the fact that I got more into dc from both the flash cw and the young justice shows like. ruined my brain for learning or accepting canon after that. I'm still trying to learn like actual canon after those shows introduced me to weird characterizations. like Grant Gustin will always be the flash in my brain but the later seasons ruined the flash for me for literally ages

that is SO incredibly interesting to me. because i don’t mind the young justice show That Much other than a few tiny things that bother me but mostly i’m like Well. amalgamation of canon. not too bad. but the cw flash… i mean OKAY i should say i think i only watched a few episodes of season 1 a LONG time ago way before i got into dc. but then i did and got into the flashfam and now. the show…. grant gustin as barry… i just can’t. that’s not my barry 💔 especially because he (barry i mean) really got the short end of the stick with live action appearances 😭😭😭😭 so to me. i can’t even watch it because i’m like. barry is blond in the comics 😢 that’s really the thing that bothers me The Most but also yeah cw dc canon is Different and it’s kinda funny to me that barry and oliver in the cw shows are like…. friends? (i THINK) but in the comics they don’t like each other bc of politics bc barry is a cop (rip) and oliver is like a socialist LANDKENDNEJFJEJD
