Structures is out!

The project is a visual concept album that consists of 8 songs paired with 8 visual pieces. I learnt a lot by experimenting in different areas and trying to bring the visual and audio aspects closer together. The project has been a diary of sorts with each piece representing a different part of the journey. Hoping you’re able to find parts of the project that you can connect with.

In this era of virtually limitless connectivity at our fingertips, mid-life crises are happening earlier and earlier. Some have even taken to renaming them quarter-life crises as they have been prevalent among 20-something millennials recently. Australia’s Will Cuming, known by his stage name LANKS, is no stranger to the feeling; today he released his eagerly awaited debut LP, twentyseven, about the subject. In the title track’s brand new video, Cuming addresses the issue head-on, redirecting the specters in his mind from pushing him around to dancing feverishly in his honor.

Ghosting - One Summer

The art and animation of Hayao Miyazaki and Studio Ghibli are so highly esteemed, so well loved, and so deeply respected that his magical world, ever so exquisitely touching and sadly nostalgic, has become like a religion of its own. Many of my friends grew up watching his films, shedding tears over their tender melancholy and the gut wrenching truths that he profoundly weaves into his timeless stories. Those same friends, and so many of you, I’m sure, will love what Grammy nominated Australian musician and producer Andrei Eremin is doing under his new project name Ghosting. ‘One Summer「 Spirited Away 」’ is the first taste of an expansive body of work he’s been creating, a mixtape named Reimagining Miyazaki which fuses the ethereal sounds of films like Princess Mononoke, My Neighbor Totoro, Porco Rosso, and more with the mellow entrancing, supple enchanting vibes of downtempo electronica and hip hop. On top of that, Eremin has put together a beautiful video for the first track from his mixtape, forged out of actual Miyazaki clips. Ghosting - Reimagining Miyazaki

Reimagining Miyazaki is the ambitious debut instrumental mixtape from Ghosting, a new identity for influential Melbourne record producer Andrei Eremin. Inspired by the beautifully minimalist soundtracks of iconic anime director Hayao Miyazaki’s work, the mixtape samples each of his feature films and transports them to an entirely new dimension, continuing the beatmaker legacy led by the likes of Dilla, Metro Boomin, Flume and more. Ghosting sees Eremin sharpen his focus as a producer, combining his signature pristine sonic palette with loose grooves, brooding synths and thundering bass to create a refreshingly unique interpretation of electronic hip-hop music. Phebe Starr shares new single ‘Everything’

Fresh off the announcement of her return to SXSW in 2022, Australian heralded singer and songwriter Phebe Starr returns with a dark and brooding, yet catchy new single ‘Everything.’

Taken from her forthcoming debut album Heavy Metal Flower Petal (set for release on March 11), the track takes us on a journey through time and space, examining the ways in which the quest for love can often lead us to strange and unfamiliar terrain. “A lot of my songs start from a visual place in my head,” says Starr, “with ‘Everything,’ I imagined myself walking through the dark matter of the universe as if getting lost in the gravitational pull of a black hole. That feeling was foreign and exhilarating to me, like the way you feel when falling in love.��

Chloe Kae - Misconception/Recluse

The debut track from Chloe Kae, the other half of Kllo with her cousin Simon Lam, Australia’s Chloe Kaul presents her immaculate first with track “Misconception”. Working almost exclusively with Kllo since their 2014 inception, “Misconception” represents a moment of critical mass for the Aussie vocalist. Stepping out of her comfort zone to “experiment a little more”, Chloe found herself working with producer Machinedrum on her latest number, whilst retaining Kllo regulars; Simon Lam on track engineering and Andrei Eremin on the mastering. Defined by its restraint, the introversion behind “Misconception” is carried forth by its soft and subtle piano ambiance. Though her vocals maintained through her gentle purr, as per Kllo, Chloe once again capitalizes on the percussive tones of her vocals. On the track, the quiet anguish of Chloe’s vocals are contrasted to an otherworldly ethereality that shimmer to its  crystalline architecture. Offering a first look into the ethos of Chloe Kae, Kaul spoke with brevity about her natural introversion which has stayed with her longer than she’d like to admit: 

“‘When I started vocal lessons at 15, I’d sing with my back turned. This was to a class of four or five people. When I started performing at open mics with my guitar, I'd hide away in the bathroom until it was time to go on stage. It wasn't until I started playing shows with Kllo that I managed to control my nerves, only because I had other people that I didn't want to let down. I just learned to push through with the nerves and I've held onto that mentality ever since. I actually find performing in front of big crowds a little less daunting as there's so much going on, which gives me less of a chance to focus on my insecurities’.”

Expanding on the experience on working on her very first track, Chloe had this to say on “Misconception” and the dream of working with producer Machinedrum:

“‘Misconception’ was written with Machinedrum in one of the first sessions I had in LA. I was in disbelief, knowing I’d be collaborating with one of my favorite artists. It was incredibly genuine and organic working with him from his home studio. We finished the structure and melodies in the first session, I just had to figure out the lyrics afterwards, which flowed naturally in such a solitary time in my life’.”

