technically a redraw of my first ever colored homestuck doodle. obviously this isn’t a doodle anymore, but in truth i just wanted an excuse to draw them.

it was a bit strange drawing them again since i’m been doing nothing but humanstuck for a few weeks. aside from (obviously) being humans and not trolls, the humanstuck characters are 16 rather than 13.

i don’t know if i like the shaded version or the flat version better, so i included both.

you can tell this is old from the way i draw them completely differently. i also drew it from memory, to be fair. the new one is also from memory, but i’ve drawn them both hundreds of times by now.

this is not an exaggeration, by the way. i’ve counted! the tally sits somewhere around 300 zahhaks and 150 leijons.

The three of them do have events together as duos so at least there's that. If there's ever an event about the three of them being in the spotlight (like the Masquerade event with Malleus, Idia and Azul), you can be sure you'll hear me scream about it.
