i would like to know more about deer hollow drive 👀

Deer Hollow Drive is a story about a couple of ghost hunters investigating the weird happenings in their town, Teya Hallows and her dead older brothers best friend, Gator Perez.

Teya, seen here in blue, can see and talk to ghosts, and as it turns out, her hometown is VERY very haunted.

Gator, orange, can't see ghosts, but he does know a lot about them. He's an amateur filmographer and researcher.

Upon discovering that Teya can see and talk to ghosts, the two decide to start investigating their town, only to realize that A) their town is much more haunted than they thought and than it has any right to be, and B) has something much darker going on beneath the surface.

Especially in the lake.

Together as they work to uncover the mystery at the heart of their town, they become wrapped up in a world of ghosts and secrets.

It doesn't have a super set in stone plot at the moment, mostly just. Story beats and vauge visuals but it's a story that I've been working on and reworking and changing and developing since literally middle school. It's for SURE a story I'd love to make into a webcomic or something similar..

the great irony of early one piece antagonists believing zoro was the actual captain and using luffy as a puppet ... oda really threw us a bone and curb-stomped it right in our faces. yes, zoro could be a captain in his own right. yes, zoro could match luffy in strength. yes, zoro knows this perfectly well. and you know what? he chose luffy two years ago, and he will continue to choose luffy again and again. roronoa zoro, the pirate hunter, who followed a wannabe pirate with a nonexistent crew on a whim because luffy brought him his swords and made a half-assed attempt at a bargain. zoro, who made a vow to never lose again on both his and luffy's honor. zoro, who told luffy he'd make him commit harakiri if he got in the way of zoro's goal, only to turn around and be willing to sacrifice his dream if it means that luffy reaches his. zoro, who stood in place and took luffy's pain and told a warlord to take his head instead of luffy's, who got down on his knees before his supposed rival and begged mihawk to mentor him so that he could return strong enough to protect his captain. zoro, who has conqueror's haki- a natural born leader- but chooses to stay at the right hand of a man he has deemed greater than himself.

and the thing that luffy fears most? being alone. being rejected. being left behind. and what should have been his foil- the pirate hunter to his pirate king, the nonbeliever to his divine, the king of hell to his sun god- instead becomes his first and most devout follower; the one who demands to follow him to hell and back. oughhhggg i'm sick to my stomach

Ify using his DM minute to save Barsimmeon, summon more APS, successfully launch his car to land on the airborne White House, and unquestionably win the NSBU kill count competition by killing 10% of the world’s population (it’s okay they were all white supremacist super soldiers) managed to be simultaneously the exact brand of insanity that giving a PC full power would entail, while also all being satisfactory, story relevant, and tonally appropriate and I think Ify keeps proving he should DM a season in The future

I was interested to hear your opinion on Darklina because the Darkling is inspired by the likes of Jareth and Raistlin and it's really just a shambling mess, but I totally respect you not engaging, it's definitely not worth it.