The dream-like textures of “Misconception” are captured in the visuals from previous collaborator Edward Goldner with direction and creative input from Chloe herself, while also serving as her own stylist. Accompanying “Misconception” we also find B-side “Recluse” which moves more along the traditional Kllo territory with its shuffling, breakbeat percussion. It’s a track that works on several contrasting textures, one where Chloe’s vocals flow with easing legato that is juxtaposed to the snappy pop of its drums and the uneasy of footing from the wobbly haze of its melodic detune.

Enigmatic Melbourne producer LIFE IS BETTER BLONDE is poised to release his new single 'GHOSTS', taken from his forthcoming EP ‘LIKE ME’ due this September.

Life is Better Blonde is the result of lost and discovered voice memos, late night musings and discarded production scraps. “My God is Not Hoing to Like You” seems like a rather cruel thing to say to anyone, but as a song, Life is Better Blonde’s new single would be a sonic treasure to share with those you do like. The Australian electronic act’s meditative electronica and silky viscous crooning is like James Blake and James Vincent McMorrow thoroughly entwined. My God Is Not Going To Like You, which was mixed and mastered by Andrei Eremin, is a dark shuddering, shadowy rousing preview from the elusive act’s next EP. ЮРИДИЧЕСКАЯ ДЕГРАДАЦИЯ

