Good at taunts and witty retorts
OOU Commentary
I love Mayday and Annie a lot, as I'm sure most fans of the Spider-Marriage do. While I debated a lot if both should be included as their own characters, I chose not to for 2 reasons:
While they're not identical, I felt like there were not enough aspects that differentiate Mayday and Annie to justify having them both in this AU (and to have them stand-out from each other as characters)
I wanted to keep Peter and MJ's miscarriage as part of their story. To me part of Peter's core as a character is that he's relatable and, despite being a superhero, he deals with our same human struggles through life. To that end, a miscarriage is something a lot of couples/parents go through and is a very hard event to deal with but that can forge an even stronger bond if overcome (in this AU the miscarriage didn't happen bc of Norman Osborn's meddling or any such nonsense: it was just a complicated pregnancy with an unfortunate end)
As a compromise I decided to combine the two, with Mayday being the main pillar as the more established daughter and folding aspects of Annie into her character. I've also thrown in a bit of stuff from The New Ultimate Universe May, which may grow based on the development of her character in the (currently ongoing) Ultimate Spider-Man.

Mary Jane and Black Cat Kiss and Love
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
(Spider-Man's best friend, love interest, one true love, lover, and wife, Mary Jane Watson-Parker, and Spidey's ex-girlfriend and MJ's ex-rivel-turned-close friend and former theft and former burglar Felicia Hardy, AKA Black Cat are enjoying a coffee date together, talking about their past, their differences with Peter/Spider-Man, etc, making jokes with each other, smiling each other, but Black Cat is getting a little hands, touching MJ's thigh and arm)
(Mary Jane and Black Cat are starting to get flirty, romantic, and sexual; they're feeling butterflies in their stomachs, and after talking and laughing for hours, Black Cat pulls Mary Jane in for a kiss. Black Cat has her eyes closed, and Mary Jane has her eyes open, Mary Jane pulls Black Cat, telling Felicia she thanks her for confessing how she feels about her, but she can't do that to Peter, she loves him, but Black Cat tells MJ, Peter won't have to know, and let themselves kiss, and Black Cat and Mary Jane in for another kiss, and both have their eyes kiss)
(Mary Jane and Black Cat kiss and make out, falling in love with each other; their voluptuous and curvaceous bodies are intertwined, and Black Cat and MJ go back and forth into touching each other's curvy bubble butts)
As the city lights twinkled below, Felicia Hardy swung with grace through the night, her grappling hook deftly securing them high above the bustle of New York City. Mary Jane clung to Felicia, exhilaration and adrenaline coursing through her veins as the wind whipped around them.
They landed softly on the rooftop of One World Trade Center, a breathtaking view spread out before them. The moment their feet touched the ground, Felicia turned to MJ, her blue eyes sparkling with mischief and desire.
“Looks like we’ve got the city to ourselves,” she said, her voice low and teasing, as she stepped closer, their breaths mingling in the cool night air.
Mary Jane’s heart raced, both from the thrill of the rooftop adventure and the charge between them. Before she could think, Felicia pulled her in for a kiss, a fiery connection igniting between their lips as they melted into each other.
In a moment of playful urgency, they began to strip away their layers, the world around them fading as they focused on one another. Felicia's sleek black suit fell away, revealing her toned body, while MJ’s civilian clothing was shed, leaving them both in nothing but their bras and underwear.
The rooftop became their sanctuary, the city skyline a witness to their unfolding passion. They collapsed onto the smooth surface, wrapping themselves in each other’s warmth. Mary Jane could feel the exhilaration mixed with a hint of guilt, but the feeling of Felicia’s body against hers drowned out all doubts.
As they curled together, sharing kisses that deepened with every passing moment, MJ finally broke the heavy silence. “I think I’m falling in love with you, Felicia. This... this is crossing a line because I’m married to Peter, and I’m making love with you.”
Felicia paused, searching MJ’s eyes for hesitation. Instead, she found sincerity and desperation. “I know, MJ. I’ve been thinking the same thing. But Peter would never have to know. The question is—are you really willing to cross that line with me?”
Taking a deep breath, Mary Jane nodded, her resolve strengthening against the tumult of emotions. “Yes, I am.”
Their lips met again, fervently, as if sealing their unspoken pact. In that moment, atop the world’s heights, they embraced a love that was both thrilling and terrifying. They kissed passionately, their bodies entangling as they explored the depths of each other’s desires, the skyline of New York City serving as their captivating backdrop.
The city was under siege as Spider-Man and the Green Goblin clashed in a battle that felt as though it could tear the very fabric of New York apart. The two titans fought relentlessly, neither willing to back down. Buildings shook with the force of their strikes; the air crackled with tension and the echo of their rage.
