Well Done:

At the ACA meeting I magically managed to stay tranquil and live through sad experiences, and unpleasant losses.

I treated my inner child with delicious milkshake, music and a long walk home.

To Better:

It just clicked how I avoid being visible, recognised and alive in order to avoid possible violence as it was in childhood. I seek safety by losing live itself. I suppose I shall expose more and be present in such situations.

I avoided talking to mom about her way of planning my chores for weekends without me. Wtf? Take your brave heart and tell how you feel and how you’d like it to be!
