Depression, Anxiety and now PCOS
I knew something was wrong awhile ago. All the hair I was losing, the horrible dandruff, my low energy. I thought at first it was a thyroid problem. I would take vitamins and my body wouldn’t even take it, I would pee it right out. I was dealing with getting herpes and I knew my immune system was shot and I blamed it on that. One day a video about PCOS showed up and I clicked, and there it was. I didn’t have a thyroid problem. I have PCOS. 
I’ve been realizing that my dream of being wonder woman, a business woman who has a fast paced career isn’t so attainable now. My priorities have changed. I used to want to be a journalist but that stressful lifestyle isn’t realistic for someone with herpes, anxiety, depression and now PCOS. 
Imma have a different journey, hopefully I learn to find my zen and get healthy.

Reminiscing of a time when the air was clean and I could hike pretty much daily. Hiking is my favorite meditation, a way of connecting to the forces nature and to myself. It can affect relationships, making them unstable, emotional, and stressful. Dealing with anxious attachment includes learning how to change your attachment style, be self-aware of your behavior when interacting with others, and getting support through therapy.