Spider-Man, fueled by his love for Mary Jane and their children, fought as if he were invincible, but the Goblin was equally relentless, his twisted mind driving him to new heights of madness. The fight raged on, brutal and unyielding, each combatant landing devastating blows until they were both battered and bloodied.
It was a culmination of fury and heartbreak, their struggle becoming the definition of a tragic, heroically doomed battle. In a final, desperate move, Spider-Man knew what he had to do. In a moment heavy with emotion, he sacrificed everything to protect the ones he loved, launching himself at the Goblin with unwavering courage.
As he lay defeated and dying, Peter Parker's last words broke free like a whispered prayer into the night. "Forgive me, Mary Jane, I love you." And with those words, Spider-Man breathed his last, leaving a void that felt insurmountable.
In the days that followed, a dark silence washed over Mary Jane. Grief wrapped around her like a heavy shroud. She had lost her husband, her partner, her love. The pain was a living entity, gnawing at her every moment. With their daughters Mayday and Annie, and their son Ben, she struggled to find the strength to move forward.
It was during this profound sorrow that Felicia Hardy, now more than just a friend, stepped in to help. Black Cat was there, a constant presence, ready to offer comfort amidst the crushing despair.
At Peter's grave, where rain fell like the world itself wept, Mary Jane knelt, her tears mingling with the earth. Felicia stood beside her, silently offering support.
"I miss him so much," MJ sobbed, her heart shattered. "He was my everything."
Black Cat, her heart aching for the woman who had lost so much, put a comforting hand on MJ's shoulder. “I know, MJ. And he will always be a part of your life, your heart.”
Mary Jane turned to Felicia, their eyes locking, and in that instant, something unspoken passed between them. It felt strange but comforting, a shared understanding of pain and loss. Without thinking, as if drawn by an invisible force, they leaned in and shared a soft kiss, a moment of solace in their shared grief.
“I promise,” Felicia vowed, emotion swelling in her voice, “I’ll look after you, the kids—All of them—Mayday, Annie, Ben. You won't have to go through this alone.”
They drew apart, Felicia’s promise hanging heavy in the air. Mary Jane nodded, gratitude and an inkling of hope sparking in her chest. "Thank you, Felicia. I don’t know what I’d do without you."
Together, they stood at Peter’s grave, united by love and loss, ready to face whatever the future held. The city around them was filled with memories and echoes of laughter, and though the path ahead would be marked by sorrow, they would navigate it together. They knew they had each other—and together, they would honor Peter’s memory by ensuring his legacy lived on through the family he cherished.

They knew they had each other—and together, they would honor Peter’s memory by ensuring his legacy lived on through the family he cherished.
In the weeks following Peter's tragic death, Mary Jane Parker slowly began to heal. Surrounded by her children and the supportive presence of Felicia Hardy, who had woven herself into the fabric of their lives, MJ found that joy was beginning to seep back into her world. Together, they navigated their grief, and as they did, an undeniable bond formed between them.
Their friendship blossomed into something deeper. They spent evenings sharing laughter, exploring the city, and relishing quiet moments filled with shared glances and soft touches. One night, under the twinkling lights of the city that never sleeps, the atmosphere shifted. They found themselves drawn into each other’s arms, their lips meeting in a passionate kiss that ignited a fire between them.
As their intimacy grew, so did the love they had carefully nurtured. In the sanctuary of MJ's apartment, wrapped in each other's warmth, they made love for the first time. It was a beautiful, tender embrace, a fusion of hearts and souls that resonated with the purest essence of love. Lost in the moment, they confessed their feelings.
“Felicia,” Mary Jane breathed between kisses, her heart racing. “I think I’m truly falling in love with you.”
“I feel the same way, MJ,” Felicia replied, brushing a loose strand of hair behind MJ’s ear, her eyes shining with emotion. "What we have… it's real."
With each kiss and caress, they wove their lives together, enveloped in the kind of love that would make Peter smile.
One evening, as the sunlight poured through the window, casting a warm glow over them, Felicia reached for a small box that she had hidden away. She knelt before Mary Jane, her heart racing with anticipation. “MJ, what we have is something incredible. You’re everything to me, and I want to spend the rest of my life with you.”
Opening the box, she revealed a stunning ring, glimmering in the light. “Will you marry me?”
Tears of joy filled Mary Jane's eyes as she looked down at the ring, feeling the weight of the moment. She thought of Peter, of how he would want her to find happiness again. The warmth of Felicia’s love enveloped her like a soft embrace, filling the holes in her heart. “Yes! Yes, I will!”
