I'm always thinking about the scenes where Adudu tease Boboiboy and it's usually when Halilintar is out and like damn he torture this elemental and still tease him and be a friend with his wielder?? Also Gentar being friend with Adudu did not help

I feel like Gentar being friends with Adu du was more of Gempa's choice than Halilintar's because there is NO way that the dude forgives Adu du... RIGHT?

Or maybe it was more of a (begrudging) agreement between the two of them?

Either way, Halilintar deserves to punch Adu du in the face at least ONCE. Maybe twice. Like come on, he was tortured here, guys.

Or here's a theory, maybe Halilintar doesn't remember it. I mean, they tend to lose their memories pretty often, and Boboiboy does have a whole thing with being unable to really remember stuff so...

Unless I'm getting something wrong. Trying to look at this from a canon perspective is hard. Most likely the thing that happened is that Boboiboy just forgave Adu du, and since Halilintar is just one of Boboiboy's personality traits split up (I hate canon)-- It could be that Halilintar just forgave Adu du.

I love Adu du, he's just a litttle forth wall breaker, but sometimes taking a punch to the face is entirely necessary for his character.

You know what, I would accept Chloe Face-heel turn IF she actually wrote like this character :

He is Adu Du, former Antagonist from BoBoiBoy Series. Before landed on Earth, he was a loser on his own homeplanet, get bullied and being disowned. Adu Du decide to go to earth to find a Cocoa. So he can hailed as a hero of his planet.

He start as main Antagonist in Season 1 until Season 2, an effective threat for BoBoiBoy and his friend. Then in Season 3, he start to have his redemption arc for sake to rebuild his only friend, Probe, after being destroyed and defeated by Ejo Jo. During his redemption arc, Adu Du has lot of trouble to control his anger or be better person. But this is how Redemption arc works, show the character has an actual struggle to be change because we can't be a new leaf in instant.

Unfortunately, he went back become bad due to his mother manipulation. When he back as bad guy, he still competent villain and fully embrace his proud of being bad guys. Until the end of Season 3, he decide to help BoBoiBoy to fight against Ejo Jo and help them to reach Kaizo spaceship to saved Fang.

Despite no longer being good guy, he and Probe ended being neutral character, no longer being the main threat. In Galaxy, especially Gentar Arc, he become main focused character to saved Probe from Roksasa, making him has no other choice to send a SOS signal to get help. Eventually, BoBoiBoy, Gopal and Qually working together with Adu Du to saved Probe and Ochobot. In the end of Gentar Arc, when Qually asked BoBoiBoy if Adu Du is evil or not, BoBoiBoy believe that Adu Du is not that evil.

Now, why I compare him with S4/S5 Chloe ? Because his character is complex even after he went back to be bad guy. Thanks to his mother manipulation and support, Adu Du become lot resourceful than he was in past season. And of course he manage his privilege from his mother and thinking about his evil plan perfectly. He openly proud of it. UNLIKE SEASON 4-5 CHLOE, this make his character still engaging, memorable and watchable. He is missed by the viewer since he no longer has much screentime. He is written not by writers out-of-spite.

Adu Du return as bad guy never painted as "irredeemable" despite he has done lot of worse and is MORE active antagonist than Chloe. (Adu Du takes advantages of BoBoiBoy stress of unable to manage his time as student and superhero, then seeing him being controlled by his own Elemental Form (BoBoiBoy Fire). Which make him to manipulate the citizen by make them seeing BoBoiBoy as too dangerous as hero then build a robot imitation of the hero. Then after his plan successful, he begin to put a high donation and threaten to destroy everything. ) Heck, he still has genuine humorous moment which is not forced humor at all.

Chloe, however, to make her "irredeemable", make her "abuse" her father and Sabrina, then make her 24 hours call herself as "I'm Sooo Evulz" despite being a minion for Gabriel and Miss-3-different-faces and acting as "dumb-blonde bitch" stereotype. Resulting viewer tired of seeing her instead of hating her. Because she is written out-of-spite by the fat beared bastard

I don't know if anyone else has a different theory, but the series would go really differently if Boboiboy wasn't the first one to discover Ochobot

Like granted, yes obviously it would be different, but how different? Well, I have a theory, I'm not sure if it's disproven yet or not, but I have a theory.

The 2nd Movie tells us that BBB's elemental powers are not originally his, right? Yaya, Ying, and Fang are powers Ochobot granted too, but they're never really explained, it just shows as something that suits each character.

