19. Vices/bad habits: He smokes (both Harry's opium-spiked cigs and regular cigarettes), drinks, and certainly doesn't get enough sleep (although all those habits look pretty tame in comparison to Henry). His worst habit is falling deeply in love with the worst people in the world.

32. Something guaranteed to make them smile/laugh: He's a pretty serious guy, but I think he has a thing for comic plays. He loves slapstick and sometimes a good visual gag can make him laugh so hard he cries. (Henry gives him no end of teasing over this.)

33. Something guaranteed to make them cry: I think he's very nostalgic; he doesn't like to dwell too much on the past because he sees it all through a golden filter and suddenly the fleeting nature of life feels too much to bear and he just breaks down. (Henry gives him not end of teasing over this also.)

Haikyuu characters as things that happened at my high school

this is all 100% acurate cause i said so

Goshiki - Got made fun of by a teacher who convinces him that theres a type of fish that lives in the ceiling and he wholeheartedly believes it

Hinata - This guy that climbed into a fenced off area and fell into a pond in the middle of the school day

Yamaguchi - Someone got kicked out of the lesson for coughing too much and 'disrupting class'

Lev - Did a way too harsh, really bad comedy roast for all of the teachers as an act in the school talent show and got in trouble for it

Yamamoto - Because trainers were banned at the school he tried to start a 'trainers rebellion' by convincing the whole school to wear trainers one day because 'they can't stop us all' but it failed spectacularly

Hoshiumi - Climbs over the 7 foot fence in the middle of lunch to get a ball that got kicked over

Hanamaki and Matsukawa (they team up for this one) - This guy who ran a secret sweet selling business where he sold overpriced mostly american sweets to people during class, with a dedicated Instagram business account and everything

Atsumu - Got his pencil case thrown in the bin by a teacher cause he was being THAT annoying

Tanaka and Noya - A teacher thought they were using coughs to communicate during a test (they weren't) and she started screaming at the whole class and ripped up their papers (it was so bad another teacher had to come take over her class so she had time to clam down)

Daichi - My friend that got coerced into being the answer machine voice for the school phone number, and suga calls it up on speaker to embarrass him

Terushima - A guy asked me and my friend out and when we both said no he assumed we were just in a lesbian relationship that he hadn't heard about

I'm going to be completely honest and acurate about this scenario. I'd probably die to the foam. 100%. but, hypothetically, if I didn't: we are going to start with: why I'd be there. I got fired from my job in fast food, and needed a clean slate to start again somewhere else. (this is a realistic scenario that could happen to me IRL) relationships: (pre Crash) Jimmy; think he's got a soft side under all that asshole. try to counter his remarks or jokes for banter. (fail terribly, likely) Swansea; Scared of pissing him off. he's strong, meanish, and despite knowing he isn't bad or anything, it wont change that feeling. Curly; no opinion. he won't stand out too much other than being the captain unless he goes out of his way to interact. Anya; the person I loredump random shit to. (likely during Psych Eval.) Daisuke; homies. (post Crash) Jimmy; Scared of, due to blatant mood swings and random agressions seen in game. Swansea; the only trustworthy one. Curly; someone to spare from his suffering. Anya; Avoidance. she clearly doesn't need me bothering her, for whatever reason. Daisuke; confides my panic and paranoia, because while I typically roll with an "it is what it is" attitude, with all the aggression and the confined space, Paranoia of someone snapping will be higher than Snoop Dogg on April 20th. after Anya locks herself away in the med bay, I'd probably try to hide in the storage room due to stress If I can't get her to respond through the door after Daisuki and Jimmy leave. probably fall over the railing in my panic. all I know is I'm not surviving. even if I do, I'd probably still get myself killed by Jimmy, because I'm not the strongest.

The Sides and their animals: Part 1.

I've been thinking a lot about the use of animal symbolism in Sanders Sides, so i wanted to make a short post to analyse the animal symbolism of the main characters, wich i decided to divide in 3 groups of 2:

The "canon/strongly hinted" animal group: Janus and Virgil.

