These backpack friends are in!

I am starting an uprising. It is called the ‘Bringing Stuffies into Public Spaces Movement.’ The purpose is to normalize using and carrying comfort items in day to day life, and hopefully help people feel less alone and self conscious about them. All you have to do to join is to take a stuffie with you when you leave the house. Who is with me

In all seriousness, I personally have started toting around a plush for comfort. I think my family has gotten used to seeing me carry them around the house and in the car since they know they’re comfort items for me. I started small, only bringing them to therapy or hidden in a backpack, but I’m going to try bringing one everywhere now, maybe with their head sticking out of my shoulder bag :3

PS, if anyone has a different comfort item they want to use instead of a plushie, they are also welcome in the rebellion :)