My theory is that Ochobot doesn't really give powers, but rather, gives the watch, the watch takes a part of the user, and "crystalizes" as a power. In other words, he doesn't choose to give powers, but the power morphs itself according to the user.

So BBB only happened to get his elemental powers from the fact that he's the first to meet Ochobot. My other theory that's related to this one is that his actual powers are basic self-splitting, not Elemental powers unlike what we've believed. Ochobot simply gave him those because he was the first to meet Ochobot. Why else does Retak'ka never even tries to split himself? It's just not a power that comes from the elementals, but a power unique to Boboiboy himself.

With this too, it makes sense why no other elemental user has known about fusion. It's not even possible for them. They can't split themselves, so they can't combine themselves either. To analogize it:

Imagine water. Water represents an elemental user. Now imagine rocks, each a different colour. Each rock represents the elemental powers themselves. When a user uses an elemental power, you throw a rock in, and you freeze the water. Even if you try to throw another rock in, it wont work, because the water is frozen.

Meanwhile, Bobooboy has the power to basically summon another cup, and put water and rocks in each, then freeze. So even after freezing, you can take one of the blocks of ice, dump them in with the other, and boom. Fusion.

So if Ochobot saw Adu-du first instead of BBB, well. He wouldn't get the split thing BBB's famous for but he almost definitely would get the Elementals. I just think Boboiboy never split himself for more than the amount of elementals he has because he needs to associate something with each split to work and he already associates the split thing with elemental powers too much for him to try without it.

Bbb Gentar: a quick mental health check on bbb

When this fusion debuted I was put off by the entire thing-- new fusion, a combination that's not very interesting, arc, annoying fusion personality & the lack of kokotaim. The fact that almost half of the fandom disappeared after the underwhelming resolution of Windara Arc doesn't help either.

Now that the animation is here, I thought I'd give it a chance on this arc and enjoy the content as it is. It does looks promising.

I even bought the compilation comic in preparation haha yay Christmas season, fun. Seriously though, it's a good deal because apparently for this Gentar Arc compilation you get like 3 arcs (+ the ending of Windara + the beginning of Baraju) in one book.

Let's get down to a n a l y z e.

BBB Gentar is a fusion of GEmpa and HaliliNTAR. (The name combination these days ISTG..) Not to be that ajar guy but IT IS scientifically weird because of GROUNDING. Electrical current when passed down to Earth, it grounds. Yikes, baby boi haven't passed his wiring class lol.

So it makes absolute sense why he doesn't have THAT ESSENCE OF POWER like any other elements/fusion on the get go. But I'm not really going to get into deets on his power. I'm more attracted towards his personality.

So Gentar has this proud, eccentric, upbeat personality, over-confidence and underestimation. A trait that is often portrayed in gangster thug culture. Honestly this whacky combination would fit more Blaze + Solar in the picture. Which is why I don't get it at first because Hali is *like that*, Gempa is *like that* and so the personality fitting just BOOM doesn't make sense compared to all the other fusions.

But he is SPECIAL, I guess?

Is he really just proud being part of Halilintar?

I can see he has more ties to Gempa tho. The protective side, the ability to control things.

Or are they just trying to gimmicky link BBB up to his Mecha dad?

Not to mention, he's the only fusion that BBB gets from the get go of first episode. Of course he has the most screen time.

Here's where it delves deep. Beneath the proud facade, is a regular BBB struggling with PTSD. This fusion also has his own insecurities of having no--different capabilities in--power. BBB has no time to recover from Windara, and the next trauma is set to continue. Rooting back to shenanigans of friendship is a little breather for him. The roots of friendship here goes back to his friendship (or frenemieship) with Adu Du, Ochobot and even his friends. Back in OG season 1 through the manifestation of Gempa, it essentially roots down that he is willing to do everything at all cost to protect his friends. Which is pretty sweet isn't it?

You know in what way he is also similar to? The Water element. Both, under depression acts in what appears as a malfunctioning way. Notice how this zero to hero progression was also used during the og BBB Water appearance.

A significant contrast of ambiance I noticed when watching Gentar arc was the TV version used a lighter tone than the comic counterpart. And ... did the area feel bigger and brighter here?

I like that this version started in space rather than on earth. If they wanted to convince the audience the season 2 events happened within two months, they really needed to show how tight it was.

Unlike Sori and Windara's arc, this time I have to read the comic AND watch the show back to back.

This show has only 4 episodes but I felt like I'm missing something in the first ep.

For instance...

How the heck did the final goal from utilize Daun's 3rd tier, "Rimba/Jungle", into Api's 3rd tier, "Nova"?