The "I am not 100% if this is canon but the clues are there, i'm just not sure wich animal in specific they are" pair: Patton and Remus.

And the "I have no idea wich animal those two could be asociated with because they have shown no animal traits or hints" duo: Logan and Roman.

This post is about the first group, because they are the ones who show the most animalistic traits and hints of what animals they could be asociated with, so i want to get the easy ones out of the way first. Also, this is a very, VERY shallow analysis, i'm in no way am expert in animal symbolism and i'm just talking in a very general sense.

Let's start with Janus and his snakes:

Janus is, with no doubt, the side who's animal symbolism is the strongest and best done, since his animal asociation is more than just an aesthetic choice, is literaly a part of him because he IS half snake and his logo is a two headed snake. Now, i want to remember everyone that animals can represent diferent and multiple things depending on what culture we are talking about. And snakes/serpents have some of the most dual symbolism, having both extremely negative and positive asociations:

The most negative: Evil, temptation, treachery, betrayal, bad luck, chaos, toxicity, destruction and death.

The positive meanings: Rebirth, life, change transformation, fertility, inmortality, healing, creative force, sexual desire, knowladge and protection.

As we see, this animal fits perfectly with Janus, because he is a very dual character both in what parts of Thomas personality he represents Deceit and Self-preservation, having a negative and positive role and his personality (Janus can pretend to be misterious and elegant all he wants, but he's just a giant goofball, even with his manipulative tendencies).

Honestly, it surprises me how his animal asociation is so well done, is rare to see a character who's animal symbolism is so acurate and well used.

Next we have Virgil and Spiders:

I want to first clarify that i've seen a lot of people with the HC that Vee's animal is a black cat, but i believe that as far as canon clues go, his animal is a spider. He has a pet spider and spiderweb pattern courtains and i am pretty sure we saw him decorating Thomas house with spiderweb in one of the endcards and, while not sure if it's canon, Virgil tries to give Roman a spider as his animal companion. The spider asociations are STRONG with this one, not to mention, spiders can hisss just like cats, so Virgil's tendency to hiss can also be spider-related. I feel that, while Vee does have a big "grumpy black cat" energy, that's more a part of his personality than a hint of his animal asociation.

With that out of the way, here are some meanings of spiders: good luck, creation, patience, persistence, self-awareness, grow, balance, curiosity, creativity, fate and rebirth. Also, they can be simbols of fear, anxiety, death, disgust and negativity (specialy black spiders).

Surprisingly, Spiders and Snakes have very similar symbolism. Despite being asociated with a lot of negative things and being seen in a negative light in modern culture, both have a lot of positive asociations (also, both are asociated with femninity... For some reason). Again, the asociation is very well done and it works well, because how what spiders represent and how they are percived. Also, what they provoque in people: A lot people fear spiders and get anxious when they see one. Again, similar to snakes.

Virgil doesn't show a lot of animal traiths like Janus does (other than hissing) and is more dificult to see the relation, but is still a very well done use of animal symbolism for a character, even if it seems to be more of an aesthetical use of symbolism.

Next part is going to be about Roman and Logan and what their posible animals could be, is mostly going to be expeculation based on popular Headcanons, because again, this two don't really show ANY animalistic behavior. So next part is just going to be me ranting about headcanons.

Iv put way too much though into an ace attorney au for dungeon meshi, and idk if this has been done before, but here's my take-

Chillchuck

Chillchuck would be a prosecutor - probably the Winston Payne of the au. He is smug and overconfident but loses his shit way too easily in court and lies/manipulates evidence (not that uncommon for aa prosecutors tbh but in a more overt way)-

Also he would need to stand on things to be tall enough to see over the table and I think that would be funny/ provide a good gimic for his character.

Marcille

Marcille would be the falsely accused but with kinda solid evidence for why they are being accused- she seems to have a proclivity to be in bad situations but I do not think she would actually kill anyone unless it was 100% valid and deserved + I think it was probably a wrong place wrong time situation and she was littraly just existing and found a crime scene and tried to take manners into her own hands wich made her 2000% more suspicious.

