Thankfully I had what I needed to pay through the rest of October and all of November. But now I am in need of help making December rent. If you use Square for payments, you may have been doxxed!

Square has partnered with American Express to create a "small business map" that their cardholders can browse. They automatically opted everyone into this, even if you don't have a physical location. Your address associated with your Square account is now publicly listed on this map that any American Express cardholder can view, and it is listed as a place people can go.

I've already opted out, but it looks like this.

You should've gotten an email about this with a code you can use to login and take yourself off the map. I think you can also use your tax ID to get into it somehow?

Either way, if you use Square for taking payments, you need to look into this to make sure your address is not listed publicly. I'll be closing my Square account as well as soon as I can get something else in place.