Even the comic didn't bring the name in Baraju's early arc. It was a suggestion from Hang Kasa, not an order by the other person(in this case: the Commander).

And the show didn't explain the reason behind the commander's brief about this and you expected us to easily grasp it??

The show's barely started and I'm like:

"Am I missing something from Windara???"

They may want to cut long expositions of who those were and immediately shortened into the main issue. Mixed some lines from Baraju's arc so they could quickly jump into action for the future tv show. That's also why the gang was in this cut to bridge the story between Gentar and Baraju.

Except, Papa Zola resigned from the main cast (along with Adu Du and Probe). This arc is officially his last appearance in the Boboiboy series. He will be focused more on his adventure with his family in the upcoming movie later this year.

Also, I think it's funny, but when Gopal told Oboi to use Fusion elementals other than Frostfire because of how frequent it was, I laughed at the irony when Supra was in the mix yet he didn't even bring it up. The comic version made more sense in context since it was the only fusion he always used before Gentar by the way😅

Anywho, the TV ver started the story where the gang had to split up due to an unexpected distress signal during their journey to the planet Volcania. After that, it thematically followed the same structure as the comic ver, issue 15.

I said this in my preview post, we got to see Gentar's introduction right from the get go, especially in the opening vid. Aside from the main gang, the elementals are replaced with Gentar(but still got some tiny bits of Gempa & Hali for the sake of fusion part).

Oh, not to mention this is the first transformation where Oboi's front bangs cut sideways. Which IMO, that cut was cool as heck! Man, I love his suit on the tv ver! So good ... 😘

And I love how exaggerated his entrance was. The spotlight, the speeches, the ambiance, and every surrounding supported him as if he were the self-proclaimed celebrity in the block. And I love he purposely dragged his power-ups longer than the comic ver. It. Was. That. Necessary.

(If you guys telling me that this is not Boboiboy and totally a new character, I will 100% believe in you)

Other props to the tv ver is his weapon. They want to show how big and important it is. Not just randomly pop-out. Thus, enter his magnetic powers to assemble all the scrapes into his iconic hammer.

To match the whole "lively" vibe of the theme, the animation took very high notes of Japanese anime style and geniously incorporated into their 3D renders.

At first I thought they would go spiderverse-esque but using this method is also perfect for this arc. Kinda reminds me of Snoopy's art style actually.

(and also ashamed of why Sonic Prime didn't do this method even though their flat animations had some potential wtf!!!! Yes I'm still salty over the 2nd and their final season other than the animation period)

Okay. Continue to the main antagonists themselves: the Probe x Jo robot hybrid and Adu Du introduction.

I appreciate the animators that still manage to make it as creepy as ... I'd say the FNAF / Poppy Playtime horror standard. Although kinda a bit downed with the lighter background setting.

(now, will my country censor the horror part? Gonna be a nuisance I'd tell ya���‍↕️)

Whooo man when Adu Du entered the frame, my eyes instantly widened. I still remembered my reaction to how much his character development changes in the comic. But God I'm still not prepared in tv ver! Especially in this shot!

Points to his computer . He would be the guy that would be on his knees if someone besides his computer brought him coffee when he's overworking himself . You cook for him ?! If you look at the kitchen you would catch a wild Ejo Jo doing a bunch of yippies . You did the laundry ?! He would cry grateful tears .

3. Positive affirmations

Poate că era totul doar un vis și nu a avut niciodată libertatea de a se trezi din el. Dar, sincer, nici nu își dorea, pentru că trăia ceva ce unii numesc o fantezie, de la care ea nu putea renunța. La o adică, cine și-ar dori vreodată să părăsească raiul acela? Trezindu-se în fiecare dimineață pe un pat la fel de moale și pufos ca un nor, alături de sufletul său pereche? Trebuia să fii al naibii de norocos să poți avea parte de asta, iar Andreei norocul îi era înscris în nume. Poate de aceea se și putea lăuda cu faptul că îl avea în viața ei pe Park Jong Seong, deși nu a fost dintotdeauna așa.

Își aducea aminte chiar și acum unde și cum a început totul, pentru că era atât de recunoscătoare karmei că i-a adus lângă ea singurul bărbat pe care îl voia în viața ei. Singurul bărbat la care a visat ani de zile și de care știa că are nevoie mai mult decât de aer. El era cel făcut pentru ea, creat de la rădăcină și ridicat la așteptările ei. Why settle for less when he existed?

