Astrocartography Observations Part Two: Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto.

(Disclaimer: A lot of Astrologers use different orbs of measurements for Astrocartography. My limit is 200 km because I have seen lines that have influences up to that point, and depending on the planet, sometimes more.)

Pluto: Destruction, Transformations, Deaths and Rebirths.

Where your Pluto lines are running through are places where you could experience the most profound transformations in your life. Places where you can discover more about yourself thus leading to enlightenment. However, being at these lines does not come without a price. Interestingly enough, Reynolds has his Mercury MC line (which rules groups of people as well as social events) squaring this line. AS = You, Pluto = Destruction.

☆ Blake Lively has her Pluto IC line running through Los Angeles where she was raised. Blake Lively secure her first real movie role (that just so happened to become a huge hit) after her older brother called a casting director and asked them to hire Lively who had already had a ton of experience with acting, having a talent scout mother and director father. Pluto = Transformations, IC = Family, Home, Roots.

Where your Saturn lines are running through are places where you could experience or be subject to delays and restrictions. I've also noticed that where these lines cross are places where you could make serious commitments and decisions; good or bad.

☆ David Beckham has his Saturn DC line running through Toronto. After injuring his ankle, Beckham made the decision to sit out what according to MLS Soccer, "would've been Beckham's first official league game, shown to a national TV audience on ESPN2 and played in a stadium full of Toronto fans that are already considered the most rabid in the league."

☆ Blake Lively has her Saturn IC line running through South Carolina which is where she married Ryan Reynolds. Saturn = Commitments, IC = Home, Family, Foundations.

☆ Catherine Zeta Jones has her Saturn DC line running through New York which is where she married Michael Douglas. Saturn = Commitment, DC = Partnerships, Relationships.

☆ Selena Quintanilla's Saturn IC line runs through Mexico and she is Mexican. Although she became the biggest Mexican-American music artist in her 20's, when she was younger she had no connection to her Mexican ancestry (IC). She had to learn about her ancestry, AND learn Spanish before she was able to be labeled a Mexican American music artist. (Saturn represents restrictions and delays).

Where your Neptune lines are running through are places where you could experience or be subject to idolization, and extreme popularity or fame. Having it running through the United States can signify global fame.

☆ Gigi Hadid has her Neptune MC line running through Los Angeles where she gained fame from being a model.

☆ Kendall Jenner has her Neptune MC line running through the middle of the United States and she is famous for not only modeling, but being a social media influencer, as well as being a member of one of the most popular families in America; The Kardashian-Jenners.

☆ Ariana Grande has her Neptune MC line running through the United Kingdom which is one of her top countries in terms of popularity.

☆ Elvis Presley has his Neptune MC line running through America. He has a global amount of fame from being a famous musician, with America being his strongest country with the most listeners. Additionally, he also has his Neptune DC line running through London which is his second strongest country in terms of streams and listeners.

☆ Twice's Mina has her Neptune IC running through Japan which is her hometown as well as the location of her biggest fan base.

Where your Uranus lines run through are placed where you could be part of or cause a major change,places where you experience unpredictable and shocking situations. It can also represent places where you can take up Humanitarian beliefs and concepts.

☆ Tom Hanks has his Uranus MC line running through North Carolina. During the pandemic a small bookstore was in danger of shutting down permanently due to the lack of business. After Tom Hanks gave the store a shoutout on "The Late Show" and a million dollar ad was given to the store, business for the bookstore skyrocketed and they were able to stay open at least through the summer.

☆ Ariana Grande has her Uranus MC line to the East of Manchester where there was, sadly, an unexpected fatal incident during one of her concerts. Interestingly enough, she also has her Chiron AC line squaring this line.

☆ Bella Hadid has her Uranus AS line running through India. In 2022 she slammed India for their blatant Islamophobia regarding the hijab row. She went on to say that she stands in solidarity with Muslim women.

A Little Legendborn/Bloodmarked Symbolism (Spoilers ahead)

Mrs. Deonn has done such a bomb ass job in this series with all the delicious Easter eggs she has planted throughout.  From things being in threes, the callbacks to LB from BM, the foreshadowing.  The list goes on and on.  I like to play with some of these delicious elements (you can find my post of LB/BM color theory here) and have put forth my latest contribution.  

The Mighty Oak/Tree Symbolism

“Vera stands before me, bathed in blood and flame, hair stretching wide and loose like a live oak.” 

The oak represents  longevity, strength, stability, endurance, fertility, power, justice, and honesty.  As we know the oldest mother held Arthur back AND pulled Excalibur through Bree.  What I also found curious was the bit of Celtic history regarding oak trees.  Dara, which means oak tree, is a form of Celtic Knot formed by an endless series of interlocked lines with no beginning or end symbolizing eternity, strength, and unity.  Trees can represent the connection between the spirit world, ancestors, and can serve as entry points to other worlds.  In Legendborn when Sel tries to kill Bree in the graveyard and they have to run, he says “Datgelaf, dadrithiaf”  (I reveal, I disillusion) to open a door over the roots of an oak tree in order to hide from the hounds.  The roots of the tree providing protection and cover concealing the gate to the campus’ underground tunnel system.  

