What was Molestia?

Two answers:

One, Molestia was a meme about Princess Celestia from My Little Pony being a sexual predator.

Second answer is that Ask Princess Molestia was a humor comic about such version of Princess Celestia, which had honestly kind of terrible humor rife with rape jokes.

The problem was, it was a nsfw comic with rape jokes of a children's cartoon that was not put behind any kind of warning and kids could easily find it and access it, zero dilligence was done about that. So when a campaign was started that you know, rape joke porn comic of a children's cartoon is a bit fucked up, bronies went *insane*. They decided to harass people involved with the anti-Molestia campaign, sent them death threats, rape threats, draw rape porn of pony OC of one of the main organizers (an underage teen girl), it was absolutely terrible and fucked up. I myself got involved on the anti side - you see, bronies kept claiming that there was no actual rape in the comic at all and it was all a huge overreaction.

That was of course bullshit. It was a porn comic about a rapist, of course it had rape in it. I made a list of every instance of sexual violence I could find. There are over 50 items on that list. Also there's a bizarre gross through-line of the artist John Joseco's obsession with vaginal secretions.

Honestly this entire thing was so fucked up it led me to stop calling myself a brony and slowly getting out from the fandom and becoming a furry instead.