Adevărul e că o relație cu o vedetă nu era un lucru atât de comun în acea perioadă, iar șansele ca o celebritate la fel de mare ca el să o observe, erau minime. Dar într-adevăr, existau. La început a fost ciudat. Andreei i-a fost greu să realizeze că ceea ce se întâmplă e real, nu doar o închipuire a imaginației sale ca și până în momentul ăla. Din nou, ori era preferata lui Dumnezeu, ori începea să aibă probleme serioase.

Totul începu odată cu un simplu concert al trupei lui într-o țară străină. Și Andreea, evident, a participat la el. Și nu numai că și-a achitat biletul din primele zile de la anunțul concertului, ci și-a ales și un loc cât mai aproape de scenă. Dacă avea să îl vadă pe băiatul visurilor ei pentru o singură dată în viață, avea să o facă o clipă de neuitat. Și chiar dacă tot salariul ei pentru care a muncit o lună întreaga s-a dus pe apa sâmbetei, știa că nu era loc de regrete.

Și cum spuneam, costul suplimentar pentru un loc mai apropiat de scenă chiar a meritat. Își amintea cu ce entuziasm se pregătise pentru a-i vedea față în față pe cei care îi asigurau singura șansă la a da uitării tot ce o deranja. Iar momentul în care le-a auzit vocile celor 7 băieți, a știut că era cura ei pentru orice posibilă depresie. Însă, în ciuda faptului că toți jucau un rol important în ridicarea moralului ei, unul strălucea mai mult decât alții, iar acela era nimeni altul decât Park Jong Seong.

Fapt ce făcu momentul, când privirile lor s-au întâlnit pentru prima dată, să fie unul cu mult mai unic decât altele. Iar atunci când Jay o văzu pe fata din mulțume, îi zâmbi și continuă să cânte versurile din melodia anterior menționată, acum cu ochii numai pe ea. Se simțea specială, nu putea nega. Dar vorbea despre ea? O privea pe ea? Erau multe persoane în jurul ei, și poate se înșela, dar sentimentele pe care le avea când se simți privită de el, meritau orice neînţelegere.

După ce concertul luă final, grupul plecă înapoi în țara lor de origine, părăsind orașul tinerei. Asta da amintire pe cinste, pentru că în următoarele câteva luni, singurul lucru pe care fata îl avea în minte era tot ce a simțit atunci și acolo, și mai presus, privirea și zâmbetul lui Jay. Era de zeci de ori mai frumos în realitate, și vocea-i era mult mai dulce și încântătoare. Park Jong Seong, cum poți da viața unei persoane peste cap?

La scurt timp după aceea, fiecare membru din Enhypen și-a creat propriul cont de Instagram, reușind în așa fel să strângă o audiență și mai mare, și chiar să fie într-o legătură mai strânsă cu fanii. Iar la rândul lui, Jay a făcut același lucru, iar fără vreo surpriză, Andreea a fost printre primii lui urmăritori. Postările au apărut la doar câteva zile după, făcând toți fanii să crizeze la pozele postate, iar asta o includea și pe cea care nu-și putea lua mintea de la el. Așadar, fără a lăsa vreun comentariu, dar mereu apreciind postările, ea a fost mereu la curent cu tot ce se întâmpla. Pentru că îi păsa.

Însă într-o zi, pe cât de puțin probabil pare, Andreea primii un mesaj de la persoana la care se aștepta cel mai puțin. Era o nebunie curată, și în ciuda extazului prin care trecea, subestima credibilitatea contului. Nu putea fi el, nu? Adică de ce i-ar fi dat mesaj? Nu avea niciun sens. Însă putea să se plângă? Căci de plâns deja o făcea. Trecea prin sute de stări, una dupa alta, fiind într-o contradicție constantă cu propria persoană. Chiar primise un mesaj de la Park Jong Seong?

Mesajul nu spunea multe, doar un salut și o față zâmbitoare. Iar asta îi aducea aminte doar de zâmbetul său, pe care din nou, cu greu îl putea da uitării.

A urmat să răspundă mesajului, cu un răspuns la fel de simplu. Iar asta fu mai greu decât pare a fi, pentru că Andreea abia se putea controla în realitate. Încă un schimb de mesaje a avut loc, prin care el îi cerea discreția și să nu lase pe nimeni să știe că i-a scris, căci îl putea băga în mari belele, de care ea era deja conștientă, fapt ce îl realiză dinainte ca el să îi spună. Da, era îndrăgostită de cât de bine putea să arate și de modul cum se comporta, cel puțin cât văzuse ea pe internet, dar să aibă șansa să îl cunoască în realitate? Asta era cu adevărat altă treabă, să știe cine este Park Jong Seong cu adevărat.

