Baby back ribs with a smoky maple glaze are soft and full of flavor. Perfect for BBQ fans who like a mix of sweet and smokey flavors.
Ingredients: 2 racks of baby back ribs. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 2 tablespoons paprika. 2 teaspoons black pepper. 1 teaspoon salt. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1/2 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. 1/4 cup Dijon mustard. Wood chips for smoking.
Instructions: Get your BBQ smoker ready by heating it up to 107F 225C. Take the membrane off of the back of the ribs and use paper towels to dry them. Gather brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. This is the dry rub. Spread the mixture out evenly over both sides of the ribs. To make the ribs taste smoky, put them in the smoker and add wood chips. Keep the ribs at the same temperature for three hours while you smoke them. Put maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard in a small saucepan and mix them together. Stir over low heat until everything is well mixed. After three hours of smoking, brush the maple glaze on the ribs and keep smoking for another one to two hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195F 90C. After taking the ribs out of the smoker, let them rest for 10 minutes. Then, cut them up and serve.

Dad is so lazy, I'm stuck cooking for him this 4th. I'm at least going to make sure I can eat this stuff. I'll show pics, but tw it is meat for those who are vegan and vegetarian. I love veggies so much, but he's one of those old-school meat and potatoes kind of people, and he's OBSESSED with BBQing.

The Art of Marinating Ribs for The Perfect Grill
Mastering the Art of Marinating Ribs for the Perfect Grill Marinating ribs is an essential step in achieving tender, flavorful, and juicy results when grilling. The best way to marinate ribs involves a combination of acidic ingredients, such as vinegar or citrus juice, along with flavorful herbs, spices, and oils. A well-balanced marinade not only enhances the taste of the meat but also helps to break down tough fibers, making the ribs more tender. For optimal results, it's recommended to marinate the ribs for at least 4 hours, but overnight is ideal to allow the flavors to fully penetrate the meat. Popular marinade ingredients include soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, and a variety of spices, which can be adjusted to suit personal preferences. Please visit https://healthywaysandfitness.com for travel guides and tips. Once the ribs have been marinated, grilling them requires attention to temperature and timing to achieve that perfect char and smoky flavor. Start by preheating the grill to medium heat and removing the ribs from the marinade, allowing any excess liquid to drip off. For the best results, cook the ribs using indirect heat, placing them away from the direct flames to prevent burning. Basting the ribs with the leftover marinade during grilling can add an extra layer of flavor. After cooking for about 2 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender and pulls away from the bone, let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving. This method ensures that your grilled ribs are not only delicious but also a crowd-pleaser at any barbecue. #GrilledRibs #Marinating #BBQTips #TenderRibs #FlavorfulMeat #GrillingTechniques #RibMarinade #SummerGrilling #BBQLovers  #RibRecipes

Barbeque Meat and Vegetables
Came for a nice BBQ meal. Had seaweed, chives, cauliflower, beef, lamb, and chicken wing. Added some chili powder for extra flavour. All taste great. The wing is easy to bite. Eating chives is like eating like animals eating grass. A small BBQ to enjoy. From “Mr Q”
