Notes:
Fantastic capture of this incredibly immersive and beautiful production. there is a bar in the bottom right corner of the screen that doesn't take away except for one moment where Gandalf and Frodo are talking on the stairs in act one, but overall I worked around it and you can always see Frodo and sometimes Gandalf. At points people are in the audience and I wasn't able to capture them but you can always hear them and I do my best to always try to make sure to capture anything in the audience that I could. Some washout and shakiness throughout.

Beautiful Capture of Abe, Larkin and Haley's last performance with the company. My camera was having a lot of issues for Act 1, 2 minutes is missing during ready set (still has audio), And then after every song there's a short 2 second blackout. Act 2 is perfect with no issues with my camera. Also the last US stop before a month break and then Mexico! Some washout and shakiness throughout.

Daniel Villarreal at LGBTQ Nation:
When Christian Nationalist Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) visited George Washington University (GW) yesterday to complain about a pro-Palestinian encampment there, students repeatedly shouted “Beetlejuice!” at her. The jeer referenced the time she was kicked out of a theatre during a performance of Beetlejuice: The Musical after she was caught vaping, groping her date, and flipping off an usher — and it’s not the first time critics have used the incident to mock her. Boebert toured the university’s Washington D.C. campus on Wednesday to view the encampment alongside other House Republicans, including Reps. Byron Donalds (FL), Anna Paulina Luna (FL), and James Comer (KY). Students from GW and other D.C. area colleges and universities established the encampment last week. During the visit, Boebert tried to tear down a Palestinian flag hanging from a statue. She told others to remove the flag, because the statue is federal property. Addressing a group at GW, Boebert referred to the encampment, saying, “If [GW doesn’t] want to do something to address this? Well, then kiss your federal funding goodbye,” Business Insider reported. During Boebert’s speech, students began yelling “Beetlejuice!” and sang “The Imperial March” from the science-fiction film series Star Wars, the University’s student newspaper, The GW Hatchet, reported. The films’ marching tune is associated with Darth Vader, a genocidal dictator.
Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) went to George Washington University (GWU) on Wednesday with a few other Republican Congresspersons to oppose the Gaza Solidarity Encampments on campus.
While there, Boebert was there to antagonize the pro-Palestinian supporters, and students rightly shouted her down with "Free Palestine" and "Beetlejuice" chants. She later threatened to defund GWU.

𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰
date of show: 4/14/24
production: first national tour (2022 revival)
star rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️
company was my second sondheim musical. i went into this musical blind, something i don’t do often. i regretted not researching the musical beforehand. i found a lot of aspects of this show confusing and hard to follow. i thought bobby died at the end of act one (i still don’t know what happened).
this cast was very talented. i saw britney coleman (bobby) as barbara in beetlejuice (first national tour) last year, and she ended up being my favorite barbara i’ve seen (the other being kerry butler on broadway, winter garden theatre, original broadway cast). also, props to matt rodin (jamie) for “getting married today”. he sounded amazing!
overall, i give this show a three star. it wasn’t my favorite, but it was good. it could probably have been a four star if i researched the musical a little beforehand, but that’s my fault.