În timp, au vorbit aproape zilnic, el explicându-i cum a zărit-o în public la fostul lui concert, și cât de greu i-a fost să îi uite chipul. Așadar, a petrecut zile întregi, împreună cu membrii grupului săi, înotând prin miile de persoane care îl urmăreau pe Instagram, știind sigur că avea să se afle acolo. Nu putea minți, se simțea mai mult decât flatată. Putea să fie atât de norocoasă? Deși conversațiile au fost zilnice, se întâmplau doar seara, atunci când Jay își termina ziua. Andreea era conștientă de cantitatea de muncă cu care el avea de a face zilnic, dar asta nu o oprea din a se simți la fel de norocoasă. Jay chiar o observase și rămăsese cu gândul la ea atât de mult încât a irosit timp important căutând-o. Trăia un vis? Căci dacă o făcea, ruga pe toată lumea să nu o trezească vreodată.

La vreo câteva luni bune după primul mesaj, timp în care cei doi au reușit să se aproprie extraordinar de mult, și timp în care Jay a riscat prea mult, acesta a anunțat-o cum va urma să aibă un alt concert aproape de orașul ei din nou, iar ei chiar se puteau întâlni înainte cu o zi sau două. E lipsit de sens să mai fie menționat faptul că Andreea a acceptat. După luni în care doar au vorbit prin mesaje, și în care a avut ocazia să îl cunoască cu adevărat, acum putea fi chiar și mai aproape de el, mai exact, mai puțin de un metru distanță.

Iar ziua aceea sosise, iar ea era mai nerăbdătoare ca niciodată. Totodată, era pregătită. Nu puteau să iasă în oraș, iar motivele erau evidente, așadar planul era să vină să o ia cineva cu mașina și să o aducă la hotelul unde era el cazat, împreună cu grupul său. Desigur, în camere diferite. Aveau să comande mâncare, să se uite la câteva filme împreună și să povestească cât mai multe. Nu putea rămâne peste noapte, întrucât el trebuia să se antreneze pentru ziua următoare, dar prea puțin conta asta. Important era faptul că puteau petrece timpul în persoană. Ceea ce au făcut, și nu au regretat o secundă. Andreea își putea aduce aminte cu precizie cum acesta o aștepta în camera, cu un buchet foarte frumos de trandafiri albi.

Primul instinct ar fi să ajungeți la concluzia că sigur erau împreună, dar nu era așa. Părea a fi ceva serios, dar nimeni nu a pomenit nimic de nicio relație. El era interesat de ea și avea încredere că poate să se bazeze pe ea și că nu ar divulga secretul lor, dar adevărul era că se temea, pentru că nu știa ce vrea ea. Nu voia să îi ofere o relație în umbră, unde nu se puteau afișa în public, unde trebuiau să fie mereu atenți și să se prefacă că nu cunosc, unde el era plecat sau ocupat 90% din timp. Iar ei aveau să vorbească despre asta mai târziu.

Gata fu și concertul, iar Jay se întoarse de unde plecă, cei doi continuând să vorbească zilnic, el făcând un efort să îi scrie și mai des. Iar într-o zi acesta îi facu o propunere care, sincer, pe Andreea o puse pe gânduri. O întrebase dacă ar vrea să petreacă câteva săptămâni în Seul, pe timpul verii. Desigur, el avea să se ocupe de toate costurile incluse, cum ar fi biletul de avion, hotelul la care avea să stea pe tot parcursul vacanței, nevoile personale și așa mai departe. Andreei i-a luat câteva zile să îi ofere un răspuns final. A cântărit avantajele și dezavantajele continuu, căci până la urmă, era o nebunie curată, dar răspunsul a fost, în cele din urmă, unul afirmativ. La o adică, care era cel mai rău lucru care se putea întâmpla?

Urcată în avion, și ajunsă după mai mult de 24 de ore, aceasta a pășit pe teren străin, privind în jurul ei. Poate că ar fi fost mai eficient să învețe puțin de coreeană înainte să vină, dar luând în vedere că ea și Jay comunicau în engleză, nu se gândise mai devreme. Însă nu o puteai învinovăți, trecuse prin atât de multe stări și sentimentele ireale încât abia mai putea să gândească limpede. Însă un lucru era cert, iar acela era că sentimentele ei pentru Park Jong Seong erau și mai puternice decât înainte, dupa atât de mult timp petrecut împreună.

