SELFSHIPPERS WHO HAVE MEMORY ISSUES!!! selfshippers who forget what theyre doing in the middle of doing it, who forget things they were just told or even told multiple times before, who forget things they were supposed to do and end up getting done late or never getting done, who forget the same things multiple times, who forget things even about those they love most- ok you get what im saying!!! but consider!!!

~ your f/o(s) will reassure you that poor memory is NOTHING to feel guilty about!!!

~ if you need they'll remind you about special days like anniversaries, birthdays, etc. instead of expecting you to remember automatically and getting mad if you dont!!!

~ if you have plans together they'll remind you ON THAT DAY of what time and what you're doing if you need it!!!

~ if you have other specific things that you'd like them to remind you about, even daily, they'll be happy to oblige!!!

~ they'll absolutely defend you from people who say things like you dont remember because you dont care, or who think you're just lazy, or any other hurtful things about your memory!!!

~ when you're having a moment like you know you forgot something but just don't know what, they'll help you figure out if you did and what it is!!!

~ they'll tell you the same thing no matter how many times it takes you to remember it without getting mad, even if you never remember it on your own they'll remind you whenever you need!!!

~ if there are things you DON'T need reminders for and/or can remember on your own, they'll trust in your word instead of assuming you can't ever think for yourself!!!

YOU ARE WORTH YOUR F/O(S)' PATIENCE!!! YOU ARE WORTH THEIR UNDERSTANDING!!! YOU ARE WORTH THEIR LOVE!!! no matter how bad your memory can get, even not remembering people you know or places you've been or things you like or whatever, even if it's more severe than anything i can think of!!! you are so much more than poor memory and your memory issues have nothing to do with how much you care about things, and your f/o(s) absolutely understand that!!! you are more than worth it to them and they'll always be happy to reassure you of such!!! thank you for coming to my tedtalk!!!

you dont have to make facial expressions around your f/o if you dont want to. they understand that you dont express emotion that way and when you arent smiling it doesnt hurt their feelings. they dont think youre apathetic if you dont look sad or angry when something bad happens. if you tell your f/o that you feel a certain way, they dont try to "read" you or get "the truth" out of you. they believe you.