Felicia slipped the ring onto Mary Jane's finger, and they shared a passionate kiss, sealing their engagement with a promise of forever.
When the day came for their wedding, the ceremony was intimate and beautiful, filled with close friends and family who supported their union. As they stood before one another, the soft murmur of the world faded away, leaving just the two of them to speak their vows.
“I promise to love you, to cherish you, and to stand by your side through every challenge and every joy,” Mary Jane spoke, her voice steady but filled with emotion.
Felicia smiled, her eyes glistening. “I promise to support you, to make you laugh, and to fill your life with love and adventure. You are my everything.”
As they exchanged rings and sealed their vows with a kiss, Mary Jane felt a profound sense of peace wash over her.
She pulled back and looked deeply into Felicia’s eyes. “I love you, Felicia.”
“And I love you too, Mary Jane.” Felicia replied, a radiant smile lighting up her face.
In that moment, they knew they had embraced a boundless love, a love that honored the past while looking forward to a future filled with promise. As they walked down the aisle together, hand in hand, they began their new journey as wife and wife, united in their love and ready to face whatever the world had in store for them.
One week after Mary Jane and Felicia's wedding, the air was thick with emotion as Mayday, Annie, and Ben stood hand-in-hand at their father’s grave. Time had marched on since that fateful day, and as they grew into young adults, they felt the bittersweet pang of missing Peter Parker, their beloved father.
Mayday, now a confident college student, knelt down, tracing her fingers over the engraved letters of her father’s name. “I miss him so much,” she murmured, her voice heavy with nostalgia. “I can’t believe he’s really gone.”
Annie, her younger sister, nodded beside her, heartfelt emotion welling in her eyes. “It doesn’t feel real sometimes. He’s always been our superhero. It’s hard to think of life without him.”
Ben, now navigating the rough waters of high school, remained quiet, but the furrow of his brow showed that feelings of confusion and sadness hung over him as well. “And mom… she’s moved on. She’s married Felicia now. I don’t know how to feel about it,” he admitted, the tension in his voice evident.
“The two of them seem happy,” Mayday offered gently, her heart conflicted. “But sometimes I can’t shake the feeling that it’s a betrayal to Dad’s memory. He loved her, you know? He wouldn’t want this—would he?”
“Is it wrong for Mom to find happiness?” Annie asked, glancing between her siblings, her voice barely above a whisper. “I keep going back and forth in my head. I loved Dad, and I still love him. But… I want Mom to be happy too.”
With silence hanging in the air, the three of them shared a heavy moment of contemplation, reflecting on the duality of grief and love. The time they had spent with their father was precious, but life had lost none of its complexity.
“Maybe we should talk to Mom and Felicia about how we feel,” Ben suggested, finally breaking the silence. “They might understand… or at least, we can get some clarity.”
Gathering their thoughts, they each shared a look of determination mixed with uncertainty. Together, they decided to return home and talk to their mother and Felicia, hoping for answers and guidance.
Later that evening, they gathered in the cozy living room of their home, where warm light illuminated the space, creating a sanctuary from the world outside. Mary Jane noticed the solemn expressions on her children's faces, and her heart instinctively tightened with concern.
“Hey, you three,” she said softly, “is everything okay?”
“Mom, can we talk to you and Felicia?” Mayday replied, her voice steady but filled with emotion. “It’s about Dad… and everything that’s happening now.”
Mary Jane exchanged a glance with Felicia, who nodded, signaling she was ready to support whatever followed. “Of course,” MJ encouraged. “What’s on your minds?”
They shared their feelings—their love for their father, the sense of loss that never seemed to fade, and the conflicted emotions they felt about Mary Jane’s marriage to Felicia. Every word they spoke was laced with vulnerability, as they wrestled with the reality that their mother had found happiness again, a concept that felt both beautiful and painful.
Mary Jane listened intently, her heart aching for her children. “I understand how you feel,” she said, her voice gentle. “I miss your father every single day. He was my first love, and he will always hold a special place in my heart. But love doesn’t diminish in the face of loss; it can transform. When I married Felicia, it wasn’t about replacing your dad—it was about creating new memories and finding joy again.”
Felicia spoke up then, her genuine warmth radiating as she added, “I never want to come between what you had with your father. He was amazing. But MJ has shown me that love can be powerful in many ways—not just in the past, but also in the future. I care about all of you, and I want to support you as a family.”
Annie looked at Felicia, trying to make sense of her feelings. “Do you really love our mom?” she asked, her voice filled with innocence and hope.
“More than I can put into words,” Felicia replied, moving closer to Mary Jane and taking her hand. “And I promise to take care of her and all of you, just like I would if Peter were still here.”