Întâlnirea cu el a fost una foarte dulce, el oferindu-i pentru a doua oară un buchet extraordinar de frumos de flori, multicolore de această dată. Desigur, asta se întâmplase la loc sigur, în interiorul agenției lor. Era puțin inconfortabil, dar se putea obișnui. Atunci fu și momentul când făcu cunoștință cu restul trupei, fiind încântată să îi cunoască pe fiecate în parte. Până la urmă, era un fan al trupei. Prietenii săi au fost la fel de încântați să o cunoască, întrucât Jay le spusese foarte multe despre ea.

Era ireal ce se întâmpla.

Condusă către hotelul la care Park Jong Seong o cazase, foarte aproape de agenție, aceștia au intrat în camera foarte spațioasă, de un alb prea orbitor pentru standardele fetei. Jay a îmbrățișat-o strâns, spunându-i cât de fericit e că a ajuns în cele din urmă, și recunoscându-i cât de recunoscător se simte pentru că a acceptat să bată atât de mult drum pentru el. Ăsta a fost un moment foarte important și memorabil, pentru că în timp ce cei doi vorbeau, corpurile li s-au apropiat și mai mult, la fel ca și chipurile, iar înainte să mai poată vreunul să termine ce avea de zis, buzele li s-au lipit într-un sărut dulce, mult așteptat de fiecare dintre ei. Iar sărutul acela nu făcu decât să dea naștere unui altuia și așa mai departe, până când un pupic nevinovat a ajuns la o sesiune de make out care nu se mai oprea.

Dar niciunul nu se plângea, amândoi o voiau.

După ce s-au oprit, Jay și-a confesat sentimentele pentru ea, făcând-o pe Andreea să clipească de câteva ori. Chiar dorea să își tragă și o palmă, să fie sigură că, din nou, nu e totul doar în mintea ei, dar al naibii, cum să facă asta. Jay a mai explicat și faptul pentru care niciodată nu a îndrăznit să o întrebe dacă vrea să fie iubita lui, menționând faptul principal că ea merita mai mult decât o relație secretă, și el era conștient de asta.

Dar a îndrăznit, într-un final, să o întrebe dacă ar vrea să înceapă o relație cu el, deși nu urma să fie una de vis, precum ar avea cu oricine altcineva.

Iar ea a spus da.

Și așa a început povestea lor de dragoste, care nu avea să aibă sfârșit prea curând. Deși ocupat cu pregătiri pentru comebacks și albume, Jay mereu și-a făcut timp pentru iubita sa, pe care o prețuia și o trata fix așa cum merita să fie tratată. Pentru că o iubea cu adevărat. Deși greu la început, lucrurile au început să se îmbunătățeasca, iar un an trecu și uite-i aici, în prezentul menționat la începutul poveștii. Trezitul în fiecare zi lângă sufletul pereche, care se face a fi și o mare vedetă.

Însă pentru Andreea, acea etichetă dispăruse de mult. Pentru ea, Park Jong Seong nu mai era Jay, membru al grupului Enhypen, ci o persoană mult mai presus de atât.

Și uite-o acum, deschizând ochii într-o dimineață fierbinte de vară, întorcându-se pe partea dreaptă și dând de nimeni altul decât de iubitul ei. Părul îi era împrăștiat, dar arăta atât de bine pe el. Ochii, deși închiși, erau atât de frumoși, iar buzele îi erau întredeschise, tentația de a le săruta fiind atât de mare. Nu purta un tricou, iar atât pieptul cât și abdomenul său erau lucrate, ceea ce o făcea pe Andreea să se abțină și mai greu. Dar adevărul era că era doar al ei, și numai al ei.

S-a apropiat de buzele sale uscate, contopindu-le într-un sărut scurt cu ale ei, umezindu-le îndeajuns pentru a nu se crăpa. Jay, deși dormind, i-a răspuns la sărutul scurt, ceea ce o făcu pe fată să chicotească. Era atât de perfect. Băiatul își deschise și el ochii, în cele din urmă, trăgând-o pe Andreea în brațele sale, ținând-o strâns de corpul său. Nu voia să îi mai dea drumul vreodata acum că a gasit-o.

Chiar și după atâta timp, se simțea ca un vis, un univers paralel. Care erau șansele ca să fie real? La fel de real ca diminețile în care se trezeau unul lângă altul, mesele zilei luate împreună, nopțile petrecute împreună, sesiunile de make out, luminile stinse din dormitor, sunetele de plăcere din cameră și alte lucruri care nu pot fi menționate în continuare. Era la fel de perfect precum mereu a vrut să fie.