Mazz's Top 5 Shows (as of 8/23)
So I’ve been debating on letting my inner theater geek out on here for a while, but I also realize that....this is my blog so I can talk about whatever the hell I want to talk about.
If somehow you didn’t know already, I am and always have been a theater kid. I’ve been lucky enough to have seen tons of live theater in my day, whether it’s community, national tours, or in New York. And now that my current touring season is over, and I continue to gush over the amazing shows I’ve seen the past few months, I think it’s time for me to officially update my Top 5 Show list.
5.) Six (US Tour)
Tumblr media
So fun fact, I just saw this for the first time yesterday. I've been a fan of Six since it opened in the West End and waited super patiently for it to tour. It was entirely electric, the crowd was beyond into it, and the vocal talent was so stunning that I instantly bought tickets to see it again. That has never happened to me before. I was incredibly blown away and look forward to seeing it again next weekend lmao
4.) Next To Normal (Broadway, 2010)
Tumblr media
This was my very first Broadway show on my first trip to New York. This was baby's first online fandom. Back in the day, my friends and I ruled the n2n category on FFnet. It was my first experience with fanfiction and fandom and it was fantastic. This show was everything angsty, teenage Mazz needed at the time. Being able to see the original cast and it being my first real Broadway show, it will always hold a special place in my heart!
3.) Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (2023 Revival)
Tumblr media
I saw this back in June when I went to New York last! Actually, the whole reason for my trip was just to see this, especially since I missed out on Josh Groban in Great Comet. The most star-studded cast I've ever seen, tons of heavy-hitters. Sweeney Todd was a favorite of teenage Mazz and his theater friends. We'd spend our weekends in my friend's basement performing "A Little Priest" to the best of our ability. Even though I know this show inside and out, I was still on the edge of my seat by the end. Annaleigh Ashford was the stand-out for me. She was robbed of that Tony.
2.) Beetlejuice (National Tour)
Tumblr media
I saw this back in January with one of my best friends. I've loved this show since it debuted ages ago, and was probably the best show I saw this touring season! The absolute funniest show I've ever seen. Like, we were laughing so loud and hard I'm pretty sure we were annoying the people around us lmao. But nonetheless, it was an excellent production and I left dying to see it again (no...pun intended).
1.) Some Like It Hot (Broadway 2023)
Tumblr media
I will never ever ever stop talking about this show. Hands down, best show I have ever seen. The amount of joy i felt for hours after seeing this was incredible. I was so lucky to see this during pride month, so I have a pride version of the playbill, which is so so special to me. It was so refreshing to see a classic, jazz musical again and the choreography? Insane. Like jaw dropping insane. The final chase sequence blew my mind.
But what struck me the most was seeing a queer actor onstage playing a canonically trans character. A character who was done so well and felt so organic. I saw this at the point in my transition where I really started presenting and dressing masculinely. I was the little awkward trans guy from Ohio, alone in the big city, sat at the front of the mezzanine hearing the crowd cheer for Daphne. After months of feeling dread about the state of this country and the fear of being outwardly trans, this was just...the perfect thing at the perfect time. The amount of gender euphoria I felt was incredible, it was so moving to me. It will always hold a special place in my heart and that is why it's my number one.
So that is my current list! Will it change? Probably at some point lmao. My next season starts in October, and I look forward to seeing what awaits me next.

Just Add Magic Self Ship Ask Game (wink wonk) gründe for shockwave, lunar for faust, livonian for green goblin, and cedronian for beetlejuice!!
You've picked a very fine selection here, and I will do my best to answer all of them :)
Gründe - what were you and your f/os thoughts upon seeing each other for the first time?
I think I might have mentioned something like this before, but I’ll repeat it anyway. Flatline was instantly drawn in to Shockwave, infatuated with his size and strength, as well as his general vibe of being both intelligent and capable of a lot of force. Instant “Wow, this person is hot”, basically. Shockwave on the other hand saw that a person he’d never seen before was poking around the lab, and he had no idea if it was an intruder or not. He was prepared to shoot Flatline if he’d needed to lol.
Lunar - what are you/your s/i and your f/os dreams or ambitions? do they change upon meeting each other?
Faust wants to make up for all of the destruction he caused in his past, and he travels from place to place offering his help as a physician. Angus wants to enjoy good food (either finding it and/or making it himself) and good experiences; he even originally decides to tag along with Faust because he sees it as a convenient way to take a little (inter?)national culinary tour.
I don’t think either of their ambitions change once they meet, they just make some room alongside the other stuff in their lives for each other (first as friends, then partners, then finally spouses).
Livonian - what is you and your f/os favorite thing about each other's personality? what about physical appearance?
Goblin both loves and hates how stubborn Elliot is, but also loves that they’re clever, and passionate. Physically, he likes Elliot’s hair and how squishy they are, and Elliot’s an old-fashioned handsome which is nice. He also likes what Elliot looks like when they’re fully transformed into a huge spider monster asdfgh.
Elliot likes that Goblin’s funny. He’s a trickster, and when he’s not using that to screw over the city it’s fun to be around. He’s physically agile and strong, and his voice has a really nice gravel to it. Plus, he looks great in green and purple.
Cedronian - are you and your f/o more different or similar to each other? how so?
Oh that’s difficult to say. I think they’re more different from each other, but they really have a lot of similarities. BJ is loud and pushy, and Pyre is reserved and kind of grumpy. But they both have their own issues that they’re currently trying to work through, and they’re both supernatural creatures of some kind (BJ is a demon-ghost and Pyre is a possessed host). BJ is more likely to take an underhanded/not-completely-honest route to get what he wants, whereas Pyre prefers the direct approach to a problem. Also both of them are not-thin dudes and if I ever see someone drawing them as skinny men I will start sending the artist a migraine through the screen.