Ben remained contemplative, running his fingers through his hair, but he could see the sincerity in Felicia’s eyes. “It just feels complicated,” he admitted. “What would Dad think?”
Mary Jane took a deep breath, steeling herself. “Your father wanted us to be happy. He taught me that life is too short to be anything but sincere in our love. Please know that this doesn’t erase his memory or our love for him—it adds to our family story. We can honor his legacy by continuing to love and support each other.”
Mayday nodded slowly, piecing together her thoughts. “I guess it is okay for happiness to exist alongside the memories of what we’ve lost,” she said, a flicker of understanding shining in her eyes. “That doesn’t mean we forget him.”
Felicia smiled, her heart swelling at their openness. “Exactly. We can celebrate him together. And I’ll make sure you all know you have someone looking out for you.”
As the evening wore on, they continued to share stories, laughter, and memories of the man who had been their beacon. The atmosphere eased, and the weight they had each carried began to feel lighter.
They realized together that their love for Peter would forever be woven into the fabric of their lives, a beautiful thread amid the new beginnings they were forging. In Felicia's presence, they found it possible to hold two truths in their hearts—that of their beloved father’s memory and the possibility of new love. They were a family, bound not only by loss but also by an enduring bond that would carry them into the future.

I dont know if I’ve ever discussed this particular head-canon so I’m gonna do it now. As always I love to hear thoughts on my theories so don’t be afraid of reblogging with tags and the comment section!
I don’t think spider noir goes by the name Peter Parker in his universe, I think he goes by Benjamin Urich.
NOW LET ME EXPLAIN
It’s not just convenient to have a different name than Peter Parker meta wise for distinguishing the different universe’s Parkers, I have actual reasoning. But first we have to talk about universe 90214 Ben Urich, the original. (This is going to b very generalized)
This version of Urich is an investigative reporter, who was really good at his job. So good in fact he’s associated with the likes of J Jonah Jameson(in this universe the bugle is a real newspaper who reports the facts despite criminal/political threats). There’s a lot implied that he used to work a lot more closely with Jonah and Felicia Hardy to run an information network, or web, to inform the public and keep organized crime in check. This is what earned him the name the ‘Spider’. To reiterate, the spider was an anonymous identity that few knew Urich was. However, over time he became addicted to drugs and began to take cuts from the organized crime he was supposedly working against. More specifically: the Goblin, who’s basically a mob boss in this universe. He had gone dirty, which is why I suspect his previous colleagues put some distance between them.
Fast forwards: Urich takes on Peter Parker as an apprentice after getting him out of a fight with some of Goblin’s goons outside of a protest. Peter becomes largely frustrated working for Urich due to just watching and reporting instead of doing something, this is evident during the apartment fire scene. Peter wants revenge on the Goblin for the death of Ben Parker and keeps pushing for Urich to go after him, but because of Urich’s deal with Goblin he essentially gives Peter busy work. This ultimately leads to Peter getting his powers. Later on Peter finds out that Urich has been hoarding information on the Goblin but is getting drugs from the Goblin so he’s not releasing it. He’s angry, there’s a shouting match. This ultimately inspires Urich to publish the Goblin’s information but also causing him to be killed by the chameleon in retaliation. While this was happening Peter swings in in his spider gear and mask to attack the goblin. They all assume this is Urich underneath the mask, and call him the spider. And later on people assume this masked spider is the same one who ran the information web.
Now as to the why I think Peter took the name Benjamin Urich: As seen above Peter is very much taking Urich’s place. He’s already taking the Spider’s name and it’s very convenient to have another alias to use with it. Especially one that people(from the underground at least) already associate the spider with. It’s quite literally perfect, too perfect, but that’s another post and has to do with the spider god. We already know he has a lot of heavy feelings with the name Benjamin for his uncle as well as his own middle name, which could be used against this theory. With that said I also think in this universe Peter doesn’t feel a whole lot like Peter after the spider bite. And maybe it’s gradual, but it most certainly starts with the spider bite/god. He is not the same person by the end of his run to say THE LEAST. Taking on a new identity, especially the one of Ben Urich, a man who wanted to do good, to be good but fell short, who wanted a second chance and didn’t really get it, would be a fantastic way narratively for Peter to express that.
And finally, because this Peter Parker is not the Peter Parker that May wanted him to be, but he is exactly who Benjamin Urich wanted him to be.

Adult!Benjy, a rising fashion designer destined to become the next Edna Mode. He has both his dads' intellect, but expresses it in a more creative sense. If the world needs saving, he's making sure it's saved in style.
Fun fact: the pearl earrings belonged to Aunt May & the glasses were something Harry bought on a whim, he didn't expect Benjy to get so attached to them.