“But I’ve lived long enough to learn to live as the willow, not the oak.”  Valec says this in Bloodmarked before handing Sel his ass in his office.  This was a hella interesting statement coming from Valechaz.  The willow tree represents flexibility and adaptability.  Its branches bend and flex to withstand its environment.  It is seen as a symbol of humans’ capability to withstand hardship, loss, and difficult emotions. The willow tree is also seen as a survivor and a symbol of rebirth.  Baby if that isn’t Valec, I don’t know what is!  He goes with the flow, is resilient, and can and has withstood the storm.  He has survived chattel slavery and chooses his wit and street smarts if you will, as opposed to his strength and power.  However, don’t get it twisted, Valec will wear that ass out if needed. 

Cedar

“When he catches up, his fresh-laundry-and-cedar scent comes with him.  Of course he smells good.”  

When Bree meets Nick for the first time, I remember the cedar note of his scent standing out to me the most.  I have a hundred year old cedar chest that belonged to my great grandparents which reminded me why that note stood out.  Cedar symbolizes greatness, nobility, strength and incorruptibility.  Cedar never rots and according to Celtic astrology, the cedar symbolizes trust.  Well then Nick Davis, enter the chat. In my reading I also discovered that cedar represents the duality of nature.  Fierce and resolute, however, elegant and tender.  These trees are massive and the use of cedar in ancient times to forge vessels, homes, and the sarcophagi to carry the ancestors home is a testament to its strength and durability. If you peel away the winding fibrous bark of a cedar tree you’ll find a fragrant and sensual heartwood with medicinal and spiritual uses dating back to ancient times.

Bottle Trees

“The boundary is marked by bottle trees here and there.  She points to a tree about six feet tall a little ways behind us, on the other side of the gold root barrier.  Colorful glass bottles cover the end of each branch.  The light of the barrier plays off the blues and greens, illuminates the yellows and reds.  ‘When the barrier goes invisible and you’re walking around, you gotta look left and right, keep two bottle trees in sight.  If you see two, you can draw a line between them and know where Volition’s protection ends’.”

Mariah explains this as the crew enters the Volition grounds.  Bottle trees have roots in African lore and culture as well as in the Gullah people in North and South Carolina.  The practice of having bottle trees on the land originated in the Kingdom of Kongo in West Africa.  This practice was continued by the Africans who were stolen and brought to the Americas. According to folklore, bottles are placed on the branches of dead trees.  The bright, traditionally cobalt colored bottles were said to be a lure for evil spirits which became trapped after entering the bottles at night.  The spirits trapped inside the bottles would be destroyed  by the rising sun.  It was said that if a bottle hums in the wind, that was a sure fire way to know you have trapped a spirit.  Traditionally the bottles used are cobalt, which is said to have healing powers but can also range in color from bright reds to yellows.  The practice of placing bottle trees along your property has spread to the Caribbean as well as other areas of the south.  Being a Midwest girl, I thought this was a cool detail as we finally make it to Volition which is a place of protection, honor, and healing.  This was such a fitting detail to include knowing what is at stake for our crew. 

Leather

A symbol of power, protection, rebellion, freedom, and elegance (Valec has a hint of this in his signature as well) leather is strong and durable.  It has been used in everything from armor to boots and served as protection for the wearer.  

“A long line of Merlins in my family.  Ma da makes leather armor and things, pieces we can wear under our clothes if we go hunting in public…The old ways get forgotten, I guess.”  

Lark says this to Bree in Bloodmarked when gifting her the gauntlets his da handcrafted.  By the way, that was so damn sweet it gave me “the sugar” as the old folks used to say.  We know Lark has a nobility and respect for “The old ways” as we see him risk it all to get Sel out of the institute and on the plane.  Lark was showing Bree the ropes at the funeral.  Despite her warranted rage, he was there making sure she was safe in Selwyn’s absence, while giving her a bit of game to further protect her in the presence of the regents.  The scene in the beast where he is being snatched out of the car and he makes eye contact with Bree, 

“He roars, teeth bared.  Punches his fingers deep into the leather cushions on either side of my hips, down to the metal bars that bolt the seats to the floor.  Holds tight, stopping himself.  He growls with the effort, eyes pinned to mine, body nearly vertical, feet to the sky.” 

I kid that this was the worst first day of work ever, but the devotion to his duty, the willingness and readiness to protect Bree is so painfully beautiful it hurts.  Especially since we know Lark is the real deal, authentic as hell and wants to do what is right.  And of course, he was there at Volition carrying Sel back towards the main house because he truly holds honor in high regard.  The fact that he uses ancient materials and seems to have a general groundedness to his personality makes the leather accompaniment so appropriate.  Lark is protection.  Lark is rebellion.  Lark is freedom. 