Hi! I found out about closing from your post and at first thought that was some old news but then I realised and cried for like 15 minutes 🫠 I’ve been in this fandom for 3 years and i have a Russian blog about Beetlejuice (there’s actually quite a lot of fans of this musical in Russia 🙃) and I know I probably would never have a chance to see Beetlejuice live but it became such an important part of my life so it’s just heartbreaking to see these news. At this point I just don’t understand why this happened and can fans do anything about it😔 I’m also wondering what will happen with fan art mural. My art got there and it made me extremely happy cause at least some part of my love for this show will be there on broadway but now I think they will take it all down and it makes me even more sad :( Thanks for listening (I really like your blog btw🤗)
i am,,, so sorry you had to learn it from me 😭 it literally did not occur to me in the moment other people have lives and might not have heard yet.
i had no idea it has such a big Russian fanbase!! that makes me so happy!!!! there are few things i love more than hearing about this show’s reach both on a widespread level and an individual level. i feel awful you won’t get to see the show on broadway but i’m just so glad it found you at all and affected your life the way it did 💜
i’ll miss the fanart wall and really feel for everyone whose art won’t get to live there anymore, but i’m also so happy for you that you were able to have a small piece of you at the theater even for a limited time.
obviously i’m incredibly sad this show’s run is coming to an end, but i’m also fully aware how lucky i am to have gotten the experiences with this show i have and just focusing on staying grateful. my heart really goes out to the fans without the ability to see it before closing. at the very least i get to remind people in the U.S. about the national tour (and people in the UK about the rumored West End transfer) but for other fans like you i hate not being able to do anything so i’m playing around with a few small ideas for making the show as accessible as is within my power:
my friend runs a playbill exchange program where people can donate unwanted/extra playbills or get playbills they want for FREE (just pay shipping). there are tons of different beetlejuice playbills currently in stock, you can find them on twitter at @ programXchange
i also have so many extra playbills from all different stages of the show from the last four years, i’m thinking of running a giveaway soon closer to the show’s final performance
i’m currently working on sifting through my collection of bootlegs and audios to find the ones i’m able to share publicly or trade (according to the boot owner’s wishes) to compile them all into one google doc that every fan will be free to access
i’m also working on creating a shareable resource that i’ll be constantly updating with any and all ticket discounts, deals, and lotteries for people who can’t afford a full price ticket
if anyone has more ideas or would like to contribute to any of these feel free to reach out!
i sincerely and genuinely really hope you get to visit the show someday, in any capacity. everyone deserves to 🖤