Друзья, коллеги, читатели! Вы, конечно же, помните одну из моих последних статей «Юристы импотенты или собака лает, а караван идёт». Данная статья нашла живейший отклик двух персонажей этой статьи, которые писали мне на Фейсбук в личку. Один из персонажей, видимо ещё имеющий зачатки совести и способный понимать, что его поведение в той февральской переписке было некорректным, хотя бы предлагал мне не обижаться, другой как в Булгаковском «Собачьем сердце» предлагал мне устроить диспут. Помните как в фильме, тот самый парт актив дома, где жил Профессор Преображенский, пришёл к нему домой и, женщина переодетая мужчиной предлагала учёному дискутировать на какую-то тему? Вот тоже самое, примерно, произошло и со мной. Ведущий группы в Фейсбуке «Журнал третейский суд» Глеб Севастьянов, видимо, задетый моим постом про него, предложил мне устроить дискуссию, написать у них в группе что-то. Вопрос, зачем и для кого, конечно же, не поднимался, да и стоит ли? Те, кто меня читает, прочтут меня и на моих страницах в социальных сетях, а стоит ли говорить о нравственности в публичном доме, вопрос, не требующий обсуждений. Лидер группы, устроивший из неё какое-то кулинарное шоу, видимо за неимением контента для публикаций, думал разбавить своё «детище» спором со мной. Вероятно, это дало бы ему рейтинг и новых читателей, но так ли уж стоит на страницах группы «Журнал третейский суд», где легко можно узнать, как приготовить борщ и стейк с перечным соусом, устраивать диспут, с заранее известным результатом того, как будут комментировать его тролли. Вместе с тем, в данной кулинарно-юридической группе, не оставляют в обсуждениях акты третейского суда, который я создавал. При этом командарм группы, а это происходит с его позволения, находит способы поносить не только какие-то неудачные попытки работы своих коллег (вопрос только в том, коллеги ли мы им и они нам?), но и удачные. Так, 20 июня 2020 года я наблюдал в группе попытку организовать живейшее обсуждение того, какие же в Липецке третейские судьи дураки. Да да, используя  это не литературное слово, я всё же хочу читателям показать то, на что напирают арбитры без арбитража. Они им гордились, а мне стыдно за Новосибирск. Причем обоснование было раз выдали лист значит законно. И вообще народу и нельзя запрещать договориться посредством арбитража, что вытекает из конституции. И вот, так называемые специалисты попереписывались, а что же дальше? Мои кости помыты, посыл Севастьянова понятен. Когда половина новостей (постов) в группе - это, как приготовить борщ или пожарить драники, с одним из арбитров, то, скорее всего, нет новостей, что напрямую связано с тем, что ценный и востребованный специалист без работы в качестве арбитра. От того нет и новостей, а зависть, вероятно, кипит. Лестные оценки «левел арбитражности», видимо уровень арбитражности по мнению Andrei Kostitcyn так низок, что падать больше мне и моим коллегам в Липецке некуда. Да чего уж там, если их общий друг г-н Владимир Хвалей уже  высказался о том, что он думает о юристах из провинции. Вот и его цитата из этой же группы опубликованная ранее: «Vladimir Khvalei: Сдает девочка из регионов экзамен в московском вузе по гражданскому процессу. Профессор спрашивает: "А что такое арбитражная реформа?" Ответ: "Не знаю". "А что такое разрешение на ПДАУ". Ответ: "Извините, не в курсе". "А как Вы считаете, Крым наш или не наш?". Она: "Ой, а где это?". Профессор: "А Вы откуда, девушка?", ответ "Из Липецка". Профессор встает из-за стола, подходит к окну, задумчиво смотрит вдаль и говорит: "Бросить все, и уехать к черту в Липецк!". А что же на самом деле? Весь сыр-бор в этом помоечном посте, заранее извиняюсь перед его автором Романом Борцовым, за оценку этого поста, но это моё личное мнение, заключается в том, что третейский суд посмел расторгнуть брак. Это было в 2016 году, но, конечно же, по мнению столпа юридической науки Михаила Морозова, - это н�� может вызывать ничего, кроме чувства стыда за своих коллег из Новосибирского районного суда Новосибирской области, одна из которых выдала исполнительный лист на принудительное  исполнение решения третейского суда о расторжении брака. Но если есть «правда Романа Борцова, Михаила Морозова и Глеба Севастьянова», то должна быть и настоящая правда. Вот о ней я вам, мои друзья и расскажу. Действительно, в соответствии с п. 2 ч. 2 ст. 22.1 ГПК РФ третейский суд не может рассматривать сейчас споры, вытекающие из семейных правоотношений, за исключением споров о разделе совместно нажитого имущества супругов. Но эта норма действует с 01 сентября 2016 года. 29 декабря 2015 года Владимир Путин подписал и были опубликованы два Федеральных закона, один из которых это «Об арбитраже (третейском разбирательстве в РФ» № 382-ФЗ, а другой о внесении изменений в отдельные законодательные акты РФ. К сожалению, точного названия я его не помню, но именно им и именно 29 декабря 2015 года были приняты поправки в ГПК РФ, которые вступили в силу 01 сентября 2016 года, запрещающие третейским судам рассматривать споры, вытекающие из семейных правоотношений, за исключением споров о разделе совместно нажитого имущества супругов. Как известно, закон не имеет обратной силы, а принятое решение третейского суда о расторжении брака в 2016 году принималось до 01 сентября 2016 года, то есть в период, когда третейский суд имел на это полное право. Именно в связи с этим моя уважаемая коллега Новосибирского районного суда Новосибирской области и выдала исполнительный лист на решение нашего третейского суда. Она была не просто права и действовала абсолютно в рамках закона, но она его бы нарушила, если бы сделала иначе. Наш стыдливый Михаил Морозов, если бы был настоящим мужчиной, а не особью носящей брюки, должен был бы извиниться и передо мною и заодно зайти в Новосибирский суд к судье со словами, я вот тут писал про вас плохо, вы может об этом и не знаете, но я извиняюсь, ведь я был не прав. Но такое, конечно же, не произойдёт, а я, вероятно, увижу в ближайшее время какой-нибудь пост типа «Как приготовить сибирские пельмени с Михаилом Морозовым». Ведь больше лидеру  группы, публиковать нечего. Ну и вишенкой на торте, для вас, уважаемые друзья, информация о том, что и сейчас третейский суд в ряде случаев может рассматривать иски о прекращении брака. Не смотря на то, что это «левел арбитражности», как говорит мой «друг» занесший меня в чёрный список в Фейсбуке, г-н Andrei Kostitcyn, на самом деле всё не так просто. Как вы понимаете, мои уважаемые друзья и читатели, фиктивный брак не образует семейных правоотношений. По своей природе это сродни притворной (ничтожной) сделки. Соответственно, именно на иски о признании брака фиктивным не распространяется запрет на рассмотрении споров третейским судом. Это же, как автор Кодекса третейского судопроизводства, я предусмотрел в ст. 72 Кодекса ТС. Она представлена на фото.

Как видно из приведённой нормы Кодекса ТС, третейский суд может не только признавать брак фиктивным, но и рассматривать споры, регулируемые Семейным Кодексом РФ, но не являющиеся семейными. Надеюсь, моим «коллегам» из третейской по..ки, нет, всё-таки напишу более правильно, из группы «Журнал третейский суд», более не захочется меня и моих коллег из г. Липецка поливать грязью, так как в это время обделываются они сами. Жарьте картошку, варите суп, борщ с известными и не очень юристами и читайте Кодекс третейского судопроизводства. Уважаемый Глеб Севастьянов! Обращаюсь к Вам со своих страниц.  От Вашего информационного ресурса дурно пахнет, журнал много лучше, чем и занимайтесь, я пишу вам это как человек со стороны. И прекратите делать выпады не только в отношении меня, но и других коллег. Вы знаете, о ком я пишу Вам. Алексей Кравцов, с кем вы можете быть не согласны 100 раз, делает для третейского разбирательства, обращаясь в различные инстанции, много больше, чем Вы, поливая грязью на страницах Вашей группы своих коллег.