Taking a deeper look into some of Tracy’s choices shows the painstaking detail she put into crafting these beautiful characters.  The symbolism of trees and their strength and endurance, their ability to withstand is so apt in this series.  The elements of nature that call back to ancient times, the roots, the growth. The way Lark’s family reaches back to simpler times when leather was used to make clothing, act as armor, and is handcrafted really speaks to the authenticity he possesses.  The time it took his da to create something so beautiful for something so brutal and merciless such as battle shows a level of care and respect that is clearly reflected in his being.

okie  so  start  off   jamie  was  a  pure  accident  if  we  gonna  be  honest  here  ..  his  dad  ( dimitri  )  owns  a  string  of  popular  private  country  clubs  within  south  carolina,  north  carolina,  and  georgia  that  have  been  in  his  family  for  a  long  time  with  a  strong  dedicated  membership  and  his  mom  (  johanna  )  who  is  uhhh  ,,  kinda  younger  than  dimitri  by  a  few  years  and  was  working  the  summer  at  one  of  his  country  clubs  in  hilton  head  as  an  events  coordinator  for  kids  when  the  two  met

it  was  kind  of  like  instant  attraction  when  they  met  even  though  his  dad  was  about  32  and  she  was  24  and  u  know  ,,  dimitri  was  engaged  but  anywho  !!!  askew  moral  compass  aside  johanna  tried  to  keep  it  professional  and  bc  u  know  dimitri  was  about  to  be  married  but  eventually  the  two  fell  together  two  months  later  much  to  obvious  dismay  of  dimitri's  fiancée

On Sunday, a delivery package jettisoned from the OSIRIS-REx spacecraft plops down somewhere in the Utah desert. If all goes well, that is. The contents of this package contain extracted physical matter from a Near Earth Orbiting (NEO) asteroid. Approximately a cup’s worth of material. Making Earth impact will be captured remnants from the asteroid Bennu.

Bennu is also noted to be a Potentially Hazardous Object. Between now and say, 2199, there is a slim possibility Bennu could collide with Earth. A slim 1 in 1,750 chance of impact, so not so much an online betting thing. The asteroid, discovered in 1999 was named by a third-grade student from South Carolina who won a NASA contest to name the body. The name Bennu comes from an ancient Egyptian bird deity. Most commonly, Bennu is portrayed as a heron.

Despite the official namesake, Bennu wrangled the nickname "the trickster asteroid" from the astronomers studying the body and managing the mission to probe its body. Initially, it was believed to have a pebbled landscape. Nope. The arriving spacecraft needed to avoid huge boulders navigating to the landing spot. When the spacecraft did touch down, it was like landing on a heap of pingpong balls. Not expected either.

“Rubble pile” actually stands as a valid classification category by astronomers. When lots of space debris gets gathered gravitationally and sticks together... it’s a rubble pile. Bennu actually consists of a heap of holes on the inside and much of its dimension consists of emptiness. Bennu could fall apart if exposed to the gravitational influence of a planetary body, or if something causes it to rotate faster.

Bennu, whose measurements are 565 meters × 535 meters × 508 meters, orbits the earth once every 436.65 days. The exploration of Bennu could offer possible clues about the origin of life on Earth. Who cares about that when we could discover gold and even better, platinum? Some astronomers speculate Bennu offers something even more precious, H20. It is theorized that Bennu could provide an invaluable source of water for astronauts and space explorers passing through the inner region of our solar system.

What does all this mean astrologically and why should you care?

When Bennu was probed by the spacecraft on 20 October 2020, the position of the body as seen by Earth was approximately 19 Scorpio 16. No doubt speculations about Scorpio’s inquisitiveness and investigative tendencies should apply... especially about the things Bennu potentially offers and more to the point, why that stuff is more highly valued that life-supporting water.

Bennu occupies 25 Cancer 38 (estimated) at the time the delivery of its extracted materials is projected to land in Utah. This position offers up a wide opposition to Pluto in Capricorn, days away from Pluto stationing to turn direct. How coolly profound. Perhaps it is true that discoveries about our native planet’s origins will be better understood. We don’t yet know. And it will take time for the goods to be processed and catalogued. Can one consider the inherent value of a rubble pile? Is something not packed tight like a snowball of equal value? How much of a thing is density? And in what context does density apply? And oh, by the way, where’s that list of personal assets that you claim as intrinsic?

While the positional data of Bennu is revealing in relation to other bodies, Bennu’s inherent nature also requires exploration. According to mythology, Bennu Bird was associated with the deities Ra, Atum and Osiris. As well, Bennu applies to a rebirth, the dawn of creation, and the Sun itself. When one proclaims what one does not believe, it comes off empty, hollow, or pocked with holes. Bennu, like the dwarf planet, Makemake with node in Gemini, perihelion in Aries, pushes every living soul to believe their own press. If you put out a claim about capabilities and talents, believe those items to be bursting with truth. Hype yourself based upon raw and pure inner belief. Embellishment of traits the soul does not or cannot support would be discouraged, with the added caution: humble bragging is still bragging. On the other hand, hold back nothing that you can consciously contribute to any scenario.

What can a person do to celebrate the arrival of goodies from Bennu and to welcome the change of seasons and Pluto’s upcoming station? How about taking a personal inventory?