Laios

Laios would be a defense attorney that knows all of the material and what he's supposed to do in theory -but is over exited to use the knowledge and gets carried away and jumps to conclusions a bit to hastily

Falin

Falin would be the younger sidekick type characters that the aa protagonists always have that end up being very useful at keeping the protagonists (laios in this case) grounded and pointing out pretty obvious stuff they didn't get + her and marcellus can be childhood friends so in a case where marcellus is the defendant it can cause dynamics ++ her going missing could be an overarching plot

Kabru

Kabru would also be a prosecutor- probobly the main one- that kinda hated laios at first but they grow to kinda get along like they hang out outside of work but kabru still things he's a freak and keeps his work/confidentiality above there friendship (like a pheonix-edgeworth situation but with less gay undertones sorry laios x kabru enjoyers). He would be relitivly collected in the courtroom until laios said some unhinged shit that turns out to be correct somehow

Senshi

Senshi is the only one I can't figure out tbh I dont think he would be a prosecutor because that doesn't seem in character but I don't think he would be a defense attorney because he would think it's silly/not very affective- I genuinely just think he would hate the court system as a whole finding it unfair and under developed.

I could see him as a re-acuring side characters that comes up once in a while who just happens to be a key witness or comes to help in some way but idk.

Speed round for everyone else

- shuro is a witness that seems pretty confident in the testimony, and you only find contradictions on a technicality and/or small detail

- cithis is a prosecutor on par with von'carma (probably spelled that wrong) senior- aggressive and tries to end the case asap whatever the cost

- namari is a defense attorney that seems very put off at first but does what she can for her clients

- izutsumi is an unreliable witnes that ends up giving away vital info after being pressed enough

- mithrun barely survived an attempted murder and maizuru made you take his case

- sissel did a murder but feels justified (hell, he might even be justified depending on the case)

Plz note this theoretically would take place in an ace attorney style world that just happens to have multiple diffrent races so magic probobly would not be as common as in dungeon meshi but it's not off the table

So I posted this and people actually did care (exactly 2 but hey! that's enough for me! So here are my ideas of how I would/how I think they will stage the show, let's flaunt my scenic design degree baby!. Now a few caviats before I start:

I have only ever worked with scripted content before, of course I only did things I think will be possible BUT I'm not 100% on all logistics of this type of content.

These are all very rough sketches, I couldand still might do more acurate/detailed models and drawings and floor plans but wanted to at least post these/talk about them also I have so few correct measurments I cry

I am just a fan and also haven't been to the Madison Square Garden so I'm going off just the info and pics I could find on the internet and some assumptions both irl and in game

ok so obvi we will use the HELL out of the screens the venue has for close ups and more images in general

1) This is what I think they'll actually do: just a round table in the center with as many camera angles as possible so everyone sees everything and probably the same seating arangment, maybe some projections but those are harder with arena seating bc it could easily block ppls views

2) This is what I would do actually do personally: make the battle map and the minis on a larger scale (but not super huge) each intrepid heroe gets their own podium decorated to fit their character, Brennan obvi gets a podium as well but his is just NYC themed like an extention of the DM screen art

3) A bonus one: now, this will not happen because logistics and budget wise it would be a nightmare, but it would be SO COOL so I'm putting it here: so the whole "stage area" becomes the battle map, statues, like half a person sized, of the PCs that each intrepid heroe actually moves around(and they'd be rolling/having their character sheets on tablets so they're free to move) and Brenan has a slew of stage hands to move all his characters and all so it'd feel way more theatrical and you could use lighting to enphasize spells and it'd be so cool there is no drawing for this bc it's not realistic and in order for it to work as a drawing I'd need to know what the actual battle map IS bc it becomes the scenery and we don't know that

