I like android better than iphone, but I way prefer apple's screen time limitors. I just lost an image description I was working on, completely gone, because the time ran out. on apple I would've been able to say "1 minute more".

I've got a lot I'm wanting/meeding to get done today, but I'm finding myself stuck feeling especially pissy about the enshittification of every damn app and service.

It feels like the enshittification is all coming to a head

Not to mention the TikTokification (my own coined term lol), which is actually a big part of the enshittification

Idek how people can use iPhones since you can't install apks etc etc.

Then again one can't escape the influence of iPhone on Android, with many of the former's "features" (read: removal of ACTUAL helpful features) slowly invading/infiltrating Android phones over the years, enshittifying it to the point where we can't even access System files/Android\data anymore!!!? Wtaf.

Starting to think what is even the point of Android anymore if it's just gonna take away all the customizability (is that a word lol) that made it stand out in favour of becoming a wannabe iPhone/iOS device??

Like big deal there are two different phone companies, so what?

Stop fighting over everything and stop putting people against each other just because they have a certain kind of phone.

I have an iPhone, I don’t hate on android users but I do hate on people (whether they use iPhone or android,) who hate on the other for USING A GOD DAMN PHONE! It’s a phone! Calm down and mind your own damn business, it’s not hurting you, it’s just annoying everyone around you because you keep ranting about what you think is the, “worse phone” and no one cares.

Both of them have their ups and downs I’m sure but you need to shut up about what other people have and mind your business.

Guys I really dislike apple products, their battery goes out so fast, the storage gets full so fast so then you can't use anything, iTunes sucks. like what do you want from me? More money to make my phone not work?

ultimately the android vs iphone cultural war is something i dont care about but it is just really funny how insistant iphone users are on apple being better because theyre like huge innovators ahead of the times when almost every single feature new ios updates bring are ones android phones have had for years. the only thing they create are new emojis and i dont even havw to update my os to get them...