Creepy Family History: The Addams Family, part 3
And now, we enter the third era of the Addams Family history. The 2010s. Just like the 80s were skipped, here it was the 2000s that were low on Addams.
The 2010s has a resurgence of the Addams in two ways. The first was a very popular and very funny webseries on Youtube called “Adult Wednesday Addams” that ran for ten episodes. Created by Melissa Hunter and depicting the modern adventures of a now-adult Wednesday Addams, I watched it and I can say it is a really funny piece and a great homage to the movies character (for this incarnation of Wednesday is the one of the Paramount movies). Cleverly written, the series kept Wednesday’s very dark characterization, but managed to turn it for positive outcomes against the mediocrity and pettiness of the “normal” world, turning the little sociopathic figure into a full-fledged anti-hero. Unfortunately once the “first season” of the web-series was completed, legal actions were taken against Hunter – copyright claims, ownership battles and the usual. Basically, since she had used a character that was still copyrighted, Melissa Hunter was ordered to not produce anymore episodes of the web-series and to remove the original videos she posted. Mind you, the web series still survives fully on the Internet and is still quite famous, but it stays a sad case of a good fan-content that got a little too much famous for its own good.
The second element was the apparition in 2010 of an Addams Family musical – original played in Broadway before undertaking national tours, returning to Chicago for several runs and finally going international. Similarly to “Adult Wednesday Addams”, the musical took inspiration from the Paramount movies and decided to focus on the fan-favorite Wednesday Addams. Now having aged up to a young teenage girl and soon young adult woman, Wednesday ends up falling in love, but with a normal and regular boy – the consequences of this ripple through the Addams Family that nearly breaks apart. The original Broadway show was a big commercial success, became quite famous, and won a few Awards, turning into one of the big Broadway shows packed every night and reproduced across thousands of high schools across the USA. However it was a critical failure, as the story itself was picked apart as a storm of clichés and tired sitcom plots, the jokes deemed unfunny or worn-out, the plot unfocused, rushed and confused, and the characters acting too normal or out-of-character compared to their eccentric predecessors.
[ As a small note, I will refrain from making the joke of how it was expected for a Addams musical to be made, but I want to point out that I forgot to mention how the Paramount movies actually helped bring the Addams Family into the LGBT community, most notably the second movie, “The Addams Family Values”, which became a queer classic movie and from which the Addams Family started becoming a part of the LGBT culture. On another notes, comparisons can also be drawn with the Beetlejuice musical.]
But overall, the definitive trend we can see here is the topic of growing up, of a new generation of Addams, and a great focus on Wednesday Addams herself, becoming the focus-character (each incarnation of the Addams had its focus character, Gomez and Morticia in the sitcom, Fester in the movies…). This was also tied to how Christina Ricci’s incarnation of Wednesday in the movies became one of the favorite characters of the entire franchise.
This all would result in the next “big step” of the Addams history. In 2019 came out “The Addams Family”, a new take on the franchise, a computer-animated movie aimed at children and preteens and centered mostly around Wednesday Addams (of course). This movie took back several elements from all other the franchise – the family itself designed after the original cartoons but acting and behaving like the Paramount movies, with numerous elements taken from the original sitcom… Basically it was designed as yet another love letter and homage to the franchise previous incarnations. It was financially stable, not a big commercial success nor a box-office bomb, staying on top for a long time, becoming fairly popular and well-known, so yeah a strong though not extravagant commercial success. As for the critics and reviews, they were deeply mixed and split. On one side it was a fun movie, with talented voice actors and tons of playful references to the franchise. On the other the designs for characters outside of the Addams were deemed ugly, the plot was judged too weak and lighthearted… Overall people agree that the film is one of those “okay-average” things. Not bad, but not the best either.
Interestingly, this movie also revealed to the light (or resurrected) the fractures in the Addams fandom – notably all the youngsters or newcomers only aware of the Paramount movies became immediately identified by how they missed the references to the sitcom, or by how they thought these “ugly designs” for the family were completely invented, when in fact the movie made an effort to recreate as faithfully as possible Chas Addams original drawings. Once more, the eternal debate between the light-hearted Addams (sitcom) versus the dark Addams (movies) was brought up, and once again nobody could truly agree. Another interesting element of this movie is that it changed the social situation of the Addams to the one of recent immigrants to the United-States (Morticia and Gomez having grown up in an Europe-like “old continent”), something actually more akin to The Munsters. It also heavily plays with the themes of inclusion, acceptance and adaptation (the Addams fled an old world that did not comprehend or liked them, hunting down like mobs, and then raised their children isolated from the world they feared, only to find themselves forced to meet back this world and dark consequences ensue). I can only recall such a topic being touched vaguely upon in the 1990s cartoon series, where the Addams children were actually conscious of the difference between their family and the rest of the world and knew that they were not “normal” (due to going to typical schools and frequenting average children), while the parents were blissfully unaware of the disgust and shock their behavior caused everyone and thought naively that everyone agreed or acted like them.
Anyway, the movie was big enough of a financial success to actually get a sequel, set to be released this October: “The Addams Family 2”, taking back the Creepy Camper from the first Hannah-Barbera animated series to have the Addams Family go on a vacation tour all around the United-States.
And this isn’t the end of this new era… In 2021, Netflix revealed that they were making a live-action television series titled “Wednesday” and centered around Wednesday Addams (now student at the Nevermore Academy and using her psychic abilities to solve mysteries tied to the school and her family). Fascinatingly, this series will be directed by Tim Burton himself – and as it turns out, this television series is actually the new formed of an older project of his. Before the 2019 animated movie, Illumination Entertainment and Universal Picture had planned in 2010 a new movie based on the original drawings of Chas Addams, a stop-motion picture co-written and co-produced by Tim Burton. The project however fell through and was never made – though to everyone surprise it evolved into this promised Wednesday television series.

