To answer you; I was answering something similar once. This anon sent me questions and I filled them in, so if you allow me to just copy and paste those so I wouldn't have to type it all again (nothing has changed since then, honestly) then I'll be happy to oblige.

How old are you? I'm 30

Tall or short? Very short, I'm only 5'1 ft, 1,56 m

Sexuality? Eh, I don't like labeling myself but if I HAD TO, it'd say bisexual/demisexual.

Describe yourself briefly I'm an introverted dork that doesn't vibe with most people. I dig music, art, and I love a lot. I either love too much or not at all. I've been vegan for over 10 years now and I love funny people. Other than that, I'm just a very poetic soul that also loves to play video games from time to time and I write. I write a lot.

Something you like about yourself? I'd say it's my knowledge in English. I've been self 'learning' it for 9 years now (never been abroad) and I was able to learn the language to the point where it became a huge part of my life. Like I literally use it more than my mother language. That's a thing I'd say I like about myself.

Favorite hobbies outside your blog? I write; creative writing, poetry. Both fulfil my mind. Then I love reading (ofc). I also draw, play video games, work with graphic programs and I love taking pictures.

Something no one would guess about you I have a very high sex drive, lmao 🫣😂 and people would never say so about me, because I literally look like I have a ribbon buckled to my vagina.

Weird quirks you have Oh, god, I can't stand hand cuts. Like you can literally show me a video of someone having their throat slit and I'll be fine, but then you show me a vid of someone having their palm sliced, or simply just someone cutting their finger and I'll go all asdfghjklsdfghjk.

One talent you wished you had Damn, I wish I could draw from imagination. I can draw but I can't seem to draw anything just by trying to see it in my head. That's so fucking frustrating. And weird. Anyone else having this problem?

A word your friends would use to describe you Idk about one word, but my best friend says I'm the funniest person she has ever met, so does that count? Lol, Idk why she says this. I'm literally a potato.

Craziest thing that's ever happened to you Omg, trauma alert… when my boss (a 70 year old male) caressed the top of my head telling me I'm pretty.

Have you ever been in love? Yes, for over 10 years now (no, it's not a fictional character, lol).

What is your biggest fear? Fuck, it's hurricanes and tornados. I actually have a phobia, it's called 'ancraophobia' and it's a fear of strong wind. (I swear I don't fear normal wind tho, I'm not that weird, actually, ok?).

Why did you start this blog? When I came here one day I realized that there were only a few blogs that were dedicated to the game stuff. So I said why the hell not? I didn't expect to have an actual fanbase here, it's crazy. Love you guys.

Your favorite food? Lentils, that's the shit.

Least favorite food? I'd say meat.

Favorite TV shows? Okay, not gonna mention TLOU cause it's obvious, but the very first show that pops into my mind every time is Breaking Bad. I love this show to bits. Then I also love TWD, OITNB, Better Call Saul, Wentworth, This Is Us, Lost, The Killing.

Favorite movie of all time? My most favorite movie of all time will forever be Ginger Snaps (2000). I've loved this movie ever since I was 11. It's been 19 years ever since and I still love it to pieces. Aaaaah!

Favorite musicians? I love a lot of music, but my most favorite is Damien Rice. I love that guy and what he does. Right behind him are Cigarettes After Sex and Mazzy Star (just pure love). Then it would be Joshua Radin, The Hope Arsenal, Yaeow, The Paper Kites, The Smiths, R.E.M., Blur, BoDeans...

To me, the emotion is the most important thing - bad diction or awkward syntax can be forgiven if the character's heart comes through so I cannot tell you what a HUGE compliment it is to me to hear that the mood/tone of my fics is what comes across the best.

And that it came through for someone as complex (external reactions are not representative of internal emotions) as Crosshair????

Here we go, anything with an asterisk has 18+ content:

One Last Order* - This was my first fic after years of not writing, so it's my baby. That it features my favorite Captain is another bonus. Initially, I only had Pt 2 in my head, but I wrote out Pt 1 to justify it and give it context and I have to say I like the quality of my writing in Pt 1 more - I think I was able to get deeper into Rex's mentality and emotional state. But Pt 2 was my first attempt at spice, so it also has a special place to me. That and it highlights an older, more mature reader which isn't something that is expressly shown in fiction often.