Și cât îl iubea să îl aibă pe Park Jong Seong. Era atât de unic în tot ceea ce făcea. Și era atât de bine crescut și o făcea să se simtă atât de norocoasă. Iar momentan, pur și simplu nu putea să scape de gândurile legate de ultima noapte împreună. Cum vizionarea unui film a ajuns la crearea altuia. La cum acesta i-a sărutat gâtul și clavicula, cum a lăsat semne peste tot pe corpul ei. La cât de atent era și cum se asigura de fiecare dată că și ea se simte comfortabil. La cum corpul său fierbinte se contopea cu al ei. La cum atingerea sa o făcea să tresară de plăcere, la cât de bine gemetele lui sunau.

Era singurul lucru la care se putea gândi în secunda asta. Însă nu era nici prima, nici ultima noapte de genul cu el, așa că tot ce spera era să nu se trezească vreodată din visul ăsta. Care, din fericire, era realitatea sa.

While I agree that MONSTA could be better story-wise, I disagree with you on Boboiboy becoming Retak'ka. The narrative that MONSTA made actually justifies and shows he was right in this decision, as well as how he will clearly never be him.

Galaxy season 2 begins with Boboiboy searching for the Timber Elemental. He acquires the Oakuat seed in the search, at that point assuming he will consume the fruit and gain Timber.

In the last arc, Gur'latan, Boboiboy's prediction, his caution, paid off. If he hadn't acquired the Oakuat seed, he would've had to use Beliung against Kira'na, which would've likely ended with actual casualties and losses. As it was, he made a decision that clearly separates him from Retak'ka.

He shared his power.

He should've at least suspected that not consuming all of the Oakuat fruit would've resulted in less power. Yet he splits it anyway and gives it to his friends. This is something Retak'ka could've never done-share his power for a greater purpose.

The character development you say is offscreen, isn't.

Because Boboiboy's turning point was Movie 2.

In Movie 2, he is reckless. He disobeys orders and charges in alone to fight Retak'ka, to save Adu Du and Probe. He chooses to go after Eggabot instead of saving Gopal. He takes Retak'ka on alone once more at the ending, and guess what? He would've died.

His friends saved him.

They gave him room to breathe, they caught him when he fell. Boboiboy knew he could trust them, but this? At the exact moment he would've lost against the biggest possible threat to ever exist, they came through. He alone wouldn't have.

Boboiboy was reckless and chose without thought to go to TAPOPS HQ, costing him four of the seven Elementals. He decided to spare Adu Du and Probe and they almost stole Eggabot.

Boboiboy throughout Movie 2 received consecutive consequences for poor decisions, and the narrative did not stop reminding him why they were poor. Does he still have to save the day, himself, on his own sometimes? Maybe. If he fails, will the win be guaranteed by his friends? Yes.

That is why he shares the fruit.

His caution is the result of his reckless actions showing consequences. Boboiboy knows that he won't ever stop rushing in to save someone, to lend a hand, and so this is his offscreen revelation; if he won't stop running into a fight to aid a cause, then he will do it wholly prepared, to the best of his ability, to win.

Because he never knew Retak'ka existed, until he appeared.

How will he know there won't be another one like him?

This line of thinking is only dangerous if Boboiboy slides too far down. But he won't, because he knows he has his friends to make sure he won't get dragged down in his pursuit of the light.

Look, I'm a strong believer that BBBGalaxy should have like 3 season max (not the comic one we have right now). That's why Tempur-A got introduced at the end of season 1, because we are supposed to know more of them in season 2. I don't get why this didn't happened. They leave alot of interesting plot point that should have been expanded but instead they decided to make movie 2.

I miss it so much you don't understand, the build up to each arc is so good. You think Vargoba happend in the last two episode? Of course It's not, it's a slow build up from previous episodes that explode exactly just right. Getting Cahaya and Solar in the same arc is perfect! And Boboiboy also get flung to the space is great too. Love that whenever I watch the episode.

I'm still salty about it. God I wish they didn't make movie 2 yet. How I wish I can be in a timeline where they did season 2 of BBBGalaxy and explore more planets instead following Boboiboy search how to unlock third tier.

My point is, they should have show us how Boboiboy unlock the second tier, then do the movie. The comic arcs could be all be a 12 episode with each have it's own season too. I miss regular old Boboiboy who just happened to stumble to troubles and somehow also unlock new elemental.

Did you notice he never seek it out exactly? except when it actually needed, like Water.

