Hey lovelies! First of all! Happy S2 Anniversary!

I know this is a day late, sorry about that! There's been a lot of chatter over some of the things that David said yesterday-- some folks took it as OFMD was not getting an s3, some people took it as still quite hopeful! I gotta say, I'm loving how much it's given us all something to focus on again. We get to celebrate OFMD-- we get to speculate. I realize it's not a "hey s3 is happening!" but it's hopeful, and what is life without hope? It's kraken era, it's gravy basket, and HOPE is what pulls us OUT of those places! So go out and clown/honk and celebrate if you want to! Take every tweet from David as a good thing! If you don't want to-- that's okay too! But with so many months of "hey we've reached the end of the road" looming over us, it feels like a good thing to think there's going to "most if not all of us would do it again in a heartbeat". This fandom wears hope well, at least I think so. Alright, I'm already late so I'm gonna shush. I hope you all had a lovely anniversary, and the beginning of this week treats you with nothing but kindness lovelies. Take care of yourselves <3

Rhys Hoskins, Nick Williams, JP Crawford, and Jorge Alfaro all started last night’s game against the Mets. Oh, and the Phillies crushed New York’s other team 9-1 behind a six-run fourth inning.

Crawford got his first Major League hit and kudos to that, but pitcher Ben Lively stole the show. He gave up one run on four hits in seven innings of work, but his offense was the big storyline from this game. He hit a two-run homer in the fourth and added on two more RBIs in the win:

Ezekiel Elliott’s six-game suspension is upheld, but he’ll play this Sunday against the Giants. And maybe even longer:

Last week, the NFL Players Association filed a petition with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas last week seeking to void the suspension. It also filed a temporary restraining order motion against Henderson’s appeal decision. U.S. District Court Judge Amos Mazzant III will determine if the suspension can be postponed while he reviews the petition. Mazzant III will make a ruling by 5 p.m. CT Friday.

If Mazzant III does not grant the NFLPA’s TRO request, Elliott’s suspension would begin Week 2 against the Denver Broncos.

Started with the blessing of being born a dad and it’s been a non-stop no-sleep magical and heart fulfilling whirlwind ever since🙏🏾✨ Funerals were no foreigners, but getting to see family and loved ones rejuvenated my soul✨ I got to spend the funnest time with the greatest fans, baking, connecting, traveling and raising money for charity after our lovely show was sadly cancelled✨ My first lead in a romcom got distribution, as did a fun series, a horror and a sweet short, all of which I was lucky to be part of✨ I got to voice great characters in projects I’ve been a fan of, and again I was lucky to be a part of each and every one✨ I became a US citizen (perfect timing) after years of walking on eggshells as an Alien of Extraordinary Ability👽 And I’m so grateful, humbled and excited for what lies ahead: as a parent, a partner, a colleague, a friend, a cheerleader and an advocate for love, peace and multicultural unity✨ I know a lot who have had a rough and tough year. Sure there's been some conjecture too as there always will be with big fan events, but for the most part-- the pure amount of joy and fun that came out of Babe Day and the S2 Finale Anniversary was something that recharged my tired heart with love. That doesn't mean you should "put up with it" but just know that it's something that happens regularly, ok?