Shoutout to @queerpiratebrainrot and @blueberryblogger for saying they cared I actually had fun coming up with these and also with having to remeber they don't work from scripts was an interesting aspect that didn't make a diffrence on the finished ideas as much but did completely change my whole process

spelldon like the little shit he is tries to make him laugh and val end up hiccuping mid laugh which then makes him have a coughing fit and even more hiccups acur

just imagine your like across ur high school and all of a sudden you hear loud ass hiccups that sound close but aren’t in reality

spelldon hiding to try and scare val, val is walking past where spells hiding, “BOO” a patheticly high scream/ shrick then spells laughter, then nothing for a few seconds and then BOOM! a hiccup suddenly bounces off the wall…. ten minutes later and spelldons STILL laughing histaricly while laying on his stomach with his face on the cold ground, griping onto val’s pant leg.

spelldon slept on the floor that night and he had to use a very small heart pillow val gave him cus he felt bad

also val’s 100% broken a rib from just having the hiccups and from sneezing while his torso was twisted

Part 2 of Basic Hexing Gen 1 Tutorial.

Okay so last time, on PART 1 We were coloring our golden retreiver.

If you haven't read through Part 1 I recomend going BACK with this link and doing so.

Dont forget to rotate the modle so you don't miss any ballz, they like hiding.

If you want to change the tongue and whiskers(chihuahuas and catz) you'll have to select them on the left ballz selector and hit they apply all. They're too hidden to see in PW

In your left handed tabs hit the eyes. These squares will let you change eye colors and eyelid color.

Now in the little drop down menu on the top menu we want to go to Paintballs!

The first thing you're going to do is select a ball you want to add a paint ball on. Notice everything that is a paintball is visble even on ballz not selected. This is good to see where you have paintballz since they can hide, but it also can be a pain in the butt if you have a lot of paint ballz(for example a paint ball merel or tortie) to see what you're doing.

On the top menu you want to hit the button that says "add"

I think by now we're familar with the color selecting in the bottom menu. Though, please note there are 2. One is for out lines. It's not common to put outlines on paintballz but it can most defitly be fun to do so! You can also choose if the paint ballyou're adding is above or under all the other paint ballz. ANd the size. SIZE is a percentage of the BALL IT IS BEING PUT ON. So a size 30 on the shoulder ball, is a lot bigger than one on a toe ball. The fuz is how smooth the lines are around the paint ball. The bigger the number the fuzzier it is. You will rotate the modle to change the position of the paint ball. When it is where you want it...

Hit that place button!

They're always a circle. If you want them to be lop sided you'll have to stack them.

Selecting the select again will let you select a new ball to add paint ballz too.

Got everything placed the way you want? GREAT! Remember to save the file. See the paint ballz covering the paw pads? The only reason I move the paw pads up above the other paint ballz.

Feel free to open the game and take a look at what you have so far! Please note that the paint ballz are not yet anchored so it's not 100% acurate.

Now we go back to LNZ! Also open the Anchor utility(TRUST ME! You don't want to anchor ballz by themselves!

So firs things firs, find your [Paint Ballz] Section in LNZ

You can divide them up using the semi colon method if you want so it looks more like this instead.

Now in anchor utility you're going to put each color number you used on the paint ballz you want anchored into one box per color of the "color selection"

Then you're going to put the desired textures, your texutre list can be found in lnz or in PW under the tab menue where it says texture. Your texture list starts at number 0 then add one for each line.

This file has 0, 1, and 2. In the "textured desired" collum you'll put the corresponding texture you want next to the boxes by the color. I want them all to have hair10 so I'm going to put "0". Note you can also do -1 as the texture if you want no texture.

From there you want to copy the paint ballz you want to anchor from LNZ(I cut them out of the file) and then paste them in the small box above where it says "anchor away!"

Then hit "Anchor Away!"

Copy and paste the whole big box back into LNZ from where you took it from!

If it gives you an extra blank line, delete it.

OH no something went wrong!

This was the mustashe. Which was 48 not any of the colors I chose. I know I want the mustashe to be a different color though! So I'll change it first.

Note this error will pop up for EVERY paintball that doesn't have a color in the list.

I mentioned I don't want the paint ballz on the toes over the toe beans, that means I'm going to select that entire selection and cut it. Then paste it again at the top.

