Debat dg kakak sndri karna masalah parenting anak dan kerjaan.

Aku udh dari awal hamil lbh pingin fokusin dg perkembangan anak. Pingin ngurus anak dg waktu yg cukup, mau kerja lagi tapi g mau sesibuk ambil shift yg terlalu banyak.

Sdgkn kakak punya prinsip yg musti cari duit yg banyak buat anak. Klo kk di posisi yg kerja terus tapi suaminya g terlalu sibuk sehingga anak² nya punya bnyk waktu dg anaknya.

Dan akuuu punya kerjaan yg sama ky kakak dan suami abdi negara yg punya jadwal padat. Mknya aku memutuskan untuk mengurangi jadwal kerja. Dari awal hamil sampe sekarang kira² hampir 1 th resign kerja. Rencana beberapa bln lagi mau mulai aktif kerja namun g mau terlalu sibuk ky awal dulu sebelum hamil.

Sempat ditanya kakak kpn aktif kerja lagi? Syg loh ilmu nya itu, sekolah mahal² malah g kerja. Nanti ilmunya ilang. Tapi aku g pernah merasa klo menyesal ambil resign karna hamil dan ngurus bayi.

Kakak punya prinsip cari duit yg banyak biar klo anak minta ini itu uang ada dan bisa belikan apa yg anak mau. Sdgkn aku lebih memilih buat ksh waktu dan perhatian aku buat anak biar tau perkembangan anak gmn. Karna jadwal kerja suami padat, kdg g pulang klo ada tugas. Kalau aku pun sesibuk suami maka anak bkln diurus mertua dan di rumah mertua ada anak ipar² yg dititipkan ke beliau jg. Kebayang bukan seminim apa perhatian yg dy dapat?.

Aku pun pingin kerja keras ky dulu, punya uang sendiri, beli ini itu sesuka hati. Tapi aku lbh pilih punya banyak waktu untuk anak.

Kakak tetap kekeh untuk aku bekerja seperti dulu. Katanya nanti menyesal kalau nanti anak minta ini itu kita g bisa ngabulin apa yg mereka mau. Tak apa parenting itu seni, hak dy untuk memilih seperti itu. Aku ttp dg pendirian ku, bekerja namun tetap memilih buat memberi banyak waktu dg anak.

Sempat kesal sih waktu dy kekeh suruh buat bekerja dan membuat aku parenting seperti dy. Tapi begitulah dunia orang tua. Kalau g tebel kuping bakalan stress sndri.