Boboiboy in BBBGalaxy is new to leadership and make many bad decisions that hurt his friends over and over again. Boboiboy in BBBComic now is, not really doing that. Did he grow behind the screen? Probably. It that a good decisions to make by Monsta? Not at all.

Boboiboy motivation now is learning how to unlock third tier instead of saving powersphera, who, I remind you, is still appearing all the time anyway. They could have him just searching the powersphera first and just accidentally, as always, unlock his third tier.

This new motivation, in my opinion, is too selfish even for Boboiboy. He said he want to do it anyway "just incase". Just incase what? There's no panels that showing us a new villain that lurk in the dark. It's pointless to prepare "just incase" power up. What if it didn't happened? What then? You are slowly becoming Retakk'a yourself Boboiboy.

Kaizo is also cursed, but he's not like other curses.

Borara is the one that cursed the palace, solely to make Kaizo suffer after killing his (Kaizo's) parents. What a heartless bitch, and he gets away with it too.

Gonna go on a rant about BoBoiBoy for a moment.

To me, it's not a problem that BoBoiBoy is overpowered. Tons of popular heroes are overpowered. But that they have to nerf everyone else to have him defeat the villain.

In season 1, the others were immediately defeated by Adu Du. Season 2 finale and season 3 start, had Ejo Jo capture his whole class except for himself and Fang.

Season 3 finale, Yaya, Ying and Gopal just had to be the one fighting Lahap. This applies to the first movie too, where the girls and Gopal fight Gaga Naz while BBB (mostly him) and Fang beat up Bora Ra.

Galaxy was even worse imo until the we're reaching the end of the season. Because there were a lot more action here and more villains, there were way too many times where villain defeats friends, BBB gets mad, unlocks elemental powers, defeats villain.

Episode 18 was just the worst though. Why didn't Yaya and Ying break out earlier? If they could do it at the end of the episode, they could do it earlier.

The finale was a bit better since we had that scene with all of them taking turns beating Vargoba, but there was still that point where he defeats all his friends.

The second movie, was a lot better. Didn't really have much of a problem. I really hope it stays that way.

After I watched the ep and read the comic back and forth. Gentar’s arc might be the first who is closely accurate on one another. No cramped multiple issues within one episode like Sori or drastic changes like Windara.

Sure there's still some differences here and there. But to me, both are equivalent to each other. As in the tv compliment what the book doesn't have and vice versa.

In this episode, the main star of the show is the return of the 'BuBaDiBaKo' team. Kinda didn't expect they would come back this early! The comic ver was only mentioned at the end of the arc!

For those of you who don't know, this team debuted in the original Boboiboy season 3. It consist of, you guessed it: Boboiboy, Gopal, and Adu Du.

The name itself was an abbreviation for “Budi baik dibalas Koko” which translates to:

For context, this team was made because Adu Du felt a bit stressed to revive Probe who tragically died in the early season. He desperately needed cocoa for extra help. Therefore, he forcedly attempted to hijack Tok Aba's shop publicly (keyword: tried).

As always, he failed miserably. But unlike previous times in the good old villain trope—“I'll be back for revenge!”—Kinda thing, this time he got a chance to redeemed himself by Tok Aba and Boboiboy in exchange for cocoa. That's why he abruptly changed his appearance in order to succeed at that. He even went to school and blended with society to do good deeds. With the help of Gopal and Oboi, thus the operation 'BuBaDiBaKo' was born that day.

Of course, it's just a temporary tho where the team only lasted for two episodes. Once Probe was revived, Adu Du was back to his usual self and everything went to their normal shenanigans like nothing happened. :D

And same as the previous ep, the rest of the story followed the same pattern. Not directly toe to toe between the book and the screen ‘till the end, like there's an extra scene from tv ver where the enemy easily detected the gang due to…Gentar's high impudence with his 'Thor's Stormbreaker' hammer lmao.

(I don't know the name of the weapon so let's just assumed it's Thor's)

It's kinda debatable about his attitude within fandom. On one side people were annoyed by his unusual clumsiness, on the other side people were frantic about his wild trait and sometimes referring him to his dad aka Mechamato especially since season 3 came out before Gentar's.

Me? I'm at the fence. As I said before in the preview post, fusion characters aren't my favorites and I already tell my reason why. But I'm not gonna be so critical about them when I myself also like their designs and appearances(Supra my beloved 😍).

Regardless, the next ep gonna dive into Gentar's downed scene after Ochobot gets kidnapped. I'm interested in what Monsta does to tweak his redemption arc.