Don't Forget That, Okay? - This was my first clone bingo square and my first real step into this community. I'm not really a Crosshair girlie, but I was watching Boy Meets World and I realized Shawn Hunter deals with vulnerability and rejection the same way Cross does. So my next thought was "how would Crosshair react to being welcomed into a happy family?" I wanted to touch on the softer side of Cross, and I always get a sense of comfort reading this one. I'm proud I was able to keep the prose simple but introspective, very like Cross.

A Mechanic in the Sun - My first Tech fic, where I learned I LOVE writing our favorite genius. His voice is easy for me to find, and that lends itself to getting me into his mindset easier. I had so much fun with this fluff and think that really comes through in the writing.

Tech & Non-Verbal Reader - This is entirely written to help myself. I was overwhelmed and stressed from a situation at work and my husband wasn't home to help me decompress after so I spiraled. When I get like that, it's like full survival mode and I find speaking incredibly difficult. My brain goes at a million miles an hour but I can't communicate, which frustrates me even more. IDK why I picked Tech as the right person to handle that situation, but immediately the thought of him - who often info dumps - understanding my communication struggles and being patient while I calmed myself down really did help settle me IRL, so I wrote it down. Immediately when I published, someone replied saying that they needed to read that and that it helped them get through something similar. For that reason, this lazy writing exercise will always have a place in my heart - it genuinely helped someone, and for that I will always be grateful.

Are You Wearing My Shirt (Wrecker)* - While I liked my first Wrecker x Reader fic a lot for the theme of healthy communication, I feel like this little drabble is where I really connected with the character as a writer for the first time, where I really got into his head and got him on the paper. As someone who LOVES this character, that made a big difference in how I respond to my own work. Also, I like how I handled the spice here :)

ASDFGHJKLSDFGHJK I can’t say I know a lot of other stories like that. XD But good for you, and welcome to the fandom!! I hope you have a great time with the lovely mess of crack and drama that is Tenipuri in general. <33333 I recommend checking out the anime, too: some things are different from the manga, both in terms of storylines and tone, but it’s one of my faves and I periodically rewatch it, and it was actually my first introuction to anything Tenipuri. There’s a lot of filler but it’s all SO much fun! Oh, and aside from the anime, there’s a bunch of (pretty addicting tbh!) additional material, like the Houkago no Oujisama parody manga or the Rajipuri radio show, that you can find translated online.

Btw, I just LOVE finding out about Tenimyu actors starring in other stuff, lol. I used to be REALLY into Hetalia years ago, and even if the interest eventually flickered out (no drama involved, it was just a gradual thing that kinda happened of his own) I do still have a lot of affection for both the characters and the fandom, so what you said about Hetamyu actually warmed my heart a bit. XD <333 It’s just so, so good when these guys end up working in some incarnation of another work I have Feelings about. Like, “I watched my first playthrough of Ace Attorney because I wanted to get to the good angsty parts about Miles Edgeworth after seeing some nice angsty fanart, but for some reasons it was watching the liveaction movie right after that and being so GLEEFUL when I found out Edgeworth was played by Saito Takumi -- 1st season Oshitari -- in that that won me over and got me to start interacting with the fandom” levels of it. XDD

Unfortunately most of what I know about Tenimyu dates back to the days of First Generation and Second Generation Seigaku -- and even there, I never got to watch all the shows and backstages. I have seen a couple of clips from later shows, and I do plan on catching up one day (hopefully there are still comms -- or some less dead equivalent of LJ comms, lol -- where people put up videos with English subs, right?) but this is the situation for now.

That said... have I already said it's a JOY to find other Tenimyu fans?! Because I meant it. Tenimyu is so, SO good. Taking one of the most beautifully insane sports manga and anime and making it into a series of musicals?! Which are full of fanservice, fandom in-jokes, and even in-jokes about the cast and crew of the musicals themselves and their relationships with the audience?! Which all flow seamlessly into the Dream Live concerts?! Amazing. Brilliant. God tier idea. Why is everything connect to Tenipuri so wonderful and also something no normal human being could ever come up with. Every time I read something about Tenimyu being what really made manga/anime musicals become A Thing in their own right I feel SO proud but also inevitably thrown for a loop anyway.

... also: Kazuki Kato as Atobe. Can we talk about that. And also the entirety of Imperial Match Hyotei: Winter Version. *chef's kiss* I used to have Katsu no wa Hyotei as my phone alarm way back when, and I've probably listened to Koori no Emperor and Ore-sama no Bigi ni Boogie-Woogie more times than it's healthy. And the interactions between Seigaku and Hyotei in Dream Live 3d--!!! And now all of China knows which overdramatic, overpowered fictional middle school tennis team is my fave, lol.
