And in this endless void, which can't be thought of as a place, there was no time and so no passing minutes, hours days. Of all the paradoxes that belabor common sense, I think this one's the greatest this time before events, because how did we get from nothing to infinitely dense from immeasurably small to inconceivably immense. But before we get unmoored from the question at the start, let's take a breath and marvel at when math becomes an art because we don't have to understand it to know there was a time when there was no up there was no down. What is Invisobang, and how does it work?

Invisobang is a collaborative event between authors and artists. Authors write a new fic that meets a minimum word count of 5000 words (no maximum). Halfway through the event, artists review anonymous profiles of these fics and select their favourites. Authors and artists are then paired together on a first-come, first-serve basis. While authors finish writing, artist create art for their claimed fic. Everything is posted at the end of the event in a big bang of content.

What do artists need to know?

All artists are welcome regardless of skill level.

All artists must be able to make either illustration, animatic, or music, but other art forms are allowed if your author agrees.

After moving to Gotham for work, Jazz is in for a rude awakening. Not about the crime or the people or even the sad state of the city, oh no. She expected those. What she didn't expect is that every single time she ends up getting mugged or attacked or stuck in a situation because of Gotham Being Gotham, she just doesn't seem to get any chance to defend herself. And for a fully liminal person who has a constant itch to fight in her very DNA, that can lead to some interesting consequences.
