Got a shifting reading from ofarcanenature on Etsy and it was such a good and detailed reading that I think will help me a lot, but one of the main things they said was that I need to take a shifting break for at least 21 days and 😭 I know that they’re right and it’ll probably help me a lot but I miss my friends and I wanna shift to see them 🥺

watched the book of eli last night. yep this one is going on my fave apunkalypse aesthetic movies list. danngngngn. ghngnhghghghhhh

#the book of eli #like FINALLY #a movie that accepts the christian worldview as fact #takes itself seriously #is a good movie in its own right #AND it's got that post-apocalyptic wasteland aesthetic???#along with all the opportunities for moral dilemmas and nobility and Character that that aesthetic comes with?#holy smokes you guys!!!!#i am holding this movie. cradling it like a baby.#it scratched an itch i never knew i had #OH and did i mention it's an incredible allegory of the very real problems #with the christian 'church' as we know it today?#the way it has been misused to support human power structures and enable abuse?#the way even well-meaning christians who in trying to 'preserve' biblical truth in the modern era #all too often fall away from the principles taught in it. like love and mercy #(yes i know this is me. arghh.)#i do think the movie could've done better in its portrayal of...like SA and stuff #mmfr did this better imo #and also yeah there were some plot holes and i don't think eli could've done a lot of the stuff he did being blind #but stilllllll