“We’re not done.”
I really hope this is real but coming from the man, BEETLEJUICE himself saying that the show is coming back to Broadway gives me so much hope.
PLEASE BE REAL.
PLEASE BE REAL.
PLEASE BE REAL.
There was always a possibility that the show might come back in a new theatre but hearing this just.... makes me so happy. 🥺
Warner Bros. Theatre Ventures had always tried to create a hit musical with their properties... and according to my research, only two were hits. The rest weren’t.
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory was their first big show that had massive succees! And every one knows the show and it’s iconic characters. Though it did end early in its Broadway run, it was very popular in the west end.
The second, Beetlejuice. The Underdog. With mixed reviews surrounding its DC run AND Broadway run, the show was doomed to become one of the shows that Warner Bros. Theatre Ventures had to write off as a failure. But with the internet, as sure you know, saved it with over capacity seating and popularity online with TikTok. With the hashtag save beetlejuice trending on Twitter, the show had a massive fan base. What I’m getting at here, WBTV might pour money into the show and licence a new theatre for them. With the upcoming South Korean production and subsequent US National Tour, Beetlejuice The Musical might just come back to haunt Broadway when the lights come on.
Note: I am using the word MIGHT so I can have some room for error and won’t be as disappointed if the show doesn’t come back.

Absolutely beautiful recording from the right mezzanine. A really nice side angle that is uniquely really pretty. Nice wideshots and zooms. A head pops in at the bottom of the frame every once in a while. Overall one of my favorite videos of the tour!

the first song i heard from/how i found each of my favorite musicals
(in order of when i found them, ig?)
WICKED ---- Popular. My mom used to be really into theatre too and she used to play Popular, Defying Gravity, and What is This Feeling? around the house
HAMILTON ---- Alexander Hamilton. I heard about the musical from a YouTuber I really liked and I wanted to keep up with her references, so I listened to it and liked it way more than I thought I would
HEATHERS ---- Beautiful. I found Heathers through the same YouTuber and was SHOCKED by the plot. I was, like, 11 when I found the musical
SCHOOL OF ROCK ---- You’re in the Band. Our choir and band programs went on a field trip to see School of Rock and my choir teacher played one of the songs for us about a week in advance. My dad used to watch this movie with me all the time, so I was excited
DEAR EVAN HANSEN ---- Waving Through a Window. At this point I was the Hamilton Girl (tm) and I was trying to expand, ‘cause in my head I was a HUGE fake fan. A girl in my choir class sang this song for karaoke so I went home and listened to the cast album
BE MORE CHILL ---- Michael in the Bathroom. I heard this one song and found out my friend liked it. And so I asked if I should listen to it. She was like mmmmm yeah but it’s a bit weird...? I had no idea what she meant by that-
NEWSIES ---- Seize the Day. I heard this song in a Broadway mashup a long time before. Then I saw Newsies on Netflix and LOVED IT with everything in me. I saw a community theater production of it back in February and it was everything
THE LIGHTNING THIEF ---- The Campfire Song. I’ve been a Percy Jackson fan for as long as I can remember and I used to look up “Percy Jackson songs” on YouTube, until one day I found an animatic. I watched it and was like,,, waaaait a second. So after I saw that I listened to it and it was everything my little theatre/pjo heart could’ve ever wanted. I saw it last winter while it was on tour and low key? I cried afterwards. The cast is so talented
MEAN GIRLS ---- I’d Rather Be Me. As a Barrett Wilbert Weed stan I found out that she was in another musical, a musical version of Mean Girls. I love Mean Girls so much. So I listened to all of Barrett’s songs, and later on, I listened to the whole album. I now follow all of the cast members on Instagram, Broadway and National Tour, and I’m OBSESSED with them
WAITRESS ---- Opening Up. I saw some girls do a cover of it and I was like awww...this is cute. So I gave it a listen,
FIREBRINGER ---- We’ve Got Work to Do. I went on a MISSION to find the source of the “I don’t really wanna do the work today” vine. I watched, I fell in love, I also found out they did more
BEETLEJUICE ---- Say My Name. I heard it literally days after it was released and I wanted to listen to all of Lydia’s songs, since she was my favorite in the movie, and I chose this one first? Then it blew up on TikTok and I felt like it was stolen from me and that’s probably why I don’t listen to it as much anymore
THE GUY WHO DIDN’T LIKE MUSICALS ---- the title number. It was in my recommended once and I watched the first like 3 minutes and I was like mmmmm not feeling it. Then I saw Firebringer + most of starkid’s musicals and decided I DEFINITELY WAS FEELING IT. Also not to brag but I followed Mariah before she was in TGWDLM *cool guy emoji*
IN THE HEIGHTS ---- No Me Diga. I kept saying I was going to listen to it, since it was Lin’s show, and then I finally did and I was OBSESSED. Technically, like I said, I heard No Me Diga first because I found it on my recommended at like 3 am on a school night
HADESTOWN ---- Wait For Me (Reprise). Hadestown was BIG when I found it, like at it’s peak. I listened to it after hearing the song, but I wasn’t really feeling it. Listened to it again about four months later after seeing Mariah Rose Faith do a drunk cover of the climax in Wait For Me (Reprise) and nowwww it’s my favorite musical
SPIES ARE FOREVER ---- The Coldest Goodbye. I loved Solve it Squad Returns so MUCH and I obviously loved Joey Richter, Lauren Lopez, Brian Rosenthal, and Corey Lubowich, and I only ever heard good things about it. I heard The Coldest Goodbye during a video where someone was ranking TCB/Starkid songs and I was like DAMN I LOVE HER VOICE so I watched it :)