So now the toe beans will be on top of every other paint ball.

There is one more thing I like to do with the nose before I finish. I don't like the nose having textures on any of the ballz. SO I go to the "ballz info" in lnz

I scroll down until it says "nose (bottom)"

That very last number? That's the texture. I change it to -1. AND DONE!

Don't forget to save your work before you close and bring your new pet out in game!

You will be getting them from the adoption center just like any other adoption!

And because of the image per post limit...watch out for post 3 which will have the final results!

Cahara finds is incredibly funny, and figures out he can essentially milk her wallet if he just tells her the right thing. “Oh I dont have any money to donate to the church Im so sad, if only I had some, I could show the lord how much I care. Like… 69 silver coins would be great.” Stuff like that. Enki just does not give a shit.

At first Cahara and Enki think the cult brainwashing thing is just a rich kids parent creating excuses and getting away with it, but eventually coming to realize its pretty much 100% true, she is actually crazy, and will still talk about Le’guards imperialist campaign if given the chance.

Tip for counting cals!

I'm always like so paranoid my calorie counting is wrong, but here's something that helps me do it most acurately. My mom always shops at the same supermarket, and maybe your parents do to. Chance is, that the supermarket has a website. On the site of mine, all products can be viewed INCLUDING the calories and nutrition values. It helps me so much, it was a real life saver. The website will probably say how much cal per 100 grams a product is, but you most likely didn't eat 100 grams of it (I hope). If for example you ate a product that's more or less grams, this is the calculation: (Insert cals per 100 gr) : 100 x (insert grams) You're welcome guys <33

ehhh. depends on the product. generally i really like ogx for shampoo & conditioner and i swear by as i am's coconut cowash (i use it as leave-in conditioner and it does SO MUCH for my curls). i like the idea of cerave but it's too expensive to justify buying anything by them except the tubs of lotion. which i love. usually like bath&bodyworks or goodfellow&co for body wash. love acure's brightening facial scrub & harry's foaming shave cream because it smells nice :) i don't know if i'm super dedicated or "trust" any of those brands but I'm happy with them

28: last meal on earth?

god. there's this teppanyaki bar in the town I grew up in whose miso soup is like. my idea of Thee miso soup. and this chinese place that went out of business when I was like 12 that had insanely good orange chicken, best I've had in my whole life, miss it every day. both places were across town from where we lived so we'd only go on special occasions. and my parents make really fucking good salsa and caprese salad together in the summers, they make a whole afternoon of going to the store and getting all the right ingredients and this specific brand of corn tortilla chip and my dad roasts all the veggies on the grill for hours and hours and we all get to eat together. and my mom, one fall a few years ago, cut a butternut squash in half and roasted it with olive oil and brown sugar and i think some cayenne and salt and pepper and we ate it for dinner together in the kitchen while my dad and brother were out. so probably those things, but in order like:

chips and salsa & caprese salad -> miso -> orange chicken -> butternut squash

& also the tea my grandpa gets from our family in egypt w/ 2% milk and sugar and some plums, figs, and fresh orange juice from the trees at my grandparents' house. and maybe one of those vanilla häagen-dazs bars to finish it off just because my other grandma always gave those to me and all my cousins when we came to swim at her house after school when we were little. mostly just nostalgia foods that make me feel like it's summertime. and they would need to give me 12 hours beforehand not to eat anything and then a whole day to eat all of it because food is so much better when you're hungry and also because i'd need long breaks for crying. and then i could die happy.

Just came here to say how much I loved What I'm Looking For. Sorry, I might ramble, and not sure that will be coherent, but. That felt like a whole life, really, reading through. Bloody hell, I won't ever recover from it and I'm so fucking full of feelings. How the fuck do you write them, characters, they feel so real, with so much soul. You must be a God of some kind, I don't care about blasphemy. I don't remember ever in my life reading something and thinking and feeling so much even though I knew all the plot parts in advance. And I cried. That is a lot. Happy tears though, mostly, but Steve's trauma got too close to home.