for the ask game! Lydia!
Oyay! Heck yeah Lydia Deetz let’s go
Why I like them: Lydia in all three medias is a girl that just wants to find acceptance for who she is. Toon Lydia is super pure and that's why I love her (eco-goth who is a good best friend yes!), movie Lydia I can definitely relate to to some degree and she is a sweet kid who was ready to risk so much for people she barely knew. Good egg. Musical Lydia is more bratty and I love her for that plus she has a good excuse tbh. Her feeling lonely and invisible just like Beetlejuice hit too close to home for me lmao especially for middle school me. All 3 good in their own rights.
Why I don’t: No reason tbh they all are just teenagers that are learning.
Favorite episode (scene if movie): I'm rewatching the Beetlejuice Cartoon recently and am only 20+ episodes in, so, fav episode so far of remembering it would be probably the first, Critter Sitters. I just couldn't get over how adorable Lydia was in her own right babysitting??? Like omg pure kid. Tho I also like the episode where she politely turns down Prince Vince and he actually is happy to be her friend. Holy shit that was rare to see back in the 80s/90s for media???
From the movie I would say Lydia shooting down saying Beetlejuice's name the first time cause here's this goth teen who is like yeah I'm not gonna randomly trust this sleazy looking dead guy lmao good on her. Though I also like the scene where she first meets the Maitlands as well.
Musical would probably be every moment of Say My Name.
Favorite season/movie: I'm not sure how to answer this question so skip
Favorite line: "I've been swimming with piranhas, I don't need a shark!" (I can't get over how fast she flips it on him and is like yeah no)
Favorite outfit: Honestly cartoon Lydia has such a great ensemble of clothes, but, I have to go with her classic default Neitherworld look cause I'm a basic bitch.
OTP: I don't actually ship Lydia with anyone tbh. I see all the cute art of her with like Wednesday Addams but I don't actively go looking into it. I saw one of her with Kat from the Casper movie that was funny lol
Brotp: I mean she does have an undead BFFF after all lmao. BROTP BFFFs forever with Beej. THOUGH I do appreciate her friends from the cartoon. I love that they loved how weird and spooky she was and whenever she wanted to do something spooky related they may not get it but were super excited and down to go with her for it.
Head Canon: I share everyone's headcanon of Lydia being a lesbian/ace! I think it could fit with her character. I also like a headcanon of her not only enjoying her photography of course but I like to imagine she writes a series of short horror stories. Also her growing up to be taller than beetlejuice is funny to me.
Unpopular opinion: I don't think I have any unpopular opinions about Lydia? Well I have an opinion that her bangs bother me some times in the movie lmao they're just so high up. But yeah I don't really have any.
A wish: I want the Beetlejuice Musical to come back and go on a national tour so I can see it LIVE. Also I'd love for a reboot of the beetlejuice cartoon based off the musical and for Lydia to be both sweet at least to those she cares about like in the cartoon but sassy af like in the musical.
An oh-god-please-dont-ever-happen: Them to make Lydia a stereotypical edgy goth and not in the funny way but in the this is what people think goths are way. I'm a fan of her being an eco-goth.
5 words to best describe them: Spooky, Mischievous, Bright, Pure, Sarcastic
My nickname for them: I like the nickname Lyds a lot!
